i have booked new delhi goa return flight on 19 th feb. 2018
when i booked than i applied a coupon code---FREESTAY--- that is success but cleartrip given me no benifit about that coupan code. No mail or sms send from the company regarding this.
i complained so many times on cleartrip customer care but they didnt giver me positive response for last 3 months.
company provided me 3000 of rs coupon for free stay at hotel but i didnt get it.

i have visited soon in third week of feb and i need my coupon benifit for that journey. plz give me proper solution about that.

i shall be very thankful to you.

    On 28.01.2018, I tried to book two rooms in Hotel Hari Darshan, Dwarka (Gujarat) for 25.03.2018 by paying advance of Rs 325/- through debit card of Central Bank of India. The booking was failed, however, Rs 325/- was deducted from my account. I again tried to book the same room from debit card of my State Bank of India Account by making full payment. This time, the booking was successful. I sent mail to Cleartrip at e-mail ID [protected]@cleartrip.com for refund of Rs 325/-. On 29.01.2017, I contacted Cleartrip Customer Care for refund of amount. They informed me that the amount will be automatically refunded with two to three days. Till now, I have not received the amount. Please refund the same at the earliest.

      they show me an offer of 371 SAR from cleartrip.com.. and they diverted me there..

      when i filled the information and before i make the payment it the price was 371 SAR.. but when i made the payment they charge me total of 391 SAR..

        I have made air ticket booking for 5th feb. Through cleartrip for vistara flt no. Uk 960 from mumbai to delhi. The payment of 5087 deducted from my debit card but the booking still not confirmed. The call centre called at least 10 times and sent link for payment through my email and i did the payment on the link sent by cleartrip. Still booking not confirmed
        I am mentally herassed for one hour by cleartrip.
        I reserve my right to lodge a case of mental herassment in appropriate court if my booking is not confirmed and i am not compensated suitably by cleartrip.
        I am a senior citizen and being herassed at 2250 pm time.

              I wrote a partial complaint yesterday (25th jan, 2018).in continuation of that i am to bring to your kind notice that on another ticket for rs.3, 900.00 of my wife, following charges have been levied by cleartrip
              •passenger service fee:rs. 154
              • user development fee:rs. 12
              • other charges:rs. 340
              • gst (Airline):rs. 199
              • total fare:rs. 4, 605

              The same ticket is almost rs.700.00 cheaper in air india website. You have charged gst in this ticket, while in another ticket you did not charge. Nor the air india charged. Can you please tell me how much booking fee cleartrip is authorised to take per ticket? This is exorbitant charge. On this ticket, you charged rs.700 (Including gst, which is questionable). Similarly, in another ticket (Mentioned yesterday), you charged rs.700 (Without any gst) for booking air ticket. Can you please explain this charge of more than 20% on the value of the ticket?               No response on complaint even after five days in a time when the tickets are being booked in five minutes.

                Till today, 30th January, 2018, I have not received any response on my complaints on excess charge of booking fees on two air tickets, each being nearly Rs.700/- for a flight of merely around Rs.3, 000/- each... Dev Prakash Bankhwal

                  I have tried to book a ticket through clear trip website on 21st of january, since the amount has debited from my bank account, the ticket has not booked. I have registered a complaint on that day onwards. They contacted me and stated that the amount would be refunded within two to three working days. But still the amount has not yet refunded to my account.

                    Hi. I MADE A RESERVATION ON 22ND JANUARY FOR 25TH JAN. The bookings included breakfast at the time of the booking and then i was mailed an itinerary which included just the room. I immediately called the customer care abt this issue and its been two days, they haven't been able to accept their mistake and provide me with the breakfast vouchers.
                    This is very unprofessional of them to ask me to make the payment again for the breakfast.

                      I have a confirmed reservation from cleartrip for the room on 10th to 11th february 2018 since 6th of november 2017 so i booked it nearly 3 months before. When i called to hotel they said that they dont got any payment for my booking from cleartrip so they cant give me any confirmation. The rooms are still available at the hotel but cleartrip is telling me the rooms are not available and we cant give you the room. Finaly i found the reason not to give me the room is cleartrip sold me room at some price and now they have to pay it more for the same room so they dont want to give me the confirmation. cleartrip dont want to listen anything they only have one answer we cant give you the room confirmation but even on their site i have confirmed room. cleartrip are asking me to except refund but i m refusing it since last 2 months

                        I have booked a ticket using the visa debit card for the flight air india from vijayawada to visakhapatnam on the 22nd of january 2018 for ms. Manjula davidson. The date of journey is[protected]. The flight departure is at 18:40 hours.

                        The amount has been deducted from my account but i did not receive any message regarding the booking. Then i rebooked another ticket for the same destination and the booking is confirmed. Therefore there are two bookings for the same person on the same flight. Please look into the matter and help me to cancel one ticket and arrange for a refund for the same.

                          I had booked flight ticket from cochin to abudhabi (Travelling date 22-feb) on 18-jan-2017, but payment on was failed, but payment is deducted from my account. Then i called the customer care and talk to mr rohan degarding the same and he talked me since payment is failed i need to book the ticket again and payment will refund to my account within 3 days. Then i booked the ticket again. It was successful and i got confirmed ticket. Later i got 1 more confirmed ticket. Now i have 2 confirmed ticket with trip id [protected] and [protected].
                          I called the customer care regarding this issue and iam not getting any feedback everybody is asking for to wait 24 hrs and after that no response. I spoke to rita, nancy, prarthana, vijay, dinesh.
                          My case number is 04820629. I need to get the refund as soon as possible.

                            This is with reference to my my trip id [protected] for booking of hotel kadumane homestay from 26th jan to 28th jan 2018. I had booked this homestay basis the ratings and information avaiable on clear trip. I booked 2 tents, the information in the website stated that we will get private washrooms, however later on we realised that this information they quoted on website was completely wrong. The tents did not had private washrooms and we were told to use public washrooms.
                            In addition to this when i tried to complain about this issue the clear trip team denied the fact that they have quoted this in the website. They cheated with us. I have the screenshot with me which states that there will be private washrooms attached to the tents. (I am attaching the image for your reference)

                            This kind of information is really misleading and i cannot trust this site. When i am trying to cancel the trip i am getting 0 amount in refund. I have raised this issue on 19 jan 2018 and i am getting no refund. Really disgusting and pathetic service to customers. They are fooling people. Do not trust whatever they quote on website.

                              Refer my trip id [protected] for booking of hotel holiday resort-port blair -3 rooms (One room with one extra bed) for jan-12 to jan-14, 2018.

                              On reaching the said hotel, no accommodation was given. The hotelier said he did not get any payment from cleartrip and did not give any confirmation to cleartrip. The sad part is that cleartrip, inspite of being fully aware of this, did not share this information and let us stand on the road for two hrs. Some arrangement was made by your people at 'inn residency', dollygunj, which is a residential accommodation at a far off location. There was no arrangement of third bed (For which cleartrip had charged me). Further, there was no arrangement of breakfast. Only bread-omelette/jam were offered. For commuting to/from inn residency we spend more than rs. 8000/- on taxis, which otherwise would have been negligible.

                              On return journey to port blair (Trip id: [protected], for booking at hotel holiday resort-port blair -3 rooms (One room with one extra bed) for jan-16 to jan-17, 2018.), same thing happened again inspite of talking to your representatives again and again. We were forced to stay at hotel 'island cove', where the rooms were stinking because of seepage, dirty bed sheets, broken beds, unclean bathrooms. It was a horrifying experience. However, in this regard, i would like to put on record the appreciation of mr. Sudhakar, hotel manager, who did everything he could at that time to provide whatever little relief was possible.

                              This deliberate act of cleartrip (On two occasions) is not negligence but a clear act of cheating which spoiled the whole trip and has been etched in our memory as a nightmare.

                              I would like to hear from the company how do they would like to compensate the deficiency in their service and what action has been taken against their errant employees who are not doing any good to the company.

                                  I had a booking which i made under their rewards program, so under their rewards program on their rewards program on third booking they give activity code of 1500, on sixth booking they give hotel voucher for 3500 and on 12th booking they give you flight voucher of 5000. I made my 12th booking for a hotel in lucknow and they gave me the voucher of 5000 for flight booking, but within 24 hours of making the booking the plan got changed and i tried to book another hotel so i canceled the hotel i booked earlier, so cleartrip canceled the hotel, canceled the voucher of 5000 and kept the money for the hotel as well, i called them and they said now rewards program has been canceled for you and now the money will be deducted for hotel voucher for 3500 and activity voucher code of 1500 and they will only credit the remainder of 1600 after lot of argument they agreed that i have not used the activity code of 1500 so they will refund me 3100 instead of my original payment of 6600

                                    I have booked a connecting flight from asr to patna. Asr-new delhi (Jet airways) and delhi-patna (Go air). Jet airways was delayed that only 20 minutes gap was left to change the terminals and collect the baggage at delhi airport which is not possible in such a short time. So we cancelled the flight and they are saying that they will deduct 2900rs. As it was not at all our fault so why should we suffer financially and mentally. Neither airline nor cleartrip is taking responsibility about this. Who should we complaint now and who is gonna refund our money?. It was not our fault that airlines delayed their flight. We booked flight from clear trip so they should see the matter as they should not book such tickets if they cannot take responsibility for any inconvenience.

                                      Today i booked my ticket thru your portal thru trip id [protected] after payment i taken printout of ticket i shocked to see that tickets was booked for wrong time (Not sleeted by me) due to some glitch in your website/coding your webpage refreshed and automatically select first row flight and when i called on [protected] i was told that this is my mistake and correcting charges was quoted higher than originally booking that means zero refund

                                      After requesting so many time they not provide me any complain id and finally after 40 minutes of discussion she agree to take indigo person on line and he suggest that i should take a new ticket and give them new pnr and they will refund entire amount of wrongly booked tickets (If in same passenger name and same date) i booked the same thru your portal thru trip id [protected] and then also while i started booking charges was showing approx 29000 and by the time i paid it was 32844 this is a cheating with passengers i request you to refund me my entire amount paid on trip id no [protected] and loss on recooking of tickets also please provide me recording of this conversion with your help desk
                                      I request you not to repeat such things with any other passenger and do thorough checking of your website/programming so you and other passengers not suffer because of such type of technology glitch

                                        I booked ticket for 3 passangers on the website. And while making payment it showed processing error and rediredted. I closed the site and booked from cleartrip and there within minutes the ticket got confirmed. Sometime later i received confirmation for both the booking for same passange, same flight, same names, same time and same place. Two times ticket got confirmed and amount paid twice for one travelling. Do let us know the fault where it have happened. And what about the amount paid twice for travelling once. Do inform ph [protected]
