Dear sir,
On 22nd i called to cancel the ticket for going and return of smita dcosta and return of luiza fernandes. After taking with the floor manager mr. Shubham who assured total refund amount of rs.10523/-. He also assured that not to get panic if the refund amount comes less at the initial stage as they need to do it offline. I got my first refund of rs.4273/- and thereafter follow up got my next refund of rs.4000/-. Since then i am chasing with the cleartipper for my balance amount of rs.2250/-. All the time it was an assurance given that this is taking time since it is getting processed offline.

Kindly look into the matter as i am still about to get the balance amount of rs.2250/-.

I called on 24th dec to cleartrip to book a ticket from new Delhi to Patna but didn't get call that day... raised complaint on 25th on call but nor u got a call back neither any mail. Now fair has increased 1000 from 24th when I asked to book first time... their customer care is useless and because of this I got to pay extra amount

    Dear sir
    We (Four passengers) were travelling from kathmandu to chennai via bangalore.
    We had original ticket with nepal airlines on 30th dec. For technical reason the flight was cancelled. After substantial effort nepal airlines agreed to give alternate ticket on 31 st as per details given below:
    Ra 205 to delhi
    Ai502 to bangalore.

    Based on the above we have booked for 4 passengers from bangalore to chennai by spicejet ticket number [protected]. Leaving bangalore at 8.25 pm. While booking we saw an option of zero cancellation charge by taking icici lombard insurance. Accordingly we took insurance for all the four tickets.
    Today morning nepal airlines took off from kathmandu at 8 am and due to congestion and fog it could not land in new delhi and went back to kathmandu.in view of the above subsequent connecting flight to bangalore got cancelled.
    The purpose of taking insurance against flight cancellation and zero cancellation charges was specifically for covering such unexpected situation totally not in the hands of the customer.
    To our surprise we find a heavy amount has been deducted as cancellation charges and only a small portion of the amount is being refunded.
    We are very upset with this action and your ticket booking website has totally mislead us incurring financial losses.
    Please look into this matter and do needful to get our full refund. We will be left with no option except to go to consumer court if it is not resolved at your end.

      I book a ticket from cleartrip website at 31dec2017 for a ticket from doha to cairo, on 2jan2018 early morning.
      My trip id: [protected] for three passengers (Women, children, and infant)
      My ticket issues to be :
      From doha at 00:35 am to muscat at 3:20 am
      From muscat at 4:20 am to cairo at 6:55 am.

      Now i received an email from your agency that trip from doha to muscat is changed and become 9:30 pm in 1st jan 2018. I went to hamad international airport at the time and check the oman airlines but there is no reservation under my name. So i call qatar airways they inform me that oman airway cancels the trip and put me on 2 jan 2018 at 9:30 am. Based on the above my trip to egypt on 2jan2018 at 4:30 from muscat will fail to catch it,
      I try to call the call center of clear trip and asked about how can oman airline change my ticket issued by cleartrip agency, they confirm with me that they request to change my flight from cleartrip and cleartrip approve.
      So if this is your responsibility why you confirm me for another date without arranging another flight to egypt with me.
      Also if that happens to you why you send me to email that my flight is shifted to be 1st jan 2018 at 21:35 and it is 2jan2018 at 21:35.
      It must be observed from your end and arrange all my trip till i reach egypt,

      Please, i need any help.

        neither cleartrip nor hotel providing tax invoice for payment done

        Hi, i had done a hotel booking via cleatrip (Boookingid: [protected]). During checkout the hotel on 26/12/2017 refused to give me a tax invoice saying cleartrip needs to give the tax invoice since i've paid to cleartrip.

        Multiple calls and emails to cleartrip has not resolved the issue. They just promise that they will send the invoice at the earliest over phone and do not reply to emails. Have not received either the tax...

        I booked three air ticket of round trip using cleartrip from mumbai to chennai. The trip id is: [protected] and [protected]

        The ticket clearly stated that "this ticket is classified by cleartrip as refundable".

        However, when i cancelled the ticket, it showed total refund as zero.

        Even after speaking to the cleartrip customer care twice, i was informed i’ll be called but haven’t got any response

        This is clearly a matter of cheating and disappointment. Absolutely disappointed, would never recommend anyone to use cleartrip.

          We booked a trujet flight ticket through your wed site pnr number:01raso from kadapa to chennai on 17th december 2017.
          Unfortunatly the flight got cancelled and upon our request the true jet had sent an intemation for refund of rupees 5340rupees instead the full amount of 6150rupees deducted by you for this ticket
          We there for advice you to refund the difference amount we look forward receiving your conformation.

            I booked a hotel in Munnar with clean trip ID[protected] on 26th December 2017. This hotel was shown 2 stars on the site of Clear Trip. I have given Rs 9, 590 for one room . But on the reception I get poor behavior. Wherever I was told that I have closed the booking, why is Clear Trip booking? I do not have rooms. Later he gave me a very bad room, where the bathroom and the room walls were filthy. The blanket was stinking. The bucket was so dirty that it could not be taken away. Electricity switches were all broken. I did not get the facility o[censored]p to the mobile charge. There was no chairs to sit. The floor was dirty. I immediately asked the customer care of Clear trip, then I was told that manager will immediately contact with you and will solve the problem. But no one cantancted. The filthy sheets were given and there was no arrangement for tea. Cleartrip deceived me in this way. No solution was taken and my rupees were grabbed. I also not get any responce of complaint after 24 hours.

            Ticket not confirmed and money deducted from my account.
            Rs 3776

            No refund and also when trying to contact customer care they want ID which is not available with me..
            Kindly refund the amount asap.
            I booked the hotel in less than 24 hrs of my stay. Due to unavoidable situation, i cancelled the booking. They deducted full amount of my stay due to cancellation less than 24 hrs of my stay. This stupid policy should be changed & my refund should be return back.

              I had booked a round trip ticket for passenger mrs. Radha ramanathan by indigo - chennai - trivandrum and back on 13th december 2017.
              The amount of rs.7825/- is debited from my bank but i had not received the tickets and no one travelled.
              I have not been able to contact any of the numbers.
              I would appreciate if the amount is credited back to my account at the earliest.

                I booked 2 rooms in coorg for 23rd dec 2017 in hotel maharaja before 2 months and they gave me a confirmed status.
                After few days they called and said it was our software problem that room was already filled and we will provide you a new room in trippers homestay costing around 6000/-
                Ok i accepted.
                Later after reaching there on 23rd dec they said the rooms were filled even at there and took me to hotel [build in ] it was not at all a good hotel but since i was with my family i accepted,
                After making me to wait at there for 30 mins they said rooms were not available at there even. :- (

                They said they will take me to another hotel (This all happened around night 9 and i was with 3 girls)

                They took me to hotel lefortune (Not exactly sure about the name)
                After going to there they again said there was no rooms and make me wait for 20 mins.. After the huge discussion with them they said they will provide the dormitory for 3 girls and one 1 boy which is not at all acceptable (Since at that time as i did not have any solution and after requesting them they provided 1 room and 1 dormitory)
                Note :i will share the photos of the dormitory as well and the room i booked for.
                Note :bathroom is not clean and no water heater no tv
                Do you really think this is a good service.. I really hated it
                If you dont have rooms tell us the same we will try manage it..
                But dont make us to suffer as we avail services from you.

                I am not going to accept this.

                Maharaja is the room that i booked.
                tripperstay is the room they promised .
                3 rd image is what they provided(Consider the bed quality even).

                I booked a flight from ranchi to Delhi where balance of 2000+ has been credited from my wallet pe phone but I haven’t received any booking details.

On site there was mentioning of nominal charges for change of flight but i get astonish to know that i was charged 3800 more where as earlair ticket was 3615. Even if i cancelled the ticket and rebook probably charges were less, this amount to cheating, kindly reply

                    I was complain to clear trip on 26 dec. I also call to his mobile number. His executive assured me that, tommorow we will provide another good hotel. I have pay rs 9590 for a dirty room. I also sent so many photographs of hotel minarvaa, s room, that is very dirty hotel. Dirty room. Bathroom is dirty. Unpainted wooden table and stool is in room like a slum house. Swiches are brocken. No wi-fi, no hanger, no almira. No chair. I have got a single bed. Dirty blancket. No any facilities of tea, breakfast, drinking water. Not provided any glass in room for drinking watter. On wash bashine, there is no any mirror.

                        Yesterday I booked a room in Pearl Park Beach Resort, Neil islands, Andaman and I cancelled my booking within half an hour and waited for my refund as my family could not visit Andaman due to unavoidable circumstances but I was shocked and frankly baffled when I cancelled my booking, the hotel website said that I am not going to get a single rupee as a refund on my booking of a RS.53, 142 room in that hotel. When I called the cleartrip help line they told me that the hotel has a policy that if I cancel within 14days of check in they are going to charge 100% of my paid amount. How is this even justified, if I cancel a booking in that very same hour am I not eligible to get even a single rupee. More over their policy is if I cancel within 14 days of booking they are gonna charge me the full amount but I booked the room on 20th December 2017 for 30th December, I booked the room under 10 days and the company did not give me even a fair warning about their absurd cancellation policy until it was too late.I demand justice or at least some form of consolation as to why am I not eligible to receive even a single rupee over a decently large sum I paid to them.

                              There was a promotion going on for 1500 off but the CASHBACK was not applied

                              [protected] - Trip ID CASHBACK coupon code applied successfully and asked to pay 4424 but credit card debited for 5924.

                              I have been writing to Cleartrip now for over 20 Days now without a response and they call me a ELITE customer.

                                I have book a airindia flight from jammu to leh on 08 dec 17 through cleartrip website. An amount of rs 4407/- has been debited from my bank account vide transaction id clear trip tpsl txn#[protected], however the process of book could not completed due to network problem.

                                Till date the amount has not been refunded in my account. Therefore it is requested you to refund the amount of rs 4407/- in my account at the earliest.

                                    See a difference between the invoice provided by cleartrip and hotel with reference to the trip id: trip id : [protected]

                                    Amount paid at cleartrip: trip id : inr14310
                                    Actual invoice by the hotel: 12750.

                                    Please advise on this.
                                    Even my past bookings at cleartrip (Trip id: trip id : [protected]) i see the hotel invoice to be much lower than what the amount i paid at cleartrip.

                                    This clearly sends a wrong message to the customers and i wouldn't be preferring the cleartrip for future bookings.

                                      My trip id is[protected]

                                      I had booked below ticket for travel on 24th december by mistake from blr to ccu instead of 23rd december. I either wanted to cancel this ticket or reschedule this to 23rd without any extra charge because as confirmed by jet airways had i booked this flight directly through jet airways no charge was applicable and it is also a corporate booking. As i understand from jet airways and my other agent that there is no cancellation or rescheduling charge applicable on corporate booking i wanted to cancel my ticket or reschedule my ticket accordingly,. I had spoken to your customer care executive named hitesh kumar regarding the same and he told that airline will surely deduct airline penalties and when i asked for confirmation of same from jet airways, he told me that it is a corporate booking and sales team has advised that jet airways would not be having details of these charges and they cannot confirm anything.

                                      As i have to travel anyhow on 23rd november so i went ahead and rescheduled my flight. I need refund of the amendment fees charged to me for rescheduling this flight because as i understand from jet airways is that they do not charge anything for rescheduling flight within 24 hours of booking. Please do the needful.
