With reference to your concern raised, we would like to inform you that, under IndiGo booking reference/PNR PDL12T, the reservation was made under Lite Fare category. Further, if customer has booked the flight under the Lite fare category then check-in baggage is not allowed. In case the customer reports with check-in baggage at the airport, a fee of INR 200 per passenger per sector will be charged at the airport for 15 KGS baggage allowance. Hence, our staff at airport requested you to pay additional charges to avail check-in baggage allowance of 15kg.
