Hi abin,

We have processed a refund of aed 0 for your abu dhabi - kochi one-way booking (Trip id [protected]).

They mention in the clear trip official site there will be refund opttion for the same price, but after cancelation, this is their message, i forcefully cancel my ticket because of their poor information about how to modifiy my nsme change, customer support call centere guy doest know how to give proper information,
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I booked my train ticket from ahmedabad to Vapi on 13.12.17 journey date by internet banking. My PNR no [protected], my ticket is not confirm so how I can get money back?
The amount is 556.

Please revert me back.

    I have booked 4 nights in gold star beach resort, havelock island, andamans, from 2nd to 6th january 2018. The money has been deducted for the hotel booking through cleartrip (Amount 19950) but no confirmation email is yet received from cleartrip or from the hotel. The customer care executives do not respond to calls. Please respond back and give us speedy assistance.

      Sir, I tried to book a flight ticket on 6th Dec'2017. While paying the amount, the amount get deducted from my Bank of India account(through debit card) but the the ticket booking was not successfull. No trip id was generated for the said transaction. The amount deducted was 7432 INR. Please help with the refund.
      I already contact with the payment partner but they were not able to track the transaction and ask me to complaint the merchant. Also i have registered a complaint with my bank about the failure and they have neither refund nor respond to my complaint.
      ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Please I have tried to register wirh Cleartrip to claim a refund of IRS644 and there continue to be problems to register. Please time for expirey is running out due to thos problem.

        Dear sir,
        I sourabh s shingvi email [protected]@gmail.com booked ticket for burj khalifa dated-19 dec on 6th dec but i didn't get any confirmation about that but my money was debited-rs 21287. Than i did a call to customer care they told that the amount will be credited in 3 days but the amount is not credited. They accepted that the amount was debited. Now i'm trying to call customer care but they are asking for a trip id. So please let me know to whom should i contact for the refund of my amount.

          Sir, today (9/12/2017) i tried to ticket from guwahati to silchar, and the amount have been deducted from my account through debit card, (Transaction no-othpg[protected].)
          After a while i recieved a mail informing that the transaction was unsuccessful so the full amount would be refunded immediately but still it is not refunded yet.
          So please look into the matter and refund the amount immediately as the transaction was unsuccessful.

            Since i did not get any tckt pl. Refund my amount

              Dear sir,
              I am K. Bandyopadhyay. email Id karunamoy.[protected]@gmail.com.
              I have tried to book ticket from Hyderabad to kolkata from Cleartrip on 4.12.[protected]@ arround 4-30pm. First three times I have tried for Indian airlines from Cleartrip. Every times I got the msg Rs.6443.00 debited from my account . After that fourth time I have tried for Indigo from Cleartrip. Got the msg Rs.4638.00 is debited from my account . Info MIN*Cleartrip T. So total INR 23967.00 is debited from my ICICI bank account. But i have not received any trip ID.
              Immidiately I have contacted to customer care. within 3 days it will be credited in to my account they said.Now what shall I do?

              I am trying to book air tickect from cleartrip. Four times i have tried. First 3 times by airindia & last time by indigo from hyderabad to kolkata on 4.12.17 @around 4-30pm. I have got msg that total rs 23967.00 debted from my icici bank account, info: min*cleartrip t. But no trip id i have received.
              Immidiately i have contact with cleartrip customer care ([protected]). They accept that money is debited but failed to issue ticket & assured to return the said amount withing three working days. But nothing is return. But now when i am trying to contact they asked trip id. And i have not received from them.
              Please help me to return back of my money.

              I promise in future i will never try to book ticket from cleartrip nor i am recomending any one to book ticket from cleartrip expressing them about my experience.

              First 3times tried from Cleartrip for Airindia flight . @ Rs 6443.00X 3times =Rs 19329.00 return to my account today . Info : MCD CLEAR TRIP DT 171206.
              But 4th times tried from Cleartrip for Indigo flight of Rs.4638.00 not yet return . That means Cleartrip have debited total on 4.12.17 total Rs.23967.00. Out of that till now I have received Rs.19329.00.
              Please help me, so that remaining money from Cleartrip I can get back.

                Due to some technical issue or due some slow internet connection there was a unsuccessful ticket booking from lucknow amausi international airport to netaji subhash chandra international airport, but my axis bank account number 940909 has been debited inr 2702 on 01/12/2017 with seq no-694580. Though i have waited for 7 days but there was no refund from cleartrip. Please look into the matter

                  08/12/2017 i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank as shown below:
                  Dear customer, purchase of inr 6, 832.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx3046 on 08-dec-17. Info: vin*cleartrip
                  Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.

                  Thanks to Cleartrip although there's been some communication gap still my matter has been sorted out & have received my refund.
                  ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  On 5th Feb 2018 I tried to book Bangalore to pune GoAir G8-893 one way trip dated on 11th Feb 2018 .The booking failed but my money rupees 4273 got deducted from my account twice.So a total of rupees 8546 was deducted . Please refund the amount to my account .

                          I have booked air ticket via cleartrip from hyd - blr, but i was not able to go due to health issues, so i cancelled the ticket. But while cancelling, it showed refund and gst got reversed. Trip id[protected]. The final email says nil refund. I booked only refundable ticket option. But strange no refund email is coming after 2 days of cancellation. I tried to contact cleartrip there is no answer or call is not connected. Please help.

                              Yesterday night i booked delhi mumbai air tickets which cleartrip deduct the amount 2 times from my account 17 k but not booked my tkts i want my refund with penalty. Beacuase of this i missed my flight and got the loss of 90 k also i am trying to call them at their toll free no but unable to contact with their spoke person i was using another portal to book my earlier tkts for the first time i trusted cleartrip and this all story happend.

                                  I booked an international flight 04/12/2017. I got a failed booking message but the money was deducted from my account. There was no updates about the refund and cleartrip has not responded to the same either by email, sms or calls.

                                  Their toll free numbers and customer service numbers are not helpful.

                                  Please do the needful and refund the deducted amount asap.

                                    I booked a hotel room through cleartrip and during the transaction it showed an error but the money was deducted, and no confirmation mail, hence no trip id, i can't even call up cleartrip, please i need the money back, i live in a hostel, i really need the money back, or atleast a confirmation

                                        I tried to book a ticket through cleartrip from kolkata to mumbai dated 17/12/2017. The ticket price of rs.5301 was debited from my account but no ticket was forwarded. I have been trying to get in touch with cleartrip on facebook and twitter and various customer care numbers but there has been no response at all.

                                        Atleast they should confirm me the status of my ticket so i can move ahead with my plan
