Due to some technical issue or due some slow internet connection there was a unsuccessful ticket booking from lucknow amausi international airport to netaji subhash chandra international airport, but my axis bank account number 940909 has been debited inr 2702 on 01/12/2017 with seq no-694580. Though i have waited for 7 days but there was no refund from cleartrip. Please look into the matter

    08/12/2017 i tried to book an air ticket, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. I got an sms from bank as shown below:
    Dear customer, purchase of inr 6, 832.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx3046 on 08-dec-17. Info: vin*cleartrip
    Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.
    Please kindly look into this matter.

    Thanks to Cleartrip although there's been some communication gap still my matter has been sorted out & have received my refund.
    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    On 5th Feb 2018 I tried to book Bangalore to pune GoAir G8-893 one way trip dated on 11th Feb 2018 .The booking failed but my money rupees 4273 got deducted from my account twice.So a total of rupees 8546 was deducted . Please refund the amount to my account .

    I tried to book a flight from jaipur to bhopal. My money got debited from bank account but got no confirmation for the ticket. The booking was shown as failed. Please refund the amount.

            Dear team,

            I have booked air ticket via cleartrip from hyd - blr, but i was not able to go due to health issues, so i cancelled the ticket. But while cancelling, it showed refund and gst got reversed. Trip id[protected]. The final email says nil refund. I booked only refundable ticket option. But strange no refund email is coming after 2 days of cancellation. I tried to contact cleartrip there is no answer or call is not connected. Please help.

                Yesterday night i booked delhi mumbai air tickets which cleartrip deduct the amount 2 times from my account 17 k but not booked my tkts i want my refund with penalty. Beacuase of this i missed my flight and got the loss of 90 k also i am trying to call them at their toll free no but unable to contact with their spoke person i was using another portal to book my earlier tkts for the first time i trusted cleartrip and this all story happend.

                  I didn't connected app with my account.

                  And i tried again after connecting my account. And i booked ticket.

                    I booked an international flight 04/12/2017. I got a failed booking message but the money was deducted from my account. There was no updates about the refund and cleartrip has not responded to the same either by email, sms or calls.

                    Their toll free numbers and customer service numbers are not helpful.

                    Please do the needful and refund the deducted amount asap.

                      I booked a hotel room through cleartrip and during the transaction it showed an error but the money was deducted, and no confirmation mail, hence no trip id, i can't even call up cleartrip, please i need the money back, i live in a hostel, i really need the money back, or atleast a confirmation
                      I have the mail that shows the money being deducted and the recipient being clear trip, it is a sum of 1687 rupees, i'm in urge of the money and i please request you to handle the procedures fast, please this is for my girlfriend's birthday and it is very important, i really don't know what to do, please tend to my needs fast

                          I tried to book a ticket through cleartrip from kolkata to mumbai dated 17/12/2017. The ticket price of rs.5301 was debited from my account but no ticket was forwarded. I have been trying to get in touch with cleartrip on facebook and twitter and various customer care numbers but there has been no response at all.

                          Atleast they should confirm me the status of my ticket so i can move ahead with my plan

                                I just made a booking through clear trip but when i completed my payment transaction a window poped up stating invalid transaction and then i called up clear trip customer service and spoke with a representative named hrishikesh and he said the i need to wait for an hour for the confirmation on my booking also he would call me but i haven't received any calls yet... Its a transaction of 14000 through kotak mahindra bank.

                                I need immediate attention on this.

                                  My name is manoj joseph. I have booked a ticket by cleartrip in kozhikod - kolkotta sector. Neither ticket was issued nor the trip id was given. The amount for the ticket to a tune of rs. 6030 was deducted from my account. Sinve the trip id is not issued i can proceed in contacting the customer care. There are no other options to contact the customer care. How can i get back the money for the ticket that was not issued?

                                    1. I had tried to book flight ticket from pune to delhi on 24 nov 2017 twice, both the times the money through net banking got deducted but i dint receive any itenary/pnr/message from cleartrip.
                                    2. On this i called up the customer care where in i was informed that they did not receive any payment so the ticket was not booked, and the money will be refunded in 7 days. Today it is more than 7 days but i did not receive any refund. On calling up customer care now they are saying that the ticket has already been booked, where as i have already planned my travel through other agency after the confirmation of cleartrip customer care that ticket has not been booked and i will get my refund.
                                    3. I am sending the attachment of my bank statement showing the transactions.
                                    4. Now the cleartrip executive at customer care is saying that i have to cancel the ticket and cancellation charges will be taken.
                                    5. This is the matter of integrity of cleartrip as i feel that i have been cheated by them and they have snatched my money giving me a fake information.
                                    6. I want my money to be refunded or i shall lodge an official complaint in this matter.

                                      Refering to my ticket for chennai - trichy one-way flight — trip id [protected] travelling on 23rd nov 2017 thro clear trip, it was stated to carry 25kgs, where as airindia authority did noit allow and restricted to 15kgs only. I faced very bad difficulties while i was travelling onward from doha to trichy carrying only 25kgs as stated. Airlines quoted sevaral cases similar for the past and they were relectant to take any action against clear trip. Instead they made the cosumer at great hassle during tarvel. There was no support from airlines as well.
                                      I need justice for my sufferings and appropriate action against both service providers pls.

                                      Please find attached ticket copy which is already specified with allowable checkin baggage for 25 kgs.
