Kindly note that i booked ticket on the date 15/12/2017 train number (17302) dharwad to mysore through online. Still i am not get any ticket.0r trans id. The amount id debited from my account and i got mail from bank transcation has been done. But i am not get any ticket.

    I have cancelled my 2 tickets but still i didn't get refund credit to my respective account. Trip id is mentioned below :

    Trip id : [protected], web ref : nsibe34635937, march 27, 2018 (Pat – del)
    Furthermore, i have compliant through online however also not get any response from cleartrip.
    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    There was a promotion going on for 1500 off but the CASHBACK was not applied

    [protected] - Trip ID CASHBACK coupon code applied successfully and asked to pay 4424 but credit card debited for 5924.

    I have been writing to Cleartrip now for over 20 Days now without a response and they call me a ELITE customer.

      I have book a airindia flight from jammu to leh on 08 dec 17 through cleartrip website. An amount of rs 4407/- has been debited from my bank account vide transaction id clear trip tpsl txn#[protected], however the process of book could not completed due to network problem.

      Till date the amount has not been refunded in my account. Therefore it is requested you to refund the amount of rs 4407/- in my account at the earliest.

        I have booked indigo flight tickets through clear trip.

        Manglore to ahmedabad
        Ticket with check in baggage of 17 kg and hand baggage 7 kg even though they refused for check in baggage and argued that your booking is without check in baggage and demanded ₹ 1200.00 and tortured me for 15-20 minutes and after lots of arguments they were ready to take check in baggage with ₹ 200.00 instead of ₹ 1200.00,
        Please check my booking and ticket sent to me by you.
        Booking was for my daughter maushmi patel.
        Please see in the matter immediately and do the needful.

Further, if customer has booked the flight under the Lite fare category then check-in baggage is not allowed. In case the customer reports with check-in baggage at the airport, a fee of INR 200 per passenger per sector will be charged at the airport for 15 KGS baggage allowance. Hence, our staff at airport requested you to pay additional charges to avail check-in baggage allowance of 15kg.           See a difference between the invoice provided by cleartrip and hotel with reference to the trip id: trip id : [protected]

          Amount paid at cleartrip: trip id : inr14310
          Actual invoice by the hotel: 12750.

          Please advise on this.
          Even my past bookings at cleartrip (Trip id: trip id : [protected]) i see the hotel invoice to be much lower than what the amount i paid at cleartrip.

          This clearly sends a wrong message to the customers and i wouldn't be preferring the cleartrip for future bookings.

            Hi team,
            My trip id is[protected]

            I had booked below ticket for travel on 24th december by mistake from blr to ccu instead of 23rd december. I either wanted to cancel this ticket or reschedule this to 23rd without any extra charge because as confirmed by jet airways had i booked this flight directly through jet airways no charge was applicable and it is also a corporate booking. As i understand from jet airways and my other agent that there is no cancellation or rescheduling charge applicable on corporate booking i wanted to cancel my ticket or reschedule my ticket accordingly,. I had spoken to your customer care executive named hitesh kumar regarding the same and he told that airline will surely deduct airline penalties and when i asked for confirmation of same from jet airways, he told me that it is a corporate booking and sales team has advised that jet airways would not be having details of these charges and they cannot confirm anything.

            As i have to travel anyhow on 23rd november so i went ahead and rescheduled my flight. I need refund of the amendment fees charged to me for rescheduling this flight because as i understand from jet airways is that they do not charge anything for rescheduling flight within 24 hours of booking. Please do the needful.

              Hi abin,

              We have processed a refund of aed 0 for your abu dhabi - kochi one-way booking (Trip id [protected]).

              They mention in the clear trip official site there will be refund opttion for the same price, but after cancelation, this is their message, i forcefully cancel my ticket because of their poor information about how to modifiy my nsme change, customer support call centere guy doest know how to give proper information,

              I booked my train ticket from ahmedabad to Vapi on 13.12.17 journey date by internet banking. My PNR no [protected], my ticket is not confirm so how I can get money back?
              The amount is 556.

                I have booked 4 nights in gold star beach resort, havelock island, andamans, from 2nd to 6th january 2018. The money has been deducted for the hotel booking through cleartrip (Amount 19950) but no confirmation email is yet received from cleartrip or from the hotel. The customer care executives do not respond to calls. Please respond back and give us speedy assistance.

                  Sir, I tried to book a flight ticket on 6th Dec'2017. While paying the amount, the amount get deducted from my Bank of India account(through debit card) but the the ticket booking was not successfull. No trip id was generated for the said transaction. The amount deducted was 7432 INR. Please help with the refund.
                  I already contact with the payment partner but they were not able to track the transaction and ask me to complaint the merchant. Also i have registered a complaint with my bank about the failure and they have neither refund nor respond to my complaint.
                  ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Please I have tried to register wirh Cleartrip to claim a refund of IRS644 and there continue to be problems to register. Please time for expirey is running out due to thos problem.

                    Dear sir,
                    I sourabh s shingvi email [protected]@gmail.com booked ticket for burj khalifa dated-19 dec on 6th dec but i didn't get any confirmation about that but my money was debited-rs 21287. Than i did a call to customer care they told that the amount will be credited in 3 days but the amount is not credited. They accepted that the amount was debited. Now i'm trying to call customer care but they are asking for a trip id. So please let me know to whom should i contact for the refund of my amount.

                      Sir, today (9/12/2017) i tried to ticket from guwahati to silchar, and the amount have been deducted from my account through debit card, (Transaction no-othpg[protected].)
                      After a while i recieved a mail informing that the transaction was unsuccessful so the full amount would be refunded immediately but still it is not refunded yet.
                      So please look into the matter and refund the amount immediately as the transaction was unsuccessful.

                          I have tried to book ticket from Hyderabad to kolkata from Cleartrip on 4.12.[protected]@ arround 4-30pm. First three times I have tried for Indian airlines from Cleartrip. Every times I got the msg Rs.6443.00 debited from my account . After that fourth time I have tried for Indigo from Cleartrip. Got the msg Rs.4638.00 is debited from my account . Info MIN*Cleartrip T. So total INR 23967.00 is debited from my ICICI bank account. But i have not received any trip ID.
                          Immidiately I have contacted to customer care. within 3 days it will be credited in to my account they said.Now what shall I do?

                          I am trying to book air tickect from cleartrip. Four times i have tried. First 3 times by airindia & last time by indigo from hyderabad to kolkata on 4.12.17 @around 4-30pm. I have got msg that total rs 23967.00 debted from my icici bank account, info: min*cleartrip t. But no trip id i have received.
                          Immidiately i have contact with cleartrip customer care ([protected]). They accept that money is debited but failed to issue ticket & assured to return the said amount withing three working days. But nothing is return. But now when i am trying to contact they asked trip id. And i have not received from them.
                          Please help me to return back of my money.

                          I promise in future i will never try to book ticket from cleartrip nor i am recomending any one to book ticket from cleartrip expressing them about my experience.

                          First 3times tried from Cleartrip for Airindia flight . @ Rs 6443.00X 3times =Rs 19329.00 return to my account today . Info : MCD CLEAR TRIP DT 171206.
                          But 4th times tried from Cleartrip for Indigo flight of Rs.4638.00 not yet return . That means Cleartrip have debited total on 4.12.17 total Rs.23967.00. Out of that till now I have received Rs.19329.00.
                          Please help me, so that remaining money from Cleartrip I can get back.

                            Due to some technical issue or due some slow internet connection there was a unsuccessful ticket booking from lucknow amausi international airport to netaji subhash chandra international airport, but my axis bank account number 940909 has been debited inr 2702 on 01/12/2017 with seq no-694580. Though i have waited for 7 days but there was no refund from cleartrip. Please look into the matter

                              Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.

                              Thanks to Cleartrip although there's been some communication gap still my matter has been sorted out & have received my refund.

                              On 5th Feb 2018 I tried to book Bangalore to pune GoAir G8-893 one way trip dated on 11th Feb 2018 .The booking failed but my money rupees 4273 got deducted from my account twice.So a total of rupees 8546 was deducted . Please refund the amount to my account .

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have booked air ticket via cleartrip from hyd - blr, but i was not able to go due to health issues, so i cancelled the ticket. But while cancelling, it showed refund and gst got reversed. Trip id[protected]. The final email says nil refund. I booked only refundable ticket option. But strange no refund email is coming after 2 days of cancellation. I tried to contact cleartrip there is no answer or call is not connected. Please help.
