I booked in air india express to travel from ras al khaimah airport to kozhikode on 4 dec 2017 and return from kozhikode airport to ras al khaimah airport on 1 jan 2018. The booking was done through cleartrip on 23 november 2017.
Today-26 nov 2017 at u. A. E time around 9.50 pm (Indian time 11.30 pm) approximately i was trying to see how to modify my booking in cleartrip site but i could see immediately within a few minutes i got a message saying my all my 4 ticket for the family is cancelled. I wasn't trying to cancel. Immediately i tried to call the cleartrip customer service [protected] to report however i couldn't get through for almost 30 minutues to speak with any customer service agent.in the mean time i was sending emails requesting if there is any cancellation process initiated due to technical issues, please stop it.
Finally when i get someone from cleartrip customer service team to talk to after 30 minutes, they said my ticket is completely cancelled from cleartrip and from the airindia express side. I request them several times understanding nothing will happen that soon but they denied. Then i contacted air india express customer service team from dubai on 0091-[protected], i got connected to mr. Meeraj and he said my ticket is completely active and no request for cancellation is received. Even i contacted him the third time at indian time 1.50 am. That time also the ticket is active.
I understand it's cleartrip who wants to do the cancellation for earning additional charges liked cancellation fee and convenience fee but as a passenger, i don't want to cancel the ticket for my family at all.

I've called and emailed several times cleartrip but their response was everything happened within a glance of time which no body could believe.
Please requesting your interference into this matter urgently to resolve the issue.
