Pls to note that i booked the flight from cleartrip to go urgently to india from dubai, (As i stay in dubai) to hyderabad on 10/11/17, after on line payment i recive the ticket confirmation that my ticket is from abu dubai to hyderabad. After many times calling which is not clear at all about the route, i comes to know through emirates airline office (Thanks to them) that there is shuttle bus from abu dhabi to dubai on 10th nov and on 11th nov your flight is conformed from dubai to hyderabad. Conclusion that i will never book the tickets with cleartrip in future and i will inform my all near and dears to do tha same.

We have booked a ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad and cancelled on same day, no amount is refunded and clear trip people are not responding this is very bad as per concern we are the regular customers of clear trip I'm attaching my cancelled ticket of one person I'm attaching you the ticket cancelled is Vishali ch please solve the issue asap.

    I had booked one ticket for jaipur-surat on 8th morning at 06.23 am for travel on 11/11/2017 and payment of rs.4016 was charged on my credit card but ticket was not booked.
    I made another booking at 10.49 am and paid rs.3702. I lodged a comppaint on 8th itself and got the message as under.
    "thank you for contacting cleartrip. We, at cleartrip, are committed to making travel simple. Case id 04088000has been created for your query.

    No one has contacted so far and i am not able to reach them either on phone or any other way as they ask fro trip id.

    Please arrange to refund my amount.

      Hello,

      I made an online payment to Cleartrip for a hotel booking. The payment got deducted from my account but no PNR/Trip ID generated. When i am calling the customer care they are asking for Trip ID to proceed. They have no proper mechanism to deal with such issues or rather intentionally not providing contact detials. I dont have any means to contact them.

        I recently booked hotel through cleartrip, but due to personal reason was not able to travel. As per cancellation policy I was supposed to get refund of 1700 but I received refund of 56 RS only. I have mailed to customer support, but there is no response from them. I also called customer care, they promised a call from manager. Still waiting from 24 hours.

        Rating:- 1/10, will never recommend to anyone.

          I was given a voucher of value rs. 3500 by cleartrip based on my previous bookings to be used for further hotel bookings. I used that coupon to book the hostel at singapore. But that transaction was failed as cleartrip was having some technical issues on their website for the whole day. I received below mentioned mail from cleartrip to make a new booking of value more than rs.3500 so that they can refund the failed transaction coupon amount to my debit card. I did so immediately last week with new trip id : [protected] & till today the amount is not credited back to my account. So many times i had called up customer care & they always say that they have escalated the case to the concerned department & the credit will be done soon. Kindly take steps for the amount to be credited to my account. Here is the mail from cleartrip :

          Dear customer,

          We tried calling you but there was no response.

          This is with reference to your booking under trip id :[protected]

          We regret for the inconvenience caused to you for your hotel booking with us at hotel moni gallery hostel, singapore, singapore

          Regarding your query regarding the use of the hotel cashback received to you as a part of the cleartrip rewards program please find below :-

          1] we are deeply sorry to inform you that you won't be able to use the rewards program coupon code twice using the same account even is the booking generated has fallen under issues.

          2] however, in case you make a new reservation with us we will refund you the difference amount.

          3] please note that you need to make new booking for hotel product without using any kind of discount or coupon code as only one offer can be applied to any booking.

          4] also, note that the booking must be more than the minimum amount of cashback coupon used earlier i. E. Inr 3500.

          5] the mode of payment used must be either credit/debit card

          6] after we retrieve your new booking, we will refund you the amount which will include the amount of cashback used for previous booking.

            I would like to know why airlines are getting away with a "convenience" fee for using credit cards? When we shop on line, or pay utility bills, no such fee is applied. This is another scam to extort as much money as they can.

            Recently i purchased a ticket on cleartrip for a jet airways flight from bangalore to chennai. The fare was rs 3508. I had to cancel the flight (Over 24 hours prior) and received a refund of only rs 155/-
            Rs 2703 was swallowed by the airline, rs 250 by cleartrip (There is no clear notification when you book on cleartrip that they will charge a fee) and rs 400 for a "convenience" fee!!

            Is there anything we can do to bring in a fair refund policy, and remove this "convenience fee" scam on credit cards??

              Jet airways flt booking done for flight at 14.15 when reached airport from boarding pass came to know that it was rescheduled for at 15.45 and again flight got delayed reason late arrival and delayed for another one hour
              Gate number was 43b and it got changed to 44b without proper announcement
              What is this nonsense? Poor performance

                Had booked 4 rooms at holiday inn beach resort.
                1. Construction is going on so guest should not be putup during this time
                2. The lady at reception was very rude.
                3. The door locks of the room do not work.
                4. The shower in my room was not working.
                5.in one of the room there were plenty of cockroaches.
                6. Intercom not working in any room.
                7.ac not working in one room.
                8.in the restaurant we were been forced to take buffet dinner as it was only available.
                9. Finally i feel its a hotel worth rs 1000 only.

                  I have booked one flight which was from bangalore to delhi. Trip id-[protected]
                  Due to some issues i had to cancel my ticket, but i did not get my full refund according to the policies. Tons of calls i have made them but no response. Juhi singh was the poc for me. Trying to reach, everytime they are saying she is on leave from last 3 weeks. Pathetic and worst exp.

                    We have made a booking via clear trip on october 17th for a trip from kochi to hyderabad for four persons on january 3rd 2018 for an amount of inr 29, 776. For unexpected reasons we had to cancel the trip and we received a refund of inr 2, 176 only in total. On the contrary, it is mentioned in your fare rule that only inr 3000 will be deducted from each ticket, in which case the deduction should be inr 12, 000 and we are eligible to receive balance refund of inr 17, 776.
                    We have been booking for clear trip for travels and other bookings, but it is the first time we are disappointed about your service. Could you please explain your fare rules, which states that only 3000 inr will be deducted from each ticket and based on which we have done the cancellation.

                      Clear trips, to whom it may concern : i booked a ticket in your company trip id. No [protected]. October 3, and made my payment trough my atm card, stardard chartered bank but it was failed, on the same day and hour i used my credit card to pay the same ticket and iwas successfull. But on october 4, my atm card was debited to cleartrip for the same ticket. One your agent told me that it will automatically refund but until now, no refund.. Please address these problem as soon as possible, i need my money. Thank you...

                        Hi,
                        I have booked a flight ticket to guwahati, as per ticket check-in baggage allowance is 15kg but in the indigo website, it is showing that my ticket is booked under lite fair so there is no check-in baggage allowed.
                        This is entirely your fault, so please clear this issue otherwise i have to pay money from my pocket for check-in baggage

                        As my journey date is 3rd there is no much time left

                          Yesterday i spoken to one of the customer care person mr. Abdul on the following query

                          I booked indigo flight ticket from varanasi to chennai on sept -24 for the travel date through cleartrip.com

                          [protected] varanasi to bom
                          Bom to chennai

                          The cost of the ticket including baggage was rs 15, 280.00/-

                          As per the booking status on cleartrip ticket copy the baggage info shows - check in -15 kg, cabin -7 kg. I clearly checked twice on the website while booking the ticket to ensure that it includes baggage also. Even on the ticket invoice it shows baggage details

                          However while boarding at varanasi at baggage check in counter the staff told that there is no baggage allowance and only hand baggage is allowed and have to pay rs 200/- for baggage

                          And they showed the indigo ticket invoice.

                          I was shocked to see that on the clear trip invoice it shows includes baggage but on the indigo invoice it shows only hand baggage. How the difference came i am unable to understand. We believe while booking the tickets through these website. But these website shows one thing and flight website shows another thing.

                          I want clear picture how the diff happening. Is booking website brain washing the customers while booking showing lesser amount while booking to attract customer and while boarding these kind of problem arises

                          I am hereby attaching both the ticket info (Clear trip and indigo flight booking) for your reference. Please provide clear picture and refund the money of rs 200/- paid at counter.

                            My trip id is[protected]
                            I had cancelled on 17th october flight ticket for kolkata to chennai spicejet through clear trip. I have not received the amount rs 4021 till date. My repeated request to clear trip to pay back has been a waste.
                            Please pay me back the amount without any delay. I checked my banker on 30 october they did confirm that the said rs 4021 did not come to my account.

                              I am sudeep parihar and i booked the flight tickets on 16th oct 2017 for mumbai to chennai for 10th nov 2017 and trip id: [protected] and i paid ₹2, 425. And my return flight chennai to mumbai for 12 nov 2017 and trip id: [protected] and i paid ₹2, 111. Due to some reason there is change in this program and now i want to cancel these trips and once i inquired about cancellation of these trips your representative (Cleartrip case id –[protected] stating that they will refund 96/- rs instead of ₹2, 425 and 92- rs instead of ₹2, 111. I feel cheated because it was mentioned refundable in their site thus i choose your site.

                                My name is syed mansoor i booked the railway ticket from new guntur to nellore in the name of k sri lakshmi age 43 on 29/10/2017 time 5.25 pm. I paid amount of ticket rs 160/- through my net bank in the of syed mansoor, payment is sucess full but i didnot get any details of my booking ticket... How can i get my ticket details its so fraud... This clear trip is giving wrost service... Guys dont book tickets in clear trip... Block this website.

                                  I tried to book round trip tickets today for delhi-kolkata-delhi on cleartrip.com on my laptop and i was taken to the payment gateway and after putting in all required card details, the payment processing started and i got an sms from my banks saying the amount has been deducted but then the cleartrip page showed an error message saying the booking has failed.
                                  This is extremely distressing as i have to urgently book tickets and upon calling their customer care repeatedly, i am told i will have to wait for 4 hours and that they are not able to find any booking made by me [going by my phone number and email that i used online]. This is even more worrying as the amount is not a small one but cleartrip support is not offering a timely resolution and asking me to wait. This is customer service of very poor quality and the site is riddled with glitches. I'd request cleartrip to resolve this issue asap and either issue a complete refund to my account or send me the final flight tickets as selected by me.

                                    Even if you want to carry out a sordid business of fooling customers - you can't retain the taxes that you have collected from me.

                                    Please refund the applicable amount at the earliest unless you would like the issue to be escalated further.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have done a booking on air-india pune - chandigarh - pune flight with trip id [protected] for 27th oct - 2nd nov. This has been booked for a senior citizen who is 64 years old. Air india gives a 50% discount for senior citizens but the same is not applicable when booked through clear trip. I made the booking paying the full fare through the clear trip website.

                                      I called up clear trip customer care on 25th oct 2017 and they have clearly denied that the discount is available on air india but is not available through clear trip.

                                      This is completely unfair as the same senior discount available on air india should have been available on clear trip as well.

                                        Hi all - this is to let you know that i just had one of the worst customer service of life. While booking i opted for 2nd november 2017 as return ticket from kolkata to bangalore. Unfortunately the return ticket got booked for 3rd of november 2017, whereas no issue with going ticket (Blr to ccu).

                                        So immediately i called customer care and narrated the incident. Swapnil, told me that if there is technical fault i will get the refund, if it is my fault, i have to bear the rescheduling charge that is rs.2000/-. So i told him to document and do the needful, unfortunately he disconnected the call after almost 35 minutes appxty.
                                        He sounded very frustrated, not the right behaviour, while talking i asked for manager, several times, no help.

                                        After the disconnect i called again and then got connected to praful, and narrated the incident, so i asked him to connect to manager, even he gave me lame excuses but did not connect. So asked him to reschedule my ticket, then he said that he cannot do, there is a different team, that is ammendment team.

                                        There he connects me to jayesh, who tells me that i need to pay extra of rs.2800/-, then i told him that i was told 2000/-, now jayesh tells me that it has increased because of the delay. So i told him that i was disconnected, which made no difference to jayesh. So asked him to connect to manager, even he refused.
                                        Out of frustration and disappointment i cancelled my ticket and was told that i would get refund of rs.2452/-

                                        Please provide me the refund or else i am going to take this to the highest level.
