Hi all - this is to let you know that i just had one of the worst customer service of life. While booking i opted for 2nd november 2017 as return ticket from kolkata to bangalore. Unfortunately the return ticket got booked for 3rd of november 2017, whereas no issue with going ticket (Blr to ccu).
So immediately i called customer care and narrated the incident. Swapnil, told me that if there is technical fault i will get the refund, if it is my fault, i have to bear the rescheduling charge that is rs.2000/-. So i told him to document and do the needful, unfortunately he disconnected the call after almost 35 minutes appxty.
He sounded very frustrated, not the right behaviour, while talking i asked for manager, several times, no help.
After the disconnect i called again and then got connected to praful, and narrated the incident, so i asked him to connect to manager, even he gave me lame excuses but did not connect. So asked him to reschedule my ticket, then he said that he cannot do, there is a different team, that is ammendment team.
There he connects me to jayesh, who tells me that i need to pay extra of rs.2800/-, then i told him that i was told 2000/-, now jayesh tells me that it has increased because of the delay. So i told him that i was disconnected, which made no difference to jayesh. So asked him to connect to manager, even he refused.
Out of frustration and disappointment i cancelled my ticket and was told that i would get refund of rs.2452/-
Please provide me the refund or else i am going to take this to the highest level.
