I have cancelled the above trip which was specifically mentioned refundable - on cancellation - zero refund is showing.

Even if you want to carry out a sordid business of fooling customers - you can't retain the taxes that you have collected from me.

Please refund the applicable amount at the earliest unless you would like the issue to be escalated further.

    Hi,

    I have done a booking on air-india pune - chandigarh - pune flight with trip id [protected] for 27th oct - 2nd nov. This has been booked for a senior citizen who is 64 years old. Air india gives a 50% discount for senior citizens but the same is not applicable when booked through clear trip. I made the booking paying the full fare through the clear trip website.

    I called up clear trip customer care on 25th oct 2017 and they have clearly denied that the discount is available on air india but is not available through clear trip.

    This is completely unfair as the same senior discount available on air india should have been available on clear trip as well.

      Hi all - this is to let you know that i just had one of the worst customer service of life. While booking i opted for 2nd november 2017 as return ticket from kolkata to bangalore. Unfortunately the return ticket got booked for 3rd of november 2017, whereas no issue with going ticket (Blr to ccu).

      So immediately i called customer care and narrated the incident. Swapnil, told me that if there is technical fault i will get the refund, if it is my fault, i have to bear the rescheduling charge that is rs.2000/-. So i told him to document and do the needful, unfortunately he disconnected the call after almost 35 minutes appxty.
      He sounded very frustrated, not the right behaviour, while talking i asked for manager, several times, no help.

      After the disconnect i called again and then got connected to praful, and narrated the incident, so i asked him to connect to manager, even he gave me lame excuses but did not connect. So asked him to reschedule my ticket, then he said that he cannot do, there is a different team, that is ammendment team.

      There he connects me to jayesh, who tells me that i need to pay extra of rs.2800/-, then i told him that i was told 2000/-, now jayesh tells me that it has increased because of the delay. So i told him that i was disconnected, which made no difference to jayesh. So asked him to connect to manager, even he refused.
      Out of frustration and disappointment i cancelled my ticket and was told that i would get refund of rs.2452/-

      Please provide me the refund or else i am going to take this to the highest level.

          I have tried bookin a flight from banglore to hong kong today from a oceanpay card ending with 2550 the amount has been detucted from my bank but the trip id and the details havent been issued, i have crossed checked witht the bank but
          the amount has been detucted on the name of clear trip mumbai i have attached a screen shot of the account deduction.can u please look into the issue and revert back to me asap as its an urgent booking. it wouldnt be a problem to me i[censored] can even issue the trip id as wel without the cancellation.

          I have booked my flight with trip ID[protected] on Diwali offer.They promised to give 30% cashback.I even received 1500 Rs in my wallet but I'm not able to use that money for booking other ticket online through cleartrip. There is no option available to pay through wallet.I want my wallet money to be used in that ticket.Please fix it asap.

            I had booked flight ticket for mumbai to kozhikode on 29 august 2017 by indigio airlines through clear trip. Due to incessant rain the flights were inordinately delayed and i was given the offer by indigo airlines to cancel the ticket without any penalty. I was informed by the airlines that they had deposited rupees five thousand three hundred and eight into the account of clear trip to pay me back. I have not received the amount till date. My repeated request to clear trip to pay back has been waste.
            Please pay me back the amount at the earliest.

              On 16.10.2017, monday, while i tried to book a flight ticket, there was a network problem and i could not finish to book the ticket.
              But on the same day at 06:58 p. M., i received this sms -'thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx7277 for a purchase worth rs4646.0 on pos payust[protected] at cleartrip txn#[protected]' and the said amount i. E. Rs4646/- was deducted from my account.
              So, i should be thankful if cleartrip could kindly check the matters and credit back the same amount which was debited from my account.

                I booked 4 tickets from delhi to varanasi for 18.10.2017.

                My trip id : [protected]

                I bought these 4 tickets for my clients with an insurance from cleartrip's website and on the insurance policy while buying the tickets it was clearly stated that the amount would be reimbursement in case of any flight cancellation.

                Now when i'm cancelling the tickets i'm being told by mohit dhamdhere (Floor manager of cleartrip) that i'll be charged a cancellation fees of rs 16, 000 out of my total fair of rs 27, 850.

                When it is clearly mentioned that if i buy an insurance with the tickets and then cancel the tickets i'll be reimbursed my entire money except the insurance fees then how can cleartrip refuse my to refund my entire amount.

                If i don't get my entire refund i'll be approaching the consumer court because this is a fraud and cleartrip is cheating all their customers by providing wrong information online. I will also be writing about cleartrip on all online forums about how they are cheating their clients so that people get informed and dont chose cleartrip for flight bookings.

                I am also attaching the screenshots of the policy on cleartrips website that clearly states that with an insurance the client would be reimbursed the entire amount when any trip is canceled.

                  I had booked train ticket from raipur to kota jn by debit card on 19 april 2017, ticket could not book by clear trip, but amount have been debited from my account, several times i talked with team of clear trip and they said me the amount has been credited in may account on 20 april 2017, but amount not received till date, they given reference no. And he advised me to contact branch manager of bank and i talked about this matter and he told me there is no system to check, it may refund automatically, sir six months passed now, still i am waiting.
                  So i requested you, please may see the case and be solve the it as soon as possible.

                    I tried to book flight ticket from Delhi to Guwahati for 05.12.2017, the amount of Rs. 17, 156/- deducted from my account but ticket not booked, i did not received any confirmation mail, trip ID and confirmed ticket. i also tried to contact on toll free customer care no. but i didn't have any trip id so i am unable to lodge my complaint. This is my second request but till date no one from cleartrip contacted me. Kindly confirm the tickets or refund my amount immediately. Please respond.

                    Booked tickets for arvind kumar yadav and gaurie yadav frm cochi to chennai ex spice jet on 20 oct and return journey by indigo on 27 oct. amt deducted frm icici debit card but tickets not booked due to web error.

                      We have booked an air ticket from singapore to chennai for 8th december 00.10 flight. We gave 8th by forgetting that date will change at 00.10. We requested for the change on 12th itself. After forwarding the calls to 3 persons they said they can arrange call back within 3 hrs. But they called only on 14th. By the time flight charges has gone up and we ended paying additional rs.1200/-. After waiting for long in the phone.

                      Please do the needful to make the people meet the sla and also request you to refund the loss due to support team

                            My trip id is[protected], dr shweta singhai i had called ms ashwini from cleartrip about postponing my flight on 23 sept 17 from bangalore to pune scheduled at 16:50 hours. Ms ashwini sent me a mail in which i had to book a flight on 23 sept at 21;05 hours she did not inform me that the link would expire if i disconnected the call. She did tell me that link would last for 10 min. So i booked the ticket on the link for an additional rs 2294 and the transaction was accepted.
                            When i did not receive an eticket, i called cleartrip again and they informed me that no ticket had been booked.
                            I talked to ashwini again and she said that this amount of rs 2294 will be refunded to me. However till date, no refund has been given for this.
                            Also i had to cancel my whole trip for which i only got rs 1061 from cleartrip (For to and fro ticket from bangalore to pune)

                            Please refund the money as soon as possible.

                              I have booked a round trip ticket trip id [protected] last june 2017 and has cost 1700+ aed. The airline cancelled the return flight. Cleartrip said that they will do a refund. I have booked a new one way flight that has cost me 1300+ aed. After almost 5 months they have finally processed the refund and all i get is 125 aed? I couldn't believe my eyes! I spent 3000+ aed for a flight that's supposed to be 1700+ aed and the refund is only 125 aed??!! Someone needs to sort this asap.

                                We smt. Manju kar and mr. Amar jyoti kar, pnr no-c48rmi, flight no-sg657 dt.03/10/2017 could not board due to medical emergency and also boarding permission was refused by medical team of spicejet and advise to immediate medical assistance.
                                As per their advise we have applied for refund the full ticket money to the spicejet on 04/10/2017.
                                After that they have been approved our request and instruct to contract you (Same travel agency) for full refund, as per their email dt.07/10/2017. We could not connect your toll fee number.
                                So, we request you to make initiate to refund the money as an earliest. Refund amount may be credited to a/c no[protected] of ratan das, united bank of india, balurghat br. Ifsc code-utbi0blu261. (Amount debited from this a/c when purchased)

                                  I made a reservation yesterday hyderabad/amritsar return
                                  Return ticket was made for the same day, either by mistake or because of technical problem. I immediately called reservations and spoke to viraj, he could not help me, the only suggestion he gave me either to cancel the ticket or reschedule for which i had to pay rs 9600 that too with limited choice of airline and timings.
                                  I have been cleartrip customer for many years. I am very disappointed with this experience. I swear to my god, i will use cleartrip ever again in my life and i will also suggest the same to other people.

                                      My hotel booking through cleartrip (Trip id : [protected]) was unable to be completed for the hotel i had booked, because the hotel had changed hands in the time since i paid the deposit till the final payment was due. I was offered a choice to switch my booking to another hotel, or receive a refund of my deposit.

                                      When i rang back, to ask for a cancellation and deposit refund, i was told i could not get a refund unless i paid the remainder of the full payment (Remember, this is for a hotel i could no longer book) and then they would give me a refund on cancellation (Less rs 100). But if i just cancelled the booking without paying the remainder of the full amount, they would not refund me the deposit.

                                      This was so ridiculous, and after i had spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this problem previously, there was no way i could trust cleartrip to refund me anything - why would i risk a further rs 11, 958 when they had been so infuriatingly incompetent in helping me resolve this problem (Except the very first man i spoke with - he at least did everything to help and offered the deposit refund, but i needed time to work out the best response to this confusion. It was all the subsequent support and backend staff who cause such a problem).

                                        Hi

                                        I have booked a flight ticket from bangalore to amritsar round trip

                                        1st transacation the payment was failed, i thought some issue with internet

                                        So i tried one more time with same booking & done the payment. It was successful done & amount is rs 39000

                                        But after booking i ve checked the flight ticket the return flight got changed, i ve booked direct flight but in back end they changed via delhi, extra 3 hours journey...

                                        So what i did mistake is without connecting a customer care i ve cancelled a ticket,

                                        Now i am waiting from 1 week about my refund amount still it is not credited to my account..
