I have booked a round trip ticket from hyderabad to bhubaneshwar for[protected] and return ticket from bhubaneshwar to hyderabad on[protected] for indigo airlines 6e752 flight, flight time:1.10pm and return ticket time:3.15 pm by indigo flight. After booking ticket through my debitcard my ticket was not booked but my account was debited for rs.5299/-. So i request you to kindly refund my amount at an earliest.

We smt. Manju kar and mr. Amar jyoti kar, pnr no-c48rmi, flight no-sg657 dt.03/10/2017 could not board due to medical emergency and also boarding permission was refused by medical team of spicejet and advise to immediate medical assistance.

Is this a act of fraud or any misleading thing or any sort of problem
The thing really irritating is no proper customer care.

My hotel booking through cleartrip (Trip id : [protected]) was unable to be completed for the hotel i had booked, because the hotel had changed hands in the time since i paid the deposit till the final payment was due. I was offered a choice to switch my booking to another hotel, or receive a refund of my deposit.

Hi while i am booking ticket from hyderabad to chennai through online after enter the amount details they deducted amount from my account with out issuing ticket. I have used cleartrip for ticket booking of train... I tried booking but the booking was not successful due to network problem. But the amount of money has been deducted from my account.
I request you to look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible. Eagerly waiting for your reply....

I booked five tickets through their system. The tickets were never confirmed and finally cancelled by them. On calling them they said they would refund the money in a week. It's been 6 weeks and there has still been no refund despite the repeated calls.
I keep asking them for the transaction id for the refund so i can check with my bank but the only answer i get is that the money has been refunded...
