Cleartrip website changes the setting of the date to current date upon pressing back button. We wanted to book ticket for 10 to innovative film city. We started by selecting the date as 30th sep 2017 and number of people was 1 and pressed book now. Because we wanted for 10 people went back and selected 10 from the drop down automatically date got changed to current date i. E 29th sep 2017 by over sight the booking was done. The date should have been 30th sept 2017 because we selected it previously only the number of people was changed. But cleartrip people are not agreeing. We are in a loss of 7200 rupees paid to clear trip and they don't have option to change our date to next day. This is very bad service we have not lost hard earned money and a lot of stress because of all this.

I didn't got the tickets but the payment was debited... Disappointed

    Yesterday i booked maa - ccu-ixr ticket and paid. I got trip id[protected]. I contacted at 9.15 pm with cleartrip executive on phone. She told it may take hour to generate ticket and confirm the same.
    I got a mail from cleartrip at 9.22pm that my booking is confirmed.
    In morning i am getting a mail that a refund has been initiated for my above booking id!
    This is really surprising, shocking and disappointing. I proceeded to get another ticket which i could get at a price of 7614/- i. E rs 2404 more amount. Apart from more financial losses i faced harassments.
    I contacted cleartrip and they simply said - sorry for inconveniencs.
    Is this the way to harass public for no rhyme or reason?
    How can i be compensated for my financial losses?
    Please find and reply.

      I tried booking tkt in name of Ms Sindhu Sindhu, Mr parthamesh Sapale and Ms Priyanka Gupta from delhi to hyderabad on 1st October 2017. Amt Rs.9324 was deducted from my SBI Debit card but booking was not communicated. None of your customer care number are available for communication. Urgently revert what to do next.         My father booked the flight ticket from cleartrip and the charges were also deducted from his card however he hasn't received any confirmation for the booking neither in email nor phone, which also leaves him without trip id.

        Kindly provide with the e-ticket or refund the amount as soon as possible

          What happened to the cleartrip? I always trusted you. But now i do not know what to think.
          The 3 aug i made 2 purchases:
          Trip id: [protected] and trip id: [protected]
          Payment was successful. Later i canceled these tickets and received a refund. It seems that everything is ok. Two months have passed.
          The 23 sep the same amount for the same two pair of canceled! Tickets was illegally withdrawn from my card. Again. Without my consent. Do you know what it's called? This means cleartrip has saved my data and used it illegally!
          The strangest thing is that: no support, no answer to complains - nothing.
          I do not understand, i have been using this site for a long time and now i'm afraid to do it.

            Clear-trip has cancelled my accommodation in jyothis residency -
            Kollur between 29th sep to 01st oct. Now they are not able to find me
            Any accommodation in kollur officially. All the hotels are booked.

            All this issue happened due to utter carelessness for the cleartrip team. I had paid the full accommodation amount by 07th aug. That's well before the
            Cut-off date of 23rd sep. When i got the reminder on 22nd sep that i
            Have to pay the balance amount, i did send an e-mail to the customer
            Support stating something is wrong in their end and ask them to check
            The same asap. Provided evidences for my payment done on 07th aug.
            In-spite of me giving you a heads - ups, clear trip team was not even
            Reactive to my e-mail.

            30th sep is an auspicious day and we had planned to do some rituals
            For my little gentleman in the kollur mookambika temple, karnataka.
            Our plan is completely collapsed now. Clear trip is completely
            Discourteous to me, insulted my feelings, put me and my family under a
            Tremendous pressure & stress since 26th sep 11:00am and is still
            Continuing.

            As they are not able to find an accommodation, they are asking me to find it on my own. Also, they are not ready to compensate the extra money that will be incurred. They are asking me to bear the same from my pocket for their mistake. They are very rude in their behavior. Not ready to understand my situation and help me find a solution.in spite of accepting numerous times in the call thats its 100% their mistake, their behavior towards me is completely unethical.

            They are least bothered inspite of me telling that i'll go to consumer court. I want to make them understand the power of a consumer.

              On 26th of august i tried making a booking using the cleartrip portal but the booking failed and a sum of rs. 16052 was debited from my debit account. Later that day i contacted cleartrip and under the assurance that the money that was debited in error would be returned back in 4 working days, i rebooked the ticket. I was advised that the trip id for the failed booking was [protected].

              By 5th of sep as the money had not returned i contacted my bank but was advised that the amount was held by cleartrip.
              Contacted cleartrip on 14th sep again and was assured again that the debited amount would be refunded in 4 days and that cleartrip had released the held funds.

              Followed up again on phone on 24th sep i was advised that i should be sending an email to cleartrip. Sent an email on 24th sep and got an automated response with a case #03696872.

              On getting no response i sent an email again to cleartrip on 26th sep quoting the case #03696872.in response i have received a new case #03711756.

              I am starting to lose faith in cleartrip and the support they provide to loyal customers.
              I am a retired individual without a pension. A sum of rs 16052 is quite a significant amount of money for me.

              Requesting you to attend to this issue at the earliest.

                Respected sir/madam,

                I, deep mashru, was trying to book my railway ticket from mumbai to ahmedabad online through cleartip.

                I had correctly filled up all the required bank details for booking my tickets and was directed to the irctc website for logging into it, but as i was unable to log in, my ticket was not confirmed, but the amount of the tickets has been deducted from my account.

                Please help me to get my refund. I shall be thankful to you.

                  None of the cleartrip numbers are working/responding.

                  I filed a complaint with customer care and they mailed me a case id but have not responded since when the website says that they will respond within four hours,

                    1. There was no confirmation for the ticket booked and much to my chagrin i realized that cleartrip had never booked my ticket in the first place
                    2. One, i lost my chance to travel at the time of booking, two, since all flights on that date were re-scheduled for the next day, i lost the opportunity to be provided with food/stay facility offered by the airline as i never had a reservation on their flight, three i spent a whopping rs. 7500/- extra to book the ticket on the spot from the same airline to save which i had traveled from dusseldorf to frankfurt by bus as the flight ticket price was very good
                    3. I called from frankfurt, spending indian currency on my india calling number as your number would not be answered via my german number, not sure for what reason
                    4. Now, the story is that recorded cancellation date, that should have been 6 sep 2017 has been entered as 11 sep 2017, a loss of 5 days to start with, which means cleartrip had 5 days to set things in order and retain a customer, if they intended that
                    5. I write this complaint on the 28 of sep 2017, after nearly a dozen calls to them so far, repeatedly to check and ensure that the refund reaches me
                    6. I have been "assured" by every single person that i spoke to that my refund shall take place "within 5-7 working days, despite the fact that the web site clearly states it is 3-4 working days
                    7. By what measure of calculation 3-4 or 5-7 days stretch to 17 days is something i have not been able to understand
                    8. Today, on call the executive mentioned that it is taking time to"reflect"in your bank account. My counter was"when did you deposit the amount in my bank". Her response was that the entry against my ticket shows us as"in computing". How that has anything to do with my bank is not clear to me
                    9. I managed to retain my composure and not yell at her despite the"stupidity" of the entire exercise. I asked for a supervisor and was connected to some one who identified himself as a supervisor, though i was not sure whether it really was or not.
                    10. The supervisor started off well (Mind that all of this conversation is the one on the 17th day of the entire episode) but went back to the same old 3-4 days to process the request, when i countered that what difference would that be considering his cc exec. Had also mentioned the same time frame, he placed me on hold, came back in some time and said it should get processed within the next 24 hours. I asked him who is the next level of escalation but did not receive any response. Am now hoping that having literally mentioning that i shall take legal action on the portal for false promises and failed service and failure to address an issue after service failure, they shall take notice and act on it. Failing which, i shall be forced to seek legal assistance and get after cleartrip in a right royal way. Let me observe and keep you all posted

                      I tried booking train from delhi-jammu tawi one-way with cleartrip on 23.09.2017. That time money was taken from my account, but cleartrip was not able to book the train. A message came up saying that they will refund the money in 3-4 days. So far i have not received my refund. I called the customer service 5 times. They are saying that they already refunded the amount in my account but i couldn't get the amount. After asking for proof of the payment from them they sent me a mail

                      We would like to inform you that we have processed your refund for the following booking:

                      The amount has been credited to the same account/card, which was used for making the booking.                       I couldnt understant why should i need to give any ref. No,. To my bank to credit the amount. Please note that i did not cancel the booking. Cleartrip was not able to book the train after they deducted money from my account. They should refund my money. Why are they not refunding. I think i must take an legal action to close this fraud company.

                            Dear sir,
                            This is in reference of my travel from mumbai to chennai through indigo airlines.. Flight no 6e 768 july 8th 2017. Pnr no;qci5mj. We missed our flight due to the airlines mistake. We had asked for refund. On sep 4th we have received a message that our refund has been processed and will be credited in my a/c (Which is actually clear trip a/c because we booked our tickets through them) within a week. I have checked with my bank. We have not received any payment from clear trip.

                              I had booked 2 tickets from mumbai to ahemdabad but i didn't got the tickets or any other message but the payment amount was deducted from my bank account there is no way to cancel or get refund this is completely fraud i want my money back or else i'll file a complaint in cyber crime.. If i don't get any reply as soon as possible i am surely gonna do that... Give my money back... What kind of service is this i won't ever trust cleartrip

                                Amsterdam-copenhagen ticket on flight 822 and thereon 1469 sas airlines booked via cleartrip with id [protected] travel date 23.09.2017 for ms nikita nikale vide pnr: vqn74a had check in baggage allowed for 1 piece however airlines denied the same and levied a extra charge of euro 70 which is incorrect and we need a refund else we escalate matter. It is clearly mentioned on the ticket issued to us that 1 piece baggage is allowed whereas at time of check in we were asked to pay which is a complete bad experience for us especially with limited resources while travelling. This is unacceptable and a full refund is our claim.

                                  Hello cleartrip,

                                  Very good morning i'm pawan sipani, i've booked an air ticket last night i. E. 22/09/2017 from your website cleartrip.com but because of this transaction being unsuccessful i was unable to receive the refund of the amount debited i. E. 11058/- to be specific from allahabad bank. Sir relating to this issue i've had a verbal confirmation with customer care department of cleartrip twice i. E last night at 11 pm & 6:30 am and also requested to forward me a mail regarding refund status of my transaction as there should always stand a proof for every verbal communication.
                                  I'm sorry to say that i've not received any email confirmation from cleartrip, just a verbal assurance from your customer care officials that i'll get refund within 4 working days & a commitment from them that i'll receive the email confirmation from cleartrip within 5 minutes of my complain (Which is still pending).
                                  Kindly look forward to this mail on a priority basis so as to resolve my problem so that i turn out to be loyal and regular customer of this website portal.

                                      I am ajith nair from doha/ qatar. I am an exaptriate since 2008 onwards. I have made booking through clear trip for jet airways doh-trv travel date 07th sep. The pnr suiczg clear trip id no:[protected]. The total cost of ticket was qar-1442/-. The booking date was 02nd aug, after three days, thats 05aug, i cancelled the ticket through clear trip call center. They responded back i am eligible to get qar-700/- with in 9 working days. The refund money is not yet come in my account. Many follow up with call center and email to customer support team, the result will be found as "zero." now the time period is more than 50days. Very recently noticed call center is not picking up the calls. Please help me to get my refund amount from clear trip. Their customer service no:[protected].

                                        I have booked a ticket on wrong date by mistake at 7 dec and called to your executive instant. He said payment is not confirmed and i am going to disable payment option and you will get refund 3 to 4 days. But later on i saw my ticket was confirmed and balance is deducted on my account. Today i called again to know what happen! Your executive said why you didn't say trip id before without asking executive. Its your duty to provide and confirm trip id. She is toally blame on me and i said i am not satisfied with your guidance. So please transfer the call to your senior but she didn't transfered and keep argument continue. Such types of misguiding and behaviour was happen by your executive. I lost my time and money both to choose cleartrip.
                                        Kindly refund my full money, it was not my mistake.

                                        Company executive is blaming me as i mentioned earlier in my complaint. They are saying to cancel the ticket or reschedule the ticket. I would to like my refund. It was not my fault, its company executive fault to misguiding me and today they are denied to return my money. They didn't send any email. but after making a book of ticket they send a ticket by [email protected]. Today i called to them myself on customer care no., Company's customer care No. is 180601801290.
