Dear sir/madam,

I booked a ticket (Trip id: [protected]) for 13 august 2017 from cleartrip.com from bangalore to ahmdabad for 6:40am flight (Airline pnr=pzllyb), but the flight was cancelled by airlines (Goair). I got a call from your customer care department for refund but still the amount is not refunded. I am very much upset by your service. Please do the needful to return the amount.

    Dear sir,

    I am ajith nair from doha/ qatar. I am an exaptriate since 2008 onwards. I have made booking through clear trip for jet airways doh-trv travel date 07th sep. The pnr suiczg clear trip id no:[protected]. The total cost of ticket was qar-1442/-. The booking date was 02nd aug, after three days, thats 05aug, i cancelled the ticket through clear trip call center. They responded back i am eligible to get qar-700/- with in 9 working days. The refund money is not yet come in my account. Many follow up with call center and email to customer support team, the result will be found as "zero." now the time period is more than 50days. Very recently noticed call center is not picking up the calls. Please help me to get my refund amount from clear trip. Their customer service no:[protected].

      I have booked a ticket on wrong date by mistake at 7 dec and called to your executive instant. He said payment is not confirmed and i am going to disable payment option and you will get refund 3 to 4 days. But later on i saw my ticket was confirmed and balance is deducted on my account. Today i called again to know what happen! Your executive said why you didn't say trip id before without asking executive. Its your duty to provide and confirm trip id. She is toally blame on me and i said i am not satisfied with your guidance. So please transfer the call to your senior but she didn't transfered and keep argument continue. Such types of misguiding and behaviour was happen by your executive. I lost my time and money both to choose cleartrip.
      Kindly refund my full money, it was not my mistake.

      Company executive is blaming me as i mentioned earlier in my complaint. They are saying to cancel the ticket or reschedule the ticket. I would to like my refund. It was not my fault, its company executive fault to misguiding me and today they are denied to return my money. They didn't send any email. but after making a book of ticket they send a ticket by [email protected]. Today i called to them myself on customer care no., Company's customer care No. is 180601801290. Due to misguiding by them i lost my too much time and money.

        I booked a ticket dubai - bangkok - dubai on 10.09.2017. Clear trip has canceled it on next day and did not provide any reasonable explanations. The message said: eligible refund will be credited to your account in 3-4 working days. It has been 12 days since and no refund has been received whatsoever. I've tried to contact the cleartrip's customer service several times by sending a feedback and calling a customer care line. There were no respond, it looks like they just ignore a customer concern. Very very unhappy this clear trip.

          I had booked for end october for a domestic journey. Trip id[protected]. I cancelled the tickets today because of change of plans. On checking for refund the website showed unknown. After cancellation i have received an e mail stating that that the refund amount is re.0. It is not understood how refund can be zero for a flight ticket cancelled 1 month ahead. Any airline would provide a minimum refund. However clear trip seems to be doing some kind of fraud in this transaction

            Hi,

            I have written to customer care stating the issue that our gstin number is not being accepted by cleartrip system.

            We have not been given any response till now about that, except 2 mails that said we will revert to you shortly.

            We are unable to take any gstin input due to cleartrip site not accepting our gstin.
            I have shared screen shots that were asked for also.

              Qatar situation forced us in to having to cancel booking in july.
              Cleartrip staff assures us our refund would be paid back then within 45 days. We therefore spent more money with them and rebooked!
              45 days later no refund no contact.
              Several emails later no refund no contact. Each time we contact we get the same reply, please wait 4-5 days and most are told most definite sir you will get your refund.
              It has now been over 3 months.
              Totally unacceptable.
              They are misleading and dishonest.
              If they have an issue getting money off qatar, that is there issue. We paid them-they must refund us not use qatar as an excuse. I note, when i booked, both times within seconds on entering my details into their website, my phone rings and cleartrip want to help "clear" my payment. They make sure they get your money alright, but when they need to refund it they are scammers!

                I booked a ticket with cleartrip on september 4 2017 (Trip id : [protected]) from kozhikode-abudhabi-kozhikode. It was a mistake and i cancelled that ticket on same day itself. Once i finished the cancellation i got a confirmation mail which says that the refund amount will be credited in 5 to 7 days. Now it's been more than 2 weeks. Everyday i do follow up with csr but still response remains same.

                  Dear all,

                  Please note that i had booked a flight ticket bangalore to kolkata for the 19th of october'17 (Trip id [protected]), and the ticket stated no cancellation charges applicable. However the very next day i rescheduled my flight for the 19th of november'17 (Trip id[protected] as the october booking had been mistakenly done.

                  Unfortunately i was very dissapointed to see that that i got a very nominal amount refund whereas you can check in the records that the ticket costed much more.

                  I would request you to kindly refund back the entire amount for my october ticket on my credit card ending with 1863 through which the ticket was bought.

                  Look forward for your co operation in this regard in order to maintain future relation and continuous association. Hope the matter is resolved at the earliest.

                    We recently booked return flight tickets from london heathrow (Lhr) to vienna (Vie) via cleartrip (Ticket id[protected]. The outward flight had no checked in baggage so we additionally paid for one piece online. The e-ticket (Attached) specifies that the return flight from vienna to london had one checked-in bag as part of the ticket. However, on arrival at the airport, we were told that there were no bags paid for - we were charged 40 eur to check-in the bag.

                    This is clearly an error on cleartrip's part. If we were informed in advance, we could have paid for the check-in baggage online and saved the charges at the airport. Moreover, if the ticket does include one piece, we have been incorrectly charged for this by austrian air.

                    We would like to request a refund for the 40eur (Receipt attached).

                      I tried booking an indigo ft. On 17th september, 2017 for my journey from imphal to new delhi for 22nd september, 2017. Necessary payment from my sbi account amounting to [rs.8702/- (#[protected] & rs.8702/- (#[protected]] have been deducted. However, e-ticket is made available to me till date. Please help in refunding the above said amount as i have already booked my ticket from a travel agency. I tried my best in contacting the cleartrip customer support but it was of no use as they did not my transaction id of the flight.

                        I had booked a flight sk822 and sk 1469 on 23 rd pnr unodh3 september from amsterdam to copenhagen with checked in bag and handbag. But the scadinavian airline site is showing no baggage. I have already paid charges for the checked in bag from cleartrip through which i booked my ticket. I do not wish to pay extra luggage charges. Please do the needful and make sure i have a checked in bag

                            Ticket was booked in indigo flight, from pune to indore and back vide your trip id[protected] for divisional commissioner nashik mr mahesh zagade on 11/07/2017 at 1441 hrs total payment of rs 9551/- paid, through credit card of mr vijay sonwane.
                            Same was cancelled at 1659 and 1708 hrs respectively. Cancelled indigo itinerary - seuu2a. Numeric booking id[protected]. Total credit in price summary inr -1, 905.00 and
                            Indigo itinerary-e8pvks. Numeric booking id[protected]. Total credit in price summary inr -2, 746.00 shown in cancelled ticket.
                            Total payment of rs 9551/- is deducted, from credit card of mr vijay sonwane and same is cut from the sbi account.
                            As on today cancellation amount is not credited to mr. Vijay sonawane account.
                            So, please do the needful accordingly to pay the money.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked 3 tickets on 2nd sept, 2017 but amount got deducted 6 times. I had called customer care numerous times and they told me that it will get refunded in 3-4 working days. It has been over 2 weeks now and still no amount has been refunded.
                              I have already sent the bank statement and got a case id #03639195.
                              I am highly dissappointed with such kind of service. If there is some issue in your payment option then kindly get it corrected.
                              Moreover, the onus should be on you to refund the money if it has been deducted without booking but you guys dont do that even on calling several times.
                              Kindly expedite your process and refund the amount without any delay.

                                I have booked 4 air ticket for hyderabad to kolkata, by air india flight dated 15th sep 2019 at 1.05 pm by clear trip.com on 19th june 2017.

                                When i have reached rgi airport hyderabad on 15th sep on 10 am for check in, air india authority staff have checked my e - ticket, print out of cleartrip.com which i have brought with me and confirm, that my entire pnr was cancelled on 19th of june 2015 just after 5 hr by cleartrip.com when i have booked my ticket by cleartrip.com

                                When i have communicated the same with clear trip (Customer care number +91 [protected]), they said the ticket is alive and not cancelled by cleartrip.com.

                                I have communicated the same with air india and clear trip more then 50 times but at last they did not allow me to board in flight and after 8-9 hr. I have returned back with my family and kids to my hyderabad resident.
                                Air india provided me the print of my cancelled ticket with valid stamp and signature and i have sent the same to the clear trip with case id : 03623836, but clear trip not recognizing the same and not refunding my money back or not arranging other ticket.
                                My father age is 75 + year he is suffering from lungs (Very high elegy and sinus) problem and we have to reach kolkata for his scheduled treatment.

                                No one from clear trip or air india have addressed my problem sir.

                                My humble request is, to take the appropriate disciplinary action and do cancel the license for booking online flight ticket of clear trip and do the needful to refund my money with appropriate penalty to clear trip.com authority.

                                  This is regarding udf reversal on my

                                  Have been writing emails to

                                  Past 10 days but without any

                                  Success. The trip is supposed to

                                  Start barely after 10 days, but no

                                  Sign of gst reversal which is a

                                  Sizeable amount.
                                  On the other hand, bookings i made

                                  With other travel websites like

                                  Makemytrip and with airlines like

                                  Spicejet before june 30, 2017 for

                                  Travel in nov 2017 and feb 2018, the

                                  Amount has been duly refunded back

                                  To my account.
                                  The main problem with cleartrip is

                                  That it does not give even a

                                  Timeline when the money will be

                                  Refunded.

                                    Total fare was 13848 including convenience fee

                                    I used 1500 wallet balance and coupon ctappaxis which is supposed to give me further instant cash back of rs 500

                                    This makes my net bill after all adjustment rs. 11848
                                    But my account is debited by rs. 12348
                                    You are therefore requested to refund rs. 500 to my account as soon as possible

                                      This is to inform you that i ashish kumar had booked 4 flights tickets of air india from delhi (Indira gandhi international airport) to gaggal airport (Dharamshala, himachal pradesh) and vise versa from 23 september 2017 departure to himachal pradesh and 02-oct-2017 return to delhi for my parents in name of shri om prakash and smt bimla devi, fight details attached for your reference;

                                      Please note that as per fare charges confirmed and communicated by air india for above mentioned journey and return journey is inr 35120 inclusive of taxes, but cleartrip service provider has charged amount of inr 39522 inclusive of taxes i. E... Inr 4402 is charged excess and it had disappointed as such a big company has given false fare details to its customers and charging excess amount.

                                      Hence requesting your intervention on the same and further requesting your concern for refund of excess amount charged to us.

                                        Trusting Cleartrip about their fastest refund menthod, Cleartrip Wallet, choosing the same has put me in a big trouble now.
                                        Cancelled two international flight tickets on Sept 11, and even after 6 days today, there is no trace of refund.
                                        Each time I follow up, the CSRs give different reasons. First CSR was a lady, and she asked me to contact Emirates for refund, which when I did, I was told by Emirates that agent has to follow up with Airlines for any booking done through the agent.
                                        Then, I was informed that it is due to a technical issue in Cleartrip's system that the refund is getting delayed.
                                        Today, I was informed that Cleartrip doesn't have enough people in their backend team to process the refund.
                                        I thought of booking the next set of flights with this refund amopunt, and that was the reason why I had chosen Wallet option. I want to book the flights before the fares go high. And, I am stuck with no option.
                                        I requested Cleartrip then to change the refund mode from Wallet to the original payment mode (Debit card), so that I don't need to wait for this amount before booking the flights. The request was straight-away denied.
                                        It is not a small amount. I spent 2350 Dirhams which is equivalent to approx 42000 INR.
                                        Customer care agents are not giving a timeline to the resolution. Moreover, they behave rudely to consumers???

                                        Guys, please be very careful while booking tickets through agents like Cleartrip. Book flights only if you are sure. Because, if you have to cancel the booking, then you will end up on waiting infinitely to get your money refunded.
