I booked a ticket on 19th june 2017 from cleartrip.com. On payment completion it said that my booking is not confirmed. And they provided a ticket number for future reference. On checking the number it shows number was invalid. There are no specific office e mail for customer support too. And on calling them it asks to enter the ticket number which was told was wrong. On 9th june, 2017, i tried to book a flight ticket from guwahati to delhi by cleartrip.com. But the transaction failed and my sbi account debited to the tune of rs 6623 on pos [protected] at cleartrip.com txn# 342852. Till now i am awaiting my refund but to no avail. I request a complete refund of my hard-earned money.
