I have searched my accound in clear trip and have searched in my mail but i have not any information regarding the booking. Dear sir, I am your customer and i have booked my train on 14 july 2017 .for the train ghy-sc hsp 07150.on for 17 jully, 2017.the train has not booked .I have searched all my emails and accound. i have not got any detail about ticket booking, but my money has been deducted.please kindly refund my money back.Please and for this act of your kindness i shall ever remain grateful to you.

    Dear sir,
    Myself mylapur gautam, i am your customer.
    Today i booked a railway ticket at your website from mumbai (Cst) to chennai central (Mas) at 20:45 and got a deduction message from sbi that an amount of 2202.00 was deducted at cleartrip.com (Via debit card). But at the desktop screen it displayed me some other error. And the page went back to payment net banking. I searched the whole website to find the booking details but there wasn't any. Except the traveler's details. I got no e-mails regarding the booking. I also went to the atm asap and got a ministatement and it showed me the deducted amount. I went to the support section of the page but it asked me for the trip id but i haven't received any.

    I kindly request you too look after the issue as soon and possible and refund the amount of rs.2202/-

      Yesterday I was trying to book tickets from Goa to Ahmedabad from your App.
      Booking date of ticket: 30th July 2017.
      Flight: Jet Airways
      Flight timing: 04:30 to 9:15
      Due some network problem payment is not done & payment mode showing failed. This showed in the App but money was deducted from my account. I didn't get ticket information but my amount is debited by you as per attached report from bank.
      So I request you to kindly return my amount in my bank.

        I have booked a ticket earlier for 7th august 2017 but as plans changed i had opted for rescheduling the flight. As stated by clear trip only the difference would be charged, but this was not done the ticket earlier was ₹3001, and after rescheduling it came to ₹3510. You have charged me ₹6511. So can you send me the refund required??... Since i had trusted cleartrip that was why i booked n rescheduled the ticket but it sells to pay no attention so is there any other way i can get my money back. I am still a student n i need money so kindly do the required.

        Recently I made complaint about refund of hotel booking transaction made on 03/07/2017. they called us by [protected] and instead of making refund tey made the purchase of 10000 from my debit card.

          I had made a booking for mr. Govind toshniwal under trip id: [protected] but this could not be confirmed even though payment was made. I was told that the payment made will be autoreversed within the next 3 - 4 days but this has not happened. Please look into the matter.
          I had made the booking on 4th july 2017 and now its 12th july 2017 but no action has been taken.

              Hello sir,
              My clear trip id is [protected], even though i cancelled my trip they mentioned the money will be refunded in 2-3 working days, but it didn't happened but when i crossed with my account in clear trip website it shows that amount is credited. I was trying n number of times to speak to them but my call from my registered number is not at all connecting.

                Sir i had booked spicejet flight trv-delhi for 16th july 2017 through cleartrip on 27th april. My trip id is [protected]. But flight was cancelled by spicejet due to their operational reasons. They have reversed the amount of rs. 13671
                Being the flight charge to the agency cleartrip. When i contact spicejet they informed to contact cleartrip for the amount. The flight ticket was cancelled on 30th june 2017. Noi cash will come into my bank account till this time. Please steps may kindly be taken to return my cash in my sbi bank account no. [protected]

                  I had booked ticket from bangalore to kochi for 11th dec 2017 for 2 people on[protected]. Amount of 3420 got deducted from my bank account but the page came as "amount not deducted" and i have not received the ticket too.

                  Tried calling on your customer care number but was not able to get through.

                  I also did send a feedback on the same day of[protected] but till now have not got any response from cleartrip.

                  Please refund my amount. My number is [protected].

                  I made a reservation of Saudi Airline Riyadh to Karachi and return back on 27/06/17. The price was deducted from my VISA Credit Card, but afterward the reservation was cancel. Reservation number was[protected].

                    I was booked a hotel in tiruvannamalai at rr residency on 03/07/17 in the trip id of [protected], but after some time the customer care support called me and said that the hotel is not available and make sure to arrange the alternate hotel also, i said ok or refund the money immediately. But he never called again and not given any proper solution for my case. I was called many times to your customer care no, but that also always busy many times even after 30 mins of waiting. I was so disappointed about your services and mentally disturbed because of not complete my journey. This is the very worst services ever seen, even after one week also there is no response from clear trip. I need the refund of my money immediately otherwise i will take to the next level.

                    After making a return flight booking delhi-kathmandu, I have been debited the money and recieved a mail saying they will email my tickets within 5hours but 24 hours later it is still pending. Booking number[protected].

                      On 10/07/2017

                      I was booking tickets and i ended up with booking failure but money rs. 14498 debited from my account. Multiple times i have tried to contact customer care but they are asking me to provide trip id. How can someone provide trip id when booking got declined from website.

                      They are just nonsense and i am not gonna book any ticket or advice anyone to use this nonsense website. Just refund my hard earned money.

                        I booked a flight ticket on 08 june 2017 for bom-del with trip id [protected], but due to some reason there was need to cancel this ticket. So i contact the airline & me with airline made a contract by which airline gave me full refund for it, that was returned to cleartrip by airline. But cleartrip refund me only rs. 319. Afterthat i raised a request by calling customer care, they take confirmation from airline & assure me that my remaining money (1957) will be refund to me in next 3-4 days (1 month back). Till now i havn't got my money. I called so many times to care but everytime they gave me same response that "your request is raised with high priority & we'll refund you in next 3-4 days".

                        Please refund my remaining money. I am tired to call customer care.

                          I had booked a hotel through Trivago and the dealer was Cleartrip when I mad the payment for the booking. My bank Account showed that the transaction has been done and the company was telling that the transaction has not been done and the auto-refund of the latter transaction will be made in same day. But till now no refund has been made and also the contact no of Cleartrip is not responding. Transaction date was 03/07/2017 from debit card of ICICI.

                            I made a booking through clear trip. My trip i'd is [protected]. I talked with clear trip agent ms. Rajeena on 20/6/[protected]@11.50 am. And she told me that i can carry 30+30 check in and 7 kg cabin. And today i made a call again to re confirm the luggage. And now they are telling i can carry only 30 kg check in only. If i didn't made a call today i will not be aware of this. Pls make a compensation for this
                            I am totally disappointed with clear trip agent services. Its their responsibility to let know each passenger about the changes. If i didn't made a call today, i will not be aware of the changes. According to the agent said, i made my luggage 60 kg, and now they are telling its 30 kg only.

                              I have tried to book Hotel Imphal on 1st july, 2017 through Cleartrip by debit card. Rupees 5, 352.00 is deducted from my account but booking is failed. I have called the cleartrip customer care twice . They assured that the money will be refunded with in 4 days . But alreay eight days have gone. My money back is not received yet.                                   I tried to book ticket through cleartrip.com on 3 july 2017 for travel sector kolkata (Ccu) to lucknow (Lko) travel date 21 july 2017 carrier name jet airways for mr. Shashi prakash for an amount of inr 2, 415.00.

                                  Amount has been deducted and same is reflecting in under unbilled statement of my credit card. However, i have not recieved any communication from your side.

                                  Please check and start process to refund the same.

                                    I have been trying to cancel Trip ID [protected]. since 4th July (DOJ is 7th July).. The website says contact customer care and customer care says contact website.

                                    Are you trying to fool the customers. It is 4.30 pm now and my chart is still not prepared. Please cancel and proceed with refund. I don't have any option to cancel this as you have closed all the doors.

                                    I will definitely escalate this issue of doesn't get resolved. Either have a contact representative option in customer care or try to understand our issues.

                                      I have booked a ticket from clear trip on 07/07/2017 .Ticket was booked from Calicut (CLT) to Mangalore(MAQ) ( 09/07/2017) Navyug express(16688) i had booked via clear trip and later directed to IRCTC website, tyransaction was done and no booking history in any of the site.

                                        hey i call clear trip lot of times, mail them lot of times but still they not credit my account

                                        they show me 2800 air line ticket rate and after confirm they charge me 3200 i ask him why they charge me more so they agree to refund me but after 25 days still not refund me
                                        many time i call them and all time they said tomorrow will be credited but no result every time
