I was booking tickets and i ended up with booking failure but money rs. 14498 debited from my account. Multiple times i have tried to contact customer care but they are asking me to provide trip id. How can someone provide trip id when booking got declined from website.

They are just nonsense and i am not gonna book any ticket or advice anyone to use this nonsense website. Just refund my hard earned money.

    I booked a flight ticket on 08 june 2017 for bom-del with trip id [protected], but due to some reason there was need to cancel this ticket. So i contact the airline & me with airline made a contract by which airline gave me full refund for it, that was returned to cleartrip by airline. But cleartrip refund me only rs. 319. Afterthat i raised a request by calling customer care, they take confirmation from airline & assure me that my remaining money (1957) will be refund to me in next 3-4 days (1 month back). Till now i havn't got my money. I called so many times to care but everytime they gave me same response that "your request is raised with high priority & we'll refund you in next 3-4 days".

    Please refund my remaining money. I am tired to call customer care.

      I had booked a hotel through Trivago and the dealer was Cleartrip when I mad the payment for the booking. My bank Account showed that the transaction has been done and the company was telling that the transaction has not been done and the auto-refund of the latter transaction will be made in same day. But till now no refund has been made and also the contact no of Cleartrip is not responding. Transaction date was 03/07/2017 from debit card of ICICI.

        I made a booking through clear trip. My trip i'd is [protected]. I talked with clear trip agent ms. Rajeena on 20/6/[protected]@11.50 am. And she told me that i can carry 30+30 check in and 7 kg cabin. And today i made a call again to re confirm the luggage. And now they are telling i can carry only 30 kg check in only. If i didn't made a call today i will not be aware of this. Pls make a compensation for this
        I am totally disappointed with clear trip agent services. Its their responsibility to let know each passenger about the changes. If i didn't made a call today, i will not be aware of the changes. According to the agent said, i made my luggage 60 kg, and now they are telling its 30 kg only.

          I have tried to book Hotel Imphal on 1st july, 2017 through Cleartrip by debit card. Rupees 5, 352.00 is deducted from my account but booking is failed. I have called the cleartrip customer care twice . They assured that the money will be refunded with in 4 days . But alreay eight days have gone. My money back is not received yet. My trip id is : [protected]. Pls help me.

            after all the transaction the screen showed up with this-(oops, your payment didnt wok)
            payments is not done & payments mode showing failed.
            But my amount thats 18923 is debited by cleartrip as per attached report from bank.
            So I request you to kindly return my amount in my bank.

              Dear team,

              I tried to book ticket through cleartrip.com on 3 july 2017 for travel sector kolkata (Ccu) to lucknow (Lko) travel date 21 july 2017 carrier name jet airways for mr. Shashi prakash for an amount of inr 2, 415.00.

              Amount has been deducted and same is reflecting in under unbilled statement of my credit card. However, i have not recieved any communication from your side.

              Please check and start process to refund the same.

              Kindly do let me know if any additional information is required.

                I have been trying to cancel Trip ID [protected]. since 4th July (DOJ is 7th July).. The website says contact customer care and customer care says contact website.

                Are you trying to fool the customers. It is 4.30 pm now and my chart is still not prepared. Please cancel and proceed with refund. I don't have any option to cancel this as you have closed all the doors.

                I will definitely escalate this issue of doesn't get resolved. Either have a contact representative option in customer care or try to understand our issues.

                  I have booked a ticket from clear trip on 07/07/2017 .Ticket was booked from Calicut (CLT) to Mangalore(MAQ) ( 09/07/2017) Navyug express(16688) i had booked via clear trip and later directed to IRCTC website, tyransaction was done and no booking history in any of the site.

                    hey i call clear trip lot of times, mail them lot of times but still they not credit my account

                    they show me 2800 air line ticket rate and after confirm they charge me 3200 i ask him why they charge me more so they agree to refund me but after 25 days still not refund me
                    many time i call them and all time they said tomorrow will be credited but no result every time

                          Very surprising, waiting for the solution, we paid money to clear trip, they are responsible and has to resolve asap.
                          Looking for flight delay reimbursement on immediate basis.
                          We have already highlighted the details in previous complaint.
                          An immediate solution is required.

                          ELSE LET US WE HAVE ALMOST TAKEN DECISION TO APPROACH CONSUMER FORUM COURT FOR LEGAL ACTION.

                          CLEARTRIP IS PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED COMPANY IN CHEATING PEOPLE. TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE.IS THERE ANY LEGAL DEPARTMENT WHO CAN LEGALLY BAN THESE KIND OF CHEATING COMPANIES.
                          THERE MUST BE A VOICE TO STOP THESE KIND PRACTICES RUN BY CLEARTRIP.

                              On june 6th 2017, i tried to book ticket through clear trip online ticket from Bombay to Cochin. My money amount for rupees12, 332 was deducted from my account at 22:24:11 that trip ID is [protected].But the ticket was not booked again on the same day at 22:29:39 hour same amount 12, 332 amount deducted from my account and the ticket was booked on ID [protected]. Next day i informed clear trip customer care number that the money was deducted 22:24:11 but the ticket was not booked. I on the reply saying that within 5 working days the money will be returned to your account .After six days again i contacted the customer care i got the same reply and they asked me to send the bank statement that also i did but till now the money is not refunded.Whenever i call i get the answer please wait for 24 to 48 hours. I would like to know how many more 24 to 48 hours i should wait to get back my money. Lastly i talked with sonali who is a clear trip staff. I would like to know why this delay happens when there is a policy that when the ticket is not booked and the money is deducted the money should be returned to the customer within 7 days.                                 I booked a flight ticket from cleartrip for patna to mumbai on 3/7/2017. i received an sms that money has been deducted from my bank account but there was no confirmation regarding the ticket from cleartrip. when i called the helpline no. of the website they asked for the trip id but i have not been given any such no.
                                Kindly book my ticket or give me a refund of my money.

                                  I am Swetha Nair. I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Kochi on 1st July 2017. However the was some error in the transaction and a message appeared that ' Your transaction is being cancelled but your account will not be charged but account was being debited with Rs. 17320.
                                  Customers complaint regarding the non refunding from Cleartrip worries me. Do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Hi i have booked 8 nights through clear trip and as my plan postponed so i cancelled my bookings within an hour or two.
                                    So i called up tanuja (Clear trip employee) to cancel and refund my money but she said that she has cancelled the booking but the hotel (Ramee grand) is denying to refund the money back which is ridiculous coz i have done a booking through clear trip wherein i have to get the refund from clear trip and not ramee grand.
                                    I have paid 42, 000 through credit card to clear trip.
                                    So its clear trip who have to refund my money, coz i have checked with my friend who belongs to hospitality industry & he also mentioned that clear trip has to refund the money and not the hotel.

                                      I booked roundtrip tickets for three passengers from mumbai to chennai (31 july 2017 and return 27th aug) on spicejet678 through cleartrip. I wanted to book for 26th august and apparently booked it for 27th – call it a technical glitch or whatever. I cancelled the tickets within 4 hours and re-booked for 26th aug. My entire amount for the 27th august ticket was forfeited, and i had to pay additional 6207 rupees. This is so unfair. I had paid 12, 588 earlier and on re-booking for 26th aug, i had to pay additional 6207.

                                        We have booked 03 tickets to and fro from Delhi-Dubai and Dubai- Delhi.
                                        The Dubai -Delhi flight was through Spicejet SG12, which was scheduled for departure at 22.45 on 30th June 2017.
                                        On Departure date we gets the information about the delay.We approached for alternate solution as there was connecting travel from Delhi to Dehradun .
                                        We approached your office staff and spice jet staff people several times but all in vain.
                                        Anyways we lost all ticket money because of this delay.
                                        Now as per your policy, you please pay US$100 for each ticket as flight delay reimbursement.
                                        Looking forward for the immediate refund.
