I had done flight booking in april 2017 and got cash back rs 1200 to the wallet as per your email but the same was not reflected in todays booking ref trip ID [protected] thus i request you to credit my accounti had made complaint to mr manjit on customer care for failure of flight booking on july 4 2017 for not reflecting wallet balance and he advised to go with debit card instead of credit card.also new cash back on present booking not...

Complaint has not been solved, despite verbal discussion.This is showing a cheating attitude of the clear trip.
Very surprising, waiting for the solution, we paid money to clear trip, they are responsible and has to resolve asap.
Looking for flight delay reimbursement on immediate basis.
We have already highlighted the details in previous complaint.
An immediate solution is required....

On june 6th 2017, i tried to book ticket through clear trip online ticket from Bombay to Cochin. My money amount for rupees12, 332 was deducted from my account at 22:24:11 that trip ID is [protected].But the ticket was not booked again on the same day at 22:29:39 hour same amount 12, 332 amount deducted from my account and the ticket was booked on ID [protected]. Next day i informed clear trip customer care number that the money was deducted...

I booked a flight ticket from cleartrip for patna to mumbai on 3/7/2017. i received an sms that money has been deducted from my bank account but there was no confirmation regarding the ticket from cleartrip. when i called the helpline no. of the website they asked for the trip id but i have not been given any such no.
Kindly book my ticket or give me a refund of my money.

I am Swetha Nair. I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Kochi on 1st July 2017. However the was some error in the transaction and a message appeared that ' Your transaction is being cancelled but your account will not be charged but account was being debited with Rs. 17320.
Customers complaint regarding the non refunding from Cleartrip worries me. Do the needful as soon as possible....

Hi i have booked 8 nights through clear trip and as my plan postponed so i cancelled my bookings within an hour or two.
So i called up tanuja (Clear trip employee) to cancel and refund my money but she said that she has cancelled the booking but the hotel (Ramee grand) is denying to refund the money back which is ridiculous coz i have done a booking through clear trip wherein i have to get the refund from clear trip and not ramee...

I booked roundtrip tickets for three passengers from mumbai to chennai (31 july 2017 and return 27th aug) on spicejet678 through cleartrip. We have booked 03 tickets to and fro from Delhi-Dubai and Dubai- Delhi.
The Dubai -Delhi flight was through Spicejet SG12, which was scheduled for departure at 22.45 on 30th June 2017.
On Departure date we gets the information about the delay.We approached for alternate solution as there was connecting travel from Delhi to Dehradun .

I have tried booking for a local trip to vedic village kolkata via cleartrip.
A payment of rs. 1914 has been made from my hdfc bank account, however, no confirmation received for the same. I have done the complaints as well but no reply has been received.
Please check on this as soon as possible.
I need the money back for this.
And please try to make the cleartrip payment system user friendly....

The condition of the hotel (Shimla holiday inn) was pathetic. I had reached there on 24th june afternoon and hotel room was not ready. There was no cleaning done till i reached. I was supposed to get the room ready as it was booked in advance.

Post when i checked in, the room condition was pathetic. It was not clean. There were hair lying on bedsheet...

I booked and cancelled my flight round trip on same day 15th june. Journey date was 17th june from bagdogra to bangalore and return date was 19th june. Because unfortunately meeting in bangalore was postponed just after ticket booking.

I, mohan babu madhavan booked a ticket from kochi to sharjah for the air arabia g9 426 (3:55 am) scheduled for 28 june. Payment was completed through credit card but i have not received trip i'd or ticket. And your customer care representative not getting by phone. Please take action as soon as possible. On 17th june, i booked one return ticket for 4 passengers from delhi to kochi for 9th september using cleartrip.

There was a cleartrip offer going on in that weekend on hdfc credit cards that one can use the coupon code ctwkndhdfc to get an instant discount of rs. 3000 if he books the flight tickets for 3 or more passengers using hdfc credit card for the first time.

I used that coupon code and the website immediately...

I tried to book a flight ticket through ixigo.com which again redirected to cleartrip.com on 20th june, 2017 for a round trip from "hyderabad" to "mumbai" and return worth rs. 3234/-. For this, money got deducted from my hdfc bank savings account but ticket was not booked and got no information related to this.
