I booked a ticket on 24th july 2017, for which amount is debited from my account but no confirmation on booking received yet. This is a clear fraud case and the same issue happened in earlier booking as well.
Above that none of the cleartrip agent responding to the phone calls.
Anyone please guide where to seek for help??
I think cleartrip is a fraud site!!!

    I have booked a ticket through cleartrip for 10aug17 from patna to delhi in goair airlines.
    On 21 july 2017 i got an email through goair airlines that they have cancelled my ticket due to delay of engine.
    They committed that they will definitely arrange the tickets or refund the amount.

    But after that i don't got any information from there side too.

    So i inform cleartrip about this also through mail.
    But didn't get any response.
    After facing inconvenience from both.

    I finally selected the option of refund on clear trip in which there is option of cancellation of tickets due to
    Cancellation of tickets by the airlines.
    I choosen that option and then there was a message come we confirmed that information through the airlines.

    But they didn't do that, instead of getting a confirmation through the airlines they deducted the full amount.

    Why should i suffer when there is no mistake from my side.

    This is the way of working of cleartrip and in this manner they deal with the problems of their customer.

    Really disappointed

    Please solve this issue and after confirmation return the real amount.

    Sir first of all there is an option present in flight cancellation that if i want my refund back as the flight is cancelled by airlines itself.
    So it's not from customer side it's clearly means it's from airline side due to which i choose that option as no action was taken by airlines side and as i booked through your side so it's your responsibility to check the matter,
    But without confirming from airlines you deducted all the money.

    It's shows you are not helping any of your customer whenever these kinds of naunces issues happens or created by airlines.

    Why one should suffer.

    Solve it as soon as possible.

    It's better to do confirmation about the cancellation information conveyed by airlines, instead of sending me mail without the solutions.

    So now it's complete responsiblity of cleartrip to refund full amount as goair have confirmed from their side.

    I hope cleartrip will do this process as soon according to the mention date.

    I informed and called too.
    They said in two days we will definitely send the amount. But still no response from their side.

    Now everything had been cleared still why there is a delay from your side.

      I have booked a ticket on 17.07.2017 from mumbai to dammam using cleartrip. While booking the ticket wrong name entry has been made so i have cancelled the ticket through customer care. The details is as follows:-

      Date 18.07.2017
      Time-20:10
      And same is cancelled on 17.07.2017 at 23:10
      Booked amount :13312/
      Cancelled amount 2590/
      Deducted amount :10722/

      Now within 02 hrs ticket has been cancelled, without using service more than 80% amount has been deducted. 80 % has been deducted under what terms and condition and policy?

        (Trip id:[protected] bangalore to dubai. This ticket price was rs 11400. They took the money but not issued the ticket saying internal error

        (Trip id: [protected], bangalore to dubai. I rebooked the ticket and the price went up by rs13970

        This is pure cheating.

        Again i booked a return ticket from dubai to bangalore for 7100. Same thing they did and when i tried thier customer care no one took the phone after 30 minutes of holding

          I had booked an air ticket on 20.06.2016 from calicut to bangalore for spicejet flight dated 10.09.2016 vide trip id [protected] for a total cost of rs.8490. I cancelled the same on 09.09.2016 & i was promised a refund of rs.1512. Now spicejet says they have charged rs.6978 towards cancellation & refunded the balance of rs.1512 to cleartrip. And cleartrip says rs.1512 is their cancellation charges. And i am left with zero refund.

            For the above mentioned trip id cleartrip have shown me the amount of rs.32, 586 and sent me the invoice for this amount but have charged me the amount rs.33, 036.

            Upon inquiring they say that the convenience fees were wrongly mentioned on invoice and hence they have charged me inr 450 more for it.

            This is damn unprofessional!!!

            Pl refund me the amount as well as the damages for this intense chase with cleartrip.

            I am an nri and reachable only on email.

              Trip id [protected]. I've booked my ticket on jun for 28 sep with return on 30 0ct. I got an email few days back saying my ticket has been postpond to 29 sep i got shocked how could they postpond without my approval. Agn 2/3 days back i got an emil saying would like to inform himalayan airlines office is closed give us 24-48 hrs. Aftr tht neither they call me nor they send my email reply back. I'm tired of calling them and asking for solution. I told them to refund my money back neither they do so. I have to sumit my leave application form to my h. R department. Cleartrip really sucks. Probably, thet want to eat n digest my money.

                This is to bring it to your notice that i had booked a flight under trip i'd [protected] which was cancelled 2 days before departure scheduled for 22 nd may. 2017

                On cancellation the turn around time which is normally 6 -10. Days, after numerous follow up went upto 42-45 days was maximum time asked through the mail they send me, with very unprofessional executive sitting on other side had only 1 thing to say that the airline has not refunded and rather taking it more seriously each one had only one word to say 'sorry ' adding more anger to my misery.

                Today i complete 61 days and numerous calls and waiting for intelligent soul to call back just to give me some explanation just to save his job but not intelligent enough to compensate or solve the issue.
                It is a very bad state of affairs as india maybe relaxed or lenient on the judiciary system that is why companies like cleartrip take there customers misery for granted

                I only wait to see more harrasment so i have requested my service provider airtel to send me last 2 months calls statement to take it further.

                  My trip id was [protected] which has been cancelled on 10th july 17 and was committed o deposit the cancelled amount in my account with in 5 to 7 working days. But till 10th day i have not received the amount. I searched all the web site of clear trip to find out the e mail address help line no for support but the web site is designed in such a way that you cannot approach them for clarification. All the time it is leading to a page showing that the ticket has been cancelled and refunded. For public convenience they should at least give an address or phone no. For clarification or at least online chatting facilities. All the facilities is one sided with a thick wall between them and the customers.

                    Dear concern, i made a booking for bikaner to howrah on 16th july 2017 at 4:37 pm from cleartip. Agent provided me payment link and i made the payment by my visa debit card for the amonut inr rs 4726/-. However amount was deducted but booking was not made. No confirmation ticket & no mail, i think amount would be refunded. But i checked with bank on 17th july 2017 and been told that cleartip has claimed the amount. This is really frusrating that inspite of taking lot of follwup with cleartip. No amount is refunded. Please help in this case as earliest as possible. Thanks

                    I have bought a ticket from clear trip(Trip Id: [protected]). it's a connection flight AUH-MCT-TRV. Bu I couldn't travel cause of It's not possible to wait more than 6 hours in Muscat. Cleartrip did not mention any instructions or warning when i bought ticket. I already registered complaint. But they didn't response yet.

                        Dear concern, i made a booking for bhopal to tiruchiruppalli on 12th july 2017 at 2:14 am from cleartip. Agent provided me payment link and i made the payment by my visa debit card for the amonut inr 8236 rs/-. However amount was deducted but booking was not made. I called up cleartip 4-5 times and their agent told me that amount would be refunded within 2-3 days. But i checked with bank on 15th july 2017 and been told that cleartip has claimed the amount.                           I booked indigo flight ticket on cleartrip from nagpur to bengaluru on 11th june then due to some reason i rescheduled the flight to 24th june.in this rescheduling deal i should be refunded with 877 rupees.                           Amount of Rs. 11068 is deducted on 14.07.17 when I was trying to book a ticket from Silchar to chennai but ticket was not booked. I need refund as early as possible. Tnx no. is[protected]. This type of incidents are not acceptable from the company like Cleartrip.
                          Hi Team,

                          With regards to my previous complaint registered, ClearTrip Complaint ID: 1631307.

                          Clear trip representative called me. According to him, flight service representative usually don't agree to refund and they haven't received any refund amount. He wants proof that the representative agreed to refund.

                          I am mentioning all these details here as I could see email IDs for all other clear trip services but failed to find for customer support.

                                Dear sir,
                                Myself mylapur gautam, i am your customer.
                                Today i booked a railway ticket at your website from mumbai (Cst) to chennai central (Mas) at 20:45 and got a deduction message from sbi that an amount of 2202.00 was deducted at cleartrip.com (Via debit card). But at the desktop screen it displayed me some other error. And the page went back to payment net banking. I searched the whole website to find the booking details but there wasn't any. Except the traveler's details. I got no e-mails regarding the booking. I also went to the atm asap and got a ministatement and it showed me the deducted amount. I went to the support section of the page but it asked me for the trip id but i haven't received any.

                                I kindly request you too look after the issue as soon and possible and refund the amount of rs.2202/-

                                    I have booked a ticket earlier for 7th august 2017 but as plans changed i had opted for rescheduling the flight. As stated by clear trip only the difference would be charged, but this was not done the ticket earlier was ₹3001, and after rescheduling it came to ₹3510. You have charged me ₹6511. So can you send me the refund required??... Since i had trusted cleartrip that was why i booked n rescheduled the ticket but it sells to pay no attention so is there any other way i can get my money back. I am still a student n i need money so kindly do the required.

                                      I had made a booking for mr. Govind toshniwal under trip id: [protected] but this could not be confirmed even though payment was made. I was told that the payment made will be autoreversed within the next 3 - 4 days but this has not happened. Please look into the matter.
                                      I had made the booking on 4th july 2017 and now its 12th july 2017 but no action has been taken.
