I was booked a hotel in tiruvannamalai at rr residency on 03/07/17 in the trip id of [protected], but after some time the customer care support called me and said that the hotel is not available and make sure to arrange the alternate hotel also, i said ok or refund the money immediately. But he never called again and not given any proper solution for my case. I was called many times to your customer care no, but that also always busy many times even after 30 mins of waiting. I was so disappointed about your services and mentally disturbed because of not complete my journey. This is the very worst services ever seen, even after one week also there is no response from clear trip. I need the refund of my money immediately otherwise i will take to the next level.

I rescheduled my flight from 11 June to 24 June and I must be refunded with 877 rupees, which I havent received it yet. Please find below booking details.
