Our trip ids is [protected] and [protected], we had our flight from bangalore to srinagar on 4th apr 2017 @ 5p. M., our airline was indigo. Due to the irresponsible service of indigo airlines, we had missed the flight. Following this as per the terms for missing a flight, indigo airlines have refunded "no show taxes" amounting to rs.3514 and rs.1004 respectively and have smsed me that the refund will be credited to the travel agent's account, since the booking was through them.
Following this i called the cleartrip customer care no[protected] on 23rd may 2017 for the confirmation on the amounts, the cleartripper who attended me on the matter, confirmed on having received the said amounts and informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 7 working days but i didn't receive any message of credit even after 10 days, so i called the cleartrip customer care no[protected] again & i had to explain the whole matter again, after listening & verifying the details, to my surprise the cleartripper informs me that no amount will be refunded as some charges are to be deducted..
I request the cleartrip company to refund my amount, as i have already lost huge someoff money due to irresponsible service of indigo airlines.
