My booking id was [protected]. I had cancelled this booking and asked for refund and so they sent me a mail of cancellation but they sent me a refund of Rs. 00 where i had payed a sum of Rs 3, 026. While i was cancelling this booking they assure with me total amount but they did'nt and now i am in need of this money... Please i do have a request and refund me...

    Hello,

    I made an online payment to Cleartrip for a hotel booking. The payment got deducted from my account but no PNR/Trip ID generated. When i am calling the customer care they are asking for Trip ID to proceed. They have no proper mechanism to deal with such issues or rather intentionally not providing contact detials. I dont have any means to contact them.
    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Cleartrip.com are taking bookings for Nainital Cable Car Ride. URL for the same is
      So I book 7 tickets from cleartrip.com for Nainital Cable car ride. The booking was for 1 May 2017 at 10am. There was not clear information how we will get the entry to the cable car (The confirmation email is attached below). So I called the cleartrip call center and asked how should I proceed with this booking and she told me that go to the counter and show the email. This email is your ticket.
      On the day of activity we went to counter and shown him the email. The person at the counter said this does not mean anything either I have to buy ticket or check with cleartrip. So after going through email again I found Lalit Arya number. So I called Lalit at 9:45, and he was very arrogant person. He fist denied that we had any bookings. After explaining him for some time, he somehow found our booking and said that it would take him 20 min to send the tickets to us. The reason we did online booking and spent nearly 40% more than the actual ticket was to avoid waiting. After waiting for 30 min we booked the fresh tickets from the window and went for the ride. His person called me at 10:30 asking for our location. I called clear trip for refund and they denied. One thing Lalit mentioned was I should have called him a day before my activity, which was not mention in any instruction either on webpage or on my confirmation email.
      It was cleartrip.com responsibility to make sure that there agent delivers me tickets on time.

      I too booked cable car for 25 th June just before 2 days back..Having taken a clue from above post, though the confirmation received to my email which was supposed to be shown to the entrance for a ride, however taking cue from earlier post, o thought better to call Mr.lalit about the booking ..So I rang up Mr.lalit and gave the details of booking and timings. Mr.lalith told me to call back one day prior to the ride.hence I called him on 24 and he has handed over the ticket near mall road..On the day we enjoyed the ride Without standing in a big cue for purchase of ticket which would have otherwise took our 1 hour of precious time. Mr.lalit is so helpful. But kindly bear in mind ticket is 50 rs costlier than counter but worth than waiting..Pls call mr.lalit well in advance..
      The view from cable car is fantastic and one must try..Nainital tour is incomplete without cable car ride..

        I booked a flight for Hyd to Kol scheduled on 18th May. According to the ticket my flight is scheduled for 5.20pm from Hyderabad. But when I have done the web check in from Indigo's site it is showing 2.25pm. The Indigo customer support has said its responsibility of the agent that has done the booking. I have my office at 2.30pm and it is not possible for me to board the flight as shown by the checkin pass. But the Indigo customer support has said that for my PNR only that flight is scheduled. This type of harassement is not expected. I had intentionally booked the 5.20pm flight by paying more money and now this issue.

          I have booked 2 rooms for 5 adult and 1 child in hotel anola gangtok for 7-10 th may, 2017 at a cost of rs.1 3350 (Room rate)+rs.1140 (Hotel taxes)=rs.14, 490. I gt a discount of rs.1, 800. Finally amount of rs.12, 690 was deducted from my bank account. Few days later i cancelled the booking and while contacting the customer care, i hv been informed that rs.300 will be deducted for cancellation charges. I sighted the example of other booking sites like mmt, yatra etc.. (Where no charges are deducted, if cancelled before a specified date) they agreed to give me a waiver of rs.300. Now while getting refund i got rs. 600 less i. E rs.12, 090 (Which was un noticed by me at that point of time). Again i booked 2 rooms in hotel pineridge, darjeeling for 12-14th may, 2017 at a cost of rs.4, 833 & rs.3, 750. Now due to some unavoidable circumstances i have to cancel the darjeeling booking also and i got the full refund. Now while checking my bank statement i came to know that rs.600 was deducted from my refund. While contacting customer care, my experience was like a hell. They took almost an hour to come to a conclusion that rs. 600 was given to me as cashback and that was adjusted in darjeeling booking. But the fact is i also got rs.600 less while getting the refund of darjeeling cancellation.
          I tried a lot to make the officer understand, but she stood in the same position of not giving me the residual amount (May be she was acting of not my point as per her seniors advice).
          So i would request the management to refund back my rs.600 and not let me feel that, i hv been cheated by cleartrip

            Trip ID: [protected]. on 3 May 2017 immediately requested for name title change & clear triper misguided & taken charged also to rectified bt cleartrip denied to change or editing the ticket and informed me after 48 hours. Its a open cheating by clear trip and misguided for the cancellation charges. Due to more time passed new ticket comes on its double charges if convert incl. difference fare & cancellation chrg . Many time i called & email also to clear trip do not response and call disconnected and still my case has not been resolved.

              I have received confirmed e ticket showing the purchase amount inr 158, 640. For my upcoming trip from srinagar to calgary & back on 12th, sept.2017& 30th oct.2017 respectively. I have only paid inr 100000.00 only in parts the remaining amount of inr 58640.00. How can i pay this balance amount when you have sent the balance amount of inr 83640.00 the last transaction id is[protected]'which has not been accounted for by you where as i have received the acknowledgment from clear trip

                  We booked ticket through clear trip on 8/11/2016 indigo flight dubai to bangalore and cancelled on 27th nov 2016. Our trvell id [protected] jibina shajahan and zainab shajahan. Cancelled through indigo web site and they credit the fund in clear trip account on 3rd dec 2016. Unfortunately the fund so far not credietd in our account. Please credit the fund soon and reply on our complaint.

                    Dear sir,

                    I am Pushp raj, passport number L1965933, booked my ticket for 11.05.2017 on 10.05.2017 through cleartrip but i did not received my ticket or pnr number (By email or sms) rs 11475/- debited from my account also. I am trying to call cleartrip office and airindia express since Till yet So please find out the problem and send my pnr number, i have to travel tomorrow. .
                    Or else if possible return my amount..

                      I tried to book flight tickets from chennai to Madurai on 28.4.17. The amount was debited from my account, but I received a message "verification has failed" from the cleartrip site. I checked out the support forum where it is stated that if such an issue occurs, the amount debited will be refunded. The amount is yet to be refunded. Kindly do the needful.

                      The amount stated message was sent by me to the cleartrip email [protected]@cleartrip.com. It has been days and no action has been taken. My email [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                          I was booking on airindia flights from Ranchi to Hyderabad on 05 May 2017 through cleartrip.com. booking time the above date flights are full there is no seats on the the airindia flight, so automatically the the date was convert into 06 May, my booking was done I was shocked and call to customer care of cleartrip.com the rep of the company was Blane to me totally mistakes the my side actually I don't select the 06 May.

                          So pls my deducted amount to my account at the earliest

                            I made a flight booking through cleartrip.com for hyderabad to bagdogra; trip id trip id : [protected]. And the flight was cancelled by the goair airlines but i have only received the refund amount or rs.7, 487 where i have to recieve the complete amount (13089) as i have not cancelled the ticket. I called customer support several times but there is no satisfactory response but keep on giving me further time-line. I also contacted the floor supervisor but was of no help. Customer support executives even disconnected my call more than 10 times after asking me to hang up.
                            My friends have booked the same in other website makemytrip for the same airlines and they were given complete refund (100% refund).
                            In regard to my case, i have the following demands:
                            (I) refund me the complete amount with interest.
                            (Ii) compensation of rs 50, 000/- for the mental harassment and agony that i have gone through and call charges accrued

                            This is for your information and necessary action.

                              I have booked as non A/c room for 2 adult on 27th april 2017, the cleartrip id was[protected]. check in time 28th 00.00 hours to 29th 00:00 hours, i have paid sum of rs 658. once i booked i enquired in hotel too. The hotel name was Sri Sai residency, G.N mada street, next to govindaraju temple, thirupathi.

                              i was there on early morning by 12.30am on 28th april. but the hotel staff denied to offer the booking because we are not married. the purpose of the journey was to attend the interview at IISER thirupathi for permanant post. i tried showing the call letter to the hotel staff, but he was scolding and telling us to get out of the hotel. there was no courtesy to treat the customer.
                              i have lost my money, respect everything there. i had to find a new hotel even after booking a trip. i was literally crying on the road to find another hotel. my brother is very younger to so he also dont know what to do.

                                My daughter did cancellation of our booking today 30th April 2017 which was for 2nd May 2017 from Dubai to Bangkok and I called within 5 minutes of her mistake. But they said nothing can be done and cancellation will be processed. I called airline and they said if your agent want they can stop cancellation and I called cleartrip again. They said the same again that nothing can be done. We have bear an unnecessary loss of 2800 aed whereas even on Flydubai website it is written that only 200 aed per person gets deducted in case cancellation is done 24 hrs prior to day of travel. But this is really bad experience. We still want to keep booking. Kindly help to retrieve the cancellation.

                                  I had wrongly booked hotel saubhagya inn international Lucknow instead of hotel saubhagya in international pen maharashtra
                                  After booking I have called for cancellation of booking within 2 mins
                                  With reason
                                  But cleartrip is denying to refund my booking money
                                  It's cheating by company and I will sue against company In court

                                    Final payment amount was shown as AED 2240.
                                    But after I clicked "make payment" AED 2346 was deducted without prior intimation instead of the confirmed amount of AED 2240.
                                    How did AED 66 convenience fees became AED 172 ?

                                      I had booked 5 return tickets from delhi to zuric.
                                      Now due to some circumstances I need to cancel these tickets.

                                      I want all my money refunded as its been only one week since I booked these tickets.

                                      If they will refund me my complete amount then only I will pay my credit card bill or else will not pay this bill and put this as a dispute as it is due to unavoidable circumstances and I am not in a position to pay this

                                        I booked 2tickets from pune to delhi round trip,
                                        Date 5aug to 19aug
                                        Cost 12380/-.
                                        I asked cancellation charges to spice jet, they said 5283rs of 12380/-,
                                        As per clear trip cancellation policy 250rs is cancellation charge per each sector and 325 as convenience charge.

                                        That means my refundable amount would be,[protected]Airline charge) -1000 (Cleartrip charge) -1300 (Convenience charge) =4797 as refundable amount

                                        But in real i m getting 1606/-
                                        They displayed 2250 as airline charges per each sector.
                                        Very very disappointed by this behavior.
                                        Never ever use this app for any further bookings.
