    Convenience fees before payment was shown as AED 33 per person.
    Final payment amount was shown as AED 2240.
    But after I clicked "make payment" AED 2346 was deducted without prior intimation instead of the confirmed amount of AED 2240.
    How did AED 66 convenience fees became AED 172 ?

      I had booked 5 return tickets from delhi to zuric.
      Now due to some circumstances I need to cancel these tickets.

      I want all my money refunded as its been only one week since I booked these tickets.

      If they will refund me my complete amount then only I will pay my credit card bill or else will not pay this bill and put this as a dispute as it is due to unavoidable circumstances and I am not in a position to pay this

        I booked 2tickets from pune to delhi round trip,
        Date 5aug to 19aug
        Cost 12380/-.
        I asked cancellation charges to spice jet, they said 5283rs of 12380/-,
        As per clear trip cancellation policy 250rs is cancellation charge per each sector and 325 as convenience charge.

        That means my refundable amount would be,[protected]Airline charge) -1000 (Cleartrip charge) -1300 (Convenience charge) =4797 as refundable amount

        But in real i m getting 1606/-
        They displayed 2250 as airline charges per each sector.
        Very very disappointed by this behavior.
        Never ever use this app for any further bookings.

          This is with regard to my cleartrip id [protected]. I have booked two flight tickets with Indigo. However, the flight got canceled and I have asked for full refund i.e. 6798 INR.
          Airlines have already transferred the amount to Cleartrip. However, I have yet to get it back from them. It's been more than two weeks and I have already followed up twice but still no luck.

            With regret i am to inform you that today on 24/04/2017 time around 09:30 AM. i have been trying to book the ticket from clear trip destination from Coimbatore to Hyderabad. During the process of transaction via Debit card, Submitted my debit card details, 3 digit CVC, 1 time OTP submitted. There was some transaction problem/communication problem. But the money of rs.3931/- only from my account no.[protected], Syndicate bank was debited without any confirmation and also ticket. Flight details: 1 Stop 6E-892 CJB 10.00 AM, MAA 11.05 AM. 6E-315 MAA 12.55, HYD 14.05
            Therefore, i would request you to kindly see in the matter as to why such problems has occurred. Issue the ticket or kindly credit the amount that has been deducted from my account from your kind end please at the earliest.

              I tried to book 3 return tickets to Goa from Mumbai with the discount advertised by cleartrip. NEWFLY NOWFLY CTWOW.Unfortunately none of these codes worked. I then tried to book a combo of flight and stay thinking the discount codes will work. Again they did not. However i booked the package and got no discount as advertised.

              I then booked another return ticket and again i did not get the discount. I called cleartrip n cleartrip kept disconnecting my call. I gave up. Called them up the next day and spoke to someone who said to write an email and expect a response in 24 hrs. Sent an email waited for 3-4 days. Called cleartrip who said wait for another 24hrs. Called cleartrip again who said to wait till Tuesday and today is Friday.

              Cleartrip is a fraudulent company that advertises something only to attract customers to Thier site and gives no discount and then they blame saying that you did not click on apply after entering the code. What does cleartrip think that customers who book tickets online don't know how to apply a code.

              I need cleartrip to give me a discount on all my flight tickets and upgrade my room to a family room.

              Or i report this to consumer court about false advertising and pathetic customer service.

                I had booked a multi city ticket which were refundable from cleartrip. I followed for my refund for more than 15 days and when i said i am going to write to social media and CEO they processed the refund but they deducted a huge amount which has been computed incorrectly.

                Such a cheat company and deducting money refunds based on their whims and fancies.

                Provide a 100% refund because of the misbehaviour your company has done to me on a refundable ticket.

                  Hi.I am satabdi Ghosh. I will book Go air tickets for 3 person on 18/4/17 Ahmedabad to Kolkata. But tickets are booked. In my bank account decisions this amount money Rs.19584. My contact no-[protected]. Please refund my money urgently.
                  On the 26 April at around 2.30 am I booked a flight from Guwahati to New Delhi from cleartrip on the mobile website and proceeded through the booking proces without a problem until payment I entered my bank details and then received this msg < in the image below> that the 3D security verification had failed to contact my back shortly afterwards I received a msg that my bank had been deducted the amount of 6000 rupees with no confirmation of flight booked or any ticket received when I called cleartrip no response was give until finally they said dial my trip I'd I have no trip I'd as they told me no payment received so no ticket I then emailed their grievances department and received a response saying the grievance mailbox dose not exist I want my money back and now I can see at least two other people are in the same position as me from the same time zone this is a company who claims to put customer first and I'd like to test this claim refund our money and fix your website immediately of cleartrip will find itself in a lawsuit in a Mumbai court as they say on the grievance policy

                      I had booked a ticket for 4 persons from Mumbai to Srinagar for 1 July 2017. And as soon as I booked the tickets, within 10 minutes I got a message that there is a cancellation request they had received. When I checked the app, it showed one person's ticket had been cancelled. I called the customer care, they said that the ticket has been cancelled from my end which is ridiculous as why would I cancel one person's ticket within 10 minutes of booking the same.

                      I am being offered a refund of less than 50% of the total ticket amount which is not even my fault. I want a full refund to be initiated as I have not cancelled the same from my end.

                        I was introduced to Cleartrip services through a colleague 4 days ago who is a premium customer with clear trip. This is my first time with Clear trip. Considering that my 10 yr old son in his summer vacations gets to have some good flight experience with my parents, (both above 60 years of age ) for the first time, I booked a round trip to my parents and son to their native place Rajahmundry, using clear trip app on the 6th April 2017. But since there was no direct flight to Rajmundry, on your flights listed, I was left with no option but to go ahead and book one-stop flights via Hyderabad, to Rajmundry, back and forth, for the three of them . ( Departure 8 May 2017, ; return 15 may 2017, trip ID mentioned above.) While doing so, I checked that the flights I chose_ Jet airways and Spicejet indicated that the tickets were refundable in case of a cancellation.
                        Due to some unforseen reason, I had to cancel the tickets, the very next day, i.e, on the 7 April 2017. The cancellation was well ahead of the 30 day period.
                        But I was shocked and shaken to see that the refund amount is a mere 2108 Rs. against the booked amount of Rs. 25155. I mean, seriously, Is this some kind of a joke? How can any one just deduct over Rs. 23000, in the name of ticket cancellation, when no actual service was availed, and for the on line transaction services offered, there is already convenience fee charged. This is atrocious, I see this as a crime. Its about taking away some ones hard earned money, just at the click of a button, for no tangible service offered . It might look simple in the airline business, but it is a shocker for a common man and a first timer like me. This is totally unacceptable. My parents are retired people. This is seriously a lot of money, if you look at it with their eyes, if you can understand what I mean. I am still somewhere hopeful that even in this virtual world, there are real people, real companies like Yours, with good ethics.
                        It surely looks like there has been a mistake somewhere and clear trip surely would have a grievance redressing mechanism in place to resolve this kind of daylight robbery from the airliner or whosoever . Please do intervene and help me in getting back my lost money. Your much needed intervention will save me from further stress and the need to escalate the matter further. Pl. intervene and do the needful in helping me get back my parent's hard earned money back.
                        Looking forward in the Hope that you be considerate enough in understanding my justified complaint and in doing the needful.

                          Please be noted that I have booked a return ticket form clear trip service and without supplying ticket, the amount AED 1, 455.00 has been deducted.
                          Upon request to your costumer service i have been told to make another transaction. the deducted money will be repaid later.
                          How Come this possible and how do i believe that my money will be repaid by your service?

                            I made this booking on 5th April 2017 on clear trip for the property name Fernhill Resort in Chail Himachal Pradesh and the booking amount for 2 rooms for 2 nights paid upfront online was 17516 INR.

                            When I made this booking, I personally called the Clear Trip number and spoke to Dharmendra, who confirmed that this resort was 200 meters from the main Chail City Market because of which I had made this booking. However to my shock on 7th April when I reached, I realised that the resort was 4.5 Kms from the main city in a Jungle where there was no civilization. We did not even receive a single call from the resort to check, what time are we going to reach for the check in. I went at the resort's reception and there was no security guard, no cameras and not even a single person at the reception. The whole place looked haunted with furniture not in good shape at the reception. After waiting for 10 minutes at the reception, 2 young boys came running and when I told them that we have a booking, they looked surprised and said "Sir, is it a online booking?", to which I replied "yes" and then they said sir please bring your luggage whereas when you book something for the price above, you expect hotel's assistance with your luggage. I asked them to call their manager and they replied that the Manager is on leave and we are the only 2 here. I asked them if the owner was there then they replied that Owner lives in Delhi. I asked them if there were more bookings in the resort, to which they replied, "Yes, there are 4-5 bookings and they are expecting the guests". I asked them to show me those bookings but that poor guy refused and said he does not know how to operate a computer, so could not show me the bookings, which was clearly a lie as there no bookings. I came out and called the Clear Trip customer service and spoke to a lady by the name Seema . While I was explaining my horrible experience to Seema, initially she was doing her best to retain me and did not listen or understood my situation. I explained her that I no longer want to stay in that resort cause it was an isolated one in a Jungle with no civilization. The reasons were, we were 2 couples with a 3 year old kid and the whole reason we agreed was that it was 200 meters from the city which will enable us to buy anything that we might need for ourselves and the kid. Can you imagine, driving 4.5 Kms to buy any necessity item whenever required? Then Seema finally agreed and understood my situation. She said she will call back in 5 minutes and confirm, which she did. Then she called back and said "Sir, please check in" and I again explained her my situation and then again she promised me a call back. I waited for 15 minutes but she did not call, so I had to call and ask for her and this whole to and fro call session went for good 1.5 hours with me and friends with the small kid stranded outside the resort in a Jungle. Then Seema promised that Uday, the manager of that resort is coming to meet us in 15 minutes but no one came after 45 minuets also. Finally got frustrated and moved from that place.

                            Then finally I got a call from Avinash from the backend team and I had to explain the whole situation but he would not listen and tried convincing me to check in. So, I gave him an open offer that either Clear trip refunds 70% of the money or can provide me another property, to which he refused. He then said promised me a callback which he did then again started convincing him but I had given up and told him that now I wanted a 70% refund and he needs to confirm. He then said, I will speak my with his Marketing Team and come back to me and he did not. After 30 minutes I called him back again and he said "Sir, please check in in some other hotel, while I am working on this" and he promised me a call in 30 minutes. It was getting dark and I felt unsafe and moved from the resort and checked in Hotel Chail Inn in the main city and paid for the rooms there on top of what I had paid to clear trip for my stay at the most horrible property of my life Fernhill Resort.

                            I waited for 1 hour but Avinash did not call back and I had to call the customer service again to ask for him. When I called, I was told that the case is now being handled by Aditya and I spoke with him and explained him the situation and he agreed with my decision and said he would not have stayed in that resort if he was along with his family. He tried hard talking to the Marketing team and kept asking for more time and finally said that he will come back to me before 9 PM with 100% refund decision. I waited for his call but nobody called. I called the customer service next day in the evening at 6:30 PM and asked for him and he said he tried calling me at 9 PM yesterday but was getting network busy, however, I spoke to my family that evening and had official calls and network was not busy. I will give Avinash a benefit of doubt on this one. Then he said, he is working on the case and will come back to me with the final decision in 1 hour. He called back and said, hotelier is not willing to refund and it is a "No" from Clear trip as well. Then he further said that this is now between me and the Hotelier which is absolutely shocking as I had done the booking through Clear Trip.

                            It is a clear case of misrepresentation of facts, mental, physical, financial harassment and putting our lives at risk by making us wait in a Jungle to give a final decision. This also clearly shows that Clear Trip is only bothered about their commission that they receive from the bookings and does not verify the facts of the hotels registered with them.

                              I booked a room in hotel manaya bareilly through cleartrip mobile app with trip id [protected].
                              On arrival at hotel they refused check in after ckecking my wife's id proof bcoz her residence address was local.
                              I told them that I can give them different id which have different location residence address .
                              I told them that we were married but they refused check in.
                              While booking on clear trip mobile it was not mentioned that we have to take along our marriage certificate while check in.
                              I was greatly humiliated by the service.

                                  I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Madurai on July 1, 2016 (Air Pegasus flight ) via Cleartrip. The journey date was Sep 7, 2016 and total ticket cost was Rs.1672. On Aug 31, I received an email from Airpegasus that the flight had been cancelled “due to unavoidable reasons”. I tried contacting the Cleartrip customer support and they informed that Airpegasus had shut down its operations. I cancelled the ticket on the Cleartrip website and processed for refund. In the meantime I also contacted Cleartrip customer support about the refund status for which they informed that they are trying to contact the company and will get back on the status only when they get intimation from Airpegasus. It has been more than 5 months till date, but I have not received the refund. It seems, Cleartrip cannot give commitment on the refund amount or the time frame of refund. They will process the refund only when the amount is received from Air Pegasus.

                                    As per the above, amount 733, 1750, 1750 has been debited on 19/3/17, 22/3/17, 22/3/17 respectively. Attempt of booking ticket from bangalore to piparia[had been made and due to irctc user id issue the ticket was not booked but the amount has been debited from,
                                    Account number :-[protected], corporation bank:-basavangudi branch. So kindly requesting the refund of the money debited without any charges since no ticket has been issued.

                                      I have booked ticket from BDQ to BOM vide your ID No. [protected] . The travelers were Mr. Farid Rathod and Mr. Abdulaziz Rathod. The flight number was 9W-7344. The said ticket was cancelled due to change of programme. The refund of airline fare was not known. Rs.140/- only was refunded to me. Imay please be informed whether the airline fare will be refunded or not.
