I have booked 2 air tickets on26/10/2016 from kolakatta to kochi for Rs10951, I have received a call from customer care service from clear trip that it is not successful but my account is debitted. when I complanied that they told me it will be refunded . my bank has claimed amount but it is still pending, I have received the data from my bank about the details

    Hi this is suman Shahi from Dubai I had booking for 5 tickets (2 adult 3 kids)for Dubai to Beirut returns from gulf air on 20 December. Booking number [protected]. Unfortunately I couldn't catch the plane due to some reason and I had cancelled my booking and place new flight for next day.
    As per clear trip customer service agent refund will be done within 45 days from the date of cancellation. Sofar till today I haven't received my refund back or no follow up calls from clear trip. Although I called many times to customer service and talked with many people regarding the issues but no one helped me out. (Ms. Juji and Mr. Bivek) customer service agent promised that they will be doing follow up but no news at all. Kindly check what is going on, why you guys are not refunding my money back which is 6654dhs. If I didn't get back my money within this week I will go through legal process from here against clear trip agent which is not my aim.

      The flight (OP 121--Air pegasus) I booked through cleartrip for 13th August was cancelled by the airlines.
      So I had requested cleartrip & air pegasus to cancel the ticket.
      The support executive from cleartrip informed me that I will get refund money within 7 working days on August 18th 2016.
      When i checked with air pegasus, they sent reply as below:-

        Hi,

        My trip booking can't proceed because of dont have OTP mobile verification from irctc.in, but Cleartrip already refund my money back on 2 March.
        this is the trip booking : Trip ID : [protected]

        But after that, Cleartrip make a auto debit again with same as amount that cleartrip did before. I don't know why, because i pretty sure that i didn't any booking after that because of i dont get OTP mobile verification from irctc.in yet.
        So, i hope i can get my refund back

          Hi, i was booking tickets from delhi to Kolkata for 9th may 2017, from Spice jet flight SG-253.
          Money got deducted from my account two times but ticket was not booked and not credited back to my account as well.

          I went to bak, they told me that its the Clear Trip who got the money, bank has no role inthis, ask cleartrip to refund the money.

          Ticket price was 3064. It got deducted 2 times, so it is Rs 6128.

          Please help me to get my money back

            Sir/madam,

            I have booked an air ticket on 01/02/2017 from Raipur to Kochi for Rs. 12559.00. I have received a message stating that the txn was not successful but my account is debited. My bank has claimed amount but it is still pending with your bank. I have received the data from my bank about the details.

            Your Bnak is ICICI and The RR number is[protected]

            Already almost one month lapsed but refund has not come to my bank. Hence I request you to give the credit back of Rs. 12559.00 at the earliest.

              Cleartrip is making travel booking easier as possible but they take money from our account and if we cancel the ticket the refund amount will only be credited when we started chasing them by their call center. Need to stop the way they manage customers. They are not authorized to keep my money after cancellation. Their call center option says the amount will be refunded to the account in 2 to 3 working days. This is not for a small amount like this if we didn't followup with them they will keep out amount.

                I booked my Air ticket through your portal in afternoon today for Lucknow to Mumbai trough Go Air flight No G8 404 leaving Lko on 21st Feb at 1.30 P.M., shockingly Rs 6896/ was deducted from my net banking account( bearing reference no CCAEBIATQ789 CCA Clear Trip Pvt Lt) and ticket was not transferred into my mail account [protected]@gmail.com .On enquiry from GoAir it was revealed that Air Ticket was not booked hence not delivered.The most pertinent question is reliability, I failed to understand how the amount debited without booking, it is a huge error, Kindly refund my amount

                  I was making a booking for my family fro DXB to COK and in between the net got disconnected and one guy name d Sreekanth made a call back and told that he had forwarded me a link and to make the payment. i got a call back after lot of effort and his supervisor Deepak told that it is my fault that i opted for the booking through the link which i got. It is a clear misrepresentation and making loss of AED 300 to a regular customer. This is my last booking through Clear trip and i know its not going to make much difference loosing one customer but it is clear cheating by a cleartripper.

                            The worst customer service in my life!!!
                            I booked 3 tickets from banglore to Guwahati from 22134 rupees. And then got a called from cleartrip, named, Salman Dalvi by saying the rate is increased.
                            And I told them to cancel because I lost trust in your service.And l got a mail saying that refund the money within 3/4 days. But it's had been 10 days!!

                              Dear service provider,

                              My transaction id is [protected]. I cancelled my flights directly with spice jet airlines. As per your guidelines the cancellation charges should have inr 250 only for per flight. Accordingly in my case it should inr 250*4= inr 1000 maximum amount for round trip (Four tickets). But unnecessarily, unjustified, illegal and against your cancellation policy which you are highlighting on internet. Kindly transfer inr 5170 to me on immediately basis.

                                Sir i tried to book a ticket of flight on 4/2/2017 of spice jet from the clear trip app which was departing from delhi to arrive guwahati but my flight was not booked and the money had been deducted from my account .I called the customer care and provided them with all the details but stilll they are not giving proper response .Its been over a month but i havent recieved my money back

                                  Dear Cleartrip,

                                  I booked a flight ticket from CCU(Kolkatta) to Hyd on May 6th by using Andhra Bank Debit Card... I Immediately got a message from Andhra Bank saying that 5228 Rs. was debited and the page did not return to the clear trip website...!!! It says internal error, , Source Unavailable... No trip ID was generated..

                                  After that i could neither get the booked ticket.. nor the fund was refunded...Please help me through this... this is my hard earned money of 5228/- ... I seek either the tickets which were booked or the money...

                                    I did my payment through the debit card of HDFC BANK for Booking flight ticket that of from Goa to Bangalore for the date 7th feb 2017 for two passenegrs But after payment it showed this "

                                    Sorry, but we couldn’t process your payment. Double check the information below and we’ll try again."
                                    Just then within a second I received a message on my mobile no. [protected] that the amount from my debit card has been debited that of Rs.7314/- on 06/02/2017 .But I haven't received my ticket till now. I did try calling all possible no of cleartrip but they are asking for trip ID . There is no trip Id ANYWHERE!!! Kindly revert back on my contact no.

                                        We booked ticket through clear trip on 8/11/2016 indigo flight Dubai to Bangalore and cancelled on 27th Nov 2016 . Our trvell Id [protected] Jibina Shajahan and Zainab Shajahan. Cancelled through Indigo web site and they credit the fund in Clear Trip account on 3rd Dec 2016. Unfortunately the fund so far not credietd in our account. Please credit the fund soon and reply on our complaint.
