I booked a room in hotel manaya bareilly through cleartrip mobile app with trip id [protected].
On arrival at hotel they refused check in after ckecking my wife's id proof bcoz her residence address was local.
I told them that I can give them different id which have different location residence address .
I told them that we were married but they refused check in.
While booking on clear trip mobile it was not mentioned that we have to take along our marriage certificate while check in.
I was greatly humiliated by the service.

      I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Madurai on July 1, 2016 (Air Pegasus flight ) via Cleartrip. The journey date was Sep 7, 2016 and total ticket cost was Rs.1672. On Aug 31, I received an email from Airpegasus that the flight had been cancelled “due to unavoidable reasons”. I tried contacting the Cleartrip customer support and they informed that Airpegasus had shut down its operations. I cancelled the ticket on the Cleartrip website and processed for refund. In the meantime I also contacted Cleartrip customer support about the refund status for which they informed that they are trying to contact the company and will get back on the status only when they get intimation from Airpegasus. It has been more than 5 months till date, but I have not received the refund. It seems, Cleartrip cannot give commitment on the refund amount or the time frame of refund. They will process the refund only when the amount is received from Air Pegasus.

        As per the above, amount 733, 1750, 1750 has been debited on 19/3/17, 22/3/17, 22/3/17 respectively. Attempt of booking ticket from bangalore to piparia[had been made and due to irctc user id issue the ticket was not booked but the amount has been debited from,
        Account number :-[protected], corporation bank:-basavangudi branch. So kindly requesting the refund of the money debited without any charges since no ticket has been issued.

The said ticket was cancelled due to change of programme. The refund of airline fare was not known. Rs.140/- only was refunded to me. Imay please be informed whether the airline fare will be refunded or not.

              Trip Id: [protected].
              The issue starts with my name details on the ticket. The cleartrip mobile app, while booking the ticket, has a field to mention first name, middle name and last name, however next to middle name, they have mentioned an additional text that it is optional, so I did not enter it but the same is there on my passport so I had requested for a name change.
              So they asked me to email my passport copy and since then it has been more than a month and I have received no replies from them on my email chain, despite sending them multiple emails to inform me about the status.
              I give them a call on 25th March, 2017 and they say its under process. Then I call them on 28th March, again same reply (call attended by Mr. Rohan Tambe). And finally when I call them on 1st April, 2017 they say that they had received a reply from Air India on 25th March, 2107 that name cannot be changed!. What is this, dont they have a reponsibility to give us call and inform us on time and in the first place, why cant the name be changed. Not replying to emails is another big issue, makes us feel like we are talking to walls! Clearly terrible service and lack of coordination.

                  It was booked for rs 8925 on 23 03 17. and reschdule on dt 25 03 17 for which i paied rs 10110 . means i total paied rs 18822. for a single trip from benglore to delhi and back. please let me know will i get some amount back or not . if not than why u have charge rs 10110. when it is freshly available for rs 8399.

                  it means if i miss that flight on 30 03 17 and book a new ticket i have to pay only 8399. for which presently i had to pay rs.10110. now u are requested to concider the matter at top priority .and requested to returm my money.what ever it may be .tother wisr i am to force to go further. thanking you.

                        Trip ID : [protected] today[protected] I booked a train ticket from Ernakulam to Velankanni for 17 march 2017 on train number 16188.But I decided to cancel the same, but not able to cancel the ticket, I cannot see any link to cancel ticket, so please make cleartrip.com to cancel the ticket in the name of Akhil Varghese immediately and make the refund.

                          I tried to book a rail ticket on 20th feb, 2017.However, after making the payment through debit card, the message came "oops, your booking did not go through".I still have not received the refund amount Rs 622. I have attached the screenshot of the same.

                          am still waiting for refund. I called the customer care number, they are telling me call after 24 Hours, every time the same answer since Dec 29 2016. That's not a reasonable expectation at all; Its really bad.. I will think twice before using Cleartrip now.

                              Hi this is suman Shahi from Dubai I had booking for 5 tickets (2 adult 3 kids)for Dubai to Beirut returns from gulf air on 20 December. Booking number [protected]. Unfortunately I couldn't catch the plane due to some reason and I had cancelled my booking and place new flight for next day.
                              As per clear trip customer service agent refund will be done within 45 days from the date of cancellation. Sofar till today I haven't received my refund back or no follow up calls from clear trip. Although I called many times to customer service and talked with many people regarding the issues but no one helped me out. (Ms. Juji and Mr. Bivek) customer service agent promised that they will be doing follow up but no news at all. Kindly check what is going on, why you guys are not refunding my money back which is 6654dhs. If I didn't get back my money within this week I will go through legal process from here against clear trip agent which is not my aim.

                                The flight (OP 121--Air pegasus) I booked through cleartrip for 13th August was cancelled by the airlines.
                                So I had requested cleartrip & air pegasus to cancel the ticket.
                                The support executive from cleartrip informed me that I will get refund money within 7 working days on August 18th 2016.
                                When i checked with air pegasus, they sent reply as below:-

                                  Hi,

                                  My trip booking can't proceed because of dont have OTP mobile verification from irctc.in, but Cleartrip already refund my money back on 2 March.
                                  this is the trip booking : Trip ID : [protected]

                                  But after that, Cleartrip make a auto debit again with same as amount that cleartrip did before. I don't know why, because i pretty sure that i didn't any booking after that because of i dont get OTP mobile verification from irctc.in yet.
                                  So, i hope i can get my refund back

                                  I booked ticket by cleartrip.com and i made payment by debit card but i did not get any confirmation from them and i tried to contact them which where given by them on website i feel help less and being cheated by them please help

                                    Hi, i was booking tickets from delhi to Kolkata for 9th may 2017, from Spice jet flight SG-253.
                                    Money got deducted from my account two times but ticket was not booked and not credited back to my account as well.

                                    I went to bak, they told me that its the Clear Trip who got the money, bank has no role inthis, ask cleartrip to refund the money.

                                    Ticket price was 3064. It got deducted 2 times, so it is Rs 6128.

                                    Please help me to get my money back

                                      I have booked an air ticket on 01/02/2017 from Raipur to Kochi for Rs. 12559.00. I have received a message stating that the txn was not successful but my account is debited. My bank has claimed amount but it is still pending with your bank. I have received the data from my bank about the details.

                                      Your Bnak is ICICI and The RR number is[protected]

                                      Already almost one month lapsed but refund has not come to my bank. Hence I request you to give the credit back of Rs. 12559.00 at the earliest.

                                      It's not sending my 423 rupees back.I booked the ticket in morning but unfortunately it cancelled but clear trip was not refunding my money.I comes from a middle class family. I was very sad and I will be going to some kind of circumstances out of these money. So I beg you pls send my money back pls pls.I beg you I beg you I beg you pls.

                                        Cleartrip is making travel booking easier as possible but they take money from our account and if we cancel the ticket the refund amount will only be credited when we started chasing them by their call center. Need to stop the way they manage customers. They are not authorized to keep my money after cancellation. Their call center option says the amount will be refunded to the account in 2 to 3 working days. This is not for a small amount like this if we didn't followup with them they will keep out amount.
