I did my payment through the debit card of HDFC BANK for Booking flight ticket that of from Goa to Bangalore for the date 7th feb 2017 for two passenegrs But after payment it showed this "
Oops, your payment didn’t work
Sorry, but we couldn’t process your payment. Double check the information below and we’ll try again."
Just then within a second I received a message on my mobile no. [protected] that the amount from my debit card has been debited that of Rs.7314/- on 06/02/2017 .But I haven't received my ticket till now. I did try calling all possible no of cleartrip but they are asking for trip ID . There is no trip Id ANYWHERE!!! Kindly revert back on my contact no.

    Just now I did my payment through the debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India for Booking train ticket that of kamrup express for dated 21 April 2017 for AC 3 tier from dibrugarh to guwahati. But after payment it showed this "
    Oops, your payment didn’t work
    Sorry, but we couldn’t process your payment. Double check the information below and we’ll try again."
    Just then within a second I received a message on my mobile no. [protected], that the amount from my debit card has been debited that of Rs.4509 on 06/02/2017 .But I haven't received my ticket till now, then how can they just deduct the amount without providing me the tickets for which I did the payment.

      We booked ticket through clear trip on 8/11/2016 indigo flight Dubai to Bangalore and cancelled on 27th Nov 2016 . Our trvell Id [protected] Jibina Shajahan and Zainab Shajahan. Cancelled through Indigo web site and they credit the fund in Clear Trip account on 3rd Dec 2016. Unfortunately the fund so far not credietd in our account. Please credit the fund soon and reply on our complaint.

        Hi Team,

        Please help me, I have booked the round trip from ClearTrip but I have changes in my plan due to which I have to change the return flight timing for same day, it was very easy to change the flight timing, but it was not informed anywhere I have to pay extra Amend charges other then flight cancellation charges due to which I have beed charged extra amount by taking my cancellation charges too, can I get refund of my money which have been taken from me without informing.

          An amount of Rs 3831.00 has debited as charges without mentioning proper remark I have raised a complaint mail to you on jan 15th regarding this one of the executive called and informed that the charges were debited by the hotels and not by the Cleartrip

          During the visit I have confirmed from the hotel that they havn't charged any single paise for cancellation and the same has specifically mentioned in the website there is no cancellation charges if its cancelled with in specified time

          Mail complaint has been raised on 15th Jan and remainder mail sent on 27th Jan still not received any reverts from your side

          Please do the needful and get the amount refunded

            This is Dr Anitha Kodaru, Principal Scientist from Hyderabad. I tried to make a booking at 2200 hrs on 3rd Feb 2017 for travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore by Air Costa flight no:LB-694 to travel on 4th Feb 16.20 hrs. An amount of Rs 3302/- has been debited from my account towards the cost of the ticket. However, in the Cleartrip website, booking failed message appeared. On contacting the AirCosta customercare, it was found that no booking was made for the above travel.

                I tried to book a flight ticket for me (Manoj Kumar), from chennai to new delhi for 10 March 2017.                   "Thank you for writing to IndiGo.
                  With regards to your mail, we would like to confirm that under your IndiGo PNR/ booking reference L9TD5Z, an amount of INR 10, 036 has been refunded to the concerned travel agency account on 3rd of december 2016.
                  Further, we would like to request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency to claim refund.
                  Trust this Clarifies. "

                    Recently I had to cancel flight tickets from Kolkata to Bhubaneshwar on March 10th 2017 and from Bhubaneshwar to Kolkata on 19th of March 2017 due to a family exigency.I had booked the tickets from Cleartrip.com in the name of Ms Priyanka Priyadarsini Dhir where it was mentioned that the ticket amount is refundable.

                    I have contacted Indigo Airlines and have cancelled the two tickets with the below mentioned PNR: PDRFPD for kolkata to Bhubaneshwar, Idigo has send me a mail confirmation stating I will be getting a refund of Rs 735.00

                    and for PNR: FFSBKX I will be getting a refind of Rs 337. I have attached the emails regarding the refund from Indigo supporting this fact.

                    Now when I cancelling the trip in cleartrip online site they are refusing to pay me the amount which Indigo has promised me in written to refund.Please take further action from your end and initiate the refund as they are not refunding anything.Please refund the money ASAP.

                      I have booked dudhsagar trip from cleartrip with Trip id # [protected] but after booking call from cleartrip agent lady with mobile no [protected] & told me that this trip is not being confirmed as no seats avaiable in bus as the organiser was also conneted on the call & she told me that i have processed your refund & this trip has been cancelled but till now no refund has been processed & also i have called so many times all times it is being told me that we are unable to connect to the organiser & now my phone i automatically disconnected on cleartrip tollfree no as i enter my tripid. I am fadup of so many followups & this type of response from such a big company will definately told all my freinds will never go for this * also will file a complaint in consumer forum.

                        I tried to book train ticket for me and three other family members, from Kottayam to Chennai. An amount of Rs.1, 535.00 was deducted from my state bank of travancore account (no.[protected] )on 29.1.2017 towards INB Cleartrip Private Limited with reference no. CCAEA1AHP775IGAARVWJS1. But I did not get the train ticket. I had file a complaint with the customer care service of Cleartrip on 29.1.2017 with Case ID 0196380. But the amount has not been refunded. Please do the needful to get the amount refunded. The customer care numbers are either not working or responding.

                          I booked hotel durvankur in ganpatipule on 25 jan 2017 from clear trip site for checkin date 27jan.my booking was also confirm and my money also deducted from my credit card and also recieved booking invoice on my mail id.but on next day i rceived call from clear trip that my booking is cancle due to non availability of room on 27 jan. As rooms not available then how can site allows booking on line . As you site is not updated timely then who will book from cleartrip site.also site told me that they will refund my money in 5 days but after 5 days still they didnt refund my money.and practicaly when i visited on 27 jan in ganpatipule there is no any rush on that day many rooms are easily available at any hotel.i dont understand that how hotel durvankur owner told that no room available on that day.i easily got accomodation in onother hotel with cheaper rate. May be hotel durvankur owner lies.

                              1. the call centre nu [protected] and Mobile Nus[protected] and[protected] are getting "wrong numbers" please clarify the same.

                              2. now I am hereby to call because : I have booked a ticket for 5 adults/persons, 2 sr citizens(out of which one female) through CLEARTRIP TRAVEL SERVICE/MUMBAI/CLEARTRIP TRAVEL SERVICE/seq no 811973, booking railway ticket from Palakkad to Kayankulam on 3rd March 17 by train no 12695 leaving 0030hrs and reaching 0513hrs. However, the Payment for the same from my SB account from axis bank has been debited with rs 3085/. on 28/1/17 at 13.10.47hours.which is ticket booked time/date etc.

                              Before getting the ticket print out or getting any other details like PNR or any other informations etc.the screen vanished/cleared. Thereby, I do not have any details of the same booking like PNR.etc.

                              Kindly give the details of the same from the above mentioned details.

                                    Greetings!!!

                                    On 21st january, 2017, we (5 persons) returning from bangalore to hyderabad after having purchased to & fro ticket from cleartrip and reached the airport 45 minutes earlier to departure even after we are holding webcheckin tickets (Pnr # dgpq2j) already on hand, but the air asia staff @ counter and ticket sales counter also didn't allowed us to travel - as i requested them that out of our 5 members a patient is also travelling which is my sister, but after listening that the ticket sales incharge mr. Sameer replied me if it is normal persons then i would have talk to concerned officer and allow you to travel now, but when you are saying that one of you 5 is a patient, then i won't allow as you has to reach airport 2 hours prior of departure if any patient is with you, normal person 1 hour time.

                                    But how can we judge the traffic outside and as it is a new place to us, we never had been to bangalore earlier.

                                    As we started 2 hours earlier from the hotel, but there was lot of traffic on road on enquiry we came to know that traffic due to some chief minister of karnataka was crossing that roads.

                                    I requested him to either permit us or allow us to travel in next flight, but he didn't allowed only due to one reason, as one of our 5 passenger, my sister is a patient and we came to bangalore for her treatment and we should be in airport 2 hours prior

                                    And charged us very high rate for next flight on the same day. Due to which we shifted to indigo airlines

                                    Immediately we cancelled the tickets on cleartrip and got another next flight in indigo @ 18.50 hours

                                    My reason for complaining even after we delayed to reach airport in time due to any reason is the sales ticket counter incharge told me clearly that when you're travelling with a patient you should be 2 hours earlier, i would have allowed you all if you're normal people, but now i wont' allow you as you must reach airport before 2 hours earlier if you're travelling with a patient thus made my sister to sit outside the airport in a restaurant for 4 hours sufferred with severe back pain

                                    I don't want money refund back but i want such ### incharge who doesn't understand the medical treatment values, should be punished as he didn't considered us inspite of seeing my sister and my entire family in front of the sales ticket and we were 45 minutes earlier of department at the luggage counter holding webcheck in tickets (Pnr # dgpq2j).

                                    You can check the video recordings (Cc tv footage) of arrived timings and can enquiry mr. Sameer whether he gave such comments or not.

                                      I have booked a ticked from chennai - sharjha air india flight through clear trip.
                                      wn i tried to cancel the ticket and postpond, there was nocustomer care support from clear trip. wn i called a customer care number it simply asked fr a 10 digit number to proceed further, but what i all got was a 11 digit reference no from clear trip. when i entered tht number it simply dnt allow me to proceed further. the airindia refused to help in this situation bcause the ticket was booked through clear trip, and clear trip dnt bother to give any support to the customer. iam goin to sugest my friends family and my colligues to stop using clear trip in future.

                                        2 rooms in Shimla were booked on 7th Jan. First they offer discount of 200 bucks and then The booking was then cancelled by cleartrip people and they were not even capable of booking another room in any other hotel in Shimla. Ihave still not recieved the refund of Rs. 5500 and neither have i recieved any call from their end. Cleartrip is such a useless money grabber company which is of no help to their customers. The staff is useless. First they take the money then do not confirm even if rooms are available in the hotel and then they do nit even return the money. Such a horrible first time experience my family had with cleartrip.
                                        ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I would like to complaint you that during checking time noticed that my daughter name was not available in flight system.we payed additional money for travelling also.my trip id[protected].
                                        I want to return on 27th April .so please confirm this will not happen again.
