Dear Sir,
This is Dr Anitha Kodaru, Principal Scientist from Hyderabad. I tried to make a booking at 2200 hrs on 3rd Feb 2017 for travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore by Air Costa flight no:LB-694 to travel on 4th Feb 16.20 hrs. An amount of Rs 3302/- has been debited from my account towards the cost of the ticket. However, in the Cleartrip website, booking failed message appeared. On contacting the AirCosta customercare, it was found that no booking was made for the above travel.
In view of this, you are requested to refund the amount at the earliest. My mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.com

ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
At the time of payment transaction failed but the money deducted from my account.
Unable to get in touch any of toll free of cleartrip.
Help me with my money back.
