On 21st january, 2017, we (5 persons) returning from bangalore to hyderabad after having purchased to & fro ticket from cleartrip and reached the airport 45 minutes earlier to departure even after we are holding webcheckin tickets (Pnr # dgpq2j) already on hand, but the air asia staff @ counter and ticket sales counter also didn't allowed us to travel - as i requested them that out of our 5 members a patient is also travelling which is my sister, but after listening that the ticket sales incharge mr. Sameer replied me if it is normal persons then i would have talk to concerned officer and allow you to travel now, but when you are saying that one of you 5 is a patient, then i won't allow as you has to reach airport 2 hours prior of departure if any patient is with you, normal person 1 hour time.
But how can we judge the traffic outside and as it is a new place to us, we never had been to bangalore earlier.
As we started 2 hours earlier from the hotel, but there was lot of traffic on road on enquiry we came to know that traffic due to some chief minister of karnataka was crossing that roads.
I requested him to either permit us or allow us to travel in next flight, but he didn't allowed only due to one reason, as one of our 5 passenger, my sister is a patient and we came to bangalore for her treatment and we should be in airport 2 hours prior
And charged us very high rate for next flight on the same day. Due to which we shifted to indigo airlines
Immediately we cancelled the tickets on cleartrip and got another next flight in indigo @ 18.50 hours
My reason for complaining even after we delayed to reach airport in time due to any reason is the sales ticket counter incharge told me clearly that when you're travelling with a patient you should be 2 hours earlier, i would have allowed you all if you're normal people, but now i wont' allow you as you must reach airport before 2 hours earlier if you're travelling with a patient thus made my sister to sit outside the airport in a restaurant for 4 hours sufferred with severe back pain
I don't want money refund back but i want such ### incharge who doesn't understand the medical treatment values, should be punished as he didn't considered us inspite of seeing my sister and my entire family in front of the sales ticket and we were 45 minutes earlier of department at the luggage counter holding webcheck in tickets (Pnr # dgpq2j).
You can check the video recordings (Cc tv footage) of arrived timings and can enquiry mr. Sameer whether he gave such comments or not.
