Booked a 5 Air tickets using clear trip website between Bangalore to Trivandrum with Air Pegasus flight (Date of travel - 30-Jul-2016)

Flight was not operational and cancelled the tickets.
But refund was not provided by Clear trip till today.
Airpegasus when contacted they told they have already settled the amount to the clear trip .
Clear trip till today did not give any refund.

    Dear sir / madam,

    Greetings!!!

    On 21st january, 2017, we (5 persons) returning from bangalore to hyderabad after having purchased to & fro ticket from cleartrip and reached the airport 45 minutes earlier to departure even after we are holding webcheckin tickets (Pnr # dgpq2j) already on hand, but the air asia staff @ counter and ticket sales counter also didn't allowed us to travel - as i requested them that out of our 5 members a patient is also travelling which is my sister, but after listening that the ticket sales incharge mr. Sameer replied me if it is normal persons then i would have talk to concerned officer and allow you to travel now, but when you are saying that one of you 5 is a patient, then i won't allow as you has to reach airport 2 hours prior of departure if any patient is with you, normal person 1 hour time.

    But how can we judge the traffic outside and as it is a new place to us, we never had been to bangalore earlier.

    As we started 2 hours earlier from the hotel, but there was lot of traffic on road on enquiry we came to know that traffic due to some chief minister of karnataka was crossing that roads.

    I requested him to either permit us or allow us to travel in next flight, but he didn't allowed only due to one reason, as one of our 5 passenger, my sister is a patient and we came to bangalore for her treatment and we should be in airport 2 hours prior

    And charged us very high rate for next flight on the same day. Due to which we shifted to indigo airlines

    Immediately we cancelled the tickets on cleartrip and got another next flight in indigo @ 18.50 hours

    My reason for complaining even after we delayed to reach airport in time due to any reason is the sales ticket counter incharge told me clearly that when you're travelling with a patient you should be 2 hours earlier, i would have allowed you all if you're normal people, but now i wont' allow you as you must reach airport before 2 hours earlier if you're travelling with a patient thus made my sister to sit outside the airport in a restaurant for 4 hours sufferred with severe back pain

    I don't want money refund back but i want such ### incharge who doesn't understand the medical treatment values, should be punished as he didn't considered us inspite of seeing my sister and my entire family in front of the sales ticket and we were 45 minutes earlier of department at the luggage counter holding webcheck in tickets (Pnr # dgpq2j).

    You can check the video recordings (Cc tv footage) of arrived timings and can enquiry mr. Sameer whether he gave such comments or not.

      I have booked a ticked from chennai - sharjha air india flight through clear trip.
      wn i tried to cancel the ticket and postpond, there was nocustomer care support from clear trip. wn i called a customer care number it simply asked fr a 10 digit number to proceed further, but what i all got was a 11 digit reference no from clear trip. when i entered tht number it simply dnt allow me to proceed further. the airindia refused to help in this situation bcause the ticket was booked through clear trip, and clear trip dnt bother to give any support to the customer. iam goin to sugest my friends family and my colligues to stop using clear trip in future.

        2 rooms in Shimla were booked on 7th Jan. First they offer discount of 200 bucks and then The booking was then cancelled by cleartrip people and they were not even capable of booking another room in any other hotel in Shimla. Ihave still not recieved the refund of Rs. 5500 and neither have i recieved any call from their end. Cleartrip is such a useless money grabber company which is of no help to their customers. The staff is useless. First they take the money then do not confirm even if rooms are available in the hotel and then they do nit even return the money. Such a horrible first time experience my family had with cleartrip.

        I would like to complaint you that during checking time noticed that my daughter name was not available in flight system.we payed additional money for travelling also.my trip id[protected].
        I want to return on 27th April .so please confirm this will not happen again.

          I have booked a room from cleartrip on 17 October 2016 from Gurgoan/ Delhi NCR for Goa for 4 days in 26 to 29 December for Rs 2, 222/-. And I received a call from cleartrip that my booking is confirmed and my amount is not refundable on the day of booking. But when I called to the hotel on 23 December 2016 before leaving for Goa the hotel told me that we don't have any booking from cleartrip. Then I again called on cleartrip customer support number regarding my booking who told your booking is confirmed then I told that I called at hotel number and there is no booking . Then the cleartrip support told sir we will call you back. I received a call from cleartrip that your booking is confirmed just the manager of hotel is changed that why your booking is not confirmed. Then after 30 mins again received a call that you have to pay Rs.6, 000/- more to confirm your . I told them that its totally cheating you confirmed my booking 2 months before and now demanding more money. I called to hotel again who told sir even now we have not received any call from cleartrip its just trap to demand more money. I made the complaint through mail also to cleartrip but no confirmation on behalf of cleartrip. Next day again received a call that we will confirm only when you pay Rs 6000 more. I told them its cheating to trap people by showing them attractive price and later on demand more money because we don't have any option. Finally i have to book hotel from my own for those 4 days in Goa . And cleartrip refused to book . I want refund with damages.
          Now I am filling case against Cleartrip other wise they will cheat people like us again and again because no body will go to court for such less amount and these cheat companies will earn crores of money. Anyone what to join me can mail me at - [protected]@gmail.com.

            I had booked an international air ticket from LHR - MAA.
            Trip ID:[protected]

            I was about to cancel this ticket and book another one.
            But when I tried to do so, got to know that the refund amount is zero (though the trip will be around May month).
            While booking the ticket its no where seen this information and why the hell these sort o[censored]sability issues are being shown at the last minute to a middle class passenger who cannot afford such a big cost.

            This makes the users to lose credibility of the app or site.

            I am never going to book any ticket through cleartrip app anymore, if this is not sorted out.

              I have cancelled two flight tickets from Kochi to Bangalore and return.

I have contacted customer service center through phone 3 times. They informed all the times that refund will be done with in 3-4 days. So far I have not received the amount.

                I had booked a "thar" jeep in goa for rent on 12/11/17 which had to be given at 9:30 am.. But had to wait till 1:00pm..even after
                1:00they did not provide any jeep.. Only told us that they will provide the refund..that too after 21 days..

                Hotel booking done at shiradi on 12/01/2017 through Cleartrip booked on 03 dec 2016. voucher #CHMM 8125646 checkin 12pm onwards. But to my surprise the hotel manager rejected entry for single person and in spite of dialogue with clear trip staff I was forced to take accomadation of my own. The matter was conveyed to cleartrip staff on 12/01/17 and subsequently 16/01/17 they say they cannot reimburse my amount with no fault of mine.                   I hv booked 6 tickets of garib rath on line from cleartrip on 12/01/2017 date of journey is 02/04/17. An amount of Rs.5747 is debited from my account, but i hv not received any tickets. company had send me mail that they will refund the money but yet i hv not receive it. it is clear cut unfair trade practice on the part of the company. Kindly refund my payment within next 24 hours or i will initiate proper legal action.

                    The problem was I got message of fare increase on previous attempts so I stopped from booking it.
                    But after some time I saw SpiceJet Airlines ticket fare back to normal Rs 9114... That time I didn't got any message of price hike. And I proceeded. On payments page I had to pay only Rs 9114+225 = Rs 8839(Card)+500(credits) . But after payment money deducted was Rs 10017(Card)+500(credits).
                    Don't just show me any screenshot saying it's the same which u booked, it din't have even Time Mentioned in it. That is the screenshot of my previous attempts in which price changed, so i stopped from booking those.
                    Refund my money... I wouldn't have book it. I could have replaned or booked that Indigo airlines for Rs 8500(approx) . Have contacted them like 4-5 times, still the mugged up usual and useless response...

                      I Shiva Kumar got purchase a ticket for Airbus SG - 476 SpicJer for performing journey on 9th Feb 2017 from Guwahati to New Delhi vide ticket trip ID [protected] through booking sight. In reference you are issued a ticket with PNR - M514RF. However, SpiceJet not yet sent the ticket on my E-mail . On confirmation SpiceJet replayed that said PNR not pertaining to us and further inquiries may ask from Cleartrip booking.

                        I booked a room for 22nd Dec 2016 at hotel Gulmarg, Simla, but due to unavoidable reason i canceled the booking immediately and informed to cleartrip. They said payment has been made to the hotel. When i talked with the hotel they said paid money has been given back to cleartrip with deduction of cancelation charge. I paid Rs 3318 if hotel charged rs 300 remaining money shiuld be refunded to me immediately, but cleartrip is deliberately not giving refund.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have booked a return journey from Mangalore to Varanasi and back under the Trip ID[protected]. The total fare for onward and return Journey paid Rs. 37, 240/-. I availed the onward journey from Mangalore to Varanasi on 29/12/2016. Due to service exigencies I had to extend the stay at Allahabad and I cancelled the return journey from Varanasi to Mangalore (dated 01/01/2017) on 31/12/2016. I received an email from Claertrip that the refund for cancellation of return journey is processed from your end and refund amount is shown as 0 (Zero). On enquiry from the support team ([protected]) I was informed that out of Gross amount of Rs. 37, 240/-, an amount of Rs. 35, 865/- is deducted by Jet airways as Airline charges. I also enquired the same from Jet Airways customer care. According to them only R. 500/- per person per flight is charged as cancellation fee by them. As I have availed the onward journey, the cancellation fee to be charged by Jet Airways should be Rs. 1500/- (500x3) and Cleartrip charges should be Rs. 1000/-.
                            In view of above, it is understood that there is an evident irregularity in the refund process of my return journey cancellation. Hence, I request your kind office to look into the matter and kindly provide the refund details correctly mentioning amount charged by jet Airways and Cleartrip separately for my return journey. I expect an early redressal of my grievance as it would affect adversely on the reputation of the esteemed customer friendly corporate of CLERTRIP. Please send the clarification to my email ID.                                 I had tried to book a hotel room on 4th Jan 2017, the booking was not successfully confirmed but the amount which was ₹529 was debited from my account.

                                After I got message from your side that the amount will be refund to my account with in 24 hours but still it is not refunded to my account.

                                Here is the screenshot of the not confirming page I am attaching below.

                                Therefore please do needful action to refund the amount to my debit card.

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    my and my family are planning for vacation in ooty from 25th dec. To 28 th dec. So i was searching for suitable accommodation for us. Same was found at clear trip and i booked the hotel (trip id [protected]). As i am with family having small baby and children i was choose specific hotel.

                                    While i was booking hotel i need some amenities as

                                    1) hotel restaurant.
                                    2) hot running water for maximum hrs.
                                    3) room heaters on demand.

                                    Accordingly i searched for hotels and i found hotel on clear trip site mentioning details as

                                    1) restaurant
                                    2) constant hot/cold running water in bathroom
                                    3) internet / wifi access.
                                    Etc.

                                    But when i was arrived at hotel, it was horrible and surprising experience for me. The basic needs which i required and are mentioned in the hotel details are not available at all.

                                    1) hotel's restaurant is not at all
                                    2) hot water facility is only in the morning.
                                    3) room heaters are not available.
                                    4) hotel did not provide any wifi /internet access as they dont
                                    have it

                                    that was really frustrating for me and my family. This is very poor management and lack of knowledge of clear trip administration. Please do the needful for above matter.

                                      On december 3rd 2016 I booked two tickets on cleartrip. The trip was from VASCO DE GAMA to HOSPET. I was in waitlist and in clearmytrip they told me they could not update my status because there were some issues with the online platform. I called them everyday to check my status and could not give me an answer. The day before, I was said I still in the same position in I was 15 days ago... apparently no changes in the waitlist. Also, I was said I was going to get a refund in 1-2 weeks time. When I spoke to Cleartrip representatives about this they assured me that amount of should be refunded soon in my bank account. However, I have been trying to solve this problem with cleartrip for the last 10 days. I call and they give me no answer. They are irresponsable and lie to me everysingle time. I really need help. I recommend noone to use their services. They are not serious enough to be a key platform in India.

                                        Hello sir,
                                        i am ashmeet singh chandok residing in jamnagar(guj) had booked room in hotel classique at rajkot from 31st to 1st jan 2017 i.e 1 day tariff was rs1976 cleartrip is id is [protected] and voucher no is CHMM-8237626. I had gone there with my guest and asked the manager Mr. Jay that i had already booked room via cleartrip first he told me that id of couple is not same i mean to say last name of both the ids are not same so they cannot allot the room further he also said room is not available he was very rude in tlking with me. After all this i had contacted twice to cleartrip for refund bt i dint got any response. i need my money back as i had not got the room. kindly do the needful. Thankyou
