I have been a frequent user of cleartrip for the past 10 years. I have always enjoyed their low fares and their user-friendly online interface. Two months ago, i made a reservation for my parents and myself to travel from bangalore to mumbai on 4th september 2016 (Trip id [protected]) paying rs. 11, 090. Due to a personal emergency, my parents were required to stay back in bangalore, the reason why i rescheduled my parents' tickets online at a cost of rs. 3, 790. Fortunately, the personal emergency was resolved and i now need to fly my parents back to mumbai on 9th september. Cleartip informs me that i need to pay a change fee of rs.2600 (For 2 passengers) and a cleartrip processing fee of rs.600 (For 2 passengers), which is ok with me. However, they also cite a difference in fare to the tune of rs.1000, which is not acceptable. I have already paid rs.10000+ for my parents, and there cannot be a positive difference in fare (I have already checked the airline website). Given their shabby attitude, i would rather never ever book with them!!!
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I booked my tickets last night from clear trip and have been charged twice on my credit card and amount des yes twice .I want refund on my card immediately.we have extensively used clear trip and out of country and need my card which has been blocked due to clear trip charges please act immediately to help me.
