We had booked a round trip ticket for 3 members from delhi to kathmandu
It was written on the ticket to carry
"carry photo identification, you will need it as proof of identity while checking­in
"
We carry adhar card and pan card but when we reach airport then they demanded voter id card
What the hell is this it was not mentioned on ticket
If this is a law then it should be mentioned that adhar card is not acceptable

This is to be noted we carry the photo identification card as mentioned as adhar card and pan card are both photo identification card

Airlines does not allow us to board and we need to cancel the booking
This is a financial loss and mental harassment to us

Now what we need to do, would we need to file a legal complain or you would support in terms of financial compensation

    We were supposed to be travelling to Bangalore but due to curfew n dangerous situation we cancelled the bookings and cleartrip firstly said that they cannot refund my money because of non refundable fare but in natural disaster issue there should be some law towards humanity.. I am very much upset with cleartrip service and not at all happy.. We did not cancel the booking purposely we had to do it as we were travelling with our 1 year old kid and we couldn't risk our lives.. So please I want my money refunded as we did not avail any of your services so why shall we loose our hard earned money .. This is pure business of money making you people take advantage of your customer.. You do not have any humanity left.. My trip ID was [protected] and [protected].. I would have cancelled the booking but I want my full refund back as this is the case of man made disaster, curfew and I should get my refund..

    On 08/29/16 there was a charge from Cleartrip made to my MasterCard. I did not purchase anything from Cleartrip.

    I do not know what was purchased or where it was shipped. There is no photocopy of what was purchased.

    Please credit me the $46.95 charged to my account. It was charged on MasterCard [protected] on 08/29/16.

      I have cancelled the plain ticket on 08/08/2016. My ten digit no [protected] from the flight pune to ahmedabad for seven persons, the amount of rs 29637 still not received. So plz check the details and refund my amount as soon as possible. Otherwise i will file complaint against you. I have tried u lot of times but no reponse from u so treat as urgent n be refund the amt.

        Extra baggage allowance on student visa

        This is one way ticket from Mumbai to Stuttgart in Germany.
        i was clearly told before booking my ticket from cleartrip multiple times earlier that on student visa we can avail extra 1 pc baggage provided if we submit documents, now when I have submitted my documents they are asking for extra cost without guaranteeing extra baggage....

        Due to cancellation of air pegasus flight from madurai to bangalore on 29th july i have to cancel the booking.

        After continuous followup also i am not able to get the refund till date.

        Continuous followup with cleartrip is giving the same answer as airline not refunded the money. But in that case cleartrip shall file a complaint against air pegasus

I paid the amount through my Rupay card of central bank of India, the amount has been deducted from my account but I got message from your side that 3 D secure code verification is not done due to that my ticket was not booked.
            I tried to book the ticket in Indigo Flight timing 11 AM.

              My brother booked a ticket from kolkata to delhi.. We got a msg saying it's successful but with a faction of sec we received it's been cancelled n amount will be refund.. It's been more then 4 days still they haven't refund d money..
              (Trip id [protected]) n the amount was 3700 but in return you will get 3300 y sld i bare d loss of 500 wen the mistake was from cleartrip... Y don't dey refund it immediately.. Wat if we travel. And den pay them... Lol... Request you to refund the payment soon

              very bad website.. suggest never book a ticket in cleartrip... it was their mistake they cancelled my ticket and ticket price was 3700 and in refund i got 2203.. where i got a mail from their customer care executive stating refund amt will be 3303..seriously such a fake company playing with people money.

                I have been a frequent user of cleartrip for the past 10 years. I have always enjoyed their low fares and their user-friendly online interface. Two months ago, i made a reservation for my parents and myself to travel from bangalore to mumbai on 4th september 2016 (Trip id [protected]) paying rs. 11, 090. Due to a personal emergency, my parents were required to stay back in bangalore, the reason why i rescheduled my parents' tickets online at a cost of rs. 3, 790. Fortunately, the personal emergency was resolved and i now need to fly my parents back to mumbai on 9th september. Cleartip informs me that i need to pay a change fee of rs.2600 (For 2 passengers) and a cleartrip processing fee of rs.600 (For 2 passengers), which is ok with me. However, they also cite a difference in fare to the tune of rs.1000, which is not acceptable. I have already paid rs.10000+ for my parents, and there cannot be a positive difference in fare (I have already checked the airline website). Given their shabby attitude, i would rather never ever book with them!!!

                  Hello,

                  I have booked a ticekt with cleartrip.com from pune-hyd round trip. However sure to some reasons i had to cancel my trip and postpone it, i thought of postponing the ticket, while i checked the dates, it was again not giving me that option of selected dates and provided different dates, while i went to cancel the ticket there they did not show the refund amount, stating it will reflect in 2-4 business days, however as soon as i clicked on cancel trip, the website took all the money i have paid for the ticket and did not even refund a single rupee.

                    They book with false commitments and then leave the customers unattended.. They are so deeply activated in this fraudulent business that they are even involving the branded name in hospitality business like hyatt hotels. I stayed with my wife at hyatt pune booked through cleartrip and the outcome was we were provided with 2 single separated beds... Can u imagine... And cleartrip team made me wait for 6 hours at the reception and the outcome was null.

                        Please refer to below cancellation confirmation from clear trip.

                        Cancellation confirmation for doha - new delhi return flight — trip id [protected] dated 07 aug-16.

                        On 7th aug clear tip supervisor called me confirmed me the refund amount which is more than 700qar but today i got a call from clear trip and they informed me that refund is not possible. You can postponed the ticket without any charges.

                        On 7th aug i had requested to clear trip concern person to postponed my ticket but that time he told me that postponed charges is very high you have to pay 1700qar approx. And he suggested me to cancel the ticket and book a new ticket, i also did the same and he also told me that refund amount will credit in my account within next 15 working days. But today clear trip representative called me and said that your ticket is non refundable but you can postponed the ticket with free of postponed charges.


                        So its, here by requested to you kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as early as possible. I want my money back. I am very disappointing with clear trip services.

                          I had booked a spa package for 02 on 10th Aug'16, money got deducted from my account but booking was not confirmed, I was given the case id mentioned in subject upon calling customer care on 10th Aug'16 and was inofrmed amount of INR.699 would be reversed to my account however it is not paid back yet.

                          Kindly rectify and help at the earliest.

                            I booked hotel at aurangabad district through cleartrip on 7th august, 2016 for 20-22 oct, 2016.in their documents they sent to me it is mentioned that on cancellation cleartrip will charge rs 300/-. But after cancellation the booking on 14th august, they sent an email on 15th august, that nothing will be refunded. It is completely cheating.
                            I want my money refunded (Whichever is according to cleartrip policy) as early as possible. My trip id is [protected].

                              I wanted to book a ticket from 8th Nov to 12th Nov but this agency booked the ticket from 12th Nov to 16th Nov I was not at all aware until I got the email confirmation.
                              Later when we called they charged me a cancelation fee of almost 50% I want my complete money to be refund
                              They should actually change there name from clear trip to fraud trip.
                              If I am receiving my refund back then I am going to complaint in consumer court.

                                I tried to book two tickets at air india through clear trip service from imphal to delhi on 8th aug, 2016. After filling up all the details of passengers and bank, the charge of the air fare amounting to 14428 had been deducted from sbi account. However, no information about the tickets is received from clear trip. I tried calling up clear trip customer care service provided at their website and other sites, at [protected] no service. At[protected], an man says it's a wrong number.

                                    I've applied an coupon of Rs. 1000 cash back on my air trip. Almost 3 weeks gone but i didn't receive any cash back.
                                    Please resolve my problems as early as possible otherwise I'll put my complaint in JAGO GRAHAK JAGO. I'll wait 3 days.
