Dear its worst service by your call centers ...i was more than 30min that too international cal u are open website in uae and ur customer care no is india ... ur charginf STD Call charges also such website i never seen ... u r openly collecting money from customers before local no u provided now ur cheating with STD calls ... this is last time i am going to book in ur website...

I've applied an coupon of Rs. 1000 cash back on my air trip. Almost 3 weeks gone but i didn't receive any cash back.
Please resolve my problems as early as possible otherwise I'll put my complaint in JAGO GRAHAK JAGO. I'll wait 3 days....

We had booked hotel mount and mist, nainital from 18june to 20th june through cleartrip.com around 1 month back from the day of check in, but when we reached hotel on 18th june, hotel mount and mist staff/receptionist cheated us.
