Dear Sir,
We made a reservation at Hotel Asliyya Grande based on the map provided. We purposely wanted to be close to the airport in Trivandrum and the temple.
The map provided when booking this room is incorrect and Is 40km north of where it is located on the map provided. We did not stay at this hotel.
I have contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my money back. No one is communicating...

My self anil kumar garg booked a flight from jaipur to hyd on journey 22 june 2016 by clear trip app in the offer of 500 cash back in clear trip wallet but i did not get any ballence in my wallet. I have also contacted to customer care but they do not resolve the issue. I m comlaining again and can go to higher authorities regarding this issue. I mostly used this app for flight booking but this time this app made me unhappy....

I booked a flight from coimbatore-hyderabad-mumbai, travel date 17 june 2016 in spice jet air lines. Yesterday i have received a sms from spice jet that particular flight of number sg 422 from hyderabad - mubai has been cancelled by themselves for reasons. So after speaking with spice jet customer care, i cancelled the booking of trip id [protected]. Refund total amount showing in the cancellation is rs.2124.
Booking amount is rs.4824....

Sir this is very unfortunate that we have booked our ticket with clear trip with return air tickets from jammu to srinagar but now around three days back they send us a mail in which flight is cancelled from srinagar to jammu. we have already make other arrangements in advance and now we are getting tickets very costly which is un affordable so kindly look into the matter and take suitable action.

I booked one mini delux room at ooty for stay 23/05 and 24/05 in green apple residency but i did not used that hotel room. I paid around 2900/- via cleartrip. So hotel owner did not refund any amount. I informed to customer care for the same. I did not have internet facility so i could not make complaint. So please return my booking amount of that hotel.

I booked an international ticket with clear trip id - [protected] on 18th may 2016. I called customer service before booking and asked them that whether the ticket is refundable or non refundable. The customer service agent confirmed that the ticket is refundable. Even the website showed that ticket is refundable at the time of making payment. As soon i made the payment of inr 58k, the ticket i got in my email stated that it is non refundable....

Cleartrip has looted my 1000 Rs against of reservation charges. Actually i was booking a flight from New Delhi To Goa and there was the option of reserve booking, and they were asking for 1000 rs but they are not adjusting this amount in my total flight charges.

It's a cheating, no clear information was present on website except that "It's a non refundable amount"

I booked 4 Flight tickets through Cleartrip from Kochi to Bangalore on 2nd April, 2016 at 7.45 Am -Jet airways and paid Rs.6650 . But the flight was cancelled by airlines and informed me on 30th March. They could not accomadate us to any other flight in this date. Jet airways person told me that you will get full refund and issue full refund reciept to me. But Cleartrip only gave me an amount of Rs.3802/- bugs only - A clear case of CHEATING...
