    I was booking a ticket for a Delhi - Mumbai rountrip, and paying via PayTM wallet on 29 February 2016. At 8:09:12 pm, money (amount INR 6, 117) was deducted from my wallet but transaction failed. I booked the ticket later that night (through a separate transaction), but for this transaction no refund or intimation has come from Cleartrip.

    What is making it worse is that none of their helpline numbers is getting picked up. I am an elite member of cleartrip, and even their "dedicated hotline"[protected] is not getting picked up.

    Please help me in this. I always book tickets via ClearTrip only and do NOT force me to change due to this experience.

            Totally fraud company I can say that I have booked one part payment Tkt through this company due to.mine net issue I regularly contacted company customer care from 11:40-1232 at night and asked them to tell me a other process to make payment as my trip I'd is not showing on mobile when I login they kept mine pH on hold and at 12:20 approx they send me link to make payment when I made after 15 min I got message trip expires booking cancel amount forfeited totally fraud company .and not refunded mine refund too.better beware all from this fake portals .

              I have some amount in my cleartrip wallet (wallet is a service by cleartrip where your refund amount you can store and use it for your next bookings), its from my cancellation of hotel booking, the trip ID is [protected], for last 2 months iam trying to use that money but there is no single option given by cleartrip to select the amount and use, called the customer center many times but everytime they keep fooling around and always after sometime the call is disconnected without any resolution, i guess they are using the money collected in the wallet and just dont want to give it back to customers so they keep the customer engaged on call and disconnect, one calls themagain thinking that it must have got disconnected by mistake but they keep on repeating the same and now iam sure they have trained their customer care call center employees the trick of how to avoid the customers who have money in the cleartrip wallet.
              I need a resolution from cleartrip to this, i need my money back.

              I made a booking on cleartrip trip id [protected] from Del to sxr total amount 10122. I applied Ct11 coupon code and I got a cashback on my wallet Rs 2000.
              passengers already completed the booking.
              I checked the balance on other day it showed zero balance when I called them the agent totally blamed on me. I want the refund of that amount.

              Trusting Cleartrip about their fastest refund menthod, Cleartrip Wallet, choosing the same has put me in a big trouble now.
              Cancelled two international flight tickets on Sept 11, and even after 6 days today, there is no trace of refund.
              Each time I follow up, the CSRs give different reasons. First CSR was a lady, and she asked me to contact Emirates for refund, which when I did, I was told by Emirates that agent has to follow up with Airlines for any booking done through the agent.
              Then, I was informed that it is due to a technical issue in Cleartrip's system that the refund is getting delayed.
              Today, I was informed that Cleartrip doesn't have enough people in their backend team to process the refund.
              I thought of booking the next set of flights with this refund amopunt, and that was the reason why I had chosen Wallet option. I want to book the flights before the fares go high. And, I am stuck with no option.
              I requested Cleartrip then to change the refund mode from Wallet to the original payment mode (Debit card), so that I don't need to wait for this amount before booking the flights. The request was straight-away denied.
              It is not a small amount. I spent 2350 Dirhams which is equivalent to approx 42000 INR.
              Customer care agents are not giving a timeline to the resolution. Moreover, they behave rudely to consumers???

              Guys, please be very careful while booking tickets through agents like Cleartrip. Book flights only if you are sure. Because, if you have to cancel the booking, then you will end up on waiting infinitely to get your money refunded.

                  I booked my flight ticket from Cleartrip.com, I cancelled this ticket on 9th Jan 2016. The total cost of the ticket is 73, 044. Customer care has transferred money into wallet, without informing the policies of the wallet. I then tried to transfer the amount from wallet to my bank. Cleartrip maintains a policy that one cannot transfer money from wallet to bank. I called customer care, they are forcing me to use my huge amount only on Cleartrip. There must be regulations to transfer money from wallet back to Credit card / bank a/c like paytm and other e-commerce websites. They can't force the customers to buy. This is absurd. Cheating at highest level. Never ever book tickets on cleartrip.

I am getting mail of wallet money but when I open cleartrip account, I can not see money and also can not use that. If it will not resolve within few days I am going to delete my account from here..! I already spoke with customer care. No solution.

                    I am Sushma Kelshikar I have two complaints about clear trip details as follows:
                    1) About Hotel Hayat Rabbani- Jaipur, Rajasthan, Cancelation
                    I have book above mention hotel for Mr.Mangesh rakhunde on Check-in: 13 December, 2015 | Check-out: 16 December, 2015 which I have cancelled due to some personal reasons.

                    I have not yet received the refund amount of Rs. 2000 from clear trip till date after calling several time to clear trip I have not received any kind of reply
                    I have spoken to Mr. Abhijeet regarding the refund but same reply I have revived that we have process your request on 8th November 2015 and reference no is RRN[protected]

                    Please note my trip id for your reference (Trip ID [protected])


                    2) Please note we have done booking from Clear trip in the month of November for Jannah residency Munnar we have booked 3 room From November 11, 2015 to November 13, 2015 (Trip ID [protected].) .
                    Clear trip call center person Mr.Azaz & Yogesh didn't inform us about distance of hotel from Munnar
                    According we have done the booking
                    And when we have visited Jannah residency that time we came to know about distance of 30 kmt.
                    This is completely Clear trip mistake.
                    And when we cancelled the booking they have said it is non-refundable amount
                    Why we should bear this cost when it is mistake from Clear trip.

                      Trip ID-[protected]. I booked my flight ticket from Cleartrip.com, I cancelled this ticket on 19th Jan 2016. The total cost of the ticket is 70, 044. After complaining several times Cleartrip replied that they have refunded the amount of 41, 480(Rs. 18, 147.0 to Credit Card and Rs. 23, 337.0 to Wallet.). I then tried to transfer the amount from wallet to my bank. Cleartrip maintains a stupid policy that one cannot transfer money from wallet to bank. There must be regulations to transfer money from wallet back to your card / bank a/c like paytm and other e-commerce websites. They can't force the customers to buy. This is absurd. Cheating at highest level. Never ever book tickets on cleartrip.

                        I, Surabhi Agrawal made a flight booking from Delhi to Amritsar of trip ID: [protected] via Cleartrip and the company has wronged me in the following ways:
                        1. I booked flights on 11th December 2015 to and fro for 17th December 2015 and 20th December 2015 but they were booked for 17th January 2016 and 20th January 2016. Instantly on receipt of tickets, Cleartrip was informed that the ticket had been erroneously issued but the customer care service at +91-[protected] was unhelpful and said that they will contact within an hour.
                        2. They did not contact, and we had to call the service repeatedly for an update. This practise was repeated a multiple of times for extension of 12, 24 and 48 hours, at each point with a demand of more time required to resolve the issue.
                        3. Ultimately, Cleartrip service personal informed us on 14th December that the mistake was on our part according to their IT logs. I requested for a copy sent to me on my registered email address and was informed that within 24 hours the request will be processed but I only received a copy of the IT logs on 25th December after incessantly asking them. The authenticity of the document received is doubtable.
                        4. On cancellation of the tickets, I received an email on 14th December 2015 informing that the processed refund is 0. This violates the policy of returning the taxes after deducting the cancelation charges.
                        5. Upon contacting the customer service yet again, I was informed that due to amendment of the tickets, the refund is nil but I did not amend the tickets. Only and merely an enquiry with respect to amendment was made and no amendment was instructed.
                        6. Again, they said that the Jet airways have refunded zero amount to Cleartrip and hence, no refund was given to us but on contacting Jet airways, we were informed of a significant amount refunded back to Cleartrip on 17th December 2015.
                        7. On 22nd December 2015, the customer care personal finally agreed to look into the matter after we informed that Jet airways has informed us that they have refunded the taxes.
                        Thus, the company has been repeatedly offending and damaging. Please look into the matter. I request a full refund of the tickets of Rs. 26, 592.

                          I had a problem with my booking, trip ID [protected]. Because the price was almost doubled AFTER I pressed the pay now button, I was of course not satisfied. Therefore I did not want to go to the hotel. What should I have done? There were two options, money back, but Cleartrip takes a big fee for booking back my money. Of course I am also not satisfied with this option, as it was probably a software error. In addition to the 300 RS Cleartrip fee comes the conversion charges of my credit card company. Another option could be to put it into the Wallet, a new feature on Cleartrip. Of course I carefully studied the rules for about an hour. But I did not find that I would not be able to use it with train bookings. Because this is the only division of Cleartrip I am reasonably satisfied with, you should have warned beforehand. On the basis of this incomplete information and the panic of the moment, I had only a few minutes to cancel the hotel, I decided to cancel the hotel and use the new Wallet feature.
                          -Please refund my money to my credit card number, because you increased the price making a price agreement with me (after I pushed the pay button, which sends the details to my credit card company).
                          -Please make clear your rules for coupons. And absolutely warn when a coupon is used before, that is before the customer gives permission to take the money from the credit card.
                          -Please, remove the software error. I did see the error because I am very careful and conscientious with my payments and always triple check, but many other customer might not see it, and would pay much more than they thought. I would put this under the category of fraud (maybe unintentional, but if so correct your error).
                          Until these things have been solved and/or answered I will be extremely hesitant to use the Cleartrip services.

                            My trip id is [protected] for a two 2 Room Service Apartment in Goa from 23rd-26th Jan. I have booked the same for Rs. 27, 571. As per the cancellation policy on your website which clearly sites that Refundable Cancellation Policy is applicable with more than 24 Hours Notice. So, the Cancellation was done today morning which is still 3 days away from my Booking period. As per the mail, that I received on refund you have forfeited my entire Rs 27, 571.
                            It is completely injustice at my end.

                              Date of incident: 26-27 Dec 2015

                              I booked a hotel with cleartrip.com, I paid the booking amount online and got booking confirmation.
                              I was traveling late in the night, and when I reached hotel I found there is no such booking for me at hotel.
                              Hotel staff said they have no booking on my name and no communication at all about it from cleartrip.com.

                              I called cleartrip support and they said that we couldn't confirm your booking with hotel.
                              I asked for any solution and all they could say is we can initiate your refund process.

                              I was traveling with family and by the time i reached hotel it was around 2:30 in night.
                              That time was most horrible/embarrassing for me. By chance the hotel was full so I had to roam around to get a room in another hotel.
                              By chance I had cash in hand otherwise it could have been more worse.
                              At that time in night with my wife and an infant baby I had to look for hotels when I had booked a hotel and paid in advance.
                              All nearby hotels were full that time, so I had to spend that night at a hotel reception on chairs, it was so much of embarrassing and of mental trauma. My whole trip got disturbed I had to change my further tour plan.

                              Strong Feedback: If Cleartrip DO NOT have tie-up any longer with than why not they clear that hotel information from their website because otherwise customers (like me and my family) book the hotel and finally end up to mental harassment situation as the HOTEL PERSON will not allow us to fulfill the booking done via cleartrip - THEY SAY "THEY DONT HAVE ANY TIE UP WITH CLEARTRIP, but the booking was done via cleartrip and hence the mental harassment situation arises in the middle of the night after a long distance journey.

                                I have booked Kadkani River Resort, Coorg for 28th check-in on 24th December, due to some emergency I have cancelled my trip on 26th December. They have not refunded my 13174 RS amount and saying to me that I am not falling under seven days rule policy. I am very disappointed with robotic customer care.                                   I have an activity booked for tomorrow and I am not able to connect with the driver. This is not the first time cleartrip is doing this to me. I have atleast called 109 times Clear trip from morning and I am not able to connect the executive who sees activity department because she is not on seat everytime. Such a ridiculous experience.

                                    I have cancelled my ticket for 31st Dec 2015 from imphal to Delhi on 27th. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile is [protected] Mr. Kangjam Samrat Singh but I have not received my refund amount yet for this I have made several times of email and phone calls and even wait for 10 and more working days. But not received my amount. Kindly check and let me know.

                                      I booked my flight ticket from HFC smart buy, which actually books the ticket from Cleartrip. I cancelled this ticket on 15th December. After complaining several times Cleartrip replied that they have refunded the amount to HDFC account on 25th December. I checked with HDFC and they say they are not at all aware of any such incident and they did not get any money. Repeatedly I asked Cleartrip and HDFC to get it cleared among themselves and refund the money to me, to which they are not at all responding to me. It is 1 month that I have cancelled my ticket and I still did not get a refund of Rs 2771

                                        Hello I had done a hotel reservation from Cleartrip for a couple of days to Coorg. Due to some personal reasons, I had to postpone the journey to coorga nd called cleartrip helpdesk to move my bookings to a later date. they responded back saying that it will be done. I called again after a couple of days to confirm the same and was assured that the change in dates has been done and I will receive the updated hotel reservations in 24-48 hours. But after repeated callings, I did not recieve the email. After 5-6 days, I was told the reservation has been cancelled as I did not travel on that day. Now they are refusing to admit their mistake. Please help.
