Hi, Myself Abhishek Sonawane and i have a complain regarding the misguidance for the hotel booking on (27-29 nov 2015) in matheran by the cleartrip people. At time of booking i was told about Hotel Cecil in matehran which would be having 3star amenities and according to that i re- confirmed for the 3 star amenities with the executive (Ms Rupali) and i booked (cleartrip ID- [protected]) paying the entire amount in advance thru CC payment but...

Booked a train ticket from Jaipur to Agra 2015/11/19 and got 2 messages with the subject: "Your JAIPUR-AGRA FORT one-way trip did not get booked now, but we will try to confirm it-Please wait!" I booked a ticket for two adults for sector lucknow - Jodhpur via delhi for 6th feb and return on 7th feb same route. Worst experience ever had with clear trip. have booked my flight on 11th of Sept'15 from Mumbai to Delhi through Smartbuy HDFC portal and i was suppose to travel on 21st of Sept'15. where have never received my flight ticket and the amount of 3315 got debited from my account. and, when tried approaching Clear Trip they said they haven't received my transaction and HDFC says transaction got cleared and the amount is not credited in my account...

I booked a flight ticket to Mumbai on cleartrip. Total price was 2800. The flight was supposed to be on 7th Oct 2015. I cancelled my ticket on 5th oct. They did not refund anything, also they took 200 Rs extra for cancellation charges.
