Hello, We bought two ticket for the Agra-Varanasi train for 'Wednesday, 13 Jan 2016'. We payed both via credit card, but our status is still "booked, but waitlisted". Nothing has happened since the booking, and that was weeks ago (nov 19). Our trip id. is: [protected] PNR: [protected] Please inspect this booking as soon as you can to be shure our trip is ok....
