I had booked a hotel room at Shri Prayagraj Hotel, Allahabad through Cleartrip; Trip ID [protected] for 2 days, 8th August to 10th August 2015, but when I reached the hotel, the manager there told me that no such booking has been made. I called "Cleartrip support" who then 'tried' to speak to the manager but no room was allotted to me.
