My company VNB International Pvt. Ltd. booked the ticekt for Bom-algeria-Bom for 4 people in sept 2014, out of 1 person cencel the trip and we have cencel the ticket, rest all travel, the refund amount of that 1 person is stil not done by cleartrip, we are chasing them from last 6 month, but they says thy have done the refund, but not ready to give any proofe, where as at our end we hve given the cirtificate from our bank also that no refund is recived from cleartrip, the payment was done by NEFT to Cleartrip, so it should come back to same account. They are giving the ARN number which is generally used to make refund on credit card payment, if they have paid then it is not reflacting on our account, we gave them copy of perticular month bank statment also.. but they are not ready to give 1 letter confirming that amount is debited from their account and credited to my account, they are not ready to share the numbers also of concern authority to whom we can speak, the amount is around 40000/-
i have decided to go to consumer court against them. but before then i want to try last try with your autority.

When difference of room charges is Rs. 2k, how accepting Rs 950 is valid point.
Besides at the time when I didnt got room booked room, i informed Customer care that I am not going to accept degraded room.
They told me that will get back in 5 mins, which they never did. How shall I accept the anything less than full refund.
My trip was ruined because of careless attitude of cleartrip. I should be eligible to get full refund..
Besides that I am calling Customer care since 4 days for hours what about all the inconvenience...
