i booked ticket from visakhapatnam to mumbai anr return from mumbai to visakhapatnam in space jet and the transaction was not through and ticket is not generated, but amount of Rs 17192/- was dwbited in my account on 30/12/2014. the tripid no is [protected]. The ARN number is[protected] [protected] as informed by your custer care . on enquiry the state bank of hyderabad the amount is not received and credit is not given to my account although it is nearly aweek from 30th Dec 2014.     hi i was booking from cleartrip and i received that oops sorry your booking did not go successfully.soon i received a call from cleartrip and they informed same thing and they informed money will be refunded to me in 3 to 5 business days . this happened on 16th december.money was deducted but no booking done.i was calling cleartrip to follow up and they were telling same thing that refund is in process and i will receive it.when it became 15 days and i got pissed off. i sent a email to the customer care.they came back with an shocking news that my booking was successful at that time and so you will not get any refund.without any messag regarding my flight and with the error messag and confirmation from the cleartrip customer service i did not receive my money and as the flight was on 21st december.no body travelled.the mistake from cleartrip has resulted me to loose a lot of money.please look into it and help me get my money refunded because this is seems like a fraud company, . please contact me on [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

    i hav not beeen contacted by the cleartrip and they do not have any answers for any question .they only say one thing they cant do anything.please take a serious complaint on these people and take a serious action
    please help me please .please save me from these frauds .my money is not been returned by them .
    no body is bothered about it .my money has been eaten up by cleartrip 13k.and i have been mentaly harased from one month from there customer service support.i want my money refunded and also compensation to be paid to me for the harassment i have undergone making calls to this company

      When I asked a cleartrip customer service staff about their train cancellation policy, he told me that cleartrip will charge me "25% of the base fare + total taxes and fees" if I cancel my booked train ticket LESS THAN 24 hours and UPTO 4 hours before departure. I cancelled my train ticket 27 hours before, but I found out that cleartrip charged me "25% of the base fare + total taxes and fees" as a cancellation charge. I asked the staff why cleartrip charged me "25% of the base fare + total taxes and fees" even though I cancelled my ticket 27 hours before the train departure time. He gave me amazing answer. The last information he gave me about train cancellation policy was his oversight and forget about his last answer. Now he says very different that cleartrip charges me "25% of the base fare + total taxes and fees" if I cancel my ticket BETWEEN 48 hours AND 6 hours. How I can forget his last answer!?????? BECAUSE OF HIS WRONG INFORMATION, I lost money. Very [censored] customer service. THIEF! I gave up replying to him because I don't have any hope to get back my lost money.

        Clearly clear trip is the worst experience I ever had. I had booked a hotel 2 weeks in advance with payment. I called cleartrip twice to double check if the hotel is confirmed. Cleartrip confirmed by booking with full confidence. When I reached the hotel at 9PM, I learnt that there was no booking made by cleartrip. I along with my family were stranded in a remote place at night. It was he heavily raining. No transports available. :( For 2 hours I tried calling the cleartrip customer care with no luck. I was put on hold many times with no response. I spoke with almost 10 customer care executives. Nobody responded properly. Most of the times I was put on hold. Till date I haven't received any refund or response from cleartrip. That night was our worst nightmare. I will suggest every online user not to book hotels from cleartrip. I will spread this message in as many forums as possible. For the trauma that has been caused to me and my family, I will sue the company in a consumer court. Overall : cleartrip is a disaster

          I booked a Indian Airline Ticket for Delhi - Udaipur flight, the airline preponed the flight and I have to Cancel it . I Contacted airlines and they told me that they would have refunded full money to the Cleartrip as it is there policy that in case the Schedule is changed by more than one hour they will refund the full amount. Cleartrip refunded me only 2000 rs or no fault of mine . Don't book anything with Cleartrip they are just robbing people of their money Trip ID [protected]

            Hi I booked a flight from Delhi to udaipur, which they rescheduled. That was not suitable to me, hence I asked for cancellation. I booked new flight and went with the same, as they promised me to send the refund. Now after 2 monts, they transferred 10% of that money in my account. Now, they are not willing to give my rest of the amount. Pathetic service, real bad, literally theives. Can anyone suggest how can I take my money back from theese guys? Subhash

              Trip ID: [protected] Flight got delayed for more than 1 hours hence cancelled the booking from Lucknow to Delhi.on 24th Nov-2014. After so many reminders and mails and phone calls refund has not passed and no concrete reply from cleartrip .After contact to Jet Airways they are saying that cleartrip has not raised the RAA for the refund ?? I have written to cleartrip from my registered mail ID 5 times . Clear trip has no escalation matrix, if one executive is not listening so no customer can go to higher up. NO OTHER MAIL ID IS GIVEN NOR ANY OTHER HIGHER UP NO and If you speak to phone no[protected] you must wait for 30 minutes to listen your query. Dhirendra [protected]

                Trip ID [protected] Kindly note the following:- We have booked a return ticket to Mumbai from Bengaluru for me and my wife, which happened to be spicejet flights. Spicejet on its own had canceleed my flight to Mumbai. As per IATA convention, it is our prerogative to accept change of flights once my flight is cancelled. Once my forward flight is cancelled, there can not be a return flight. Hence we spoke to your customer support (Ms.NIHARIKA) explained the situation and asked for the refund of tickets money. Shocked to see you have deducted full deduction charges, your service charges and convienient charges.

                  Hi, I booked two rooms (ids in the subject) in purple resort pondicherry for dec 27, 28. We had to reschedule the dates due to an emergency and wanted to cancel the tickets. the company policy said that these tickets would be non refundable, hence we called the customer care to confirm. The customer care executive told us that it could be refunded only 300 would be charged. As each room is 3800, hence 7600 for two rooms, we cancelled the ticket. when we called to re-confirm she said it is non refundable, we cant get the money back. We are very very upset with cleartrip and this customer service. we called the hotel and the hotel said that this room could be cancelled, i dont understand where the gap is. Please help in resolving this issue for us so that we could use this platform for future trips. Thanks.

                    I had booked a jet airways ticket from chennai to mumbai for 8th Dec 2014 trip using clear trip site. Subsequently I rescheduled trip to 10th Dec changing flight to Spice jet paying difference amount of 3020. But 5th Dec 2014 I got a SMS from spice jet saying chennai to mumbai trip has been cancelled and full refund will be made for this cancellation. Later I called cleartrip executive and told about this flight status and requested to make alternate arrangement. Said executive confirmed that alternative arrangement would be made with in a day. But 2 days there was not any intimation and hence I cancelled spicejet ticket yesterday and booked new ticket in Indigo airlines for 10th paying full amount through my credit card. Later I cancelled Spicejet ticket and observed that only Rs.562 /- was refunded. When I saw in Spicejet site, it is clearly specified that as per Ref No.[protected] Rs 6087/- was refunded to Agent BOMCL23479. When I brought this to cleartip agents notice, no proper response was given. Since Spicejet has cancelled their trip due to their internal problem, cleartrip can not reduce the refund amount.                       Trip ID: [protected]. I made a booking on 30th Oct 2014, reserving the room for 6th Dec 2014 to 7th Dec 2014 in Leela Grand Inn, Vijayawada. Reached the hotel at 9.30 pm, receptionist says "All travel guru and clear trip bookings are cancelled, we have informed them in advance". I didn't get any email or call or text from cleartrip or hotel. I tried calling clear trip four times, but couldn't get a live person to talk; after 5 minutes or so of 'music', the call drops. Ended up running around, without knowing the language, and after walking to 3 different hotels, found a place to lie down, which is about a km from the original hotel. Have receipt to prove it. 7th Dec is a muhoort day, I was in vijaywada to attend wedding, naturally hotels were full. Sent a mail in the night to cleartip and got auto response, promising a reply, but none has come yet. Yesterday (08/12/14) got through to clear trip, the lady rep listened, put me on hold, said she tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach, and asked me to call again. After protests, she said clear trip will call back in 'some time'. Asked for a firm time line, and am promised 24 h. After 24 h, (09/12/14) I call again, another lady picks up, same story repeats, and she says they will 'definitely' get back in 24h. Thanks to android phone and auto call record, all these conversations are saved. And all I want is just a refund, we are not in the 'punitive damages, penalty, compensation for the mental harassment' etc. The word 'sorry' doesn't exist with the hotel reception, and you have to use an excavator to get that from cleartrip. 7th dec being a busy, muhoort, day, it is possible that the hotel took more than they can handle and bumped me. I don't want to find out how much blame goes to hotel and how much to cleartrip. The sheer incompetence exhibited subsequently is amazing. It may be a deliberate ploy on cleartrip's part to stall the refund. have been booking flights regularly through cleartrip, for the past 4 years. Clear trip probably 'gained' a little more than thousand rupees in this, and lost a loyal customer for ever.

                        Hello, Cleartrip Trip ID [protected] I made the subject trip ID booking yesterday night from clear trip IPAD app. While I have selected departure date of the flight from Mumbai to Delhi as 18th Dec, the final booking happened for 19th Dec. This seems to be because of some problem at your end. The same flight got booked but for a different date As proof of my version, I am attaching herewith screenshot of my IPAD app which I have taken after I saw the ticket. The App clearly shows that my only search was for 18th Dec departure date While the same was conveyed to Cleartrip customer care through an email and phone call, they have conveyed that as per their IT logs I selected 19th Dec. I have the screenshot of the app proof that the only search I ever made was for 18th Dec departure. This is fraudulent version of Cleartrip. Due to my requirement to travel, I have rescheduled my trip by paying the differential amount today which was Rs 2233. Also this has caused a lot of waste of time and unnecessary agony to me.                           why do give a false customer care number????its alwys busy...and no way to contact you guys...no point in booking fro ypur site when other sites are providing better customer care srvice than you...sorry to say but your serivce totaly crap...such outdated service during this era of technology...i definetly wnt recommend it

                              I have booked a Hotel Accommodation reservation through www.cleartrip.com and paid the amount online. The reservation was made in Hotel Swagath Grand, chandanagar, Hyderabad. Later I have received an email from cleartrip saying that the rooms are not available in Hotel Swagath Grand, chandanagar, Hyderabad. Alternatively they have provided me the reservation in another hotel near by and asked my confirmation to book the alternate hotel, which is Hotel La Calypso, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. I have given my confirmation on phone as well as mail also. They have sent me the confirmed Hotel Reservation Voucher of Hotel La Calypso for 1 night stay (30-Nov-2014). I went to the Hotel La Calypso with my family to check-in to the hotel. Hotel La Calypso has denied me the access to check-in saying that they haven't received any confirmation from cleartrip about my hotel reservation. I tried calling to the customer care of cleartrip for over 45 mins but couldn't get connected. My mother aged around 59 and my daughter aged 1 year and my wife waited outside of the hotel in the chilled climate during the time I was calling to the cleartrip customer care. As the call was still not getting connected, I took my family to the other hotel in Gachibowli Hotel La Prime Serenity Inn and I checked into that hotel for that night's stay (30-Nov-2014). The issue here is, I was promised the hotel reservation service and took the money from me by www.cleartrip.com but failed to do the service due to which me and my family has to wait outside of the La Calypso Hotel for around 1 hour in chilled climate. My mother, whose age is around 59 and my daughter, whose age is 1 year got sick after they waited for long in chilled climate. We drove all the way from Vijayawada City to Hyderabad on 30-Nov-2014 and already we are tired before we wait at the hotel La Calypso. Why cleartrip has not provided me the agreed service despite of taking the money from me and sent me the hotel voucher? Its responsibility of cleartrip to inform Hotel La Calypso, which it fails to do so. I want to register a complaint against cleartrip that it hasn't provided me the agreed service due to it Ms negligence in not informing the concerned party about my hotel reservation.

                                28th November 2014 I had booked for flight through cleartrip from coimbatore to Chennai. On the process, I tried 4 to 5 times to get the ticket. Finally ticket received with trip id [protected], but double the ticket fare charged from my account. I followed up somany times by telecon and through mails to get the money back.                                   I have booked room for my friend who had a plan of visiting Chennai for his trip. Used cleartrip service to book the room. Cleartrip is not the good option for the booking of rooms on your travel, they are conflicting with the information when it comes to cancellation. In my case about to cancel my booking 24hrs before the check-in, also it is possible as per the cancellation policy. No where it is mentioned there won’t be any refund for the cancellation with 24hrs of check-in. But, when I called to the customer care team of cleartrip they are not accepting the cancellation with refund. They refused the refund with number of reasons which conflicting their cancellation policy. I had very bad experience with cleartrip, please don’t opt cleartrip service when there are many good service provider… Please don’t opt bad service to save your money… Please consider this as good input to get ride of bad service of Cleartrip

                                    I booked a Flight+Hotel package for travel from Goa to Hyderabad. My Trip ID is [protected] for travel on Nov 22, 2014 and return on Nov 23, 2014. We, 3 adults and 1 child, were travelling to Hyderabad to attend a function which was being held evening of Nov 22, 2014. The flights booked were on SpiceJet and Hotel booked was Novotel Convention Center in Hyderabad. The original flight timing to depart from Goa was 145pm with arrival in Hyderabad at 305pm on Nov 22, 2014. For operational reasons SpiceJet rescheduled their flights to now leave Goa at 805pm on Nov 22, 2015 and arrival in Hyderabad would have been after 930pm. Due to new timings we had to cancel our trip, as it did not make sense to arrive in Hyderabad after the function was over. Talking to SpiceJet, they agreed to refund the full ticket amount. However, Cleartrip.com is charging me Rs 4000 (Rs 1000 per person) for cancellation. This charge is not at all justified, as the airline is refunding me the full amount of ticket cost. I am not getting any refund on the Hotel component, which I have accepted. But to pay Rs 4000 for no fault of mine, is not justified. I request Cleartrip to kindly waive this cancellation charge of Rs 4000 and add it to the full ticket amount which SpiceJet is refunding.

                                      Hi, I booked flight tickets online through ClearTrip.com. Now I want to change the flight in which I return back to India. When I called the airline they told me that I can do that only through clear trip from which I booked the tickets. Cleartrip.com has provided 2 customer care numbers at website. One number [protected] is not available and no body picks the call in the other number given [protected]. My call is always put on hold and eventually I have to disconnect. Even if I give the call back option, no one calls back. Now How I can change my booking ? I am in a very difficult situation now.                                         [My Trip ID : [protected]] I am writing to you in connection with the above flight which I was booked onto 16 Aug, 2014 with cleartrip. My travel destination was Srinagar, where the weather has been in its worst conditions. So, I wanted to cancel my air tickets that is rupees 16, 776. So, I asked cleartrip to cancel my tickets and issue me a travel voucher or something. They directly refused to process my request. Then, I directly contacted the airline (i.e. Indigo) and they have offered me the travel voucher of whole airline fees (i.e. 12, 000). But, I'm really disappointed with cleartrip customer service. I think cleartrip really doesn't care about the customer's problem. Being a travel airline agent, cleartrip should be responsible to protect the customer’s interest. They charged me 250 rupees per passenger (on one-way travel) for cancellation. We made return-way booking of 4 persons and they charged us 2000 rupees for cancellation just because of natural disaster. Is it justify? I really don't think so. Cleartrip is a really fake travel agent and I'll suggest you not to book your any itinerary from them.
