Hotel Booking not honored

hopeless customer service...customer call is alwys busy

why do give a false customer care number????its alwys busy...and no way to contact you guys...no point in booking fro ypur site when other sites are providing better customer care srvice than you...sorry to say but your serivce totaly crap...such outdated service during this era of technology...i definetly wnt recommend it...
