Trip id = [protected]. Most pathetic experience I have ever had. Complete cheating by cleartrip, a fraud organization. The entire vacation was scrapped since clear trip booked a hotel which was already full. After 3 calls and follow up they gave option of a cheap hotel and when requested to give equal facility hotel, they denied after 3 another calls which lasted in total of more than 2 hrs discussions. Each time, they mentioned that they will call back with option but never called again. They kept me waiting till the start of journey date and then did not provide required option. Completely a fraud and cheaters staff who keeps people waiting and simply delay without doing anything. I spoke with Prajakta, Prashant and some Dixit (calling himself as customer care supervisor) and few more. Each one of them kept on delaying things without solution and did not call back until the point came when I had to cancel the travel plan. I have booked many flights earlier with this site but never had such an experience before. As this was a mistake from Cleartrip, I expected them to arrange a hotel but it seems that the site does not bother about customer experience anymore.

    Hi, Kindly note that cleartrip IT and concern department are replying with false and manipulated snap short with regards to mandatory online boarding issue. I made a request for 70euros refund which i have to pay while my travelling process at paris airport just because of no information in cleartrip ticket attached and also IT department failed to send me the link for the mandatory online boarding snapshort. this is very serious concern for Cheating a genuine customer.       I booked a flight ticket with Clear trip for my father Trip ID - Trip ID [protected]. Post booking I called to speak to a representative just to check if everything is in place. I spoke to Onkaeshvari who informed me that I have put in name incorrectly so we have void the tickets. I paid Rs 81333 for that ticket, due to cancellation of the ticket I had to rebook. When I called the Airlines(Austrian Airlines) they informed me that the way I put in name was correct. Due to this I had to rebook the ticket at expensive price plus I had paid below charges for which I would like to get refund for - 1. I had to buy ticket for a different dates(9th April) which Costed Rs 3000 more. 2. My card is blocked for Rs 81333 for next 5 days as I will not get refund. To book other ticket I had to pay cash which involved mental harassment asI borrowed that money on interest from someone.(Costed 5000 extra) 3. I called 3 times due to this on[protected] which is paid. In total i spent an hour and a half on phone I would like to get that money back as well. Today again I called and luckily Onkeshwari picked the call the moment I explained her the issue she disconnected the call. It was her bad day as when I called back she picked up again and said she will arrange call back from a manager. I did not get a call so far. I want to get my money back that I paid extra due to this error. Regards, Prabh

        Under the rate the website says "Free cancellation". However the rate is not refundable. It appears that cleartip wants to fool people into booking a room. I see a clear intent on the part of cleartrip to beguile holiday goers. Swear to never use this website for any trip. If others have faced the same problem lets team up and sue these guys. We will win for sure. Height of questionable ethics !!

          Cheating Case for Cleartrip Unit No 001, Ground Floor, DTC Bldg, Sitaram Mills Compound, N.M. Joshi Marg, Delisle Road, Lower Parel (E) Mumbai - 400011 This is cheating and fraud . I have proof before booking it was mentioned clearly free cancellation. I wiil go to customer court and also use social media to uncover this fraudulent activity of clear trip . They charged me twice for same booking and not giving refund for one. You can not change the policy after booking. I request ministry of communication (Honorable Minister Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad) to make the law to stop this type of fraudulent activity which gives bad name to other good companies like Yatra/makemytrip/amazon etc.. Please find the screen shot of booking where they clearly mentioned about free cancellation of ticket. or Give us a chance to lodge online FIR against senior management. As a NRI, I am expecting media to expose such traps/tricks to customer. Request Mumbai Anti Corruption Bureau/Police to help me to get the justice.

            I had booked a return flight ticket from BOM to LHR today (trip ID- [protected]) and when i paid the money with my debit card, the confirmation was declined without reason. On calling up the number- [protected], I was told that this was due to a technical error without any further explanation and that the money will be refunded to me in 5-7 working days. I am extremely unhappy with this callous approach of taking the money without providing the service and no clear explanation given as to what the problem was. This sort of behaviour from a responsible service provider will certainly lose my trust in your system. Now I have ran out of money to buy tickets to go to UK and no tickets in hand. I hope some of the customers who use cleartrip have had better experience than this. Wish you the very best!!

              Unfortunately i booked a hotel(Mookambika palace) for one day stay via clear trip under trip ID "[protected]". They charged me Rs 2600. When I checked out, the hotel folks told me that Clear trip had transferred Rs 1890 to their account as advance payment and Rs 160 would be credited back to clear trip. So the actual rent of the room is only Rs 1730 and clear trip had charged me extra of Rs 870. I called clear trip and they told me that this the contract between them and hotel and cant do anything. I told that if you had charged me an extra of Rs 200 I wouldn't have cared but Rs 870 extra for the room was too much and is not acceptable. However they didn't agree to refund the money. I will not book via clear trip henceforth and i would not recommend clear trip to anybody. Be careful people. Please do not book via clear trip.

                My trip ID: [protected] I had booked a flight from DOH to LKO, Clear trip gave me a flight from Doha to DEL and then DEL to LKO when I was booking the ticket it mentioned no baggage information was available, I booked the ticket but Clear trip issued 2 separate PNR even thought i booked one flight. And then the baggage I got from Doha to Delhi is 40kg and 7 hand and Del to LKo is 15kgs only. Jet Airways clearly informed me that If I book a flight from Doha to LKO with a stop over in DEL I can carry 40 kgs with 7 kg hand and will only be issued 1PNR so Clear Trip has made an error and to get a cheaper flight has booked 2 seperate flights without informing me. When i called clear trip I spoke to the agents and I was informed that it is a domestic flights which only allows 15 kgs, I was promised a call back in 24hrs didn't receive one, I called back after 2 weeks and after arguing for 2 hours was told to pay extra for the baggage upto 25kgs. Which when called jet airways mentioned that there is not a guarantee then i can take up to 25 kgs If the flights is full.                 Hi, I had made a booking with trip id [protected]. I had made a part payment and today was the last day to make the balance payment. However I was trying since last night but wasnt able to do so with my credit card. The payment gateway link wasnt going through. When I called on the customer casre, I was asked to wait for an hour and was assured of a callback which never happened. I tried again today morning and the result was the same. I called on the cust care again and twice nobody helped. The third time I was put on an IVR to make payment. I tried using 2 different cred cards however the transaction didnt happen even after entering correct details. This happened 405 times with almost an hour on the call with the executive. Finally I tried netbanking and too my surprise it went through. This means there are serious problems with cleartrip and people are incapable of helping out. I was about to lose out on the part payment made had this net banking thing not worked. I feel there's something fishy in this. Hence I recommend people not to use cleartrip ever. I would never use it myself and ensure nobody amongst my friends and contacts use it. I have many frequent flyer colleagues and I will ensure the word reaches all of them. Ibibo and other options like yatr, makemytrip are much better and hassle free. Pathetic experience. Get lost cleartrip

                  I have booked a multi city journey in which there was a direct journey from Pune to Patna via New Delhi. Clear trip very smartly played and cheated with me. They broke my direct journey of Pune to Patna in two parts Pune to New delhi and New Delhi to patna and just generated two separate PNRs. So the point is how they cheated me, so they just generated two PNR's for that direct single journey and they charged me Rs 3500 extra as if I'm booking two separate flights. Also I paid Rs (750 + 750) for my extra luggage at both the airports(Pune and New Delhi). This is too bad Cleartrip and it's very cheap poilitics. I need my money back. Please refund me my 3500 + 750. Details of the ticket : Your Pune - New Delhi multi-city flight is confirmed. Your trip ID is [protected]

                    Ticket no 098-[protected] ID [protected] Namaste, For 4 months I am trying to get a refund from Cleartrip. Air India has confirmed that I am entitled to receive a refund of Rs 4771, -. Cleartrip constantly told me that I am not entitled to receive a refund but after further investigation from my side it turned out that Cleartrip had not cancelled the flight. Now Cleartrip, Shruti Sukumaran.Customer Service Executive Cleartrip Customer Care, is not replying to my mails anymore and I have no idea when and IF I will receive my refund. Beside the Rs 4771, - I request Rs 2000, - for covering damage for not cancelling the flight and causing me a lot of problems. This case is going on since 5 Noveember 2014, 4 months now. It's enough!                       Hello I had booked a return flight ticket for 4 passengers thru cleartip on Indigo. I had to cancel one passenger few days before the date of travel. I checked fare rules as well as FAQs on cleartrip site and it stated Rs 250 cancellation fee for cancelling online and Rs 500 fee for cancelling thru customer service. Therefore I cancelled my booking directly with Indigo to save on cleartrip cancellation fee. However, when I did not get my refund, I wrote to cleartrip and they paid the refund after cancelling Rs 1000 over and above what airline had refunded. I find this completely unacceptable and have written many emails to Cleartrip without any resolution. Appreciate any help on this front. Thanks Dayapatra

                        While I booked the ticket from Bangalore to Dubai on Cleartrip [ [protected]] Trip ID: on 05/01/2015 it was refundable ticket and I have the copy of the same. I called up cleartrip on 19/02/2015, I was taken for a surprise to know that the ticket was non-refundable by the call centre executive; however, then the executive agreed saying it was Cleartrip's error and the amount will be refunded [I have the call recording the for the same]. I cancelled and requested the amount to be transferred to my wallet which takes only 7 hours as per them and sent an email to the customer support and regarding the my incident.

                        From 20/02/2015, my registered mobile number was blocked by the cleartrip for any conversation because the call were recorded from my end, so I had to use different numbers to connect to them everyday.

                        It has been six days and now they came back on the email stating that the entire amount is non-refundable.

                        I just finally spoke to them and none of them in cleartrip knows what happened to the money?????

                        I am going to file a consumer complaint on cheating against cleartrip for this.

                        I gave them enough time to come back with resolution however, the company is 100% pure cheat

                        I have enough email trails and call recording for proof, I can only submit to company respresentative if they want to resolve the issue.

                        MOST OF THE TICKETS IN CLEARTRIP WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ARE REFUNDABLE IN MAJORITY OF THE OTHER PORTALS...YOU CAN COMPARE APPLE TO APPLE BEFORE BOOKING YOUR RESPECTIVE TICKETS

                          I had booked a ticket for indigo airlines flight from jammu to srinagar for 01 Feb 2015( flight no 6E-559, trip ID [protected], airline pnr ICLENK) through your agency and paid Rs 3368 through my credit card.
                          The said flight was cancelled due to bad weather and airlines office at jammu airport processed the case for full refund.
                          I have yet to receive the refund to my credit card account.
                          Could you please look into the matter and make defined of Rs 3368 to my credit card account without further delay

                            I made a reservation in HOTEL SRIPATHI INDRAPRATHA via cleartrip.com for 31.12.2014 (one night) and paid the amount in full.

                            Due to change in plans, I have cancelled the reservation on the same day and request for refund. Since then I am following it with the customer care of Cleartrip.com regularly but to no avail.

                            Always, I get the same response that the due to technical problem refund could not be processed and cleartrip.com needs 7 to 14 days to process the request.

                            I request your help in getting the refund processed at the earliest.

                              I booked Mumbai to dubai from cleartrip for inr 9761 and on spice jet site the price was inr 8000 and spice flex inr 9700. I called the clear trip customer service i spoke to Harshal I asked him whether my ticket is flex for paying 9761. He was clueless and I asked him to connect me to the supervisor he said toto hold for 2 min. After few minutes the call was didisconnected and no one called me back. First anand last time clear trip. I'll recommend all not to use cleartrip. Please dont fool people.

                                I was trying to book for flights from Manila to Dubai for my family. During the payment process there was some kind of error in the website. Then I received a text message from my bank that it was already debited from my account. The booking hasn't even been completed and I haven't received any email or travel ID from cleartrip for that matter. I was trying to call the customer service but it seems to be busy all the time! Please advise as I need the charged amount to book flights as soon as possible!

                                  I booked a ticket from Delhi to San Francisco and back on January 25, 2014 through the phones sales service of Clear trip. Prior to that I had seen the online cost of the same ticket (which was refundable). Cleartrip booking ID: [protected] The sale was made by Mr. Ramkishor Bharti at 21.30 hrs on Jan 25. I referred to the online cost and he offered me a cashback of Rs. 1000. He DID NOT inform me that he was booking a non-refundable ticket where even a date change was not possible, I have never ever booked such a non-refundable ticket. Since i was booking 1.5 months in advance, I obviously wanted a refundable ticket. Mr Bharti misled me by hiding this information as the call records will show. Later, when i wanted a rerouting, i was told that this ticket is of the most restrictive variety where even the date cannot be changed. This is a clear case of fraud and misleading the customer.

                                    I never expected CLeartrip would be so Bad. THis is the last time I will ever use Cleartrip. I have made the payment for the Round Trip Bangalore to Delhi. There was a payment error. Your customer service person called me up and sent me the payment link. On paying the amount I received Transaction successful message(attached). Here is my trip id [protected] trip id [protected] tripid2. The amount is already debited. On enquiry i was told the booking is not confirmed. I have NO MONEY to Book again. I have to travel on an emergency. You cannot block customer money for 4 days.!! Your customer service team have no answer except saying payment will come in 3-4 working days'/ Either you should give the Ticket or repay instantly. Please help me book my ticket at the earliest. I never expected CLeartrip would be so Bad.

                                      Cant help posting, ‪#‎cleartrip‬, one of the worst ever!!! dont ever book here.. 1. I made an erroneous booking(name was wrongly typed) through their app on 23rd(Friday) and instantly realised it(in a min) and called their Customer Support. they refused to help and asked me to cancel and rebook. 2. I the called the airline (indigo) directly and they were extremely helpful. understanding the genuinity of my issue, they refunded the entire amount back to cleartrip on friday itself. 3. i called cleartrip to convey this. I asked for a tracking id/sms. they said they dont have provision for a call id and that they will update their notes(on 23rd). they assured me entire amount will be refunded. 4. On Saturday I get an email from cleartrip with refund initiation that the money is being refunded after deducting cancellation and cleartrip charges 5. I call them on Saturday to check this and they have no clue what i am talking about, i ask them to check how much money they have received from Indigo and they are not able to find. Later after I tell them, they agree they received full amount, they assure me they will refund rest by 3 days. Again, I ask for sms/email/call id. buhaha, they have NONE! 6. I am trying to call them since last 2 days and the message that I get to hear is ' We are facing high call volumes at this time. we apologise to keep you waiting'.. These guys are crazy!! Why the hell are they even running this company if they cant handle simple flight cancellations, that too, when I have done all the issue resolution part from my end... even after all is settled, they wont refund me my money!! never again will i want to book through an aggregator, , thanks to cleartrip!!!

                                        My name is Gaurav Dixit. I'm from Delhi and working in Leela Palace Bangalore. I booked my tickets from Bangalore to Delhi round trip. (10th April Bangalore-Delhi, & 23 April Bangalore Delhi - Bangalore). I cross checked everything and made the payment. But when i got the final email about the booking it was different. It was 10th April Delhi - Bangalore & 23rd April Bangalore-Delhi., When i called up in clear trip i was told that its my fault or IT, they will check and get back to me. they also told me that they cannot help me if its not an IT fault. kindly help me.
