TRIP ID[protected]. Booked Ticket for DX-DEL-IXB for two people REFUNDABLE2. AI cancels DEL-IXB for that particular day. Called cleartrip.They advise if I want a full refund (subject to airline) or take the itinerary as provided by airline which was not available at that time. I was asked to wait for 48 hr.3. No resolution in 48 hrs. I write to cleartrip, also call them... they say they are waiting for AI to reply.4. I get a mail saying I HAVE MADE SOME AMENDS WITH THE AIRLINE WHICH I DID NOT and call cleartrip for clarification++++ and clear trip reps don't have any clarification for the email I received.5. I write to cleartrip saying I am not interested in the itinerary supposedly given by AI. and it also states that only the DEL-IXB ticket would be refunded in case of cancellation.These guys have given me mental harassment of the highest order. Ultimately had to cancel the ticket after I shouted and screamed at one of the reps and donated AED 360 as charity to both AI and Cleartrip. ONCE THESE GUYS HAVE MONEY THEY WILL MANIPULATE THE SITUATIONS TO FIT THEIR NEEDS. I ALSO KNOW AI WILL NOT GET A DIME OF THE CHARGES THAT CLEARTRIP HAS TAKEN FROM ME AS THEY WILL CLAIM FOR A FULL REFUND.

We do not have any control over airline flight cancellations. We have already processed full refund to the same mode of payment from our end today and you shall receive the same within the next 5-7 business days.

Note: In case if you are not comfortable with the above option, we would request you to please call the Airline or Cleartrip call center within 48 hrs from this mail being received. If we/Airline don’t receive any confirmation from your end within the stipulated time, the airline will consider the changes as confirmed and accepted by you. In case of any changes after that, relevant charges will be applicable as per airline rules.       I had booked a Room at Hotel Akanksha at Jagdalpur, from cleartrip vide Trip ID [protected] on 05.09.2014. This was an offline booking so they had dedudted Rs. 500.00 only. I got a confirmation mail from them that I have to pay rest of the amount by 14:37 hours on 06.09.2014 . I tried to pay by the link given by them but it did not worked. So I called the cust care as well as replied by mail that I am unable to pay thru this link provided. The cust care arranged for a call back which eventually came around 16:10 hrs. Initialy they told me that this is a technical error and the money would be refunded back and retry the booking. Then again after 2 mins the same person called me up and said that the money cannot be refunded due to their policy. They also said their policy does not allow them to call and intimate about the payment. You have to depend on mail and SMS only even if it does not comes.It shows that it is a cheating company. I would never book hotel through this portal any more and also suggest others not to book hotel through this web portal.

      Hence, we would not be able to process any refund in this case.

        I have booked a hotel through Cleartrip.com, they have confirmed the booking and sent me the itinerary.
        Just before 6 hrs of journey they cancelled the booking and provided a worst alternate option.I have called their customer care and refuse to take the alternate option but they force me to take the alternate, and made the booking non-refundable booking. Where I can't get the money and have to take the alternate option, which is worst hotel.

          My name is Rajni Sharma. I booked ticket of Jetkonnect from Indore to Bangalore. Journey date was Wed, 30 Jul 2014 from Indore - Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar to Bangalore – Kempegowda International Airport. I was reached 5min late of boarding and Ticket counter assistance denied to provide the ticket and without lessoning anything she moved me to ticket cancellation counter and ask me to cancelled the ticket. Because o[censored]rgency I booked another ticket and cancelled the same. I already spoke with Jetkonnect Customer care and they said amount will be disbursed from Third Party booking (Cleartrip). While cancellation operator told me amount will be refund after some deduction, but still I have not yet received the amount. Bank Reference details of the ticket booking.           Since, the booking was cancelled with the airline directly, they do not intimate us about the same to initiate your cancellation and refund processed at our end.

          However, we have initiated the cancellation at our end today and the applicable refund shall be processed back to the same mode of payment within the next 5-7 business days.

            Dear Concern, I made a booking for Mumbai to Delhi on 28th August 2014 from Cleartip. Agent provided me payment link and I made the paymeny by my HDFC credit Card for the amonut INR 27336 rs/-. However amount was deducted but booking was not made. I called up Cleartip 4-5 times and their agent told me thqat booking is not made and your 27336 rs amount will be transfered back to your bank. But I checked with bank on 31st August 2014 and been told that Cleartip has claimed the amount. This is really frusrating that Inspite of taking lot of follwup with Cleartip. No amount is refunded.             We have initiated the reversal of the said amount of Rs27, 336/- from our end today and the same shall reflect in your account within the next 2-3 business days.
            I have booked a ticket from bangalore and an amount of Rs.2542 has been deducted from my account but ticket is not booked. Did not receive any message/mail regarding this. It just showed up an error message saying transaction was not processed.Worst response to customer.
            I booked the ticket Amritsar to Dubai on 21 Dec 2018.Ticket was not booked but money 10, 626 INR was deducted from my yes bank account. After i tried many time contact to support. They told me you can get refund within 3-4 working days.Today is 26 Dec 2018 but i didn't get refund. Now i am feeling i did mistake to use cleartrip for booking the ticket. I have really very bad experience with cleartrip.

              I had booked a hotel in Kodaikanal with my Trip id [protected] from 15th Aug- 17th Aug, There was a unfortunate death in the family, so I had to cancel the booking. We cancelled the booking on 10th Aug at 10pm. After a lot of argument with the representative, and cross checking with the hotel he agreed to refund the entire amount as per the policy within 7-8 days. When I asked him for a reference number, he said the line is recorded and does not need a reference number. When I checked my account even after 10 days, there was no refund, and to my surprise when I called back the next time the representative said that there is no note for refund at all. I have made such 8-10 calls. Each call lasts more than 30 minutes on a STD line. Every time the representative picks I need to mention him the entire story. All illiterates are employed here, they don't know what should be done as a next step. This is a utter fraud company, they are eating the money of their customers. They don't even understand some bodies pains. Every time you call the representative he/she says I understand your problem, but none of these nerds can do anything.I want a case to be filed against this people.Prior to complaining here also i had made a call, but again that too went in vain.

              Its been 4 days even after the complaint is registered still no movement by Cleartrip at all. I wonder why is this happening this guys are neither returning the money neither are they updating on the status.

                i have booked a round trip in this id Trip ID : [protected] from Bangalore to Dehradun via Delhi. (19th October 2014 from Dehradun to Bangalore and 26th October 2014 from Bangalore to Dehradun) and paid the amount in full and got confirmation. now i wanted to make changes in my return to postpone the return by one week and was ready to pay the difference amount, called this so UNPROFESSIONAL call centre of cleartrip 3 times today with each of the call was on almost 15-18 minutes in which they spoke to me for a minute or so but a long holding call with just music. after 3 calls and after talking to atleast 6 different people in the team, they now say that I HAVE TO TALK TO THE AIRLINE directly. if that is the case why should i book tickets in cleartrip by paying them extra, if they are not able to make changes in the reservations or even have a courtesy to help, even though i was ready to pay the differential amount for a flight which is almost more than 2 months to take off from today. This is a very bad service and i never use this site again...if they are reading this they can check my logs in their site for the amount of bookings that i have done with them...will never use this site again and also inform all my friends to not to use...

                    My complain is against the Clear TRIP ID no [protected].. I got the confirmed booking status with my money deducted from my account for a hotel booking in Jaipur for 16 to 17th Aug 2014. When the concerned person reached the hotel, the hotel manager replies that no such booking is done and there is no room available. When I call the customer care, some girl Shalini G S (I am not sure, if she told her correct name as she was not willing to tell her last name) tells me that it takes 4 hours to get the confirmation. I was surprised and shocked. The hotel informs that the clear trip people were informed 6 hours back of full booking. Cleartrip were neither apologietic but blaming us only for the issue. They say they find a substitute hotel in 30 minutes but confirms a sub standard hotel with lower tariff quite far away from the old location as the solution. I am trying again to call them, but I am on hold since the last 20 minutes almost.

                      On thursday 06/08/2014 21:00 PM IST apporax I started making a reservation for New Delhi to Ranchi, Indigo flight and everything was correct, the total fare was shown to be apporax around 13000, around 21:10 my first payment was declined due to errors in the card and at the same tim MY GRANDFATHER RECEIVED A CALL FROM CLEAR TRIP SINCE HIS NUMBER WAS ENTERED, AND THE CALLING PERSON ASKED US TO PROCEED WITH ANOTHER CARD ON THE SAME LINK, TO BOOK, AND PROMISED TO OFFER ASSISTANCE, as soon I entered another card details everything was correct but the total PAYMENT DEDUCTED WAS 26000 THAT IS12000 SOMETHING EXTRA AS OTHER CHARGES, at 21:17 when everything was confirmed.. THE SCAMMERS NOW TELL THAT THE RATE FLUCTUATED IN THIS 7 MINUTES ONLY AND THEY NOTIFIED ME BY MAIL. BUT i AM UPLOADING MY INTERNET HISTORYALSO AND NOTHING REFLECTS CHANGES FIRSTLY, THEY FOOLED MY GRANDPARENTS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR OLD AGE, A AMOUNT OF 12000 IS NOT SMALL AND IT'S SERIOUSLY HARASSING MY GRANDPARENTS, THEY PROMISED TO SEND THE IT LOGS FOR CLARIFICATION, BUT 6 DAYS AND NO LOGS ARE SENT, PRIMARILY BECAUSE WHAT THEY CLAIMS AREN'T PRESENT THERE, THERE WEBSITE CLEARLY MENTIONS CANCELLATION CHARGES OF RS 250 PER PASSENGER, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TELLS IT'S 500 NOW, ALSO THEY AREN'T PROVIDING ANY CONVINIENCE HERE AND YET CHARGING A CONVIENCE FEE OF 180 PER PASSENGER LOOK AT THE HISTORY ATTACHED 21:07 TO 21:17 THEY SAID PRICE FLUCTUATED NOTHING SHOWN DURING THE BOOKING AND CHARGED EXTRA, THE GUY CALLING MUST HAVE THE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF SAME

                        I have booked green fields hotel through on 8 aug 2014. They give me cancellation policy and according to cancellation policy i have to pay rs 300 for cancellation. On august 9 i visit their site for cancellation the hotel i just click on cancel assuming they will charge Rs. 300 because they din't show the amount on cancellation and it cancelled on single click without confirmation from user side. Now cleartrip is saying their will be hotel fees of 10%, when i checked with hotel the hotel G.M is saying they dint even receive the amount from cleartrip for booking and they said they dint even charge a single penny for cancellation.Please help me in this unfair practice.

                        As replied to you by email, we have already process the refund of Rs 35693 after deducting only the Cleartrip charges of Rs 300. The refund is processed into the same mode of payment used for booking the reservation and should reflect in your account in next 2-3 working days.

                          I Narayan G R from Kerala booked a room in Vivantha by Taj Holiday Village, Goa (from 28th July to 1st Aug)through clear trip on 19th of July2014.During booking process i have received a call from the coustomer service agent and he guided me through the payment process.I have paid rs.30700 to clear trip(trip id:[protected] and transaction id:[protected].After transaction agent told me that they are facing some technical issues and they will do the booking offline and issue the hotel invoice and details within 48 hours.But i didn't receive any calls or mail from their end.I made a call after 48 hours and they told me that they can't process the booking and they will do refund...When I asked them for other solution they advise me to rebook through clear trip..I contacted booking department and asked about the issue and they told me that they will resolve the issue and will send me the invoice with in 24 hours...Its been a week, I have not received any phone call or mail from there end.Every day I do make phone call to the booking department and they are telling that the backup team is working on my issue...Someagents tells me that issue is resolved and they are preparing invoice manually, some other time they tells that issue will be resolved soon and will receive invoice in 24 hrs.This is my honeymoon trip and I have made all other arrangements and landed up in trouble in the last moment...

                            I booked tickets from Pune to Thiruvanantapuram via Bengaluru for the 25th July for Rs. 8700. The details on the website as well as the ticket said that it is refundable with cancellation charges of Rs. 1840. However, when I try to cancel the ticket, it says the amount refundable is -13 rupees. I am suffering a loss of Rs. 5860.

                              I made a payment of Rs. 29, 571/- on 10.7.2014 at 07.47pm for booking an Air Ticket from Delhi to Colombo (Sri Lanka) for Travelers name Mr. Alok Sagar & Mr. Saurabh on the basis of an email from your representative (on contact no. [protected]) which contained a payment link. The transaction was successful (Transaction ID[protected] & bank Ref. no.- [protected]) but the Air Ticket could not be booked due to any reason. Now we are following up for the refund of such payment but couldn`t getting any satisfactory revert and confirmation for our refund amount. Please arrange to resolve the matter ASAP.                                 On 6th July, at around 4:00pm or so, I filled out all the details for a hotel booking at Srinagar. It showed a fare of around Rs9, 849. No sooner had I pressed 'submit' that I got an SMS saying that my bank account had been debited (I had used the debit card facility of my banker) with the said amount. In the mean time a message flashed online that the transaction had 'failed'. I had no clue of what happened. I checked my bank account. Yes, the amount had been debited. So, I presumed that there was some glitch and called a customer support number of Clear trip. I was a bit disturbed since I did not have any reference number. The person who attended my call resolved that by checking with my email ID. He said that the booking was not made due to some 'link' not working! I tried to probe further, but got no farther. He told me that my money would be 'reversed' within 2-3 days and that I should made the payment again, which I did (this time with net banking facility)and got the booking through (Trip ID : [protected]). After 3 days I again called a customer support number, this time the guy on the other side said it takes 6-7 days and it automatically get credited in your account. I checked my bank account to see if the amount was credited. No. Clear trip was still holding on to the money for a 'failed' transaction! I called them up and once again was given a spin as to why the bloody thing did not work out.

                                We request you to check this with your issuing bank as this might be a block on your card and the same has to be released by them.

                                  I along with my family and younger brother and his family booked the trip from you on 26/02/2014 {Trip ID: [protected]} for Srinagar including Hotel+Flight spending Rs.71000/- for the month of June, 22nd to June 27th. I had a horrible experience and the trip started when we reach there the designated houseboat "Young Hollywood Houseboat" Ghat no.12 was found locked and the caretaker was absconding. After futile efforts for contacting "CLEARTRIP" and the owner, I have to shift to "Shlliene" houseboat at ghat no.9 on the request of a relative of the absconding owner. Our booking was for 3+1 and he gave us rooms to accommodate 2+1 only. We were having no other option but to accept the misery in the unknown place, far away from home. Further more the timing given to us for the flight from Srinagar to Amritsar was 14.45 where as the actual flight time was 13.55 almost an hour advance. I planned my shopping according to the prescribed timing of the flight but in the end when I reached the airport we got the most shocking news that only 5 minutes are left in closing of gates.

                                    I booked 3 super deluxe rooms in Mussoorie from Cleartrip. After completing all the transactions for room booking a guy from Cleartrip named Ajit Bisht called and said that the rooms we booked are not available on that date. After long conversation and debate we(Ajit and I) agreed for the deluxe rooms in which 1 room with semi-facility (No TV, No Geyser, No Extension for room service, No Fan) and the refund for Rs. 300 per room i.e. difference between the tariffs of Super Deluxe and Deluxe rooms. But after some time the same guy Mr. Ajit called and said that "Madam, refund won't be possible". So, finally I paid for Super Deluxe but got pushed to use Deluxe Rooms also one room with Bed and 4 walls only. Also Mr. Ajit was so rude and Scoundrel in all the conversation.

                                        Dear Clear trip, I have booked three rooms for three night(23rd June TO 26th June-2014) on dated 20th June-2014 in Hotel Golden Height Darjeeling under above mentioned Trip Id no [protected].I got voucher and mobile alert for confirmation of Hotel along with Hotel land line number. When I called on 21 nd June to the Hotel Golden Height Darjeeling regarding my Booking then they told me that we don't have rooms for the same date.I again called the cleartrip helpline number and after long conversation I spoke to Supervisor, he then revealed that we are only having option at Hotel Broadway ...otherwise you take your money back In this junction, I said ok . But when I enquired about the reputation of Hotel Broadway with comparison to Hotel Golden Height, I found that Hotel Broadway is just like Guest House and having very less tariff. I again called to clear trip and said you pl. deduct some money and get back my money OR take more money and book another good Hotel but they refused and said we don't having any option you have to stick with that Hotel because you have given consent for that-- My Points are as below in this regard-- 1.Why clear trip has confirmed and sent Voucher for the Hotel Golden Height, when they were not sure about availability of rooms-- 2.If, they came to know the non-availability then why they have not called up on my mobile till 24 hrs, I only called then 7 times. 3.How can they put me in Guest house type hotel when I paid for the good one Hotel If, position will not clear till evening I will opt for other way to get justice to me regards, Deepak Sharma [protected]

                                        We understand your disappoinment for not getting the original hotel booked. However, we would like to clarify that Hotel Broadway is never an inferior quality alternate. Both the hotels Hotel Golden Heights Enclave and Hotel Broadway are two star properties. We provided you the best possible alternate within the budget you booked the initial hotel.

                                        As for the difference in tariff, it's because the hotel was running a special promotion for a limited period. Their tariff is back to original one now. However, we do regret the inconvenience caused to you and request you to reply to the email sent to you separately.
