My friend was booking an air ticket, and under traveler details I had first written my own name, which he changed later on while booking his ticket. He changed the traveller name to his name, put in his email id and number, and paid the full amount for the ticket.

Guess what happens next, I get a confirmation mail from the airline itself with an air ticket in my name, while he gets a confirmation from cleartrip with a PNR ID under his name!

This absolute absurdity made us call the customer support, which denied responsibility completely, asking us to just cancel the ticket which would lead to us losing money because of their incompetence. After a bit of wrangling, the customer support asked for 4 hrs time to understand the issue and promised to call back.

We got no call. And when we called, they conveniently did not answer. Now we do not know under who's name the ticket is since we have received no confirmation from them.

    I booked a hotel RNS Residency for Murudeshwar Karnataka from cleartrip website mobile app. 1 day before the trip When I tried to confirm my booking from the hotel they denied it. They said there is no booking with this name and even they don't take booking from cleartrip. I had to cancel my booking from cleartrip and use another website to book the hotel. Even money is refunded by Cleartrip but I would like you guys to look into the issue of why this happened as this has been a really bad experience for me and I will think twice before booking hotels via cleartrip. I am writing this email so that it doesn't happen to other people. I was not able to reach cleartrip guys by any means. On the website the no. which is given asks you to connect via website. It was such a harassment situation that 1 day before I had to check the hotel all over again and how come the cleartrip is saying that booking is confirmed. What if we have not called up in the hotel and ended up reaching there without any booking. I have now booked the same hotel at a higher price and I would like cleartrip guys to compensate for it.

      Pls note that my Trip I'd[protected] is shown by Cleartrip as unsuccessful but payment is debited from bank account Hdfc transaction I'd[protected] by bhim Upi.I have already raised complaint to bhim and they confirmed me that bank has successfully send payment to cleartrip.Pls see the attachment and do refund me the debited amount as soon as possible.

        I had booked ticket from cleartrip.com. Trip ID:[protected], PNR no. D9DWVD (Jazeera Ariline). I have received an email from Jazeera Airline outlining saying, "Please note that your ticket will refund to travel agency where the booking was originally made, please refer to same office for any assistance." I am trying to forward this email at their customer care email id [protected]@cleartrip.com. However, I am not receiving any response after sending repeated email regarding the refund. While at voice call, cleartrip requested an email from Jazeera Ariline. I have received the email on refund but after forwarding the email to cleartrip, there is no response. Could you please help me to get my refund as the flight was cancelled by Jazeera Airline itself. Thank you.

              Clear trip and British Airways cancelled one of my flights and now refusing to provide refund. TRIP ID:[protected]
              PNR: LWGOTE

              Ticket was booked for 23rd November Chennai to Toronto via London.
              They cancelled my connecting flight from London to Toronto but the first flight from Chennai to London was not cancelled.

              Since they cancelled my ticket about 2 weeks before my travel, I was confident they will reschedule my ticket. But even though after calling many times per day, they never rescheduled it. Even 24 hours before my flight i was fighting to get me a different flight or carrier. Cleartrip never rescheduled it. After that, i had to wait for another week to book my ticket to Toronto. (not cleartrip).

              Now when asked for Refund (Airlines/Cleartrip cancelled my ticket), they deny my request saying i was No Show..???? This is incredibly unfair and cheating. How do they expect me to travel to a country (London, UK) without a connecting flight, where I do not have any visa status? Cleartrip has to take full responsibility and provide my 100% Refund.

                Dear Sir,

                Please be noted that i have made booking on dated 09dec 2021, time : 9.30pm, through clear trip portal for ticket purchase from bangalore to riyadh (saudi arabia) on dated 28 Dec 2021, unfortunately i have been charged amount of Rs 34, 789/-, but ticket was not issued to me, i have been sent message from clear trip for unsuccessful payment from bank but upon checking bank inform me payment is successful from their side and recieved to your end.

                Please refund me the payment debited from my account back for not issuance of ticket immediately without delay.

                      I cancelled a flight from Bengaluru- Lucknow with a booking reference GH52JI on November 17th but still the refund amount has not been credited in my account. It is already updated in goibibo website and I also got a confirmation that the seat has been cancelled from goibibo. But in cleartrip the seat is still there. Resolve the issue ASAP

                        I hv booked the tkt wd cleartrip in flexi fare and changed the dates bcz I couldn't travel on the date and paid fare difference .and while changing I hv asked customer care agent if I change next time do I hv to pay for Changing fee which was informed I can change any no of time in a year without paying any changing fee .now when I am again Changing it cleartrip is asking me to pay for changing fee apart from fare difference. Pls advise what to do in this case

                            verifying refund with airline is the status now showing, How many more months will take for refund.

                              Hi good evening i bought ticket in cleartrip dubai to islamabad and islamabad to dubai first they rescheduling the flight islamabad to dubai they change my date i agree for that one they after 2 days again they send me and email about rescheduling my flight again on December 10 to December 12 without any information first Before they reschedule i cgeck on pia the flight on December 10 its have but why they rescheduling my flight again i need to go home for emergency but they keep on changing it and they say they are trying to call me they send me an email and they put the wrong number they are calling i try to call also the customer care but keep on waiting so please i want december 10 2021 glight or they i will give me december 9 in the night

                                  Dear team, sorry to say but your customer service is one of the worst in the world .. your app does not work for rescheduling so we need to call your customer care and after hour long waiting and call, they will say that they will revert back to me shortly and I am still waiting for the call …

                                  I was so surprised that even in the today call where I mentioned to the executive that I had already called multiple times and let’s reschedule the ticket on call itself but no help ..

                                  I have been using Cleartrip from long time but I think it’s time to switch to other platform if you keep doing such customer service ..

                                    I tried to book a ticket from mumbai to lucknow through clear trip app on 17 sep 20. During payment my account was debited with 4350 but booking was not completed. It showed some error. I waited for 7 days as it generally takes 5-7 business days to refund. Now its one week and my money is still not credited to my account.
                                    Account from which money debited is[protected] icici bank name ajay singh. Pls find the attachment of details.

                                    This was the mail which i sent from my mail id ajay. [protected]@gmail.com to cleartrip customer care mail id on 24 sep20 then subsequently on 03oct20, 27 oct 20 and 25 dec 20. However, no response whatsoever was received from the cleartrip team. Its been a year now i request you to pls look into this matter and help me to get my refund of ₹4350.
