I booked my round trip journey(Indigo) from cleartrip.com. I completed first half of the journey without any issues but the second half I cancelled the ticket. As a result, a refund amount of INR 1673/- is pending from Cleartrip's side. Kindly process it as soon as possible. The date of he flight was January 2, 2022. I have shared the itinerary, and I processed the refund for the journey from Lucknow to Mangalore via Mumbai.
It's really hard to contact ClearTrip as well, because I booked the ticket without signing into cleartrip, so I don't have a Trip ID. However, I can share more personal details such as PNR and my details for more information.
