My trip I'd is[protected] traveling from bahrain to Kolkata.. But my flight has been rescheduled from Dubai to Kolkata which affects my current travel itenary.. I have been continously trying tu be in touch with cleartrip but they were not responding by so far.. I want my problem to be resolved asap

      It is impossible to get through to Clear trip, either on phone or mail.

      Had booked 4 air tickets on Indigo for Bengaluru on your site, Cleartrip.
      Needed bill for the same. Please share on this mail id i.e [protected]@gmail.com

      Listed below are travel details:

      Travel date from Mum - Bengaluru : 17th Aug 2021
      Return travel date from Bengaluru - Mum: 20th Aug 2021

      Paid Rs.44756 online on 15/08/2021 via HDFC credit card.

      Please do the needful at the earliest.

        Trip ID [protected]. I had paid for ezcancel and was promised full refund as per the website. but i received a very low amount. details are as shown

        the refund amount was only Rs. 4, 434 for Bangalore - Goa return booking (Trip ID [protected]). whereas i paid a total amount of Rs. 8, 264.00 during booking.

          Hi,
          I tried to book a train ticket on cleartrip site (Trip ID[protected]. But the booking failed while moving to IRCTC site. The amount got deducted by cleartrip and still not reverted back to my account.

          Please help me resolve this immediately

            Hi,
            I tried to book hotel for me at Jaipur location by using HDFC credit card. I did the transaction twice on 18.11.2021 however found that my payment dot deducted without any confirmation for hotel booking with Vesta International. I called the hotel they are saying connect with Clear trip. In both cases trip ID is not generated but payment deducted.

            Upon calling cleartrip call center they ask for trip ID which is not there in my case.

                I need clarifications on my buying airline tickets for me and my wife Girija Arunachalam on our trip to Chennai from Mumbai leaving Mumbai on 25 th Oct 2021 and returning from Chennai to Mumbai on 28 th Oct 2021. My Trip ID[protected]
                I have attached my Credi Card Statement of Oct 2021.
                I have attached Indigo explanation on my complaint.
                According to the credit card you have charged the following:
                24 sept 2021 cleartrip mumbai 10116
                24 sept 2021 cleartrip mumbai 300 cr
                24 sept 2021 cleartrip mumbai 6802
                According to the credit card, Indigo Airlines, has chrged as follows.:
                29 sept 2021 INDIGO GURGAON 612 cr
                29 sept 2021 INDIGO GURGAON 12112
                29 sep 2021 INDIGO GURGAON 13414
                According to statement from INDIGO Airlines (attached)

                29 sept 2021 ASDMFB NA.
                Kindl reconcile these details and let me know why there is so much apparent discrepancies.

                  The ticket booked from cleartrip from Dammam to New Delhi (via-sharja) where meal was booked from Sharja to New Delhi on cost of Rs450.
                  But i didn't received any meal.Even on being asked for the meal, no airhostess entertained in the airbus.
                  Being pregnant it became tough and inconvenience journey.
                  The service provided by cleartrip in reckless and unacceptable.

                  I would like to request and demand for the inconvenience journey cost and cost of paid meal during journey.

                    I booked 2 Air India flight tickets from Mumbai to Visakhapatnam through Cleartrip by opting ezcancel. Journey date is 24 Nov. But due to some personal reasons I have cancelled on 17 Nov @ 7.30 hrs. There after I didn't receive any message from Cleartrip. Please send the latest status.

                      My flight was cancelled last march 2020 stll my ticket was not refunded... the last update from them us they are just waiting for the approval from the airlines... its been a year and months now and still im waiting for my refund status. Please for your kind action

                          I booked a ticket from Muscat to Singapore in srilankan airways via Colombo.
                          As I got information from Singapore that I am not allowed to enter Singapore if I come from srilanka.
                          Despite of this clear trip is showing booking option in unapproved routes.

                          I cancelled my ticket within 3 hours after my booking.

                          First it showed refund wil be done on 31 st November. Then again it's automatically changed to 12 November, now it's again changed to 24th November.

                          Please help me to get refund soon
                          I booked my ticket from my credit card so if I don't get refund ASAP I need to pay penalty for credit card

                            Booked tickets from ccu to goi for 1st Nov, trip id [protected], PNR PWKDRD, for two adults.

                            I wanted to cancel the same before 72 hours (booked using EZcancel), but the site wasn't working called them up and asked them to cancel they said they cannot refund the full amount so asked them to change the dates, but they asked to contact the airlines directly, so I called Indigo and asked them to change the dates, which was changed to 7th Dec by the airlines, today on 18th November logged in to Indigo app, which shows my tickets as canceled, called Indigo they said it was done by sending otp to [protected], which does not belong to me, called the number they said it belongs to cleartrip back end number and asked to contact customer care, after calling customer care they said the number is unknown to them and I canceled the ticket. they duped me of 20k.

                              I had booked a ticket on March 2020. Ticket was cancelled due to the pandemic. Trip if no.[protected]. I have sent a lot of emails. And the last response iv got it the money will be credited. It's been more than a year and I need to know the status of refund before I take this futher.

                                Don’t take any tickets through clear trip lot of travel agents are there because worst service, I took a ticket for travelling to india. Unfortunately I need to cancel my vacation I paid total 1180 aed. but after cancellation only 69aed only refund will come

                                  Good day,

                                  Please be informed that I booked ticket for my four employees. Since then, its cancelled due to corona. So from time to time, I keep following up to clear trip in regards to the status of bookings (you can investigate also using your system if how many times I called). Last October 2021, I called again your company to rebook the ticket for my employees who will comeback in the Philippines. And that time they told me that it's not possible to use the ticket as only repatriation flights Philippines is accepting that time and they advised me to request for refund, so I did. The time that I following up in regards to refund, they told me all tickets were expired.

                                  The main issue here is why the time I'm asking since then, why they didn't tell me that it's expired and they keep telling me that it's open ticket. I think your priority is the satisfaction of your client but no one can help me in this issue.

                                  For your information, I booked ticket in your company for me not to be pressure in thet kind of issue. And now, you can't give any solution or other option.

                                  This is not only one ticket it's four and all are two ways.

                                  I did my part to follow up but the information you gave me is not correct.

                                  This time I'm requesting to please help my side as your client. I can't let go the money in just that way.

                                  Please give consideration as this issue is not caused by me this happened because of Corona and no one expect it.

                                  I hope you will response as soon as possible.

                                        Ticket with Trip Id:[protected] and PNR H939QS (Ahmedabad to Pune with flight date as 24th October 2021) got cancelled on 8th October 2021 but not refunded yet. The cancellation was forced on me due to the airport closure at Pune. Kindly look into the matter and get me the resolution at the earliest.
