Booked tickets from ccu to goi for 1st Nov, trip id [protected], PNR PWKDRD, for two adults.
I wanted to cancel the same before 72 hours (booked using EZcancel), but the site wasn't working called them up and asked them to cancel they said they cannot refund the full amount so asked them to change the dates, but they asked to contact the airlines directly, so I called Indigo and asked them to change the dates, which was changed to 7th Dec by the airlines, today on 18th November logged in to Indigo app, which shows my tickets as canceled, called Indigo they said it was done by sending otp to [protected], which does not belong to me, called the number they said it belongs to cleartrip back end number and asked to contact customer care, after calling customer care they said the number is unknown to them and I canceled the ticket. they duped me of 20k.
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
