    I tried booking from Cleartrip on February 22 for flights. During the transaction, the process got hung, and cleartrip emailed that they didn't receive the money. However, after reviewing my bank statement, I can see that money has been sent to the account.

    When I am trying to file a complaint to them, an automatic service stops me. However, I have all details indicating that money has been deposited to the cleartrip's account. How should I go forward to solve this issue?

      During the initial COVID-19 impact Flight was Cancelled by M/S Spice Jet and they sent me the confirmation that they will refund my entire booking amount. I have also got confirmation e-mail from Clear Trip saying that they will refund the amount.

      Even after my several follow-up e-mails I have not yet received refund on my this Booking reference # (Trip ID[protected]

        I have booked the tickets on 18th feb, the amount was debited from my bank but the clearteip message said transaction unsuccessful and the amount will be credited in my account within 3-12 days . I have already registered complaint on 22 Feb with all the details.

        My payment issue with cleartrip is not yet resolved ..My complaint about the unsuccessful/failed transaction with cleartrip has not yet taken in consideration till date n no response from them yet ..This is so unprofessional behaviour from such organisation .Their customer care is online so they don't reply on emails .They don't have any contact no.where we can spk to a customer care executive

        Kindly help me with the refund of Rs. 6834/- for my unsuccessful transaction dated 18 Feb 22.It's more than 15days and neither the money has credited back in my account nor the clearteip team has contacted me .My problem is unsolved yet .
        I have been posting my complaint since 25th feb but no response yet from cleartrip .My refund has not been created to me yet for my transaction unsuccessful for my flight bookings on 18 th feb .Today is 12th March and it will almost be a month since the unsuccessful transaction .
        According to cleartrip for the unsuccessful transaction the money gets credited in the account within 3-12days but i have not yet received my money even after complaining several times .They don't reply back too .This is very unprofessional behaviour from cleartrip team .I[censored] can't reslove the problem then why do u have a customer support team who don't react on complaints even after notifying the complaint .

          I had booked one ticket for 3 persons from the cleartrip as per the following details :

          Number of person : 3 ( 2 adult, 1 child)
          Travelling Date : 01/11/2022
          Air Service : Spicejet
          Travelling details : From Jabalpur to Bangalore (SG 3024)
          Trip ID :[protected]
          PNR No. : N8QI6S

          Unfortunately, I was not able to travel and asked for reschedule the flight from spicejet customer care but didn't get any response.
          On further communication I got that refund of 1152/- has been processed and sent to cleartrip account.

          I would request you to please send the amount as I had not travelled for it and lost approx. 17k due to this booking.
          Let me know if you need other information.

            I have booked a ticket through clear trip during pandamic year and half ago since then many times contact them, but no response at all, flight was canceled because of airline, booking ticket price was 1850, air India cut some amount also clear trip deducted some amount final amount is 750 ready to pay for me, month ago I got Mail refund processed, until now not credited to my account, its been ayear and half.

              This is regarding the Cleartrip ID[protected] which was booked via Cleartrip website (cleartrip.ae) in April 2019. It was a Jet airways ticket to India from Dubai and was cancelled by the Airline 'Jet Airways'.

              We followed up with Cleartrip several time on emails and phone calls. Cleartrip just said that the flight has been cancelled by Airline and they will issue refund later. Later they came back saying since Jet Airways has closed down business and they are unable to issue refund.
              Now since Jet Airways has been revived and they are issuing refunds to customers, despite several emails Cleartrip is not giving us refund.

                I've booked tickets from cleatrip for tomorrow for train and didn't noted my trip id for ticket confirmation, is their any means I can get my ticket as they are demanding trip id which I don't have or atleast refund so I can book again, I need urgent as money is involved in this and I didn't even received any mail confirming my booking.

                    I have been CONTACTing them for the last 72 hours for my full refund. I wanted the full refund because the Airlines have re-scheduled my flights without my notice and I am not HAPPY TO travel with the changed Itinerary. When called Airlines, They have asked to CONTACT Clear Trip has I have booked the tickets through them.

                    Their CUSTOMER care is USELESS ###.

                      Clear trip isn't refunding the full amount when an airline initiated full refund. They are deducting convenience fees as well as cleartrip charges from the refunded amount. This is cheating.

                      I have done a payment regarding booking Polo orchid resort cherapunjee on 14/2/2022 having the UPI reference no. at 10.34 am for the amount of 12, 359 rupees.
                      My amount was debited amount and I have received transaction id from SBI but the booking is not confirmed by clear trip

                      The website shows..Oops, your payment failed. Don't worry you haven't been charged.

                      I have given my complain through phone directly. My complain number is 13674786

                      The customer care service agent said that you will get your money 2 to 3 business days. But I haven't received my money yet. Kindly refund for the said amount as soon as possible.

                        I tried to book flight tickets through cleartrip twice on 11/02/2022. The transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my bank account both time. It been four days and the amount is still not credited back into my bank account. I tried to contact them on customer care but no contact number or toll free number is provided on the website.

                        This private site does not demand the evidences attached to the public complaint.
                        Nevertheless, the supply of the evidences is a rule in India, if, likely, the customer wants his money back or the other material result. The evidence is a material thing in Indian law.
                        After the evidences and request of the customer are seen by the decision maker, he/she can decide on the output in the particular dispute.

                          We booked Air India flights for Port Blair (round trip) for 26th to 31st Jan through Cleartrip as per the below Trip IDs:

                          c[protected]
                          Due to the covid-19 outbreak, we converted our existing ticket to open ticket via Cleartrip on 21st Jan 2022, which was confirmed by an Email Rohan from Cleartrip helped with processing.

                          We contacted Cleartrip CC to use open tickets, after multiple follow-ups we got response that CT can't help with booking of open tickets.
                          We contacted Air India directly and came to know that our open ticket was not remarked as "open for use" by Cleartrip and it was flagged as no show.

                          According to Air India, our ticket was encashed by Cleartrip and the airline is not authorized to reschedule the encashed tickets.

                          Now it seems like a complete mess and we are blocked.

                          We have talked with Rohan, Siddharth, Harsh Sachdeva, Anisha ( TL) from the Cleartrip CC.

                          & Now whenever we call Cleartrip CC they put us on hold or just say they will call back in 2-3 hrs but we get no return call.

                          Please try to help us asap.

                          And also please somebody go & ban this cleartrip type of companies.

                            Hello sir, it’s been more than 12 working days and I haven’t recieved my refund for the flights that got cancelled from airlines end. My flight cancellation number is[protected]. The flight was a round trip from Pune to Amritsar. PNR - ALBTJZ Hope to recieve my refund as soon as possible.

                            The refund, if there are reasons and grounds for its effect, can not be done to the person, who refuses to introduce himself and refuses to provide his contacts.

                            You see by your own eyes that the police officer ware the badge with the name and the abbreviation of the rank at the uniform, the name of the police department at the Indian roads, for example, during the service hours.

                            Further, the customer shall address the complaint to the provider of the service and wait for 15 days for the primary decision (reply) prior to an escalation of the dispute to the customers court of the nearest big city or to the branch of DGCA in the state, according to their rules, if the customer resides in India.

                              I have booked flight tickets for 2 from Port Blair to Ahmedabad via Chennai (Port Blair to Chennai by SpiceJet, Chennai to Ahmedabad by IndiGo) through ClearTrip. Due to Covid cases, the flight from Port Blair got cancelled by SpiceJet, and didn't have any rescheduling option for the same day. ClearTrip representative assured us that we are eligible for a full refund for the complete trip. As per the guidance provided by him, we cancelled our IndiGo flight too. All the relevant documents have been shared to both the Airlines and ClearTrip. It's been more than 15 days, they haven't refunded any kind of refund to us, despite calling them for a dozen times. Every time we call them, we are supposed to give them a whole story line from the beginning. None of the Senior Representative available any day to attend the complaint. After promising call backs several times, we haven't got a single call. Very pathetic experience. I will never book any kind of ticket from them in future.

                              2. There is inexpensive customers court in Ahmedabad city. They can resolve such dispute according to their rules in favour of the customer or in favour of the responder.

                              To enter in a contract, if the customer intends to use the public transport, presumes a risk for both contracting parties everywhere and always.

                                  The worst ever experience with cleartrip. I have booked a round trip from Hyderabad to Tirupati in November. But the onward trip has been cancelled by the airlines due to heavy rains then. The airlines have even given full refund endorsement for my trip. But till date I didn’t get my refund. All lame excuses they give. I have even opted for insurance for full refund. Cleartrip is the most fraudulent website. It’s a lesson that we should never go with these intermediaries for flight bookings. Better book through the airlines website.

                                      We booked Air India flights for Port Blair (round trip) for 26th to 31st Jan through Cleartrip as per the below Trip IDs:

                                      But, due to the covid outbreak, we converted our existing ticket to an open ticket through Cleartrip on 21st Jan 2022, which was confirmed by an Email. Cleartrip person who did perform this operation was Rohan.

                                      Now, we decided to use the open ticket and reschedule the flights for the month of March and contacted Cleartrip CC for the same. But after talking to multiple people and hours-long waiting on Cleartrip CC we understood that they are just passing the time and they are not actually interested in booking our flight. Some people also told us that Cleartrip can't do open tickets.
                                      Hearing this shocking reply we contacted the airline directly i.e. Air India. There we came to know that our open ticket was not remarked as "open for use" and it was showing no show.
                                      According to the airline, our ticket was encashed by Cleartrip and the airline is not authorized to reschedule the encashed tickets.

                                      Now it seems like a complete mess of what Cleartrip did in our case. We need a resolution on this as soon as possible. Regardless to say we can't recommend Cleartrip to anyone in the future.

                                      We have talked with Rohan, Siddharth, Harsh Sachdeva, Anisha ( TL) already in your customer support team. Our request to your CC guys is to please don't act over-smart with customers if you have made a mistake then accept it and resolve it.

                                      I can provide Cleartrip open ticket email confirmation, for your reference, rest you can get all the details with Trip IDs shared above.
