Payment made for the trip[protected] but booking not approved, 'stating payment failed', constantly following up in vain since 21.12.21, don't bother to acknowledge even. Highly disappointed. Utter Regret .

    My trip I'd is[protected] booked on apr19. I have been following up since then . Ticket was booked with jet airways and it was cancelled by cleartrip . I received refund for only 602 rs. I have been following up since then. If I don't get a resolve I will go against cleartrip to consumer court now. My email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com and contact [protected]
    I have filed multiple complaints .
    I need a resolution soon.

    This issue is not resolved and pending for four years almost. I have not been able to reach customer care person . They give customer care number but it gets disconnected the moment I enter my four year old trip id

      Very irresponsible staffs
      payment made is not accepted by them though deducted from customers account.
      Payment made while rescheduling yet e-ticket not sent due to which flight missed.
      Executives behaving careless and not addressing issues.

          I have been trying to take refund for my Free Cancellation for Booking[protected] from your partnered insurance company i.e. edelweissinsurance.com since November 2, 2021. I have never seen such a pathetic and poor customer service company who are not working for client commitments. I have a full email trail of the entire conversation and the manager from this insurance company i.e. Hadywant Ghoghari is the biggest liar.

          Is this type of insurance companies that cleartrip has association with. I would advice people not to do any booking from cleartrip as you have tie-ups with fraud insurance companies.

            I had done the booking a month or more back for Goa and I had also used the EzCancel option while booking my ticket and accordingly paid more for the tickets

            My flight was scheduled for 08th Jan @ 4.55 A.M.

            Due to sudden rise of COVID cases in Goa and other parts of the country, the Goa government-imposed Night curfew and also weekend lockdown and this came into effect from 05th Jan 2022

            on 4th early morning I have done the cancellation of my tickets and when I had checked into the site for cancellation it confirmed that I am eligible for 100% refund and accordingly I have gone ahead and cancelled my ticket

            I am surprized to see that my refund amount processed is of Rs. 262 only while I am eligible to get the complete refund of 10K. I called up your call center and the call center executive was nothing more than a ROBOT who kept on informing that I have delayed the cancellation as I cancelled my ticket 68 hours before and not 72 hours and I would not be eligible to get the refund .

            My plead to the team is

            For situation which is such catastrophic in nature and if the government request the citizens to be at home a day before any scheduled departure, should the citizen of the country not abide by it
            Under such situation it's also expected that organizations take a fair call also in favour of the customer
            My question is also on your systems, why did it Indicate that I am eligible for 100% refund, if I was to only get Rs. 226 .

              Hello I canceled my trip ID[protected] on both Clear trip website and United airlines website on or about Jan 02, 2022 for my international trip starting April 21st, 2022. United Airlines PNR : I4LZVK

              I got a prompt confirmation from cleartrip that the refund is being processed. When I see my cleartrip account I see

              Cancellation Confirmed On 23:50 hrs, 02 Jan 2022
              Refund Verified Expected by 23:50hrs, 03 Jan 2022
              Refund Generated at 21:13 hrs, 04 Jan 2022.

              I have these questions:

              1. I don't know if I would get a refund in my original form of payment (net banking) credit to my savings account and if so what is the amount of credit and when is it expected.

              2. If instead I would get a shell credit / credit to clear trip wallet - What amount and when can I see that credit so that I can use it to book another trip of mine - On cleartrip website or United.com website

                It is observed that with reference to Trip ID.[protected] flight ticket purchased an amount of Rs, 8839/ which was eaten by Cleartrip.

                They do not have an office address mentioned in there website. You cannot contact them.

                An fishy website which cheats people.

                An fraud web portal.

                  Before a month on 1st Dec I made a booking to n fro from cleartrip, Indigo flights. Due to some reasons I had to cancel the bookings. Now they haven't refunded money as per their status and refund policy given in the site.

                  Also they are not picking up calls. While booking they instantly pickup but for complaints they have all lines busy... very furious on their support services. Can't go with other bookings ever if they are going to do such things.

                  Still my complaint has not been updated nor any reply on it. Cleartrip its horrible experience that they do not give refund after written confirmation on their site also. No one is even bothered to address our complaint

                    Reference my Trip Id:[protected], Airline PNR: E7CIZW, Ticket No.[protected]

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    With regards to my return journey from Mumbai to Dubai, attached is my ticket which clearly states my Check-in luggage as 30kgs. However, Emirates Airlines allowed me only 25kgs of Check-in luggage.

                    Due to this goof-up I had to courier my balance luggage paying Rs. 2360/-. Attached is the courier receipt for your reference.

                    On complaining with the Emirates Airline, they have asked me to contact the booking agent to address my grieviances.

                    Requesting you to kindly reimburse me with the courier charges.

                      Ref pnr ykt79v flifgt 6e6553 pune to raipur indigo.

                      This flight was missed due to airlines administrative failure at pune airport on account of massive unexpected crowding . All details and supporting documents were provided to airline and indigo refunded an amount of rs 12756 on 20/11/21 to travel agency account(travel boutique) as per their mail dt 26/12/21.They also asked to contact cleartrip for further info.I have been writing to cleartrip and they said to raise the query through https://www.Cleartrip.Com/support/. We did the same and they said refund has been processed with zero refund without linking to indigo decision.. Request for full refund as per airlines decision. Copy of airline letter is attached in required format

                        I have an E-Gift Card provided by SBI credit card which is expiring on 4.01.2022 which I am trying to redeem. It shows invalid while redeeming and also I am unable to contact the customer care on the given number [protected] as I don't have a trip ID. Pls help me contact their customer care executive.

                            Cleartrip has not processed refund of AED 1, 150 towards my TRIP ID [protected]. As per the approved resolution plan of Jet Airways, INR 15, 000 should have been credited by the airline. There is no communication at all from Cleartrip. This may be a malpractice in the absence of any communication / transparency from Cleartrip

                              I have booked a ticket on cleartrip ( Trip ID :[protected] which was cancelled on 10th November 2021. I was told by customer care that i will get a refund within 60 days, but still no response from cleartrip and no refund. When i call customer care, they say that it will take another 70 days. Everytime i call customer care, a new guy answers the call and tells me that they will respond within 48 hrs or it will take another 70 days.

                                Hi,

                                I had booked at royal orchid, pune from dec 30, 2021 to Jan 2, 2022. However, due to the omicron issue, as my flight got cancelled, Iam unable to travel. Hence i cancelled my stay. However i received an email stating that my refund is zero rupees. I had spent 20, 000 Rs for my booking. Why am i not being provided a refund? It states that the entire refund amount is going to supplier charges. What does this mean?

                                Please advise urgently, else I would like to raise an official complaint to ombudsman.

                                  I am dissappointed with your service, because I have been requesting our ticket refund for a long time but we still do not receive a refund. Your promise is that we will wait max 7 days to get credit back to the credit card. You said that the process was on December 8, what date is it now??? why is there NO money YET ??? We are totally DISSAPPOINTED with your service. We need that money back ASAP !!! If you haven't refunded it yet, I will file a CASE AGAINST CLEARTRIP !!!

                                    I have tried to call their customer care multiple time it was working fine until last month but now shows as invalid. Online it shows a refund of 16, 574 rs has been processed on Dec 1st so it take 7 days to process but I have not received it yet

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I booked one flight from Cleartrip (Cleartrip Trip ID –[protected] || Kolkata – Bangalore || Go Air) for 25th December 2021, which I cancelled on 18th December 2021. I was supposed to get a full refund for this cancellation by the EzCanel scheme.

                                      As per Cleartrip mobile application, only its showing the refund was supposed to be calculated by 19th December 2021. PFA the attached screenshot.

                                      I received the refund confirmation by Go Air to Agent (Cleartrip) by mail on 21st December 2021, however, as of today, on 26th December Cleartrip is false claiming they have not received any refund from the airline so far.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Trip ID #[protected]

                                        Due to COVID-19 outbreak, Spice Jet has cancelled the Flight and they sent me the confirmation saying that entire amount will Refunded. As i booked these Tickets through ClearTrip and I have made several requests to them.

                                        I have also received confirmation e-mail from them saying that money will be refunded. But now it is more than one year no refund is received. Cleartrip is now not responding to my e-mails

                                        Need you attention and support on this.
