    Due to Covid, We canceled our ticket from Indigo airlne with trip Id[protected] after discussing with clear trip that Indigo is ready to refund their cancellation amount with Indigo voucher, Customer executive from Clear trip told that they will refund the whole amount they get from airline. Indigo airline has provided the Indigo vouchers for all their canceled amount,

    And Inidigo has also refunded the remaining amount to Clear trip as this was canceled due to covid I would expect that Clear trip also refund us back refunded money received from Indigo but when I called customer executive again they refused for full refund amount and only providing the refund of 58 INR instead of ~3000 INR. This is very unethical because it was all well discussed before cancelling the tickets.

    Please look into this on priority.

      Myflight from Dubai-Pune was cancelled (Trip ID [protected]) dated 2nd april 2020 (airline air India express).
      I got a confirmation from Clear trip that the amount has been refunded to my credit card.Its been two months now & I have received no refunds. I am trying to raise a fresh complaint with clear trip but the only available alternative is a phone number mentioned on their website.I am in India it is not easy nor economical for me to make an international call.
      Clear Trip has made no refund & they are aware I am in India & it will be quite inconvenient to me to pursue the matter hence delaying & stalling my refund.
      ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I had booked a flight with Cleartrip EZ cancel policy that guarantees full refund and for this ES cancel I had happily paid extra for the benefits it promised at time of booking.

          On 8th of January I had to cancel and it reflected on the app that the refund status is : under verification that would be done with the airline by 9th of January.

          Up till 16th of January, it is still showing that verification would be done by 9th of January.

          Cleartrip doesn't even have a mail-id where one can reach out regarding cancellations. All it does is pop an automated mail stating there support has moved completely online.
          And going through various online tabs for customer support one only ends up on contact number for customer support which is absurdly busy throughout, even if you give a call at the most odd hours.

          The complaint being first raised on 13th of January, it was escalated and the delay was from the EZit or EZ Cancel department. On 16th January, I had made another call to customer support to fetch an email id I cam write to, but no such customer support email id supports, all you can do while cancelling is take the word of the representative on the call, and neither they would add you to the complaint chain that gives you some proof as to see that your complaint is even registered or not.
          HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

          It's absurd to not have a specific mail adress where customers can adress their queries.

            I recently booked a flight (fully refundable) by cleartrip and later I needed to cancel it due to timing issue so I cancelled it.The company promised to get me a refund in 5-7days but it has been 25 days since and still I haven't received my refund amount, They are ridiculous and there is no customer support for it.

              I made payment a ticket on 11/01/2022 with trip id[protected]
              Cleartrip claims that the UPI transaction did not complete, but my account was debited.

              The booking shows this message

              Your booking was not completed as we've received a failed status from the payment gateway. If your account was charged, it should be refunded to the same within 3-12 working days.

              I checked with my bank(ICICI), they said that the beneficiary account has been successfully credited so there is nothing they can do from their end,

              These are the details I received from ICICI regarding the amount credited to cleartrip.

                Our Andaman trip was scheduled in early December but our flights got cancelled so we had to cancel all our reservations at port Blair, Neil and Havlock island (hotels were booked through clear trip app)
                But even after trying to reach them from about more than a month now, they haven't refunded our money irrespective of sending them multiple emails / reminders/ proofs of flight cancellations, they are telling lies that hotel managers are denying to make refunds, but since I'm in constant touch with hotel management and they've assured me of that fact that no representative from clear trip has contacted them regarding the refund initiation, even hotel management has written mails to cleartrip regarding this but they are just not responding to anything

                From where i can get refund and how shall I make sure that cleartrip refunds my money which is close to 30, 000INR

                        My trip I'd is[protected] booked on apr19. I have been following up since then . Ticket was booked with jet airways and it was cancelled by cleartrip . I received refund for only 602 rs. I have been following up since then. If I don't get a resolve I will go against cleartrip to consumer court now.                         This issue is not resolved and pending for four years almost. I have not been able to reach customer care person . They give customer care number but it gets disconnected the moment I enter my four year old trip id

                              I have been trying to take refund for my Free Cancellation for Booking[protected] from your partnered insurance company i.e. edelweissinsurance.com since November 2, 2021. I have never seen such a pathetic and poor customer service company who are not working for client commitments. I have a full email trail of the entire conversation and the manager from this insurance company i.e. Hadywant Ghoghari is the biggest liar.

                              Is this type of insurance companies that cleartrip has association with. I would advice people not to do any booking from cleartrip as you have tie-ups with fraud insurance companies.

                                I had done the booking a month or more back for Goa and I had also used the EzCancel option while booking my ticket and accordingly paid more for the tickets

                                My flight was scheduled for 08th Jan @ 4.55 A.M.

                                Due to sudden rise of COVID cases in Goa and other parts of the country, the Goa government-imposed Night curfew and also weekend lockdown and this came into effect from 05th Jan 2022

                                on 4th early morning I have done the cancellation of my tickets and when I had checked into the site for cancellation it confirmed that I am eligible for 100% refund and accordingly I have gone ahead and cancelled my ticket

                                I am surprized to see that my refund amount processed is of Rs. 262 only while I am eligible to get the complete refund of 10K. I called up your call center and the call center executive was nothing more than a ROBOT who kept on informing that I have delayed the cancellation as I cancelled my ticket 68 hours before and not 72 hours and I would not be eligible to get the refund .

                                My plead to the team is

                                For situation which is such catastrophic in nature and if the government request the citizens to be at home a day before any scheduled departure, should the citizen of the country not abide by it
                                Under such situation it's also expected that organizations take a fair call also in favour of the customer
                                My question is also on your systems, why did it Indicate that I am eligible for 100% refund, if I was to only get Rs. 226 .

                                  Hello I canceled my trip ID[protected] on both Clear trip website and United airlines website on or about Jan 02, 2022 for my international trip starting April 21st, 2022. United Airlines PNR : I4LZVK

                                  I got a prompt confirmation from cleartrip that the refund is being processed. When I see my cleartrip account I see

                                  Cancellation Confirmed On 23:50 hrs, 02 Jan 2022
                                  Refund Verified Expected by 23:50hrs, 03 Jan 2022
                                  Refund Generated at 21:13 hrs, 04 Jan 2022.

                                  I have these questions:

                                  1. I don't know if I would get a refund in my original form of payment (net banking) credit to my savings account and if so what is the amount of credit and when is it expected.

                                  2. If instead I would get a shell credit / credit to clear trip wallet - What amount and when can I see that credit so that I can use it to book another trip of mine - On cleartrip website or United.com website

                                    It is observed that with reference to Trip ID.[protected] flight ticket purchased an amount of Rs, 8839/ which was eaten by Cleartrip.

                                    They do not have an office address mentioned in there website. You cannot contact them.

                                      Before a month on 1st Dec I made a booking to n fro from cleartrip, Indigo flights. Due to some reasons I had to cancel the bookings. Now they haven't refunded money as per their status and refund policy given in the site.

                                      Also they are not picking up calls. While booking they instantly pickup but for complaints they have all lines busy... very furious on their support services. Can't go with other bookings ever if they are going to do such things.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        With regards to my return journey from Mumbai to Dubai, attached is my ticket which clearly states my Check-in luggage as 30kgs. However, Emirates Airlines allowed me only 25kgs of Check-in luggage.

                                        Due to this goof-up I had to courier my balance luggage paying Rs. 2360/-. Attached is the courier receipt for your reference.

                                        On complaining with the Emirates Airline, they have asked me to contact the booking agent to address my grieviances.
