I booked the tickets(TRIP ID NO[protected] AND[protected] on 10th august 2021 and cancelled them on 25th august 2021 .I was also paid EZcancellation charges on the tickets. But I have not received the refund till date in spite of contact your customer care executive again and again. It shows that your services are very poor and your customer executives are also irresponsible for their duties.This is totally harassment with the customers. Therefore you requested to refund the total amount of my tickets.

    Hello, my trip id is[protected]
    I booked a ticket with cleartrip on 7th aug and my flight got cancelled and the cleartrip agent said on 11th they have emailed the airlines for refund and will get my refund after 15 days. but now its more than 15 days and i have been calling them and i am really frustrated with the cleartrip staff or its service i have been calling for my refund application still no confirmation nothing, and i have been calling the CUSTOMER service from 25 aug and everytime i call there ### assistance says the same thing that they have emailed them but when i ask them why you haven't tried to contact the airlines they says they can't do it and tell me to wait 48 hr but after waiting for that long they don't even care to call or give any response and i have called the airlines and they said they doesn't have any money regarding that booking cleartrip has the money so when i ask them they are making silly excuses and i have been wasting my time on them for straight 5 days coz cleartrip doesn't even care to call back and one of CUSTOMER assistance name Johsna was saying if you want to wait then wait else don't. so that's how they treat the CUSTOMERs and i feel like they're just scamming the people and make them wait until they let it go. i really regret working with cleartrip and worst assistance in whole world and its a fraudulent and scamming company . coz your assistance are lying everytime i call them and they don't even care to call the airlines to confirm anything they just say we have emailed them on 11 aug and wait.

            I am Shivam Bajpai, book my flight ticket from Cleartrip I'd[protected] and ticket number is[protected]. Etihad Airways cancelled the flight. So I talk to Cleartrip customer care about my refund. They said it is cancelled by Etihad. So that, all the refund amount will transfer to your account. But till now, it is not happen.

              Hi i book my ticket via kvb mobile d lite app on 22nd july chennai to Ahmedabad at date traval date of 2nd august 6th august, its return trip, but my return flight is cancelled, its spicejet, spicejet told to me your amount refund with 15 days, but I didn't contact your customer care service, they ask trip id, i don't have any trip id in my hand, now i want refund how can I get it, my mobile number is [protected]

                  I purchased 6 X2 ways = 12 tickets from CCU to Bagdogra and back to CCU. the Trip ID was[protected].

                  Cost of the 12 ticktes and the extra fee I paid for making it Fully Refundable on Aug 20, 2021.

                  But when I cancelled the full 12 tickets on 24.08.21, a large sum of 28, 416 was deducted from the money I paid as cancellation charges.

                  My question - I paid the extra charge to avoid Cancellation deductibles. But still I lost 28K plus.

                  Please look into it and arrange refund please.

                    I made a booking for 2 rooms at radisson hotel, the money was deducted from my account and after the payment it displayed me the msg the booking couldn't be completed and money will be refunded.
                    I want the refund for the same.

                      Dear Sir.
                      I had a original flight schedule to Delhi PNR number CFKNGY at 6:05 am which was re-scheduled. Based on the above I had made the booking for the next flight in the same day to return on the PNR number SPNQPN. Since the first flight we are not able to take so we have to cancel the other booking also because of the first flight reschedule.
                      You are kindly requested to cancel both our bookings and refund the amount back. I think I was able to do for the first flight from kolkata to Delhi. But not for Delhi to kolkata. Please cancel this one also without any deduction of charges.
                      Looking for your urgent kind response.

                          I canceled my flight on last month 25 th July-2021 and as per air india express agents advice that they refund the money on last month 28th july-2021 to cleartrip, but still i ddint get my refund from cleartrip, so kindly advice me about my refund.

                              I had booked a return Trujet flight from Mumbai to Nanded via Cleartrip. However the return flight was cancelled by the airlines and I was promised a full refund by Trujet by contacting Trujet. It has been more than a month now and I have yet to receive the refund. I have tried contacting Cleartrip customer support multiple times to no avail.

                                Hi,

                                I have been trying to contact your customer care but no reply either on phone or email. Have booked 3 Air india tickets through Clear trip for 30 May 2020. However due to covid, the flights were cancelled. Have been following the customer care for last 6 months but no action is being taken.

                                This is a clear case of a fraud as Air india has said the ticket will be fully refunded as soon as Clear trip raises the request and provide the RA number.

                                    Hi Cleartrip. I made a booking from Bangalore to bidar on 4th August for my family of 5, I was charged the amount of 18718, which was deducted but never got a refund. I am unable to connect to the customer due to unknown reasons. I mean, how long does somebody have to wait for their own money, how do I even contact the customer care? Do u guys have any system working?? Or is it just a con? Kindly update the status at the earliest.

                                        My refund was not processed from the last 3 months. I have called customer care so many times and sent mails.But still my refund was not processed. Every time they are telling process my refund 48 to 72 hrs. I have called customer care more than 100 times and sent mail more than 100 time.
