This is further with ref to my Trip Id[protected]Qatar airways PNR # TRZOSR), passenger name:Lakshmi Atluri ticket booked in cleartrip website from Chicago to Hyderabad dt. 11th Jan 21 throughQatar Airways. Since the commercial ights are not operating even today also, we cancelled the ticketin cleartrip site. Althoguh they took refund the amount for 70 days and nally yesterday they refundedthe amount. When we observed the cancellation charges they mentioned Airline charges theydeducted Rs. 27, 818/- (original air fare itself Rs. 14, 645/- + Taxes and fees Rs. 21, 211/- and totalticket amount paid is Rs. 33, 956/-) .
When we contacted Qatar airways with their senior staff, they told till March, 31st, they are notdeducting any airline charges since the ights are not operating whether it is direct their websites orany other travel agency websites too. They very much conrmed the same and same thing theydisplayed even their website also. But clear trip is caimed Rs. 27, 818/- as it is airline deduction whichis clearly shows that they are misleading the customers and doing fraud. Apart from that they alsodeducted cleartrip charges and convenience fee which is no issue they can authorise to deduct thesame.
Humbly, requesting the forum to scrutise the case give the justice for this issue. We talked to cleartripcustomer support person Mrs. Radhika and case Id is 12397635, dt. 13.3.21.
I demand cleartrip to return my airline deduction charges Rs. 27, 818/-. immediately and request all thefriends to keep away such kind of websites to book the tickets.

I booked a ticket with cleartrip on 7th aug and my flight got cancelled and the cleartrip agent said on 11th they have emailed the airlines for refund and will get my refund after 15 days. but now its more than 15 days and i have been calling them and i am really frustrated with the cleartrip staff or its service i have been calling for my refund application still no confirmation nothing, and i have been calling the CUSTOMER service from 25 aug and everytime i call there ### assistance says the same thing that they have emailed them but when i ask them why you haven't tried to contact the airlines they says they can't do it and tell me to wait 48 hr but after waiting for that long they don't even care to call or give any response and i have called the airlines and they said they doesn't have any money regarding that booking cleartrip has the money so when i ask them they are making silly excuses and i have been wasting my time on them for straight 5 days coz cleartrip doesn't even care to call back and one of CUSTOMER assistance name Johsna was saying if you want to wait then wait else don't. so that's how they treat the CUSTOMERs and i feel like they're just scamming the people and make them wait until they let it go. i really regret working with cleartrip and worst assistance in whole world and its a fraudulent and scamming company . coz your assistance are lying everytime i call them and they don't even care to call the airlines to confirm anything they just say we have emailed them on 11 aug and wait.
