This is further with ref to my Trip Id[protected]Qatar airways PNR # TRZOSR), passenger name:Lakshmi Atluri ticket booked in cleartrip website from Chicago to Hyderabad dt. 11th Jan 21 throughQatar Airways. Since the commercial 􀂧ights are not operating even today also, we cancelled the ticketin cleartrip site. Althoguh they took refund the amount for 70 days and 􀂦nally yesterday they refundedthe amount. When we observed the cancellation charges they mentioned Airline charges theydeducted Rs. 27, 818/- (original air fare itself Rs. 14, 645/- + Taxes and fees Rs. 21, 211/- and totalticket amount paid is Rs. 33, 956/-) .
When we contacted Qatar airways with their senior staff, they told till March, 31st, they are notdeducting any airline charges since the 􀂧ights are not operating whether it is direct their websites orany other travel agency websites too. They very much con􀂦rmed the same and same thing theydisplayed even their website also. But clear trip is caimed Rs. 27, 818/- as it is airline deduction whichis clearly shows that they are misleading the customers and doing fraud. Apart from that they alsodeducted cleartrip charges and convenience fee which is no issue they can authorise to deduct thesame.
Humbly, requesting the forum to scrutise the case give the justice for this issue. We talked to cleartripcustomer support person Mrs. Radhika and case Id is 12397635, dt. 13.3.21.
I demand cleartrip to return my airline deduction charges Rs. 27, 818/-. immediately and request all thefriends to keep away such kind of websites to book the tickets.

    This is a typical case of not receiving refund. I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Toronto for my son. My son was to travel on a student visa. I booked a British Airways flight on Cleartrip. However, 3-4 days prior to the journey date we called BA to check some queries regarding baggage and we found that they would not allow passengers with a student visa to board this flight. Now nowehere on the website was it mentioned that students will not be allowed to travel on this flight. I immediately called Cleartrip and they told me to wait for 2 days and that they would resolve this matter for me. No response received and so after 2 days I called again and the same reply was given to me. They told me not to cancel the ticket but with a fear of no-show, I cancelled the ticket 2 days prior to the journey. All this was told to the CS agent who answered my call. Unfortunately, Cleartrip does not have any grievance email id where we can write our miseries nor the seniors contact us. It is sheer disappointment and one is left absolutely lost and clueless on their misery. Cleartrip agent told me they will refund only if the Airlines do. However, I booked with Cleartrip and not with the Airlines directly. SO LOGICALLY, CLEARTRIP OWES ME THE REFUND AND NOT THE AIRLINE. After a few days, I got an email stating that the Airline is not giving a refund and hence I have a zero refund. This is disgusting! IT is not a small amount which I spent. We parents send our chidlren with dreams and slog ourlseves out for arranging funds for education. And then to lose 40k in such nonsense is a heartbreak causing stress!
    If there is anyone responsible from Cleartrip reading this post, I request you to look into this matter and help me get my money back.

      I have booked a hotel Fraser Suites Dubai in UAE on 8/6/2021. with trip id[protected] my email id: cnu.[protected]@gmail.com. but there is no booking showed in hotel. i have called cleartrip team and i paid AED 215 for new booking after confirming with cleartrip support team. i have send new invoice also. they told they will refund full amount AED 215 for new booking. i am continuously raising query they called 3 time and told with in 48 hours they will refund. but there is no response from them for lat 15 days. i spoke to Mr. Irshad and Mr. Akash for 3-4 times. now after raising query for last 15 days no call or mail response from them. there is no working phone line also for cleartrip.
      i have all the recordings of conversations. this is not good.
      i am going to sue them if there is no response from them in 2 days.

            My name is Ashutosh Garkoti and I had booked a flight from amazon at 1 May 2021 and the flight has been cancelled at 5th may 2021. And on 27/may/2021 amazon travel partner company cleartrip initiated the refund amout to my upi id but i still didn't get the money and, cleartrip or amazon sent this ARN number [[protected]] or reference number ( ref_00D2819oR2._5000K2PYv6H:ref) and told me to fill the charge dispute form but the State bank of india bank doesn't have such policy in my area, so please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. my upi is is [protected]@apl.

                Cleartrip has cancelled my flight saying that full refund amount will be processed which is close to 20k, when i call the customer care, they are saying "sir, we are working on it", its been almost 2 months, no response from them on refund.

                    I have booked my Ticket from Riyadh to Chennai Return journey by clear trip.on November 2019. this pandemic period the flight was cancelled by airline and I have given the refund request to clear trip on 26 January 2021... Still now I didn't get the single paise for my refund... In cleartrip website its shows refunded...
                    Now clear trip is stating already 18 month passed from your booking date, so cannot refund...
                    How it's possible... I have cancelled my ticket on 26 Jan 2021..which is 13 month only passed.. clear trip only delayed my refund...

                    Kindly take immediate action to get my refund

                      I have a booked a hotel on 8th of July 2021 with Trip ID Trip ID:[protected] and I had to cancel this booking next day for some medical purpose, I have tried to call Cleartrip for know the refund amount but there is no customer phone care phone number in working so I have tried to cancel online when I was canceling this it show the refund amount RS 11700.00 so I have cancelled it, letter I received a email mentioned that the refund amount is Rs 0.00 so I have written a emails and tried to call customer care about it but did not get any response of email or phone.

                      please contact to me as soon as possible.

                        Hi,

                        I have booked a ticket from Dubai to Doha one way business class. I am offloaded by flight due to immigration issue. My business class ticket is a refundable by fly dubai if it is no show they deduct 400AED and in my case it is offloaded. In any case i should get refund but i am not paid any refund. Cleartrip mention that airline full amount is deducted as penalty.

                        if i am approaching flydubai they are asking to contact Cleartrip and Cleartrip ask me to contact flydubai. its really insane and i have trouble resolving the issue from last 3 weeks.

                        please kindly do the needful with the correct refund.

                          I made a booking through cleartrip for Gulf Air with Trip Id.[protected] . Later on i cancel the trip and applied for refund. i received one email dated June 1 2021 where they provide me reference I.D ref:_00D2819oR2._5000K2PXLkc:ref
                          for future mailing regarding refund amount and procedure.
                          I am contacting sending emails but all in vain, not received any response for refund amount or procedure.

                              We had booked SpiceJet flight for Mumbai to Delhi sector on 3rd June 2021 (PNR U83WXY). Our tickets were booked via Cleartrip online portal.
                              Due to changes in flight schedule, SpiceJet airlines had provided cancellation and refund option. It has been 1 month now but still now Cleartrip has not refunded the ticket cancellation charges whereas the same has already been processed by SpiceJet.
                              After repeated calls and follow-up with Cleartrip, we are not receiving any honest and straightforward answer from Cleartrip.

                                        The worst experience. Have not got my refund yet. First I got the message that I will get my refund in 3 to 12 working days and now clear trip is saying it will take 45 to 50 working days. They are always saying that it's "airline policy".
