I Booked Hotel through Cleartrip on 5th June. Booking was confirmed and the amount was deducted. They provided me the voucher for booking too where all details were mentioned correctly with Booking ID too which is attached. I called customer care and enquired about date change of my flight which I had booked some time back and then rescheduled my flight for a different date on the cleartrip website and selected an indigo flight instead of the booked vistara one. I had booked a hotel and my card was charged with the amount but I received no confirmation from cleartrip. I am trying to reach customer care but looks like there is no way of communicating without a trip id. I have even emailed to their customer care but no response. My money is completely blocked and I don't know how or when it is going to be resolved....

I made flight bookings on Cleartrip on 24th Feb 22 for going from Kolkata to Jammu on 25th March & then back on 29th March after paying 50030/- . Both flights are via Delhi since there are no direct flights.

But I seem to be facing issue since the time of booking -

Dear sir/mam,
I have been facing the worst experience for the last 20 days with Cleartrip Pvt. Ltd.
My trip ID is[protected] . Last 20 days I called nearly 10 times to you and I am trying to get my refund amount which Cleartrip has already got from the Indigo Airlines as a fare difference. But still I didn't get any refund. Waiting for 20 days to get this refund is too much time.
I want my refund as soon as possible....

I made payment a ticket on 30/01/2022 with trip id[protected]
and Cleartrip claims that the UPI transaction did not complete, but my account was debited. Even as of today i.e. 8th Feb'22, I have not received the refund.

The booking shows this message - Your booking was not completed as we've received a failed status from the payment gateway. If your account was charged, it should be refunded to the same within 3-12...

Spicejet (PNR DDW1RQ ) has refunded amount to clearTrip (BOMCL23479) and after that i sent email to refund back that amount to my account but there is no reponse, also there is no way to reach customer care number to talk.

I booked flight ticket through Cleartrip on 04th Nov. I didn't get PNR assigned for my booking. ETA was given as 3 hours from time of booking. But i am yet to recieve PNR well past the ETA, There is no way to reach out to your customer care as well.

I booked Air India flight tickets for the month of April from Hyderabad to Pantnagar. I have raised many complaints but either they say they are working on it or partial refund will be initiated.According to the DGCA guidelines all the tickets booked during covid are eligible for full refund. We have been following up since 3 months to cleartrip but we havent recieved any response from your side, we had booked tickets from clear trip but we have cancelled it through the Airlines i. E through spicejet, they told us that full refund has been initiated to cleartrip but we haven't received yet, kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

I booked my ticket via cleartrip from malaysian airlines from new delhi to adelaide. There was mistake in 2nd passenger name and on reaching out to malaysian airlines they confirmed that name can be corrected within 48 hours of booking, but cleartrip has to reach out to them.
