Refund request denied.

Dear sir, i booked the ticket on 20 June 2023 from Hyderabad to Riyadh and received the confirmation from cleartirip and my account has been debited same time.
After 30 mins I received email and SMS that payment unsuccessful and money will be refunded within 8 to 10 days.

Today it completed 13 days but no refund yet.

I am attaching the references.

I am a poor guy, please help me to get refund...

Hi,
The flight for Mumbai to Kochi and back were cancelled, the PNR number was TBFFPG and X9Q94J, This was cancelled purely due to airlines inability to service .
we have received mails from Go Air that they have refunded the amount to clear trip but on calling the call center of Clear trip we have been informed they have not received the amount .

As a customer i dont have any visibility on their internal process, nor having any visibility to the actions taken on ground, its been more than 25 days i have cancelled my trip and yet to get refund .

request your help and support to get the refund
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They have said the same thing to many customers including myself but I know that the refund has been processed by GoFirst because the other people I was travelling with received the refund with 1 week, I am still waiting 3 months later and with every call, Cleartrip changes the reason for keeping my funds.

    We booked a Yatra Bus trip from kasol to Chandigarh. As we were unable to contact bus driver/conductor on provided contact number, we called clear trip. After taking their time, they cancelled our ticket and said there is bus cancellation. We struggled a lot to find a new bus as we had a working day ahead. Unfortunately, all buses were packed but guess what there was a Yatra Trip Bus but Cleartrip cancelled our ticket may be coz they couldn’t get in touch with them. Horrible experience.

      I booked a Ticket from Cleartrip. Travel date 12th May 2023 Airline Go Air, The flight was canceled by the airline, and the Airline has refunded the full amount to the clear trip but they are denying providing the refund. The Airline has provided the Confirmation that the amount has been refunded to the Clear trip on the 5th of may02023 still this people are denying providing the refund.

        My Trip ID is[protected]. I had done the booking through Go Air under CT Flex program. I had rescheduled my flight from Go Air to Indigo. My refund for cancelation of Go Air is still not been given. Multiple calls made to call centre and all false promises.

            My Trip ID is[protected]. I had done the original booking through Go Air under CT Flex program offered by them. CT Flex gives flexibility to reschedule the flight for one time. I had rescheduled my flight from Go Air to Indigo.

            My refund for cancelation of Go Air is still not been given by Cleartrip.

            Their Customer Service is pathetic or atrocious. Multiple calls made to their call centre. They don't understand their customer problem neither has any proper answer. Also the responses from their CS is like a black box. They keep making false promises.

            Refund still not done or even initiated after 7 days of raising the request.

            Don't buy tickets from them. They are fraudsters.

              Because of cleartrip I had to book a non AC room with my final 1000 rupees. I have fever and am not well. I am a foreigner and always think the best of Indian people and this country but all I find is unethical people stealing from me every single day. If this complaint is not resolved I am filing a complaint with the court. Cleartrip please note: soon you will pay for everyone you have stolen from. I will file a complaint with the court and everyone who you have scammed will join me. ✊

                Ih've booked a hotel at @cleartrip on April 16. Today I arrived at the hotel on time, but the guys at the hotel reception say we have no online reservation.Then I contact Cleartrip customer care. But not connected around waited 2 hours. And my total plan is collapsed @ayyappsraj

                  I booked a room through Cleartrip. Hotel does not exist. I would like a refund for booking. Booking is still open (I have not cancelled it). I also would like to be reimbursed 380 rupees for Uber cost travelling to and from the fake hotel. I wasted 4-5 hours asking Cleartrip for help and complaint still not resolved. Thanks

                  I am adding to my previous complaint. Cleartrip scammed me and so I had to book a non AC room with my final 1000 rupees. I am not well and attending local hospital as I have fever and taking medication. I would like compensation from Cleartrip for ### with me. If this complaint is not resolved here I am filing a complaint with the court. I have had inCREDibly bad experiences in India. I try to be kind and give my spare money to those in need, but all I find is Indian companies and people scamming me every day. Cleartrip please note: I am taking you to court, and all the people who you have scammed will join me. You will pay.

                    Hello,
                    I have been misguided by cleartrip staff when I had enquired about transit visa information before booking my flight from Hyderabad to Toronto via London and Chicago. The stopover/layover time was not more than 2 hours at both cities(London & Chicago). I called the cleartrip toll-free number to talk to staff and confirm this visa related inquiry. The staff said the transit visa is NOT required for any country if the layover is LESS than 5 hours. After this confirmation from the cleartrip staff i continued my booking for this return journey where I spent almost Rs.1, 25, 000/-. Today I was at the Hyderabad airport to checkin for my flight. To my utter SHOCK the British Airways staff did not let me check in the flight citing the reason that I need to have US visa as I am transiting through Chicago. I called the cleartrip toll free number again from the airport to enquire about the same and this time the staff said transit visa is needed. I was shocked to this development. Since I did not have any visa for US i was not allowed check-in. Hence I was told by cleartrip to cancel booking and no refund will be given. I asked for rescheduling to which cleartrip staff said it's not possible on this sector. I requested to give me another flight from London to Toronto to which he said we cannot do that also. He suggested take new flight. I asked for refund for misguiding in the first place before booking in February. He said this cannot be done. I suggested give me one way ticket atleast and let the return stay the same...to which he said that also is not possible. I had now no choice to opt for cancellation as suggest by cleartrip staff for some refund if possible will come. So I went ahead with that and have made a fresh booking on your cleartrip for Toronto from Hyderabad via abu dhabi on Etihad Airways. I have made new booking and booked this Ticket for Rs.2, 17, 000/-. I need a refund of my ticket spent today after rescheduling. Waiting for your reply else I will escalate this issue with consumer forum and put on social media also.

                      Hello Team,

                      I booked a spice jet flight at 18:30PM on 10th May 2023 from cleartrip.
                      Trip ID:[protected], PNR: VE3ZYJ.
                      Received Ticket from Cleartrip at 6:30Pm while SpiceJet sent me mail with flight departure at 11PM.
                      Now spicejet saying contact to cleartrip for this mismatch as from our side flight was 11PM only.
                      Taking to clear trip (vaibhav) he told pay additional charge to reschedule your flight from 11PM to any other time.

                      Now for me I paid extra amount of 1000 to book evening flight.
                      and received 11PM ticket.
                      Both the Spicejet and cleartrip is not helping me to solve this issue.
                      Can you please look into and help me here.

                      But i only received 3484 and 7000 deducted as cancellation charges.
                      Please refund my remaining 7000 rupees also.

                          Because of medical emergency, I had rescheduled my flight from 12th May to 23rd April 2023. They rescheduled it to 14th May 2023 and now I am not getting any refund back from them.

                              I booked a ticket today for 16 June 2023 from New York to Delhi. I am traveling to usa on 18 May 2023 and the tickets are already done. On 16 June 2023 I will returning.

                              However when received my ticket I was stunned and shocked to see that it was a ticket for 24 April 2023. I called clear trip and they said nothing can be done about it. If I canceled I would only get a refund of 8000 rupees. If I rescheduled on 16th June 2023 I would have to pay more than 1 lac rupees.

                              I went to the air India office. They informed that they can do nothing about refunding the money. They also informed that travel.agents do this kind of sneaky thing where they automatically select a date with the lowest fare and not the date the customer booked. That is how they cheat gullible customers. I am 53 years old with health and eye issues.

                                I booked my flight ticket from Cleartrip.I called customer care to cancel my flight and for refund. They asked for tripid which was not generated at the first place. I gave them all the details including my transaction ID, payment UTR no. But they are simply denying, not to cross check the payment. There is no systematic mechanism. They didn't even escalate my issue. Just wasted my two days over calls with them. I couldn't even cancel or reschedule my flight. They seem to be fraud as they are not even helping me even after having the payment transaction details

                                  CASE: Booked room for 2 days. When I reached at hotel on 9th hotel staff was not ready to show the rooms. They pressurized me to do check in first. I dod check in and then when i saw the room it contain cockroaches, smell of cigarette. I can't live there for 2 days. I clicked the pictures and sent them to CLEARTRIP. They told me they cannot help it and even they sent me email stating that no refund or help. At that time I left that hotel and had to take other hotel which cost me 20k. The problem is on website it was showing clean and sophisticated pictures and by that they are fooling people. Please help me. I ll share the pictures and mail conversation with them

                                    After full payment and confirmation mail and reciept of tickets from cleartrip, i was denied entry by airlines saying that they have no booking in my name.
                                    As my entire trip was planned, all booking done. Cleartrip is not paying my money back.

                                      My flight was canceled by the airline and they are giving full refund for the same. However, cleartrip is still charging half of the booking amount as airline cancellation fee, which is totally unfair and unlawful. I tried to call them and they said that I would get a call back from their side within two hours, it's been more than 12 hours now, I haven't received a call. How can they charge in the name of the airline if the airline processed a full refund.
