I had to cancel a BA ticket last year in Jan with covid case rise and local govt regulations for health care workers (spouseworks in healthcare) and 4 year old child travelling with me.
Now when I try to rebook price is 1 lakh more for penalty charge it seems.
Why is penalty fees for an existing customer to rebook a ticke due to covid which is not in my control .
When I call there is never a supervisor in the team and...

Refer Complaint No 16373639 dated 16 Feb 2023 registered on ClearTrip customer helpline ([protected]) about flight ticket booking amount debited twice (Rs 23348/-) on 30 Jan 2023.

On 30 Jan, I made a flight booking on ClearTrip website (Trip ID [protected]).

By some error, the amount (Rs 23348/-) has got debited twice from my ICICI credit card account. Hence, the amount (Rs 23348/-) has been paid TWICE to ClearTrip.br...

Beware! Cleartrip's system glitch costed me 10K and my daughter's much-anticipated holiday.
I had booked Ahmedabad-Chennai return tickets for my daughter through cleartrip app on 13th February 2023. The app has a feature, wherein you can select from the saved passenger list. I opted for my daughter's name from the list and booked the ticket paying about INR10K.
To my dismay, the tickets were issued in my name and not my daughter's!...

Booked My flight ticket but it is showing Awaiting PNR for a long time now...

Its mistake from your side that you have not fwd my Surname to Airline. Airport authority didn't allow me the boarding pass. I called your customer care 4 times but they didn't helped me.
At last i have buy new tickets onwards n return both it cost me 26, 312 i have paid that amount by my credit card.

It took almost 3 hrs of harassment.

Kindly refund my money in full

Hi Team,

this is to inform i have booked two rooms in hotel Radha Nikunj (Partner Trip ID[protected] at Prem Mandir for my family.

However one of the room was far away (End of the corridor)..so i informed hotel reception that either change the room or cancel the room as that is of no use for us. Their behavior were very rude..

As advised by hotel staff i called cleartrip customer care and...

Subject trip ID is for myself but regretfully informing you I have got only 15 kg luggage whereas all other Agencies like makemytrip almosafer booking.com etc giving 30 kg in cheaper...

Booked the flight ticket from Jeddah to Kochi on cleartrip on Jan 18 and received the confirmation after the payment but still haven't received the PNR from them.
No response when trying to check with them and the booking status shows always waiting for PNR.
Please help to resolve it.

I booked flight tickets from Bhopal to Rajkot for 27th February 2023 due to my son's medical conditions I had to cancel the tickets I did it much in advance i.e on 15th January still out of Rs 13595t they refunded only Rs 2420. I even asked for rescheduling but they straight away turned down my request. I am very disappointed with clear trip and will never book anything with this website nor will recommend to any of my knowns...

I've tried to book air ticket through Clear trip. After completing the payment procedure the don't book the ticket they are still showing onr status is awaiting, it's been kore than 18 hours, they are not even responding ....

I booked a flight (Air India) from New Delhi to Bangalore with CT Flex for 6th Jan and then rescheduled it to 20th Jan.

I have been to and fro with customer care for 2 days on multiple calls. On one call after talking to multiple departments, they told me that my amendment fee will soon be refunded (amount: 3450) as per CT flex plans but the next day I again received calls telling me Amendment charges will not be refunded...

My date of Travel was on 30th Nov from Del to Bali due to misguided information provided on Visa guidelines I had to cancel my ticket which was also not conveyed at the time of booking.
Secondly after cancellation Vietjet airlines full amount Credit Shell to be utilized in the next booking (visited Vietjet office 5 times) to get the confirmation on the same . Airlines has already provided Credit Shell . Its now 45 days I must have...

It is such a bad experience with the cleartrip to cancel one booking id[protected]. I raised a request to cancel this booking on 23rd December as i was not able to cancel through app because of some error. It was told me to it would take 24-48 hours however i didn't get any update from them. Even customer executive kept my call on hold for 15mins and didn't respond.

Hi this is Atul Sachdev. We have made the booking for a hotel THC Bagpackers, Jodhpur dated 28th Dec, 2022 to 30th Dec 2022. When we reached there hotel denied checking stating the hotel is completely booked and they did not received any bookings from Clear trip. We had booked 2 rooms and we were 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant with us. We called up clear trip at 5pm and they confirmed that they will make an alternative bookings within 30 minutes....

I have booked flight ticket yesterday evening from Bangalore to Jaipur and payment was completed but still PNR has not generated....
