fraud after payment

Before i booked many tickets successfully.
But yesterday on[protected] i booked one ticket through clear trip from bhubaneswar to mumbai for[protected] on indigo flight. The process was correct till the payment option. Flight ticket booked with wrong details

I have booked 2 tickets Bangalore to London separately for my parents (Trip ID : [protected], [protected]). On my cleartrip dashboard it shows both the tickets as confirmed for both the passengers, but when I checked with the airliner (Emirates), they told that both the tickets were booked under same name and hence one ticket is automatically cancelled.

Payment not successful message but ticket was booked

After the payment page (entering OTP etc) when I was redirected to the cleartrip website it said that the payment was unsuccessful. flight refund

Online payment failed but amount was charged anyway!

On[protected] I attempted to make an online payment for a flight booking at www.cleartrip.com of Rs. 52,502 (Trip ID [protected]). However the internet connection was interrupted and the transaction status was showing as failed.

Hi,

I had booked ticket from bengaluru to kuala lumpur for 14th may via cleartrip in srilankan airlines - Trip[protected], PNR - SVYXGT.
when i tried amending /rescheduling the ticket there was payment failure due to which now ticket status in cleartrip showing as Booking failed for same trip id[protected] with new rescheduled dates .
And i am not able to see my initial booking details, so i reached out to Cleartrip customer care they said booking is in prepayment initialized so we cannot do anything, once status changes then only we can amend and it will take 3 to 3 hours to change the status .

I waited for 12 hours still it is in booking failed state and i am unabel to cancel /reschedule or even travel as it is not showing my original ticket .

Looks like its system glitch and bug in system due to which i am facing so many issues in travelling or cancelling or rescheduling tickets.If 3 hours was enough to change the status i could have rescheduled from my end as it wont fall under 24 hours window .Now already 12 hours passed, refund requested within 24 hours of travel they wont provide, but it is fault from there end

Request you to help process me to cancel ticket and refund full amount

    Ticket booked on No cost EMI through SBI Card
    On the 5th of March 2025 I have booked an international ticket from Bglr - LHR for traveling on 9th May 25 through my SBI card utilizing the offer of SBI card on that day and chose no cost EMI for the amount of 67319.29.
    On receiving my credit card statement the SBI Card bank has charged me interest on EMI of 1542.75 & IGST 18% 277.70 My instalment amount without interest should have been 22440.00 but the bank is making me liable to pay 23955.00 there is a difference if 1515.00
    my request is to refund the amount of 1515.00

      Hi Team,
      Recently I've booked a ticket from BLR to AUH by using Cleartrip. I opted Etihad airways. while booking I chose with check in baggage filter. But when I chose the flight in it mentioned "Failed to Load" for both cabin & check in baggage allowance instead of 0 kg. Being aware that I chose economy with filtering out with check in baggage, I proceeded with my booking since my connecting flight is matching with its timing. Now still I can't see my check in baggage allowance.
      I reached their customer support, now they're saying, "FOR GOODNESS THEY'RE GIVING AT LEAST CABBIN BAGGAGE OF 7KG". It's a complete breach of service agreement. They're behaving rude when I asked them. I tried multiple times. If they don't provide the service as they promised I have to pay thousands of rupees additionally. Later I checked their X handle also, I found many people like me. No one is responding to me no matter how many times I'm trying to reach them. That's why I'm trying to escalate this to officials. I hope you're going to resolve this issue.

      Hope you are going to consider my request as my travel date is approaching, I can provide additional information if you require. I've to pay additional around 15000 rupees for baggage allowance due to cleartrip's cheating. They're not responding no matter how many requests I make.

          To Whom It May Concern,

          I am filing this complaint against Cleartrip regarding an issue with my flight booking and your refusal to honor the airline's availability for a date change.

          On [Date], I attempted to change the date of my flight through Cleartrip. However, I was informed that the desired flight dates were sold out. When I checked directly with the airline, I found that the flight was available for the new date. I have attached a screenshot of the airline’s website confirming this availability. Despite presenting this evidence to Cleartrip, my request was ignored, and no effort was made to investigate the matter.

          This has caused me significant inconvenience and has disrupted my travel plans. Cleartrip’s failure to align with the airline’s actual availability and refusal to take proper action is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect Cleartrip to provide accurate information and promptly resolve such discrepancies.

          I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused, and I request that this matter be resolved immediately by allowing me to change the flight date as per the availability on the airline's website.

          If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action through consumer protection authorities and escalate this complaint.

          I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency it requires.

                I cancelled my trip 4 days in advance.

                As per #indigo policy, airline cancellation charges for 2 passengers should b Rs. 6000, whereas the invoice shared by #cleartrip shows cancellation charges as Rs. Rs. 10651.

                Please help me get my full refund.

                  Hello Consumer complaints forum,

                  I recently booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Frankfurt from ClearTrip.com[protected] at a price higher then the Emirates website obviously thinking of better customer support. Unfortunately since the VISA was approved for a day lesser than my booking date. I realized it after booking the ticket so I called in Customer Service within 24 hours to shift the date a day earlier but the customer service officer stated asking for a hefty rescheduling charges of about 20% of the ticket price and instead of rescheduling the return ticket forced to reschedule both inward and outward journey ticket. When I contacted Emirates for the rescheduling they were ready to offer for free and could have offer flexibility to make changes only in the return journey as I informed them within 24 hours but unfortunately since I booked via ClearTrip.com they couldn't help me any further.
                  ClearTrip.com claims that the charges are levied by Airline but its not true as Emirates gave it to me on email that why can't ClearTrip.com alter one side journey.
                  I felt is totally cheated & misinformed and regret booking ticket with ClearTrip.com.

                  I cannot afford to pay 20% charges for rescheduling and about 40% charges for cancellation of ticket as its simply unrealistic charges far more then what the Emirates is charging.

                  I need help in rescheduling my inward flight from Frankfurt.

                        Hi sir/mam i was invited by an agent to click the places of the picture of the hotels nd get paid for it. they said they are leading agency for cleartrip. first time they paid me. but the time goes while booking there appears the so called standard package which allows to got more commissions but the problem is they asked me to pay high amount. i did for first time around 80 thousand and i paid to continue. then just after two bookings appears another one more commission nd they asked to pay 148k. i told them i cant and request them to refund money but they didt nd aske me by all means i have paid otherwise i will get nothing.
                        This seems very doubtful. is this really a cleartrip robbing the people? or someone cheating the people in the name of cleartrip.

                          My ticket from bangalore to kolkata was in 26th jan, spicejet though delayed it for 1hr, so I wanted to reschedule it, but later change of plan I cancelled it before 3hrs of boarding, as far as norms I was promised to get at least 25% of the money which I had given during booking the booking was 6398 rupees, and as I had cancelled before 3 hrs I will be getting 2100 rupees, but I got 0 rupees, upon calling to spicejet customer care they said cleartrip never raised a ticket for cancellation, hence I was absent to board the flight.
