I booked flight tickets from Bhopal to Rajkot for 27th February 2023 due to my son's medical conditions I had to cancel the tickets I did it much in advance i.e on 15th January still out of Rs 13595t they refunded only Rs 2420. I even asked for rescheduling but they straight away turned down my request. I am very disappointed with clear trip and will never book anything with this website nor will recommend to any of my knowns

    Payment completed but ticket is not booked

    I've tried to book air ticket through Clear trip. After completing the payment procedure the don't book the ticket they are still showing onr status is awaiting, it's been kore than 18 hours, they are not even responding ....

    I booked a flight (Air India) from New Delhi to Bangalore with CT Flex for 6th Jan and then rescheduled it to 20th Jan.

    I have been to and fro with customer care for 2 days on multiple calls. On one call after talking to multiple departments, they told me that my amendment fee will soon be refunded (amount: 3450) as per CT flex plans but the next day I again received calls telling me Amendment charges will not be refunded and they keep redirecting me to departments. Till now I have almost wasted 2+ hours with customer care.

    On the website, it is mentioned that amendment charges will be refunded post rescheduling for CTFlex users and I got the same alert while I was in the process of rescheduling.

    Customer care disconnected the call when I asked them to mail me their response in writing and escalate it to higher management. I have been a regular customer of cleartrip and have bought CTFlex multiple times but this kind of behavior is highly unacceptable and above all rather than making the process smoother it has just wasted my time.

      My date of Travel was on 30th Nov from Del to Bali due to misguided information provided on Visa guidelines I had to cancel my ticket which was also not conveyed at the time of booking.
      Secondly after cancellation Vietjet airlines full amount Credit Shell to be utilized in the next booking (visited Vietjet office 5 times) to get the confirmation on the same . Airlines has already provided Credit Shell . Its now 45 days I must have made 50 calla. I am receiving call from Cleartrip every single day and everyday a representative shares half information or misguide me saying that Cleartrip cant help its the Airline . I am mentally harassed and there is no Uniformity in the information propvided . None is replying to my mails . I am assured everyday from the past 45 days they shall get back to me. Incompetent staff and misguided information . I have wasted 40 hours on call with them begging for help and booking new ticket but all goes in vain . Please help

        Incorrect refund processed

        It is such a bad experience with the cleartrip to cancel one booking id[protected]. I raised a request to cancel this booking on 23rd December as i was not able to cancel through app because of some error. It was told me to it would take 24-48 hours however i didn't get any update from them. Even customer executive kept my call on hold for 15mins and didn't respond.

        Hi this is Atul Sachdev. We have made the booking for a hotel THC Bagpackers, Jodhpur dated 28th Dec, 2022 to 30th Dec 2022. When we reached there hotel denied checking stating the hotel is completely booked and they did not received any bookings from Clear trip. We had booked 2 rooms and we were 4 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant with us. We called up clear trip at 5pm and they confirmed that they will make an alternative bookings within 30 minutes....

        I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Srinagar from cleartrip on Dec 26/2022
        to fly on Jan 29/2023. My money (Rs: 19373) was deductedand the ticket is not booked, no notification or error message from cleartrip, and there is no way to reach them as well. Trip ID:[protected]

          I had made a reservation on 20Dec on Cleartrip mobile application for Dubai-NewYork. I was duly charged the fare and a confirmation email was sent to me.

          However a few hours later I received an email that my booking has been cancelled due to technical issue with the airline and that a refund is being processed. Upon being asked the reason for this, I was not given any explanation. Subsequently I received another email confirming that my booking has been cancelled upon my request (I have never made any request) and that refund is being processed.

          I would want Cleartrip to honor the flight booking and am not interested in the refund as this cancellation is arbitrary in nature.

            I had made a reservation on 20Dec on Cleartrip mobile app on Air India Dubai=Melbourne flight via New Delhi for flight on 14July2023. I paid the fare and received an email confirmation of the booking.

            However after a few hours i received an email that the booking cannot be confirmed due to technical issue with Airline. When i responded back asking for the reason, I was told to contact Customer Support Centre. Subsequently i received another email which stated that the booking has been cancelled based on my request (whilst I had not made any such request) and that a refund is being processed for the amount paid.

            This is unacceptable to me, I would like Cleartrip to honor the booking made by me.

              Trip#[protected], refund amount: Rs. 25115 and Trip#[protected], refund amount: Rs. 16374 both not refunded by cleartrip. the money has been refunded back by the airline and cleartrip is holding the money and expecting me to pay more deduction charged in addition to the charges i already paid. I talked to their customer service agent and he was not able to assist rather just simply said that these charges i have to pay otherwise i won't get the money back that the airline gave them back in October 2022. it is over 2 months and they are not giving the money back as reported above by the airline. Fraudulent company!

                  I booked a resort in vagamon through ClearTrip site. And I got the confirmed voucher from Cleartrip. But when I contacted the hotel, they told that they didn't get any bookings from Cleartrip site. Then I connected with the Cleartrip customer care and they told that there is some rate issue and they told me to cancel the booking. Then I told them to send me proper reason in an email and initiate the refund from your side as I dint want to cancel the stay. Then they told they will take 24 hours to resolve the issue. So I am waiting for them to call me.

                    I have booked a ticket for flight from Nagpur to Pune on 10 Dec 2022 for 18th Dec 2022. Payment is successfully but status is Awaiting.
                    It said that ‘Awaiting PNR Estimated time Sun 11 dec 2022, 05:06’
                    Till now there is no confirmation for my ticket. I did not receive any PNR for the ticket. Please help.

                      I had booked flight tickets from jabalpur to pune via indore for the date 13th, Dec 2022 through Cleartrip on 09/12/2022. My booking was confirmed on cleartrip's website and it said "Please wait a few hours to download the e-ticket, awaiting PNR confirmation." I have still not received any ticket confirmation from the airline

                          We applied for a normal refund, but due to compony profit they raised full refund request without informing us we applied for normal refund because o[censored]rgent requirement as i am felt in hospital need money in emergency dont have money if dided clear trip responsible

                          Now its 10 day for the refund and i have called airlines they said sir please don't worry this follow-up work is your agency work i have said yes no agent follow up with airlines for refund only raised refund application i think we book ticket from cleartrip and we have to take care of refund self-travel agency not insisted before day they inform on 80 cancel charge by airlines on mail provide 130 charge is written on mail airlines also said we take 80 usd for cancellation. i don't know what's going on India the owner should take care of agency because if i am facing this all customer also facing this. help me please to make a legal complaint

                            It was informed to be by cleartrip that my flight was cancelled 2 days before the travel (yesterday - 4th Dec 2022) and they have initiated the refund.
                            I have booked a new flight that cost 2x via Makemytrip for my travel to Hanoi from Bangalore.

                            Today, 5th Dec 2022, the same flight that was cancelled is still reflecting as available on their website.

                              My ticket from Bangalore to Hanoi was booked via ClearTrip on 7th Oct 2022 - Trip ID - [protected]VietJet). On the same day my return tickets from Hanoi to Bangalore were also booked - Trip ID:[protected]+1 impacted friend Trip ID :[protected].
                              On 11th October, we received two separate emails from cleartrip team, that stated that Trip ID:[protected]+1 impacted friend Trip ID :[protected], is cancelled by the airlines. Unfortunately, we noticed this email only by 8th of Nov as these emails landed in our spam inbox. On 8th Nov 2022, we initiated our support call with clear trip seeking for alternative flight options. We spend more than 8-10 hours over multiple calls, with different executives seeking for one of the below option:Alternative flight arrangementRefund plus compensation/support on the variance amount of new reservation.Cancellation of my ongoing flight to Hanoi (Trip ID[protected] and complete refund of Trip ID[protected], [protected] and [protected]The cleartrip everyday seeks for additional 24 hours, which added to a total of over 14 days. Understanding how we were losing time and being pushed around by the support team, we made an alternative return flight arrangement from Hanoi to Bangalore (Ha Noi Ho Chi Minh Kolkata Bangalore), which was the cheapest available option. Prior to making this cancellation, we can clearly requested the clear trip team multiple times, with multiple folks to confirm on the cancellation option for my ongoing flight to Hanoi (Trip ID[protected]
                              There was no clear response from the team over email or call. Today, 4th Dec, 2 day before my international trip to Hanoi (Trip ID[protected], when I called the cleartrip team to confirm my flight status, they mentioned that this flight has been cancelled. However, I did not get any communication from the Cleartrip team in advance. When asked for the reasoning, they mentioned that Vietjet Airlines has discontinued operations in Bangalore airport till 31st of December 2022. This communication was shared by Vietjet Airlines with Cleartrip over a month back (this date was not disclosed to us). As I understood over the call, this appears to be the same reason for the other two returning flight cancellation as well. However, they had missed communicating the cancellation of Trip ID[protected].
                              Despite talking to at least 15+ (I trust) different executives over many weeks and explaining all details and requests for cancellation prior, the cleartrip teams executives and escalation leads were extremely careless and inconsiderate in even checking carefully and informing us on the cancellation information on my ongoing flight.
                              Finally, I am now forced to make new reservations at the last minute, at a cost close to 2.5 times of the original ticket fare to travel to Hanoi and further I have already also spent large amount to make my return trip arrangements. We had even clearly communicated with the Cleartrip team earlier that if the cancellation is available for my ongoing flight, we want to cancel the entire travel plans to avoid any chaos and additional unreasonable expense. There was absolutely no support to even help me make alternative ongoing flight arrangements despite it being their mistake.
