    My booking id was[protected] travelling from Singapore to Mumbai. The total amount was 18489. Due to medical emergency of mother in law as she had deducted cancer we had to cancel the flight. The refund amount from airline was 8500/-.
    However the refund was released by airline company to cleartrip. However the cleartrip agent deducted 100% charges and didn’t refund any amount.

    This injustice need to be stopped and innocent travellers need not be charged such a high amount

    I request consumer forum to take a decision on this injustice and let satya meva jayate be prevail.

      I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Chicago for 22nd Jan 2022 on the cleartrip app. On the payment page, got a message that payment unsuccessful but the payment got deducted and the ticket was not booked. They also mentioned that it will be refunded in next 3-12 days. We tried reaching out to the customer care at +91-[protected] but no one responds to the call. Sent them email but no reply on the emails as well. Its been 5 months we have not received the refund yet and also no call from cleartrip. Can you please help in this regard. I have attached screenshots with the trip Id and details

        Booked ticket for my family from IXE to DWC but flight arrived at DXB, no information to me and I took taxi to DWC airport and finally came to know that flight has been arrived at DXB. It is very long way to come back to DXB so situations forced me to book second taxi for my family so I spend 200 dhs for this because of your mistake. So I am looking for compensation otherwise I will put very bad remarks on you site. Please call me on [protected] in UAE. Ticket id is[protected]. Awaiting for your response.

          We have booked a flight ticket to and fro from Mumbai to Sindhudurg through clear trip. On 5th May 22 when we reached airport, the Air India manager said flight was cancelled by Air India, due to repair work on the runway.
          We have ask for refund of our money Air India manager told to get refund from cleartrip we have claimed refund through cleartrip app clearly mentioning cancellation of flight. After 2 days we have received a message from clear trip that the refund is zero we have called customer care of cleartrip she told to give a proof that a flight is cancelled.
          The flight is cancelled by Air India not by us the manager told reschedule is not possible on the same day. It is the duty of airlines and cleartrip to inform us regarding cancellation of flight. We have not received any mail from airlines as well as cleartrip prior day regarding cancellations.

            I made a booking through cleartrip on 24th April but unfortunately ticket was not booked but money deducted at the same time (670.91 Aed),

            later i complaint to cleartrip then they said it will we reverted back in 72 hours and now its been 20 days and no reversal.

            They called me and asked bank statement that i send them through e-mail and now they are refusing and asking me to check with bank. i called bank as well then bank is saying "it should be reverted by cleartrip" only.

            please i need help to get my money back (attached proof for ease)

            Hi Sir,

            I am still following up with Cleartrip for my reversal, they are now asking some confidential information from the bank through me and my bank refused to provide because of some bank protocol
            (such as "Gateway name and Merchant transaction reference"). I am helpless to help myself for getting my money back.

            I request you to please suggest me any middle way to succeed in this.

              Rescheduling and refund

              I called customer care and enquired about date change of my flight which I had booked some time back and then rescheduled my flight for a different date on the cleartrip website and selected an indigo flight instead of the booked vistara one.               It’s been more than 3 year, I didn’t get my refund of airfair during Covid pandamic, Air India has refund the amount to cleartrip.Until now I didn’t received yet.I never recommend clear trip as they are not responding since 3year

                I tried booking a flight from Kolkata to Bagdogra on 05.05.2022 for the next day i.e. 06.05.2022. Unfortunately the payment had failed, but while checking my bank statement, the amount of Rs. 18009/- has been debited from my account.

                  Due to a medical emergency I had to cancel the air tickets for a couple of my co passengers (family members) on 30th March 2022 at 9.40pm for the scheduled travel starting on 31st Mar 2022 at 9.30am.
                  As per the cancellation rules, the cancellation charges are mentioned as Rs.3500 per ticket if the cancellation happens 2 hours before the flight time, i.e. 7.30am on 31st Mar 2022. In my case, I raised cancellation request at 9.40pm and got confirmation of cancellation immediately by mail from you. I am not sure how the airline cancellation charges comes to Rs.21734.00.

                  For your information, I had to cancel another couple of people from the passenger list in the afternoon of 30th Mar 2022 and got a refund of Rs.15620.00 where the next cancellation has got only 7886.00.

                  7886 x 2 = 15772. When you cancel 2 passengers and gets refund of Rs:15620 shouldn't one passenger refund be Rs:7810? May be you mean to say when you canceled two passengers you got 15620/passenger. Is that right?

                  Total 9 people booked. First cancellation 2 persons got refund 15620.00. 2nd cancellation another 2 persons, but got only 7886.00 as refund instead of 15620.00. Hope it is clarified. I have sent multiple mails to cleartrip. Called them. No proper response. Thanks. Satish.

                    We were told by the employer initially that we will get a full refund on cancelling the tickets later they themselves denied and said we will get 14, 000 refund after that they themselves denied and said we will get 8000 refund later on they themselves
                    Denied and said the refund as null. I have all the recordings and I even told them that it is a clear mistake from the clear trip team and they said that the manager will look into it and if in real the team member has said the statement of 14, 000 refund the company will bear the loss and give us the same amount.
                    We have till now spoken to approx 25 people from clear trip and we are zero solution.
                    We were to get back a call from Manish Jain and his manager and it’s been four days now we haven’t received a single call from them.
                    I Regret booking through clear trip I have had the worst experience ever MakeMyTrip Goibibo is far better than this ridiculous site.
                    Because of them and their delay I have to bear the loss of more than 25, 000.
                    I will go to consume a court and make sure to file a report as I am myself a lawyer and a travel blogger.
                    I will also put all the bad reviews on Instagram and tech clear trip so that my 85, 000 audience know about how they behave and how they cheat

                      I have a complaint regarding my Trip ID:[protected]. We booked three tickets for Spice jet airlines PNR Z7KRGL ( Delhi to jammu ). But due to flight rescheduling by airlines my one passenger was not travelling and I was connected with customer care for cancelled ticket Ms Megha Gupta and process full refund. During the call the customer care executive cancelled the two tickets ( Ms Megha Gupta & Mrs Tarun Gupta ) without my concern. Then he asked me to kindly book a new flight ticket for travel. We will connect with airlines and resolve the issue within 48 Hrs.

                      More than 7 days had gone by and so many times I called customer care but no one could reply regarding my refund.

                          I have tried bookina a hotel in Mumbai on 22/04/2022 the amount has been deducted from my bank through net banking but the trip id and the details haven't been issued, i have crossed checked witht the bank but

                              Hotel booking no confirmation but payment deducted

                              I had booked a hotel and my card was charged with the amount but I received no confirmation from cleartrip. I am trying to reach customer care but looks like there is no way of communicating without a trip id. I have even emailed to their customer care but no response. My money is completely blocked and I don't know how or when it is going to be resolved....

                              I booked Air India flight on Cleartrip from Hyd to Goa for 3rd April. This flight got cancelled. Air India issued a letter saying I can get the money refunded by Cleartrip. However I am unable to get hold of anyone as they don't have a phone number and their online feedback system is hopeless as they have not responded. My trip ID is Trip ID[protected]

                                  I had booked a hotel through cleartrip. My biggest mistake was a that I paid before check-in. Order #[protected]
                                  The hotel is named as Dreams Apartment Powai, Mumbai. After the booking, it is normal to provide the address and phone number of the hotel. But it wasn’t provided.
                                  I contacted cleartrip and they didn’t even have the phone number of the designated hotel.
                                  Now comes the best part, I reach the hotel address, turns out the hotel has been unoperational for more than a year. I manage to get the contact number of the hotel through a security guard in that building. I call the manager and he says “Dreams apartment has been closed” and immediately disconnects my call, and blocks my number and didn’t receive calls from any another numbers.
                                  Now hassled as I had my luggage and due to scorching hot weather, I call the customer care service. They promise me that they will get back to me in 2 hours. This conversation happened on 12th april and they just have been making excuses for not refunding and asking me to wait for 24-72 hrs everytime I call them. This has to stop
