I tried to book flights with trip id:[protected]
After giving all the details and entering the otp for payment, the transaction got failed and the amount debited.
Its been 2 days already and still the amount has not been refunded.
Please help.

    PNR/Booking Ref.: VUDIUXMUMBAI TO GAYA AND RETURN AS PER E MAIL RECEIVED FROM AIRLINES DUE TOOPERATIONAL PROBLEM THE FLIGHT BOTH SIDES RESHEDULED TO DIFFERNT TIME AND AIR LINES SENR TWO CREDIT ADVICE WHICH WAS SENT TO CLEAR TRIP
    INspite of several follow up with clear trip so far of Rs17000 not yet received.Credit note already forwared to clear trip
    please do the needful.severl e mail sent were repeating the same old story, as air line has already refunded to clear trip

      I spoke to Siraj due to a leg cancelled by the airline. We have agreed on the call to rebook my flight bet nov 1 to 5. Sep 23 he called me back and apparently i confirmes nov 4th. Due to his thick accent, he insisted nov 1st. I kept repeating 4th Niv and he said yes and he repeated 1stNiv as per the recording which i agreed to as i heard 4th Nov. Sep 24th i received an email of the confirmed flight nov 1st. Siraj called me on the same. Kept talking for 1hour plus even spoke to sabeejit who pretended to be a supervisor. They went through the tecording and he kept telling for around 50x i cannot do anything as you confirmed yes when siraj saud 1stNov. I asked if he listened to my voice when i said 4th nov and did not bother to answer me. Ke kept interupting me til i lost my temper. I even asked him to stopped talkingseveral times and he still kept talking and manage to blame me several more times and kept telling i cannot do anything i need to pay extra charges. I again asked several times if he listened to me and he just ignored my voice in the recording. I am not dumb stupid to book a holiday on nov1-3 only have i understood if he got my 4th nov correct. Several times in the recording i meantioned the date and siraj did not even bother to ask again and again if he got me right. Not being racist but the fact that the accent was too thick is already a mistake from their end. I want them to fix the lhr-doha flight. Not going to talk to them and book to this app anymore. Been a customer for almost 8years and booked too many flight during this period yet they dont know how to respect or even to give value to their clients.

          I did a booking on 18 Sept 2022 at 12:41 AM with trip id :[protected].

          My money got deducted from bank and has been converted to EMI but on cleartrip its showing me payment failed.
          it has been more that 3 days since my payment is not refuneded.
          Please process ASAP

            I booked a flight from Visakhapatnam to Melbourne on Cleartrip. After two hours of booking spoke with a customer service operator and asked about cancellation policy process. Customer service operator provided wrong information due to that information I had to loose Rs 10, 000/ without my mistake. I spoke to a Cleartrip Manager and explained everything. He investigated the case and said Cleartrip is going to refund whole airfare except Rs590(fee). I have been contacting them via phone and email for 3 days but they are providing me with incorrect information regarding my total refund. They are playing with me and wasting my time and money. Hope you will help.

              Hello
              I have did a booking on their website and made the payment and i was successful at the payment page too after doing so i had received an confirmation email and the money had also been deducted from my account but later in 30 mins i had received another email saying the payment failed at the payment page itself now i have to pay extra for booking another flight like seriously who would want to pay an extra amount of 2000 awhile ago when it was just 2000 lesser. Now they say if will reflect in the account in 7 days where will i get money to do another booking i am a student and suffered so much of time loss and money too. And when i had to call there customer support there were no actual person to assist you its just an automated response saying sorry for the inconvenience and just cut the call how will i even confirm regarding the cancellation or how will i be able to even talk to these guys i dont know

                Cancellation refund issue

                I had a flight from London - Mumbai on 8th Sep 2022. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to extend my stay at London and hence postpone my travel to Mumbai.

                Thankfully, I had paid extra charges at the time of booking and opted for the flexible flight ticket option.

                So on 6th Sep 2022, I first called the airline- Saudia Airways to enquire about the charges for re-scheduling / cancellation charges. They informed...

                I applied my 90 days visa from cleartrip and they charged me accordingly after that i booked my ticket including return as per my 90 days visa &at the airport visa authority said that my visa is valid for only 30 days not a 90 days so your have to book again return ticket as per one month visa at that time i booked again return ticket which cost around 18000rs not only this when i reach dubai airport custom police hold me for one hour then later I knew cleartrip issue my with the Title of Mr which must be Ms.Now i raise the complaint via email that my refund my ticket coast and reissue my visa but they are just entraining through sending useless emails..i never ever seen these type of stupid service i recommend tk all don't use site for any service they are anly giving headache and waste of money because I mentally harrassed at both airport because of their mistake, i will go to consumer court to complaint their mistake which embraced me as well .

                  I purchased a flexi ticket (above trip ID) which said no charges for changing the date. I called to change my date and Clear trip said I need to pay the fare difference. The fare difference communicated to me was AED950 while Clear trip offered me a new ticket for 655 on the same flight and date,

                  Please advise if it were you what would you do. I would prefer to change the ticket to March 11th 2023 to the same destination.

                  I have been ticketing with clear trip for 5 years and if this is not resolved will be my last booking everwith the organization.

                    Misinformation of baggage allowance on website

                    I have booked my oneway tickets from BOMBAY TO PARIS for 23rd October 2022 (trip id[protected] . While booking it was clearly mentioned 02 pcs of cabin luguages and once booked I received an email confirmation with 0pc of cabin luggage.

                    Shocked to see I verified the details on their website and it was still showing 02pcs of cabin luggage and its still showing today on 05day of my booking with same flight 02 pcs of cabin...

                    This is the mail received from Indigo regarding cancellation of the PNR PJLT7S, booked on 19th April 2022 and subsequently cancelled on 22nd April 2022. Still uptodate I have not received my Refund Amount of
                    Rs. 5244 . I don’t have Trip Id as the email were deleted from the email id provided. This email received from Indigo clearly shows that Company Name is Cleartrip and also stated that the amount from Indigo has been processed to Your Company. Kindly look into this matter and solve the problem as early as possible so that I need not want to go by some other way.

                    Everything is clear in this mail. You go through it and do the needful.

                      I have booked a flight ticket for Chennai to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Chennai return ticket with Flexifly option.

                      When i tried to reschedule the flight before 4 hours, i could not able to do it. After that i called their customer care and they are saying that i have to do it before 24 hours.

                      Regarding this 24 hours timeline i have not received any mail. But in their news coverage and in their blog they posted that with flexifly we can reschedule flight before 2 hours of departure.

                      One of the worst experience. Every plan was defeated because of it.

                      We have been using cleartrip for many years. But this is the worst we have faced.

                      Kindly contact cleartrip before you are opting for flexifly. Or else you may also have to go through something like this.

                        I booked a flight ticket against fle, I fare opt of dated 30 August 2022 .. In Flexi fare we can change the ticket date without any extra charges but today when I call to clear trip coustmer care they told me I need to pay Rs. 3045 for Re shedule the date..
                        I am not understand what is the mean of Flexi fare opt.. I need a satisfectory solution as soon as possible pls.

                            MY SON IS 12 years 11 months he got vaccination corbevax both doses, now issue is i heard about corbevax k no ot approved by WHO, so Singapore those kids who got vaccination of corbevax
                            Plz update is this right or wrong

                            Plz refund our money or reschedule our flight to next year without any charges, because at time of booking you didn’t update regarding this vaccination corbevax, because we give you the kid DOB, if you know about this issue, after that you booked our flights this is your fault, this is your basic work,

                            So plz update our flight date is 11 August it’s already too much late, I call you so many times regarding this issue, right now till today we did not received any clear information from your side, I am shocked clear trip is very big service portal, they did not maintain any customer complaint tracking, if customer not satisfied why not you guys respond on urgent basis I raised issue so many times but always nothing done by Cleartrip, why we booked for through Cleartrip, if you can’t handle the issue, it message to higher authorities to Cleartrip your service is very very poor, you only received the money from customer not give him service, that’s not good

                            Very very poor service by Cleartrip, they are fraud company only received payment, if you know about covid guidelines why you booked our tickets, if you don’t know about the guidelines of covid why you working on this business, we are going to Singapore for tourism not for quarantine, so why not you clear the customer regarding this issue.
                            After getting the payment they did not give any service to customer.

                            So don’t waste your time & money on Cleartrip

                              I’m writing this because Cleartrip force me to do this they are not responding my email and not yet return my money . My name is kensum and I’m very disappointed with cleartrip . I booked flight ticket with cleartrip apps from Delhi to malta on 11/7/2022 with the amount of Rs 70, 098 through net banking trip id number[protected] after deducting amount from my account to cleartrip, I received a mail saying transaction failed and if the amount is deducted from my account it will be refund within 3 to 12 days but I haven’t received my money yet.

                              that was my last saving amount, no more money for flight ticket and I need to resume my duty before 15th July .so I took loan from my friends.

                              I had send mail to cleartrip on 12/7/22 request to refund my money back if possible 🥺[protected]@cleartrip.com but no response but in website it says they will respond within 24hours .
                              Advice to everyone, don’t book ticket from clear trip if you didn’t have backups money otherwise you will lended up like me.

                              So I’m here in this forum and expecting you will definitely help me.🙏

                                Hi,

                                @cleartrip I am absolutely appalled at the way you have abused my mental health, time and trust over the last 1 week. We have been trying to convert my fathers business class ticket with @turkishairlines to an OPEN ticket because of my mothers cancer treatment that has been extended.

                                When I spoke to @cleartrip they asked me to speak with @turkishairlines because cleartrip couldn’t change it. On speaking to @TurkishAirlines I was told they can’t change it and ask me to go back to @Cleartrip or reach out to the Turkish Airlines customer relations team.

                                Wrote to the @TurkishAirlines customer relations team & they say it has to be done from @Cleartrip Again I reach out to cleartrip and they say we need confirmation from the airline if they can make it open. Two days pass and false promises of call backs are made but don’t happen.

                                Finally after 5 days of going back and forth and calling atleast twice everyday and holding the line for atleast 40 minutes and repeating the same story daily, a customer rep @Cleartrip finally confirms my ticket is OPEN and sends an email confirmation BELOW.

                                I started to check on my end if the status of the ticket changed on the portal and it had not. So I called eartrip again today and @Cleartrip CANT find this email sent below and has kept me on phone for 2 hrs trying to find something they sent! So as per them the ticket is not OPEN even though the below email clearly states it is open. All this harrowing in the middle of my moms critical health challenges that we are dealing with together as a family.

                                THE DEPARTURE IS IN 72 hours and your team asks me for another 24 hours???? Who is going to compensate us for all this time lost in back and forth and the business class ticket money on the line???

                                This will have to be taken to consumer court if it is not resolved immediately.

                                I book my ticket last week but u tell booking unsuccessful.. But u deducted the amount from my bank account until now I'm still waiting for the response I. Send to much mail.. And I call many times.. But only they hang the call.. Thank u very much for your response

                                  I booked ticket of rs.5801, money was deducted immidiately but I didn't got any ticket confirmation. I'm unable to book another ticket now. I tried contacting them in twitter & Instagram but no response. Most fraud company.

                                    I have booked ticket on Cleartrip. Money got deducted from account and no confirmation has come of booking. I don't know where my money is hanging. I booked the ticket in emergency and now I have no money and I will be stuck wherever I am. I am in desperate need of this booking or my money refund.
