I tried to book a flight ticket from Kolkata to Pune on 14th October and after payment booking got failed, I thought maybe a glitch so I tried again but same issue. Trip Ids are[protected] and[protected]. Both the times money was deducted from bank and Its been more than a week now still i did not get any refund. There is no customer support for help. Such a pathetic service, will never recommend anyone to use their service going forward. Attaching snapshots for reference.

    I tried to book a flight ticket from Chennai to vizag through clear trip on 17/10/2022.Money deducted from UPI payment (3, 333), It’s been 4 days money not refunded and their customer care is so pathetic they don’t have dedicated mail or phone number this is very irritating.Please someone help me to solve this issue

      Flight ticket not confirmed even after the payment

      I had booked flight tickets from Indore to Bengaluru for the date 15, Nov 2022 through Cleartrip on 17/10/2022. My booking was confirmed on cleartrip's website and it said "Please wait a few hours to download the e-ticket, awaiting PNR confirmation." I have still not received any ticket confirmation from the airline...

      Flight Tickets not confirmed even after payment is done

      I had booked two flight tickets for a round trip from Mumbai to Goa (Mumbai-to-goa date ticket for: 22/10/2022, Goa-to-mumbai ticket for: 25/10/2022) through Cleartrip on 15/10/2022. My booking was confirmed on cleartrip's website and it said "Please wait a few hours to download e-ticket, awaiting PNR confirmation."       Cleartrip Case no 15158682

      I have made a flight booking via Cleartrip and my trip id is [protected].

      During that time there was a discount on Axis bank and ICICI bank cards, and I was using this offer by applying the code. I was already successful in using this offer on another transaction earlier on Cleartrip with the Axis bank card.

      While I was doing my 2nd booking on the same card, I applied the code and the offer worked again (discount of Rs. 7, 250). But as I proceeded with the transaction the offer automatically was not honored into the transaction and I was charged the full amount of Rs. 60, 980.

      My wife was doing the same as her 2nd transaction on her Axis bank card and before she could use the same card again - A POP UP stating "this card is not eligible for the offer" was shown. This pop up did not come for me. Hence, she had an opportunity to change her card to avail of the same offer using another card (as we got an ICICI card too).

      The problem is that this pop up/ alert was not shown to me and the journey for me vs. my wife was different and I was cheated into paying up the full amount. If I was also alerted of the same, I could have changed my card (as I also got another card to use the offer) or I would not complete the transaction.

      I have raised this issue to Cleartrip more than 10 days ago and I have not received any appropriate resolution for the same. I got 2 calls from the front-end customer service team. At first, the executive said that "Your card bin number is not qualified for the offer". Which is completely incorrect as I had availed of the offer earlier. When I shared all the information with him, he was surprised and also took all the other information and that has been about 7 days now. I have not heard back anything.

      I am also finding it difficult to reach them now on their customer care as I tried today. For some reason, the option to speak to a customer care executive does not appear and there is no email id as well I can find to write to them. I work in the field of e-commerce and I am fully aware that the tech/ product team should have a recording of these journeys of each user up to some period. They can very much validate the difference in journeys. As these weren't the same and someone has goofed up, they are not willing to take ownership of their mistake and are harassing the customer.

      I won't be surprised they will find something to ask the customer care team to tell me again.

      A took a long time to resolve it but they did. It's really a pain with all these OTAs. The experience is becoming more harassing.

        While making a flight booking on[protected], I experienced a glitch which is showing different amounts while making the payment. Before initiating the transaction it has shown the value Rs. 6834/- and I have choosen Amazon pay for payment there it changed as Rs. 7432/- .
        I have realized this fact after completing the payment.
        On checking the Itinerary the value is represented as Rs. 7180/- and "paid 7432 through amazon pay."
        I have attached the screenshots as proof of payment for reference.

        On talking to the customer care, they are simply mentioning the fare difference is due to Dynamic pricing.

        Before payment I applied a coupon code for around 850 and after the payment it suddenly change to 1700. They reasoned this as technical Glitch.
        I was really disappointed by the fact that instead of checking for the proper cause, they simply using the fancy terms "Convenience Fee" and "Dynamic Pricing" closing the issue.

        I have been told that I was charged with Convenience fee of 1794/-
        Its clearly mentioned while booking that 299/ per person. I booked to two person so the amount should be 598/- . But they charged convenience charge for around 6 persons.

        I request a proper explanation and resolution for this issue.

        Partial amount was refunded, for the remaining amount they mentioned as dynamic faring. Anyways, I am tired of these calls. So closing the issue.

          I tried to book flights with trip id:[protected]
          After giving all the details and entering the otp for payment, the transaction got failed and the amount debited.
          Its been 2 days already and still the amount has not been refunded.

            INspite of several follow up with clear trip so far of Rs17000 not yet received.Credit note already forwared to clear trip

              I spoke to Siraj due to a leg cancelled by the airline. We have agreed on the call to rebook my flight bet nov 1 to 5. Sep 23 he called me back and apparently i confirmes nov 4th. Due to his thick accent, he insisted nov 1st. I kept repeating 4th Niv and he said yes and he repeated 1stNiv as per the recording which i agreed to as i heard 4th Nov. Sep 24th i received an email of the confirmed flight nov 1st. Siraj called me on the same. Kept talking for 1hour plus even spoke to sabeejit who pretended to be a supervisor. They went through the tecording and he kept telling for around 50x i cannot do anything as you confirmed yes when siraj saud 1stNov. I asked if he listened to my voice when i said 4th nov and did not bother to answer me. Ke kept interupting me til i lost my temper. I even asked him to stopped talkingseveral times and he still kept talking and manage to blame me several more times and kept telling i cannot do anything i need to pay extra charges. I again asked several times if he listened to me and he just ignored my voice in the recording. I am not dumb stupid to book a holiday on nov1-3 only have i understood if he got my 4th nov correct. Several times in the recording i meantioned the date and siraj did not even bother to ask again and again if he got me right. Not being racist but the fact that the accent was too thick is already a mistake from their end. I want them to fix the lhr-doha flight. Not going to talk to them and book to this app anymore. Been a customer for almost 8years and booked too many flight during this period yet they dont know how to respect or even to give value to their clients.

                  My money got deducted from bank and has been converted to EMI but on cleartrip its showing me payment failed.
                  it has been more that 3 days since my payment is not refuneded.

                    I booked a flight from Visakhapatnam to Melbourne on Cleartrip. After two hours of booking spoke with a customer service operator and asked about cancellation policy process. Customer service operator provided wrong information due to that information I had to loose Rs 10, 000/ without my mistake. I spoke to a Cleartrip Manager and explained everything. He investigated the case and said Cleartrip is going to refund whole airfare except Rs590(fee). I have been contacting them via phone and email for 3 days but they are providing me with incorrect information regarding my total refund. They are playing with me and wasting my time and money. Hope you will help.

                      I have did a booking on their website and made the payment and i was successful at the payment page too after doing so i had received an confirmation email and the money had also been deducted from my account but later in 30 mins i had received another email saying the payment failed at the payment page itself now i have to pay extra for booking another flight like seriously who would want to pay an extra amount of 2000 awhile ago when it was just 2000 lesser. Now they say if will reflect in the account in 7 days where will i get money to do another booking i am a student and suffered so much of time loss and money too. And when i had to call there customer support there were no actual person to assist you its just an automated response saying sorry for the inconvenience and just cut the call how will i even confirm regarding the cancellation or how will i be able to even talk to these guys i dont know

                        I applied my 90 days visa from cleartrip and they charged me accordingly after that i booked my ticket including return as per my 90 days visa &at the airport visa authority said that my visa is valid for only 30 days not a 90 days so your have to book again return ticket as per one month visa at that time i booked again return ticket which cost around 18000rs not only this when i reach dubai airport custom police hold me for one hour then later I knew cleartrip issue my with the Title of Mr which must be Ms.Now i raise the complaint via email that my refund my ticket coast and reissue my visa but they are just entraining through sending useless emails..i never ever seen these type of stupid service i recommend tk all don't use site for any service they are anly giving headache and waste of money because I mentally harrassed at both airport because of their mistake, i will go to consumer court to complaint their mistake which embraced me as well .

                          I purchased a flexi ticket (above trip ID) which said no charges for changing the date. I called to change my date and Clear trip said I need to pay the fare difference. The fare difference communicated to me was AED950 while Clear trip offered me a new ticket for 655 on the same flight and date,

                          Please advise if it were you what would you do. I would prefer to change the ticket to March 11th 2023 to the same destination.

                          I have been ticketing with clear trip for 5 years and if this is not resolved will be my last booking everwith the organization.

                            I have booked my oneway tickets from BOMBAY TO PARIS for 23rd October 2022 (trip id[protected] . While booking it was clearly mentioned 02 pcs of cabin luguages and once booked I received an email confirmation with 0pc of cabin luggage.

                            Shocked to see I verified the details on their website and it was still showing 02pcs of cabin luggage and its still showing today on 05day of my booking with same flight 02 pcs of cabin luggage with same price I booked. While spending enormous time everyday since last 5 days talking to their executives they not ready to accept the glitch in their website and says luggage must be zero while I booked!

                            I click the photo within the span of 5 minutes of receiving the confirmation email, according to them the luggage changed from 0 to 2 pcs when I clicked the photo, which is a complete blunt impractical lie. I have took a photo of flight I booked within 5 minutes of confirmation that the luggage allowance was 02pcs only and yet they says it was zero on time of booking but suddenly changed in 5 minutes! I have taken photo each day since I booked the ticket it shows same 2 pcs luggage with same price to this very day, after 5 days of booking.

                            I really really request you to hold them responsible and admit their lies! my ticket is non refundable and I have no choice to left. Buying extra luggage cost me more then the flight itself which is not affordable for a middle class man. its been a mental torture for me since 5 days. I really hope I get justice for this.

                            Below are the pics taken from date of booking till today (5thday) for my flight which I booked with 02pcs of luggage. Till now its shows same price and 02 pcs of luggage of the flight I booked with this same very information. First pic was taken from my [protected]@10:40 am, just after 05 minuted of receiving email confirmation. As its taken from phone it shows phone time & date Monday i.e ( 22 October).

                              This is the mail received from Indigo regarding cancellation of the PNR PJLT7S, booked on 19th April 2022 and subsequently cancelled on 22nd April 2022. Still uptodate I have not received my Refund Amount of
                              Rs. 5244 . I don’t have Trip Id as the email were deleted from the email id provided. This email received from Indigo clearly shows that Company Name is Cleartrip and also stated that the amount from Indigo has been processed to Your Company. Kindly look into this matter and solve the problem as early as possible so that I need not want to go by some other way.

                              Everything is clear in this mail. You go through it and do the needful.

                                I have booked a flight ticket for Chennai to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Chennai return ticket with Flexifly option.

                                When i tried to reschedule the flight before 4 hours, i could not able to do it. After that i called their customer care and they are saying that i have to do it before 24 hours.

                                Regarding this 24 hours timeline i have not received any mail. But in their news coverage and in their blog they posted that with flexifly we can reschedule flight before 2 hours of departure.

                                One of the worst experience. Every plan was defeated because of it.

                                We have been using cleartrip for many years. But this is the worst we have faced.

                                Kindly contact cleartrip before you are opting for flexifly. Or else you may also have to go through something like this.

                                  I booked a flight ticket against fle, I fare opt of dated 30 August 2022 .. In Flexi fare we can change the ticket date without any extra charges but today when I call to clear trip coustmer care they told me I need to pay Rs. 3045 for Re shedule the date..
                                  I am not understand what is the mean of Flexi fare opt.. I need a satisfectory solution as soon as possible pls.
