Refund of booking Air ticket amount on travel during Corona pandemic, on 14.05.2020

Sir, I purchased 2 Air tickets from Clear Trip travel agency for travel in Air Vista from Bhubsneswar to Dheradun via DELHI on 14.05.2020 on PNR-OVRNL2 and Clear trip ID[protected] on deposit amount of Rs.17544 in clear trip account.
Due to Corona pandemic and Nation wide lock down the Airlines had cancelled the travel trip.
As per directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court all travellers are permitted to receive the booking amount...

Im complaining about my trip from Hyderabad to London

Flight ticket not booked after transaction

I made payment regarding booking of a flight ticket on 24/05/2022 using Paytm gift voucher at 10:43 for the amount of Rs. 5956.00.
My account was debited with the said amount but the booking is not confirmed by Cleartrip.

I checked with my bank(ICICI) as well as with Paytm through which I have done my transaction, they said that the beneficiary account has been successfully credited so there is nothing they can do from...

I booked a Singapore- Delhi flight for Vistara Airlines. After a week i requested for change of flight date through email and consented to pay all charges. Cleartrip did not act and instead cancelled my ticket. After two days they sent me email that my refund has been processed and the sum refunded is Zero.

Non refund of airticket

I have cancelled the ticket as per Trip ID[protected] on March 11th 2022 and had received a message that after processing, it will be credited to my account in 3 to 12 working days.

On 6th April 2022 I received a message from Cleartrip that they had processed the refund of Rs13, 932 for flight booking under Trip ID[protected]. The refund amount has been credited to your bank. Your bank will take 3-12 working days to credit...

I have booked flight ticket from cleartrip calicut to dubai (DWC) airport for flydubai flight FZ5430. i have paid ticket amount of 71830 INR including baggage allowance of checkin baggage 20kg for 5 passanger. But when i reached airport in flydubai desk they told them its not updated and we paid amount of 4900INR for baggage allowance of 100kg for 5 passengers....

Incorrect way of charging money

This is regarding Trip ID : [protected], I booked ticket via Cleartrip. I booked the ticket with Flexifly option stating that "Free date change even when switching airlines. Pay fare difference, if any."

While I tried to change the date, the customer care saying the amount deducted in the name of flexifly is insurance. And For rescheduling I had to be on call for 49min and pay some additional amount .

Refund not released

My booking id was[protected] travelling from Singapore to Mumbai. The total amount was 18489. Due to medical emergency of mother in law as she had deducted cancer we had to cancel the flight. The refund amount from airline was 8500/-.
However the refund was released by airline company to cleartrip. However the cleartrip agent deducted 100% charges and didn’t refund any amount.

This injustice need to be stopped and...

I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Chicago for 22nd Jan 2022 on the cleartrip app. On the payment page, got a message that payment unsuccessful but the payment got deducted and the ticket was not booked. Refund of air ticket of cancelled flight

We have booked a flight ticket to and fro from Mumbai to Sindhudurg through clear trip. On 5th May 22 when we reached airport, the Air India manager said flight was cancelled by Air India, due to repair work on the runway.

Payment failed but amount debited from account

I tried booking a flight from Kolkata to Bagdogra on 05.05.2022 for the next day i.e. 06.05.2022. Unfortunately the payment had failed, but while checking my bank statement, the amount of Rs. 18009/- has been debited from my account.

Wrong refund for ticket cancellation - trip I'd 22031247230

Due to a medical emergency I had to cancel the air tickets for a couple of my co passengers (family members) on 30th March 2022 at 9.40pm for the scheduled travel starting on 31st Mar 2022 at 9.30am.
As per the cancellation rules, the cancellation charges are mentioned as Rs.3500 per ticket if the cancellation happens 2 hours before the flight time, i.e. 7.30am on 31st Mar 2022. In my case, I raised cancellation request at 9.40pm...
