I had asked for a refund for the ticket I booked in 2020.but the flight got cancelled due tocovid I had asked for arefund in March 2022. You have send the message as the refund process started but I have not received any back. Please take this complaint seriously.

    During covid in April 2020 I was in Dubai & since the air travel was shut I was not able to travel. In Feb 2022 I got a confirmation from clear trip that a voucher has been made for for future travel & it can be used until March 2023.
    I tried to use the voucher last week & it was declined with reason " voucher expired".
    I have written to clear trip about this but there is no revert.

        Hello ClearTrip,

        On Dec 7th 2021 we booked flight tickets for Hyd - Goa / Goa - Hyd (AIRLINE PNR & TICKET NO. IV5IUV, WMZ26Z). Total 7 tickets to and fro and it cost around Rs.72, 668. Our journey is on Dec 15h 2021 (Wed) to Goa from Hyderabad and return on Dec 20th 2021 (Mon) from Goa to Hyderabad.

        We booked the flight tickets via credit card (My CC ended with 8983). We processed the transaction on Dec 07th 2021 evening and waited for the confirmation. In the late evenings we received a call from ClearTrip customer support mentioning that the card holder name and traveler's name are not matching and tickets can't be processed. After a long discussion the executive mentioned that we will hold your tickets for now and will get back.

        As we didn't receive any update from you I raised a request with AXIS bank and asked for their help. They raised a request and allocated a temp credit on my credit card. In the last month bill the amount is reflecting and I am supposed to pay on or before June 18th 2022 (Rs.72, 668). I am already in debits and I can effort this amount again

        Surprisingly after a couple of days (before Dec 13th 2021) we received a call from your customer support mentioning we can't process your tickets and we need to cancel them. On Dec 13th 2021 the tickets got cancelled and I got a refund of Rs. 9, 656.00 (For your reference you can find the credit card statement below). Could you please check and let me know when we can expect the remaining amount (Rs. 63, 012.00).

        Because of this issue the team which planned to go to Goa dropped me and excluded me from the group. Which is a big insult for me and till now none of them contacted me for other trips.

        Kindly request you to please look into these cases and do the needful at the earliest. Let me know if I need to provide any more information.

          Dear Sir,

          Would like to inform that flight was booked through clear trip on 28th March 2022 for one passenger. Unfortunate flight got cancelled by airline on 18th May 2022 from Keshod to Mumbai. FLght No 9I-9676.

          Clear trip is not refunding the amount and just telling you have to to wait for 48 hours.inspite of following up again and again no reply.

          Infact in clear trip site is been updated that refund is processed and generated but its not reflecting in my account nor they are providing me bank transaction id

            I had booked 1 air ticket from cleartrip having trip id:[protected] for my family member on dated 9 May 2022 to visit Djibouti for business purpose but suddenly flydubai was cancelled my flight. And now cleartrip says the refund not possible beacuse airlines denied.
            cleartrip is very big fraud. They take my all amount 42786rs. And now they dont want refund. They force me to travel other date.
            I humbly request you to kindly refund full amount. Otherwise i go to consumer court.

              I booked a hotel - The Chariot Resort & Spa, Puri, Orissa, India for 2 days on May 18, 2022 with Cleartrip Trip ID :[protected]. Voucher Number: P[protected]/220518WR1K (Issued on 18 May, 2022) with checkin May 29, 22 and Check out on May 31, 22 for 2 adults and 1 child for amount Rs. 6936. When we reached the hotel on May 29 at 12 pm, we found out that there was no electricity from last 2 days and all travelers were yelling at the reception counter. We called up cleartrip support centre and asked us for an alternate arrangement or refund. But they asked us to wait till evening. We booked a nearby hotel Sterling Puri, Puri, Orissa, India -- Trip ID[protected] for Rs. 11, 540. Cleartrip officials promised us to refund Rs. 6936 (Trip ID:[protected] and differential amount of alternate hotel booked Sterling Resorts (cleartrip id[protected] with breakfast. I am attaching herewith email confirmation from their side on Jun 2. And today I got an email from their side, refusing to refund.

                Fake hotel booking

                I Booked Hotel through Cleartrip on 5th June. Booking was confirmed and the amount was deducted. They provided me the voucher for booking too where all details were mentioned correctly with Booking ID too which is attached. But when I contacted the hotel representative, they said that no booking was made from cleartrip. Also they expressed that they never had partnership with Cleartrip.                   I booked New Sea Palace Houseboat, Srinagar for one night(check-in date - 18/04/2022) through Cleartrip on 24/03/2022 by paying the full amount. I also received booking confirmation from Cleartrip. Upon reaching the hotel on 18th April, they said they do not have any booking from Cleartrip and denied my check-in. When I called Cleartrip, they said "it is not our fault" and denied responsibility. They said they could I could either wait for 1 hour, while they try to search for alternate hotel without any guarantees, or I can get a refund, with a measly 10% compensation for their negligence. It was 5pm and we(my parents and myself) were very tired after travelling the whole day. Being in a new place and with no place to stay, we were very tense and worried. So, we also started searching on our own, in parallel with Cleartrip. Almost all of the other hotels were booked(peak season in Srinagar), and only high-end hotels were available online. Cleartrip said they will not bear the difference of cost for the new hotel that we decide to book. We asked a local agent for other hotel availability, and he was able to get one in 10 minutes, which costed around 1.5 times our initial booking. Cleartip was extremely slow, and called us after 1.5 hours, about alternate accommodation. By this time, we had already checked-into the hotel that we found, and asked for full refund from Cleartrip, and 200% compensation for the mental agony that we had to go through, and the increased cost of the new hotel.

                  After multiple email exchanges and extreme response times o[censored]pto 11 days for each response from Cleartrip, we agreed on 100% compensation. I also said I will levy 1.99% interest per month compounded(same as that of credit card used for booking), for further delay. Each time, there was never any proactive response from Cleartrip. For some emails, I was promised a reply within 3 days, but no response was received even after 11 days. even after 48 days from the date of check-in, I am still yet to receive compensation. They said they have already sent the compensation to my account on May 15, 2022, but I am still yet to receive it. I asked for details for transaction, and I yet to receive it even after 5 days. This clearly indicates that Cleartrip never has initiated the compensation transfer and is just stalling in the hope that I will forget about it.

                  In short, Cleartrip took booking amount from me, but did not book the hotel. They denied responsibility for this. They took almost 30 days, and multiple reminders to reverse this amount. They promised 100% compensation, but still have not provided it after 48 days.

                  All the email exchanges have been attached. The extreme delay and incompetence of Cleartrip can be observed.

                    I booked using the scheme thrice! I completed the entire process (even filled the CVV for my pre saved card) in 16 seconds!! But even then they say that the bookings have been full, pay the full amount.
                    This is a completely dishonest form of promotion, either there are no seats, and it's just a way to lure people and cheat then of their time and money, or the slots are way too less. I'd request the consumer complaint authorities to please look into the matter and provide us with the due compensation and fine these fraudsters.

                      Reg the CT50AIR Tatkal scheme.This is a fraud promotion. I am an Infotech man. In my third attempt, using data caching of passenger deiails, 100 MB/s dedicated bandwidth and Amazon pay wallet I was able to clickpayment mode (after coupon applied) in less than 15 sec from the time of opening (12 noon) . Even then a 'sold out' message was flashed and I was offered to buy the ticket at full price. A faster response can only be obtained from an internal network or if a ridculously low number of seats are promoted. Either way such dishonesty should not be allowed in promotion.

                        Hi Team

                        I have been waiting for my refund for more then 2 months now. Spoke to your customer agent when I cancelled my ticket they said I should be receiving money in good time.

                        Reason was I used my after marriage surname and not maiden name hence

                        Could you please process it at your earliest convenience.

                            As per the above mentioned subject, the passenger with the below details was not able to board her flight due to failure from your side to confirm her reservation to Air Blue. No prior information was given regarding this matter and the passenger only knew that her reservation has expired when she went to the airport.

                            I had called your customer support line and spoke to Mr. Vyankatesh for over 50 minutes and was requesting him to call Air Blue and to confirm the booking but he insisted that there was a technical issue with Air Blue system. The passenger was there in Air blue office and has been informed that if Cleartrip called, they could have issued the ticket. There is no technical issue at all! This is a total negligence from the customer service part and unacceptable. He is easily telling refund will be issued in full but the stress that the passenger has suffered and has to spend taxi fare to go back home was not being taken in consideration. Apart from that, I was on the phone for over 50 minutes and no action has been taken!!!

                            Therefore requesting full refund of the ticket price as discussed by the agent within 48 hours and appropriate action has to be taken on this negligence.

                                Sir, I purchased 2 Air tickets from Clear Trip travel agency for travel in Air Vista from Bhubsneswar to Dheradun via DELHI on 14.05.2020 on PNR-OVRNL2 and Clear trip ID[protected] on deposit amount of Rs.17544 in clear trip account.
                                Due to Corona pandemic and Nation wide lock down the Airlines had cancelled the travel trip.
                                As per directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court all travellers are permitted to receive the booking amount in full from Airlines due to cancellation by Air Vista due to No flying conditions on Corona pandemic.
                                I have requested several times to clear trip travel agency to refund the amount but in clear trip mobile application it shows that money had been refunded, but till now I have not received any payment. Please consider the case and refund the amount forthwith.

                                    I made payment regarding booking of a flight ticket on 24/05/2022 using Paytm gift voucher at 10:43 for the amount of Rs. 5956.00.
                                    My account was debited with the said amount but the booking is not confirmed by Cleartrip.

                                    I checked with my bank(ICICI) as well as with Paytm through which I have done my transaction, they said that the beneficiary account has been successfully credited so there is nothing they can do from their end.

                                    Kindly initiate a refund for the said amount as no booking took place, yet the amount has been credited to beneficiary.

                                      I booked a Singapore- Delhi flight for Vistara Airlines. After a week i requested for change of flight date through email and consented to pay all charges. Cleartrip did not act and instead cancelled my ticket. After two days they sent me email that my refund has been processed and the sum refunded is Zero.
                                      This is very strange. If refund to be paid is zero, then why one will cancel it.
                                      I wrote back that they can restore the validity of my ticket, and i would travel on the earlier booked date.
                                      They are not replying.
                                      My date of travel is June 01.
