Dear All,

I have been trying to reach Cleartrip for last 5days now to reschedule my international flight. I have just got a call once from Cleartrip and have not heard back since last 4 days. I need an urgent call back for the same failing which I have already initiated a complain with the consumer forum to seek damages from Cleartrip for the mental hardship being caused. Trip id is[protected].

    I haven't received my refund amount yet from clear Trip.
    Trip id - [protected]Bangalore to Ranchi return)

    The trip was cancelled directly by the airline. Amount Rs - 4471
    After following multiple times with the clear Trip customer care, I am getting the same response as will send the refund within 72 hours. But haven't received the amount yet.

    Please look into the matter urgently and kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

      My Cleartrip Trip Id is[protected] Manish Jain) and Trip Id[protected] Deepa Jain). We have canceled tickets and had received an email as a confirmation to credit us a refund in 3 to 12 days. Neither they refund nor update and whenever we call we are given time to wait for 48 hrs.
      I had suffered and can not bear would ask Cleartrip to pay me back with a full refund with interest of 36%. Also would ask them to pay for consumer harassment ticket cost multiplied by 10, as our compensation.

        I have booked the ticket on 7.6.21 for Bangalore Jaipur for 26.5.21. I made the payment through debit card. I received the message from you payment successful. After some minutes I received mail mentioning PAYMENT FOR THE TRIP BELOW WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AS WE DIDN"T GET A CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR BANK. Till writing of this complaint I have not received payment back I request you please do the needful

            I have received credit note from indigo Amt of Rs 3678/- on 25th March 2021. But till date that amount is not credited in my account. Kindly credit that amount in my account ASAP.

              Actually I have booked my ticket cleartrip on april end. My Trip ID is [protected].

              GoAir was the flight name. Actually Go Air had cancelled their flight on that day. It's been 40 aprox day. My money is still not refunded. I checked with go Air they are saying your money has been sent to Agent - i.e. Cleartrip.

              I had called yo support people to Cleartrip, they are saying will be credited soon sir. I am not sure how they are working, because this is not the way private companies should work.

              I am attaching the SS for reference.

              I will request to higher authorities to look into this matter. As it ruining the image of Cleartrip customers. I am with Cleartrip from last 8 years, booking my all trips with Clear Trip only. But if this is the case then I need to thing twice from booking from Clear trip

                I booked my ticket on FEB 2020 . I am waiting for my refund more than 1 year. But until now I did not receive any refund from clear trip side. I submitted my BANK DETAILS & also the other details of which was requested from their side. Still they are sending email like " THEY ALREADY FORWARD TO CONCERN TEAM & WILL UPDATE SOON ". I replied them more than 50times within this one year & received this same email more than 5 to 6 times .

                Also I called customer care support many times, they are telling the same .

                Waiting for the positive response from your side .

                Finally after more calls & emails to the cleartrip, I got my partial refund ( i.e., From DXB - MAA ticket fare) of my Two way ticket . Thanks for the clear trip team for your support .I was continuously follow-up the team & they also provide me updates of my refund with kind words. If they are not picking the line, please call this alternate number +9714 8754545 (if you are in UAE) Or otherwise try to contact them through the Online Cleartrip Support Center page with the help of your Trip ID. Now I need to wait for my OMAN AIR ticket Refund ...

                      As per your mail I have checked with my bank I didn't receive any refund on Apr 05 2021. Please mail me the details of the bank in which you have refunded the amount. I have checked with my bank and I didn't receive the refund. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Please send the transaction details.I had used my credit card for booking so I have checked with the bank in which my credit card is linked to and there is no such fund credited on April 05 2021. So please provide the details of the bank which you had refunded. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY REFUND FROM CLEAR TRIP ON APR 05th 2021. So please check on it. There is no refund that I have received from you as on your mail. So I expect you to do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I had purchased on 18 March 2021, flight tickets for five persons (details in attached files) with my HDFC Credit card, through Cleartrip.com which were confirmed all through.
                        Subsequently, due to Covid-19 restrictions I had to cancel these tickets on 22 April 2021. The cancellation has been confirmed through email from the Airline (INDIGO) and refund notified.
                        I have not yet received the refund amounts.
                        I complained to the Airline (INDIGO) through email about the nonreceipt of the said refund whereupon they have replied that the same had already been paid to the agent through which the purchase was made, namely Cleartrip.com.
                        I had earlier sent an email to cleartrip.com regarding this refund but the mail returned undelivered as the address is not valid. I searched the web for the correct address to send this complaint but was unable to find any means to send this complaint.

                        I can not find any contact email address on Cleartrip web site.

                          This refers to my Tip id[protected] from Dharmsala to Delhi BY SQ 2779 & Delhi to Mumbai by SQ 8709 for 15th April booked for my wife Geeta Ajit. My credit Card was charges on 14th March for RS 8217 for a 15th April trip . I got a messge immedetly that teh trip has been cancelled and I will get a refund . From 15th March 21 to 22nd May 21 I have still not got my refund. I think it is a fraud organisation

                              This is with reference to my Cleartrip ID:[protected] and PNR: 5TSZLJ where my flight is Rescheduled without taking my Concern. Also while I am going to Cancel it by clicking the link provided in the mail every time it's showing "Invalid OTP" error in spite of giving the right OTP within 1 minute. Also I have called the Customer Care but the executive hesitate to Cancel my Ticket and further told me that some other executive will call me back regarding Cancellation after confirming from the airlines. I don't understand why Clear Trip don't want to Refund my money even though the rescheduling is not from my end. Is it a tactic for not allowing passengers to Cancel the Ticket???

                                Trip ID[protected]. Airline has refunded the amount. There is no response from Cleartrip on refunding the amount. Website is pathetic does not list any contact number nor easy way to track status of refunds.

                                    My trip ID[protected] FOR dubai-mumbai flight on 27th march 2021 - my flight was cancelled by airlines on 4th march 2021 - i contacted airlines for refund and they replied that cleartrip has already been notified for full refund. since then i am contacting cleartrip on call center and emails but received no response for refund still. they earlier said it will take 3-5 days then said 7-10 days then said 45 working days which is also over but still didnt receive any response from cleartrip.

                                      My name is Bisma zargar and I had booked a flight with cleartrip ID[protected], it was confirmed to me on call that AED 606 will be refunded to me, however till date, I didn't receive anything, Further, whenever I try to call the customer care, they put me on hold and then disconnect.
