We had booked SpiceJet flight for Mumbai to Delhi sector on 3rd June 2021 (PNR U83WXY). Our tickets were booked via Cleartrip online portal.
Due to changes in flight schedule, SpiceJet airlines had provided cancellation and refund option. It has been 1 month now but still now Cleartrip has not refunded the ticket cancellation charges whereas the same has already been processed by SpiceJet.
After repeated calls and follow-up with Cleartrip, we are not receiving any honest and straightforward answer from Cleartrip.
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Last year I booked a ticket by Cleartrip from go air, but flight canceled due to corona. Go air has refund but I have not received it yet in my account. Please do needful. My trip id is as following.

      Hi my name is Krishna Mohan chilukoori, from Hyderabad, I have booked my international flight form newcastle uk to Hyderabad and it was booked by cleartrip.com, my cancellation was confermed on ఏప్రిల్ 3rd 2021, first they said 12 working days to refund then దె సైడ్ 45 working days again 60 working days its been almost 90days but still my issue is not resolved, my trip id is[protected]

            The worst experience. Have not got my refund yet. First I got the message that I will get my refund in 3 to 12 working days and now clear trip is saying it will take 45 to 50 working days. They are always saying that it's "airline policy".

              I have been wrongly charged for these tickets for which I do not have a valid confirmation. There is only a partial confirmation and these trips do not show up in my account either.

              You are requested to cancel the tickets and refund the amount to my account.

                  Amount rs 16334 got deducted while booking but payment was fail fir the same when I contact on yiur customer care number he again took rs2894 by his fraud activity..I want total refund ASAP total amount is 16334(phone pe) +2894( Google pay).

                      This is to advise the Cleartrip Company that I will refund my ticket (Trip ID:[protected] to your company since our President Dueterte officially announce that the ban for travelling Philippines is extended until June 30, 2021 to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus variant first discovered in India that is circulation widely. Kindly find link below:

                      My flight should be on June 15, 2021 as attached in this email with an amount of 1, 282.00 AED. In addition, I paid the said amount via credit card.

                      Please send me the necessary procedures on how to refund my money.

                      P.S. I cancelled my ticket once our President announce that UAE is one of the country that they prohibited to enter in the Philippines.

                        Dear Sir
                        In continuation of my earlier complaints vide status update no.2873385 regarding refund on cancellation of flight vide trip ID[protected] I received only the partial amount of Rs.40230.00 and the amount booked at GOAir is not received till date. I have enquired with Goair and informed that on 21st May itself they are remitted the amount to the clrartrip, but till, the amount not received from the cleartrip. Kindly look into the matter and take ealy action to refund the same.

                          Last year due to pendemic i cancelled my flight. Airline made a credit shell for me.i lost my job and i dont have money . Firstly i confirmed from Cleartrip mode of refund because airline refund money only to agency. My mode of payment was gift vaucher and i confirmed from Cleartrip how will you pay to me they said we will refund into your Cleartrip wallet. Also i have proof of chat.
                          Then i requested to airline please cancel my credit shell and refund my money. They refunded amount of rs 5088.
                          When i asked from Cleartrip please refund my money they started to make acuses.
                          Please help

                            I have been trying to reach Cleartrip for last 5days now to reschedule my international flight. I have just got a call once from Cleartrip and have not heard back since last 4 days. I need an urgent call back for the same failing which I have already initiated a complain with the consumer forum to seek damages from Cleartrip for the mental hardship being caused.                               I haven't received my refund amount yet from clear Trip.
                              Trip id - [protected]Bangalore to Ranchi return)

                              The trip was cancelled directly by the airline. Amount Rs - 4471
                              After following multiple times with the clear Trip customer care, I am getting the same response as will send the refund within 72 hours. But haven't received the amount yet.

                              Please look into the matter urgently and kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                My Cleartrip Trip Id is[protected] Manish Jain) and Trip Id[protected] Deepa Jain). We have canceled tickets and had received an email as a confirmation to credit us a refund in 3 to 12 days. Neither they refund nor update and whenever we call we are given time to wait for 48 hrs.
                                I had suffered and can not bear would ask Cleartrip to pay me back with a full refund with interest of 36%. Also would ask them to pay for consumer harassment ticket cost multiplied by 10, as our compensation.

                                        Actually I have booked my ticket cleartrip on april end. My Trip ID is [protected].

                                        GoAir was the flight name. Actually Go Air had cancelled their flight on that day. It's been 40 aprox day. My money is still not refunded. I checked with go Air they are saying your money has been sent to Agent - i.e. Cleartrip.

                                        I had called yo support people to Cleartrip, they are saying will be credited soon sir. I am not sure how they are working, because this is not the way private companies should work.

                                        I am attaching the SS for reference.

                                        I will request to higher authorities to look into this matter. As it ruining the image of Cleartrip customers. I am with Cleartrip from last 8 years, booking my all trips with Clear Trip only. But if this is the case then I need to thing twice from booking from Clear trip
