    I have not received refund for my 3 hotel bookings made through above company, till today April 30, 2021, though I cancelled the bookings on April 10, 2021 and bookings were for check in on 5th, 6th & 7th May. The partculars of the booking and my follow up are given below

    Please note that bookings were cancelled on 10th April and I reminded them to transfer the refund amount on 17-04, 22-04 and[protected].

        My AirIndia flight has been cancelled due to COVID pandemic. Airindia has given refund for the same also but Cleartrip is not processing the same nor they are having any information about the ticket status. Every time I need to take follow-up between AirIndia, SmartBuy and Cleartrip.
        Now Cleartrip Customer support numbers are also not reachable. I need my refund back.

        Please find Trip id : 200128449648 and process the refund request. I have already share all the information got from AirIndia about the refund. They have process the refund on 28th Feb 2021 only but I have still not received the same. indly look into the matter and confirm.

          I have booked a flight ticket through Cleartrip, for GoAir with PNR - G9UDKT for date 17-May-21. I paid an additional amount of 229 for Flexifly, by which I can change travel date twice (Screenshot attached). Now when am trying to change flight date, through cleartrip they are not considering Flexifly offer and charging regular modification fees. I am attaching all proof, which clearly indicate Cleartrip is cheating people. When I reach to GoAir, they are telling, offer given by Cleartrip so go to cleartrip for your issue. Now where should I go. Cleartrip does't have custmercare number. Initially they responsded on twitter but they have stopped responding now. Please help us and several thousands of people in India from being cheated by Cleartrip.

            I am one of the troubled customers. Ticket was booked in March2020 for travel in May 2020. But due to covid all flights were canceled by the airline. Hence I was entitled for full refund, which I have yet not received. The ticket was booked through cleartrip ( trip id:[protected] the airlines was AirAsia (PNR : T57NHD).

            The agent says airlines has not given refund and the airlines is stating refund is given to the agent i.e. cleartrip. I am following it up with both of them and they are just giving this standard reply and I am suffering from last one year for this refund.

            Request you to intervene and help me in getting my money back.

              My trip ID was[protected].After cancellation of my flight I have lodged request to Cleartrip customer care for refund on 12th April, 2021.On 13th April they replied me that within 5-7 working days the refund amount will be credited to my bank account.But till now, after 12 days I have not received any refund amount from them

                Hello,

                Could you please assist me here.

                I booked 2 tickets from iMobile ICICI baking app. The tickets were booked by Cleartrip.

                Now the that trip was cancelled by airline (GoAir) and they have initiated refund for the same. The refund was initiated since 1st April but I haven't got refund amount credited in my account.

                Could you please credit my refund amount Rs-6732 asap.

                  Hello team,

                  Hope you are doing well. My name is Niranjan and I'm a cleartrip customer.

                  I've been in touch on a daily basis with your customer service team and had no other option but to write this email to escalate. The CS team at Cleatrip is giving me different messaging every day and have not provided me and confidence/assurance on the refund process with my difficult experience.

                  Ticket Number : 125-[protected], 125-[protected]

                  Amount paid by customer: ₹75, 770

                  Situation

                  · I had booked a flight to travel on British Airways Flight BA on 20th April, Tuesday from London to Bengaluru. It was important for me to travel on this date as I had urgent personal work. The booking was made on Cleartrip.

                  · British Airways rescheduled the flight and I was not informed of the same. I had shared my contact details to BA & my travel agent, Cleartrip. I was not informed. BA mentions that they took consent of Cleartrip to re-schedule my booking but I gave no such consent/nor was informed.

                  · Only when I tried doing web-check in on Monday (19th April), the day before the flight, it showed my flight has been rescheduled to Thursday (22nd April). I was completely shocked and in a state of panic.

                  · I immediately tried reaching British Airways customer support. I was not provided any satisfactory response. I was directed to my travel agent. I spoke to them and they mentioned that it was not possible do anything from their end. They then said they will speak to airline and proceed for cancellation and refund.

                  · As I waited to hear from Cleatrip, BA sent an email to me on 21st April (2:04 AM), mentioning that the 22nd April re-scheduled flight has also been cancelled and now they are rebooking me on another flight for 21st April. They did not provide any notice and these flights were not suitable for me as I had to travel on 20th April under any circumstances. I ended up booking another flight with a different airline paying substantial premium.

                  Every day, my daily routine is to explain the same story to a cleartrip executive. Everytime, he/she gives a different reply - sometimes it is zero refund, wrong message on website, wait for 5 days, we will try our best, etc.

                  What did we feel during this process?

                  · In none of these cases, I was given an option/choice to cancel the booking. I was automatically booked on another flight.

                  · The customer support received from Cleartrip and BA has been poor.

                  · I had taken a COVID-19 test for my original flight. This would have not been eligible for any of BA’s re-scheduled flights on 21st/22nd April.

                  · There was a lot of mental stress & panic that I had to go through throughout.

                  The refund request needs to come from Cleartrip to British Airways. When I'm contacting BA, they are asking me to speak to Cleartrip.

                  Next Steps

                  · Considering all these factors – both financial stress & mental pain, the least BA can do is to offer a complete refund of INR 75, 770. I need cleartrip to make this clear that it is airline fault and i was not informed. hence, eligbile for a full refund.

                  · If BA can go a step-beyond and consider compensating me for the 2 COVID-tests of GBP 160 that both me and my wife (co-passenger) had to undergo, that will be appreciated.

                  · For future cases, please maintain a clear line of communication with passengers and provide them choice. Travelling during these times is stressful in itself.

                  Please escalate this mail to BA and help a common man in times of need.

                  Hoping for early processing of this case. I had trusted BA and Cleartrip and this incident has been disappointing, causing lot of pain. Hope that BA and Cleartrip can redeem the trust and take care of its passengers.

                    I had made an airline booking from Cleartrip with trip id[protected] with the flexifly option. The flexifly option covers the amendment fee for any airline Rescheduling done on Cleartrip
                    Unfortunately due to covid circumstances I had to reschedule my flight on the Cleartrip app itself
                    During the first attempt of the rescheduling, my payment of rs 3304 was deducted from my back account and reached Cleartrip. However the rescheduling did not go through in the app and failed.
                    During the second attempt of rescheduling, my payment of rs 3304 was deducted from the bank account again. However this time the rescheduling was successful.
                    For the successful transaction as my flight was covered using flexifly, the amount paid for amendment fee was reimbursed by the insurance company.
                    However the amount that I had paid to Cleartrip for the failed rescheduling transaction is not being refunded by Cleartrip .
                    I keep calling and writing to them repeatedly but to no avail. They keep telling me that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours but it has been 20 days in total. I am.yet to receive any update on my refund inspite of providing all required details to their finance team. They never bother to reply and are unprofessional

                      Dear Team,

                      I Have booked a couple of round flight tickets from Heathrow London to Cochin. In this pandemic, I forced to cancel both the trips by 31st January 2021. The trip id's are[protected] and[protected].

                      Unfortunately i yet to get my amount back till the date. Customer care team finding some excited stories each time i am contacting them. I have never expected such a worst support experience ever. I am not sure whether its your hidden agenda or not that its as equal as looting customers hard earned money without any infamy

                        I booked Air tickets for 5 persons through Cleartrip for the date[protected]. Due to lockdown at that time my flight got cancelled.Booking trip Id was[protected].Air lines company refunded back the booking amount to Cleartrip long back.But Cleartrip has still not refunded back my amount even after 1year.I have provided them my account details also. I am furstrated with their service.Please refund back my booking amount immediately.

                          Cleartrip has not refunded my ticket money after GOAIR has paid them in January 2021. I have made more than 20 calls to their customer service centers and every time they say this will reach your bank account in the next 72 hours. This is an appalling service from this company.

                            Cleartrip keep telling me waiting authorisation from Egypt Air since 100 days I was following up daily and no one help me properly or done anything useful for me I have send 100 of emails and complains without any solution

                            I cancelled the ticket due to I get positive corona test and I have informed them many time none care the only reply was wait 40-45 now they are telling me send you report and we will take the same time again after waiting 100 days both ticket going and return not received the money and no-one supporting or helping me

                              So my family had a flight from Chennai to Bagdogra. We were 3 passengers in total. But unfortunately I had to cancel one passengers flight. So I did on the 4th of April and everything was going ok. I got my refund after the hefty charges of the one passenger I cancelled. But 4 days before the flight which was on the 19th of the April I get a message that the whole flight has been cancelled. Cleartrip cancelled my flight without my permission on the 15th of April saying its the same PNR so they cancelled it and charged me for it as well. They say I should have called them and canceled and they charge for calling and cancelling a ticket as well. Mind you nowhere is it mentioned that if you cancel one passengers ticket then a few days before the flight when the flight cancellation charges are more, Cleartrip will cancel the whole flight. This is straight up cheating a customer 101. It was showing confirmed till after I got the message and then I was asked to cancel with the reasoning that if I wanted to get any refund at all I have to do it. More than 60% of my money has been cheated by Cleartrip. I wouldn't have even come to know about this if I hadn't called them about this matter.
                              Please help me get my money back or at least make sure this company that takes money like this does not do this to someone else.

                                  I have canceled my flight tickets in May-2020 and still, I am waiting for a refund. It has been more than than 11 months, every time they are referring to the Air India.

                                    I booked my flight from delhi to dammam 1 way ticket thru cleartrip.com. But Qatar airways cancelled my flight so I asked cleartrip for refund. My flight was on 13th Feb 2021 but still cleartrip is saying airline not responding. I called airline. Airline is saying they are reachable. PNR No is P8BWJ8

                                      I made a booking for mumbai to new delhi and paid through gpay . Money was deducted but not reflected on cleartrip. Money has not been refunded and gpay has asked to contact the merchant.
                                      What to do??
