I had booked Air tickets on Jan 27, 2020 for Del-Bgl & Bgl-Del sectors by INDIGO AIRLINES for travel in June 2020 through CLEARTRIP.COM for INR 34, 232. But, due to COVID-19 Pandemic, all air travel was suspended. Consequently, Indigo Airlines issued CREDIT SHELLS for these tickets for travel in future. Later on, due to a SUPREME COURT order, all airlines were directed to refund the air tickets to all the passengers who did not wish to use their CREDIT SHELLS.
I cancelled the air tickets in June 2020 & INDIGO AIRLINES on it's part refunded the cost to CLEARTRIP.COM way back in August 2020 itself(See screen shot as proof). But, till date CLEARTRIP.COM has not refunded the amount to me. They should have done it voluntarily, but now even after following up since Dec'20, they are confirming to refund, but not doing so. There is no contact number available to contact them or follow up. All one can do is just keep escalating on their site & wait.
I request you to please help me in getting the refund for these tickets for INR 34, 232.

The worst CUSTOMER support i have ever experienced. I doubted that its their agenda to hold CUSTOMERs hard earned money and screwing them by taking this pandemic as an excuse
