Please refer my trip ID[protected] and e-ticket no.[protected] for journey from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi on 10.05.2020. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I was constrained to postpone my journey. The ticket is cancelled sufficiently before start of journey, but cancelled money not yet refunded to me. As confirmed by Air India, they have refunded money on 14.12.2020.

You are requested to refund money immediately failing which I shall take shelter in the court of law.

    I got a voucher of Cleartrip worth 2000. I can use this for Flight booking as per terms & Conditions. So I used that Voucher for Booking flight, Voucher applied successfully but discount not received. This is Clearly appearing in the system. Actually It is Technical Problem they also know that but they are not giving refund of my money. Cleartrip Voucher Number : [protected]. I Keep on raising issue with concerned Cleartip officers they are simply wasting time but not doing anything. Pls Solve my Issue. Booking Information: My Gmail Id : [protected]@gmail.com Contact Npo ; [protected] Flight Trip ID :[protected] Esclation ID with Cleartrip :[protected]Trip ID) I am very clear mistake is with cleartrip as i applied vouher but didnot used voucher. i lost due to this about 2000. i need my money. Cleartrip people called me on 1st of April saying that accepting their mistake and give my refund. The Conversation was recorded in my mobile and i am attaching screenshot of my call list of 1St april 2021 where cleartrip accepted their mistake and sais we will give refund but till now i didnot get any refund from their end. All false statements are made by cleartrip people. i have all the proofs still they are not accepting their mistake. I need my refund pls do faveour to me. I believe in Indian constitutuion. Pls help me. Earlier Grievence Number is 2472478. I am not able to add recording here bec this website is not allowing me. If i am able add it then definitely i would add it and Send it to u officers. Pls do needful to me

      For my trip ID[protected], airline has processed refund on 24th Jan and airline have given in writing multiple times confirming refund processing from their end and the amount processed. Yet Cleartrip is still to process refund to me after 2.5 months and keep lying and giving excuses.
      ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      This cleartrip CUSTOMER care executives are the bunch of ### and irresponsible fellows. They are simply avoiding us by saying some @#$#@ excuses. I have canceled my trips by 31st of January and still i yet to get my refund. All the time these ### giving me an excuse of "It is pending from airline"

      The worst CUSTOMER support i have ever experienced. I doubted that its their agenda to hold CUSTOMERs hard earned money and screwing them by taking this pandemic as an excuse

        as m following from one week but no one is there to update on our refund, as Vistara airline already refunded our full money to clear trip on 29.3.21, but why we are not getting our money back it seems that you all manipulating us, which is not accepted from your company its very disappointing, nor your team connects our call to your senior person with whom we can talk

          My PNR no MH6FWV, booked on the day 2/20/2021, canceled on 11/03/2021 and same details r shred with cleartrip, till the day we don't received any response from them. many times called to customer no, [protected], no one picking and mild also. still the day we don't know staus of what they want to do.

              We booked flight tickets via cleartrip portal.. the flights got cancelled due to covid pandemic..despite repeated requests we have not recieved refund of tickets..on contacting the airline we were informed that we have to contact cleartrip and they have to initiate the process of refund..despite repeated emails cleartrip has not resolved the issue..Trip ID[protected]

                Fraud Cleartrip. Please dont book flights from cleartrip

                Horrible service. Not ready to return our hard work money. Poor customer service. The basis on the court order by the Honorable Supreme Court, the DGCA had categorised passengers in 3 categories:

                Category 1) Those who booked tickets between March 25 and May 24 for traveling within the same period.
                Category 2) Those who booked tickets prior to March 25 but the travel period was till May 24.
                Category 3) Those who booked tickets anytime but for a journey post-May 24.

                I would like to bring to your notice that we belong to Category 2 (Second category).

                The DGCA had said that the Airlines should "make all endeavors" to refund the passengers belonging to the second category within 15 days. “If on account of financial stress, any airline/airlines are not able to do so, they shall provide a credit shell equal to the amount of fare collected (to the passenger)”. The passengers can then use the credit shells to book any ticket by March 31, 2021. In case the passenger chooses not to use the credit shell, the airline will have to refund the ticket money by the end of March 2021. The credit shell is transferable to any person of the passenger’s choice.
                SpiceJet has already initiated the refund amount to cleartrip on 8th feb 2021. Spicejet has done the job now please refund my amount don't give any excuses. Not able to reach cleartrip over the phone or emails. I will file a complaint against this fraud cleartrip.

                  HI CSFF Team,
                  Please be informed that it has been a month since the Refund process was initiated. I am still waiting for the refund from your end. You guys don't have a direct callback number to call in and check the status. I need to lodge a complaint on your website. If you could look at the mail trail it has been so many emails to you and the response I get is 4 to 5 business days.
                  "Since the airline cancelled your flight, you need to contact the airline to get the Special Service Request document and email it to [protected]@cleartrip.com to process the full refund."
                  This is the automated message I got from you guys to request for the document from the Airline. I contacted them and was informed that the travel agency needs to contact the airline directly for this issue and not the passengers.
                  I request you to get in touch with the concerned airline (FLYDUBAI) and process my refund at the earliest.

                        Hi,
                        I booked air-ticket on 22 may, 2020 From Amritsar airport to Patna with PNR NO M91K5P(Spicejet SG2758) WITH PASSANGER NAME Raj kumar. Unfortunately the above mentioned flight got cancelled. And I was told thru email from Cleartrip that we have kept amount rs 4780 in credit shell and can book ticket for travel before 31 March 2021.
                        In Nov, I tried to book the same flight ticket, but not able to do so.                                 There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone at Cleartrip. While the Airline says there are no charges for cancellation, the same ticket is shown as non refundable by Cleartrip. No contact numbers, no emails, just a loop of standard replies. Clearly a fraudulent company

                                    1. They rescheduled my flight with the 20 hours layover that is supposed to be 3 hours only. My original flight was April 5 with 3 hrs layover and they changed it on April 6 with 20hrs layover. And the flight that they provided to me is not suitable for me so i asked them with the different date but there was no available on economy and then i asked for another date and they told me that there is available but they are charging me with the airline amendment fee and other charges that was not supposed to charge me.
                                    2. They are really hard to reach out, they are really taking too much time.
                                    3. They don't know how to handle their customers.
                                    4. They are taking the chance to charge the customers of whatever they want to charge.

                                      It is almost two year and still I haven’t got refund. I am exhaust calling and emailing but no response from clear trip team.

                                      When I spoke to jet airways, it was told that all refund is processed which were claimed by agents, in the case, why I have not got refund.

                                        I had booked Air tickets on Jan 27, 2020 for Del-Bgl & Bgl-Del sectors by INDIGO AIRLINES for travel in June 2020 through CLEARTRIP.COM for INR 34, 232. But, due to COVID-19 Pandemic, all air travel was suspended. Consequently, Indigo Airlines issued CREDIT SHELLS for these tickets for travel in future. Later on, due to a SUPREME COURT order, all airlines were directed to refund the air tickets to all the passengers who did not wish to use their CREDIT SHELLS.

                                        I cancelled the air tickets in June 2020 & INDIGO AIRLINES on it's part refunded the cost to CLEARTRIP.COM way back in August 2020 itself(See screen shot as proof). But, till date CLEARTRIP.COM has not refunded the amount to me. They should have done it voluntarily, but now even after following up since Dec'20, they are confirming to refund, but not doing so. There is no contact number available to contact them or follow up. All one can do is just keep escalating on their site & wait.

                                        I request you to please help me in getting the refund for these tickets for INR 34, 232.
