We have raised refund request for refund for PNR/Reference number EGW6RC travel date 19th March 2020 from New Delhi to Hyderabad. The flight did not operate due to pandemic and lockdown.
It is disappointing to see poor or no response from Clear Trip in this regard. From past one year we have been waiting for the refund. We are fed up and now request you to refund the full amount and no alternative of booking tickets is acceptable. WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY MORE SERVICES FROM CLEAR TRIP HENCEFORTH.

    Hello Sir/Maam,

    I had booked Indigo flight ticket through cleartrip which was cancelled for 25th March, 2020. I had contacted the airlines and had processed the refund back in December, 2020. However, there has been no reply from the travel agency side. I would like you to give the refund as soon as possible.

      Address: 1st Floor, 91 Springboard Business Hub Pvt.Ltd Godrej & Boyce, Gate number.2, Plant Bus Depot, number.6, LBS Marg,opp. Vikhroli, Vikhroli West, Mumbai

      Trip ID[protected] Travel date - 6th March 2021 for 2 passengers from Lucknow to Bangalore with AirIndia Flight PNR- h46sj.
      Above ticket was cancelled within 24 hours of booking and i was confirmed from Cleartrip over the call for full amount refund. Same remarks was mentioned on Cleartrip portal by Cleartrip executive Pooja on 11th Jan 2021.

      Cleartrip has refunded only Rs 522 and not the full refund as promised. However after 20 - 25 followup calls with cleartrip an executive of cleartrip arranged conference call with AirIndia on 22nd Feb 2021 where i got confirmation from AirIndia and Cleartrip on full refund within 3 - 4 working days.

      But still i have not received my full refund however its been around 50 days over since ticket was cancelled.
      Evertime cleartrip executive waste my 30 minutes of time without any solution and every time they will say it will be resolved within 2 - 3 days.

      Requesting you to please take this as complaint against ClearTrip and help me in resolution.

          Hi Team,

          Ticket ID:[protected]
          I have booked one flight from Cleartrip with Trip ID:[protected] & PNR: YY6V0 from New delhi to Dharamshala on dated 10 Jan, 2021. But due to bad weather the airline by themself cancelled this trip and they have cancelled the trip at the airport for all passengers on the same day. Dated: 10 Jan, 2021.
          When i did not get my refund of 4823 rs till 14 working days then i went to cleartrip and cancelled my trip with reason ("Flight was cancelled by airline"), now few days back i received the message that Rs. 1, 083 will be refunded in your account.

          When the flight was cancelled by the airline then the total amount should be refunded in my account. Please look into it on priority and process the complete amount.

          I have attached cancellation slips from the airport and ticket details with this email.

          Please consider and call on [protected] for any query.

            24days before i booked one airline ticket in cleartrip, same time deducted the cash from my account, but ticket not confirm, til know this cash is not refunded, i called and senting mail also, but they are not respond.

                Indigo has already processed the refund and Cleartrip has the money. But they have not refunded the money to me. They have been scamming customers by keeping the money themselves.

                No written or verbal update from Cleartrip. They are deliberately non-commital.
                DO NOT book through amazonpay (partner of cleartrip) and use makemytrip instead.

                    I had booked my family air ticket of go airways for the date 2June 2020 as return journey from Lucknow to Mumbai through clear trip but due to covid since my family could not travel from Mumbai to Lucknow because of lockdown there was no question of return ticket travel.. before the travel date of 2June 2020.i made all my best efforts to reach out to clear trip as well as go air to inform that since my family was not able to travel to Lucknow hence there will not be return travelling to Mumbai but neither they received any call nor they replied to any of my email communications.
                    In the month of aug-2020 I received an email communication from cleartrip stating that your cancellation can not be considered but you can do your travelling in the period of 1 year from your original travelling date. I found it OK and further did not make any communication but one of the day I received below communication from clear trip stating that your ticket has been cancelled and Raised. 124/-has been credited to my bank account/.card.. I was just shocked as I was spent 9000/for my airtravel and getting Rs 124/-.I again approached to clear trip as well go air but they did not have any satisfactory reply except saying that nothing can be done from my end. Please find below communication which was received from clear trip... Dear Mashiyat,

                    This is in regards to you'r trip for Lucknow - Mumbai one-way (Trip ID:[protected].

                    As per airline cancellation is not permitted for this PNR. Your L5VTKC is protected by airline and you can use the value of your ticket for travel on a future date.

                    Free amendment can be done for a period of 1 year upto the original travel date but there are certain terms and conditions. Fare difference if any will apply.

                    You can call Go Air Call Center ( [protected] ) up-to 1 year from original date of travel and make a new booking using the same amount of this ticket (Fare difference if any will have to be paid at the time of making a new booking).

                    We regret for the inconvenience caused to you and pray for the safety of you and your family in these hard times.

                    Note - Passenger can make the changes directly through go air call centre. website or go air app. Sector change allowed. Free amendment can be done for a period of 1 year upto the original travel date.

                      Hi team, I booked a fully cancellable 2 hotels with cleartrip through cleartrip wallet amount of rs 4000 for goa on 10 and 11 march 2021.

                      This wallet amount was given to me by cleartrip as manual refund for earlier booking made through cleartrip gift card of rs 4000 which had some expiry date. So, this manual refund was to expire on 12 feb 21 so I made my booking before the expiry of fully cancelleable and refundable hotel on 11 feb 21. But unfortunately I two days back I got to know I have some exam on 10 march only. So, It wouldnot be possible for me to make goa trip this time due to unavailabilty on later dates also. So i insisted cleartrip to refund back my wallet amount upon cancelation of two hotels. But, they say as it was manual refund which expired on 12 feb 21 they cant process back refund in wallet as it already expired. But, it was my money in wallet and i used it before expiry date so if by chance some trip is cancelled i should get back that refund in wallet so that i can book some other trip to udaipur on weekend and utilize this amount back. How they can say refund cant be provided back to wallet. They are cheating now and dont want to provide refund.

                        I booked atickets on 17 Jan 2020 for flight Dammam-Cairo - Dammam travel dat was 2 July 2020, i paid1570 SAR and the flight was cancelled they did't refunded till today, and thy told me that the will refunded i called them many times and the same answer the payment under process and no result till now and finally the customer service number closed

                            My trip Id with Clear trip is[protected], i cancelled my tickets 20 days back so far refund is not provided, even after repeated follow ups .

                            I have contacted airlines customer care and they have communicated to me that airlines has the policy to refund the amount in 15 days but cleartrip has not raised the claim for refund yet hence it is not processed

                              I booked a flight (G8-345) for 26th January 2021 from COK to MUM and my PNR No. was F684JP, but that flight got cancelled. I booked my ticket via cleartrip.com and no executives either from goair or from cleartrip.com contacted me to inform this, so, to get my refund I cancelled the trip via cleartrip.com.
                              When I contacted the goir they mailed me that, they have issued the entire refund to the travel agent account that is to the cleartrip.com's account but they are not crediting that to my bank account. Please do the needful.

                                FRAUDULENT behaviour on part of cleartrip

                                I had a hotel booking with cleartrip and they cancelled it even without checking with me. I had clearly asked them to change the date on the booking but they messed it up. They have really junior staff Vijaylakshmi who was not only rude but pathetic in providing customer services. Inspite of several chasers they unilaterally went ahead and cancelled the booking and now I want to take them to the courts for damages. Trip ID:[protected]....

                                    Dear Sir, We have booked flight tickets thru agent Cleartrip in December 2019 for travel in May 2020.However, due to COVID, the airways has cancelled the flights. As it was lockdown and cancellation by airways, I am suppose to get the refund of my amount. Accordingly, I have requested the agent clear trip and the airways simultaneously. Indigo has refunded the amount to the agent.But the agent has taken many months to refund the amount despite receiving from the airways.

                                    However, Go air has not refunded the amount as it's against their policy and he ce they were ready to give a credit shell which has to be used within an year.

                                    Hence, in November 2020 they gave refunded the amount to the agent i.e Cleartrip.But, the agent has not refunded the amount till now despite getting credit to their bank account long back and the same was confirmed by the airways.

                                      I had a confirmed trip from Mumbai to Bangalore in March 2020 which was unfortunetly cancelled by airline ( AirAsia) due to sudden impose of nationwide lockdown. Cleartrip was deaf towards the customer issues, I had to follow-up with Amazon and AirAsia and finally after 6 months AirAsia initiated the refund as Credit points into its account with a validity of 1 or 2 years. Later in January 2021 AirAsia withdrawed the points as per govt rules and initiated the refund to its original payment path which is pending with Cleartrip now. I've been following up with Cleartrip since then with only false promises. Wherein the hard earned money is lying with and it is going to be a year now. Neither Cleartrip has any responsibility towards its consumer nor thei are responsive.
