I have booked tickets Mum-Chennai-Mumbai through your portal. Due to COVID-19 those flights were cancelled, and I was issued credit shell by the respective airlines.
As advised by the Airline, to book fresh tickets against credit shell, we were asked to approach travel agents or online travel portals, the source of booking, in our case it is cleartrip.com
Past one week, I have been trying through to connect your customer care number [protected] and through mails to your csff.support without any help. Every time we complained, we get a response mail from CSFF to provide details of the fliers, which we have done so diligently. However, your customer care executives have failed and neglected to resolve my problem or allowed me to use this credit shell.
Since I could not get your nodal officer contact details (not available in your official portal) for escalation, I am forced to write to you with my grievances. Request you to advise your executives to resolve my grievances immediately, failing which I will be forced to approach the consumer forum at your own cost and consequences, which please note
