I have booked my ticket through Cleartrip and the flight got cancelled due to pandemic and the refund is made by indigo to cleartrip.
but there is not a valid number nor mail id to contact cleartrip .
the ticket came to us via flight xp which does not have a valid number either.

I have attached the screenshot of the ticket. for the details.

this is a fraud happening to many customers like me

    Customer service chat or call option has completely been shut down. I am going through the same. GoAir says refunded full amount to cleartrip. And cleartrip keep making us fool by saying will reflect in account in 30 days, 60 days and all. Still no end. I am thinking about handover this to police or consumer court. Since this is taking forever

      28th December - Received communication from Emirates that flight is cancelled due to Government of India directives, to reissue ticket, Cleartrip must be contacted 28th December - Cleartrip contacted, alternative flight deltails given by me to them for 6th, or 9th January. 1st January - Cleartrip called saying Emirates is not responding so taking some more time 2nd Janaury - Cleartrip informed that 6th January flight is not available now as it is booked out, only 10th January available - Flight booking possibility confirmed by Emirates in three way conference call with Cleartrip agent, Aisha. in the same evening, Aruna confirms that 3rd January noon, ticket shall be delivered for 10th January to me. 3rd Jaanuary - Cleartrip says flight was requested for 8th January and team is working, ticket not delivered, ticket promised by end of day, 4th January - Noon call to Cleartrip by me, apparently Emirates is now not responding and flight is unavailable for 10th Jan. After long call, cleartrip confirm that 10th flight is available and ticket wwill booked and delivered by 5pm. Evening call with Floor Supervisor, Sohail at 5.10pm says that only one sector is blocked, second sector not blocked yet by ticketing team. New tickets promised by 10am on 5th January. 5th January - 10.10am call with Moize says flight will be booked by 2pm. 12.35pm, Cleartrip agent Shubham calls and says 13th JANUARY FLIGHT WAS REQUESTED?????? currently on call with him and he is refusing to connect call to his supervisor or giving clear updates.
      Please help

        Now I got email message from cleartrip on 3/JAN/2021 as under :
        Air India has rescheduled your BOM-LHR flight AI- 131 and an alternate option has been provided for the same.

        Old Flight: PNR T1QDPU | Air India AI- 131 | BOM–LHR | Departure time: 07:40, Arrival time: 11:30 on 24 Jan

        Alternate Flight: PNR T1QDPU | Air India AI- 131 | BOM–LHR | Departure time: 07:40, Arrival time: 11:30 on 26 Jan.

        I have booked for AMD to LHR, So two connected flights AI-638 & AI-131 . Now one flight AI-131 is rescheduled and another AI-638 is remain same. So this is very difficult for me. It becomes two days gap between two connected flights. It is very unsuitable for me. So I want both flights connected together. Do needful as early as possible.

          The e-ticket issued by ClearTrip clearly showing - Baggage info – Check-in: 40 KG, Cabin: 7 KG. Despite this I had to pay Rs. 3, 000 to the airline (as I was carrying 35 KG, much less than baggage allowance shown in the e-ticket) to continue my journey.
          This matter reported to ClearTrip on 10/12/2019 and they acknowledged the receipt of my email and said they will resolve the matter.
          Now 380 days passed. I followed the matter over 12 times so far.
          Now no one responding from ClearTrip !!

            Cleartrip cancelled flight due to pandemic the main problem is they are not updating us on the status of the REFUND and always saying that Airline is not coordinating with them

              Hi,

              I have booked air ticket through Cleartrip website Trip id[protected] PNR:- Y93BNF. And cancelled within 24 hours of the ticket booking. I have booked this on 12th of June 2020. And booked for the day 15th of June 2020. But as per lockdown (Covid) guidelines was not cleared to me that time.so I cancelled these tickets on 13th of June 2020 in morning. As well govt also declared that time those passangers who have booked flight tickets that time and cancelled will get full refund of that charged amount. But I am facing to get complete refund of charged amounts.
              I don't know how much Spicejet or Cleartrip refunded to me. I have cancelled my ticekts on time. Even though Spicejet denying that u have cancelled your tickets. I have provided all the documents related to cancelled tickets.
              The both companies Spicejet and Cleartrip sent me a letter that we have refunded ₹0.00 for your booked tickets.
              Till 7 or 8 months I got only this response from there side. But suddenly in the month of Dec 2020 I have received a letter we have computed this amount, And they have refunded partial amount of my booked tickets.

              Please review this and help me to get my remained amount that they have charged me.

              Total amounts they thave charged for 4 tickets ₹27822. And they have refunded after so much time only ₹13112. They have to refund remained amount of ₹14710. Please help me to get this amounts.

                Respected sir/madam

                Hi this is Mr. Akhil Cardoz has booked 2 tickets for spicejet flight patna-delhi-goa dated 12-Dec-2020. My PNR no. is CBIUTJ and amount is Rs. 33, 303/-. I have cancelled my tickets and still dint received refund amount for the cancellation of this ticket.
                I hope you do the needful as soon as possible.

                      My ticket was cancelled by the airline due to the pandemic.
                      My travel was from Abu Dhabi to Chennai dated 9th July 2020 ( indigo) and the return ticket dated 21st Aug 2020(Emirates).
                      The total amount i paid aed 5200 dirhams but i was refunded only 2945 dirhams and balance of 2243 dirhams was not returned. i have been following up with clear trip for refund but they replied as yet to receive the amount from airlines.
                      When i mailed both the indigo and emirates airlines replied stating they refunded full amount to clear trip. Kindly guide me what to do as i am unable to get refund from clear trip as there is no proper response from them.

                          Sir /Madam,
                          I had booked 3nos of tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad on 20/12/2020 for 23/12/2020 through my SBI credit card for Rs 17460/-.
                          There after due to change in my travel plan schedule I tried to reschedule my ticket for 21/12/2020. Payment of difference amount wasdone through net banking from Axis Bank for Rs 13845/-.
                          I never received confirmation of ticket from your end. My trip id is [protected]. Kindly update if the trip is rescheduled or not. If not done than how will I get refund for same.
                          I had brought the issue to your notice on 20/12/2020. But it's showing 48hrs time to address my issue, if the ticket is rescheduled than I don't have any intimation from your end till 21/12/2020.
                          Kindly address the issue.

                              Refund amt. of Rs 15592/- is still pending even after receiving a mail regarding this on 20 Nov. 2020. On calling customer care no. [protected], they say that cleartrip has processed the refund but neither they are giving any reference no(for online transactions) nor they give any other details regarding this.

                                Trip id[protected]. I had called 7 times in the past 13 days. Cleartrip keeps telling wait for 48 hours. After 13 days I am trying to call again.

                                I am not going to book tickets in Cleartrip any more. Have to start negative campaign against Cleartrip on

Further the company is not responding at all, please do the needful at the earliest already eleven months passed. Or guide me for further course of action.

                                        I attempted to book a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai 28 October 2020, (ref[protected] but the payment failed on the payment gateway. I subsequently got a text from the bank showing the amount was deducted.
                                        I raised the issue with my bank, who informed me it would be refunded in a few days.
                                        This obviously didn't happen. I spoke to the bank and Cleartrip on many ocassions, and each time nobody is helpful.

                                        As it stands today, Cleartrip DID receive the funds (on 13 October 2020), yet are claiming they did not. I have the proof from both my bank and the payment gateway (CCAvenue) to prove this, but they keep lieing to me.

                                        The below shows that Cleartrip in fact has received the money:
