1. They rescheduled my flight with the 20 hours layover that is supposed to be 3 hours only. My original flight was April 5 with 3 hrs layover and they changed it on April 6 with 20hrs layover. And the flight that they provided to me is not suitable for me so i asked them with the different date but there was no available on economy and then i asked for another date and they told me that there is available but they are charging me with the airline amendment fee and other charges that was not supposed to charge me.
2. They are really hard to reach out, they are really taking too much time.
3. They don't know how to handle their customers.
4. They are taking the chance to charge the customers of whatever they want to charge.

    Dear Team…
    Trip ID: Mumbai return flight -- Trip ID[protected]

    It is almost two year and still I haven’t got refund. I am exhaust calling and emailing but no response from clear trip team.

    When I spoke to jet airways, it was told that all refund is processed which were claimed by agents, in the case, why I have not got refund.

    Please update me the status and refund the same.

      I had booked Air tickets on Jan 27, 2020 for Del-Bgl & Bgl-Del sectors by INDIGO AIRLINES for travel in June 2020 through CLEARTRIP.COM for INR 34, 232. But, due to COVID-19 Pandemic, all air travel was suspended. Consequently, Indigo Airlines issued CREDIT SHELLS for these tickets for travel in future. Later on, due to a SUPREME COURT order, all airlines were directed to refund the air tickets to all the passengers who did not wish to use their CREDIT SHELLS.

      I cancelled the air tickets in June 2020 & INDIGO AIRLINES on it's part refunded the cost to CLEARTRIP.COM way back in August 2020 itself(See screen shot as proof). But, till date CLEARTRIP.COM has not refunded the amount to me. They should have done it voluntarily, but now even after following up since Dec'20, they are confirming to refund, but not doing so. There is no contact number available to contact them or follow up. All one can do is just keep escalating on their site & wait.

      I request you to please help me in getting the refund for these tickets for INR 34, 232.

        Dear sir
        I had purchased ticket last year to travel from madurai to muscat my trip ID is[protected], Due to Covid19, the trip was cancelled, flights were not operated, but until now i didn't receive money back . My details of ticket booking are given below.

          Hello,
          frrom last 15 days m contacting cleartrip, for rebooking my ticket of pnr ndwggd, that was cancelled due to covid-19, last year..
          Everytime cus. Care executive teels i will receive call from their team in 1 hour, but its vain.
          Now today again i tried to rebook my ticket so its expressing credit shell validity is expired.. What steps i should takw now.. Suggest me.. Else i have to file a case in consumer forum against thic online portal "cleartrip"..For fraudulent and negligence

              Flight cancelled due to airport closure. SpiceJet has done full refund to Cleartrip. The amount should be transferred to Cleartrip within 48 hrs. How do I get the refund amount, I am unable to get contact customer care to request for refund via Cleartrip.

                    This is further with ref to my Trip Id[protected]Qatar airways PNR # TRZOSR), passenger name: Lakshmi Atluri ticket booked in cleartrip website from Chicago to Hyderabad dt. 11th Jan 21 through Qatar Airways. Since the commercial flights are not operating even today also, we cancelled the ticket in cleartrip site. Althoguh they took refund the amount for 70 days and finally yesterday they refunded the amount. When we observed the cancellation charges they mentioned Airline charges they deducted Rs. 27, 818/- (original air fare itself Rs. 14, 645/- + Taxes and fees Rs. 21, 211/- and total ticket amount paid is Rs. 33, 956/-) .

                    When we contacted Qatar airways with their senior staff, they told till March, 31st, they are not deducting any airline charges since the flights are not operating whether it is direct their websites or any other travel agency websites too. They very much confirmed the same and same thing they displayed even their website also. But clear trip is caimed Rs. 27, 818/- as it is airline deduction which is clearly shows that they are misleading the customers and doing fraud. Apart from that they also deducted cleartrip charges and convenience fee which is no issue they can authorise to deduct the same.

                    Humbly, requesting the forum to scrutise the case give the justice for this issue. We talked to cleartrip customer support person Mrs. Radhika and case Id is 12397635, dt. 13.3.21.

                    I demand cleartrip to return my airline deduction charges Rs. 27, 818/-. immediately and request all the friends to keep away such kind of websites to book the tickets.

                    Pl find enclosed detailed ticket breakup fare and refund fare for immediate reference.

                      I am very much harassed by Cleartrip. I am fed up calling clear trip for my refund frequently. It is showing refunded but the same is not credited to my bank account. May please do the needful. The only way to file a case in consumer court against this unprofessional act.

                        PATHETIC SERVICE. CUSTOMER HARRASSMENT IS THEIR FORTE..
                        I had booked my RNA flight and rescheduled my RNA flight from 1ST MARCH 2021 KATHMANDU to DELHI to 12th MARCH 2021. CLEARTRIP has not yet updated their system. Due to which my refund amount shows 0. The customer care person says it will take 48 hours for the update. Its been more than 4 days now that i have been calling them for the updates. Today when i again spoke to them again, the person says it ll take 48 hours. Which means that they have not yet initiated the update in their system. They have been harrassing me since so many days without any solution.

                        I need my refund amount but thats possible only after they update their system. I have personally visited ROYAL NEPAL AIRLINES and asked them about the refund process but as i have done my booking from CLEARTRIP, RNA wont be able to refund me directly.

                        Please help as I am sick and tired of this CLEARTRIP. WORST SERVICE EVER

                          I had booked a round trip ticket to Trivandrum-Delhi-Trivandrum through Clear trip. But due to some reason Indigo had cancelled the return flight from Delhi-Trivandrum (6E-2113). I also go the ticked cancelled through Indigo and they provided me with a credit note. But I have still not received the amount credit to my account from M/s ClearTrip. Attached here with copy of Credit note received from Indigo and copy of Ticket.

                            I have booked my flight from Delhi to Bagdogra return ticket for whole family but due to lockdown on 23 Marc 2020 flight hot cancelled and we could not travel. Trip ID is [protected] for our booking. I requested for refund and cleartrip gave me Rs 2 as refund amount . Now if government force lockdown I can't travel and need my amount of already 28200 back from cleartrip.

                              I booked a ticket through Cleartrip with AEROFLOT airlines from UAE in January 2020 to travel to Dusseldorf, Germany from Dubai on May 22 and return on May 27. However, the flight was cancelled due to the pandemic.

                              Cleartrip has made me wait till date and have not refunded the money (it has been one year and 2 months).

                              I contacted the Airlines directly and they sent me an email confirmation that they have already refunded the money to cleartrip. When i asked cleartrip regarding this, they gave me a reply the airlines have still not refunded the money. (What is happening confusing the customer for more than one year)

                              Today after several days of phone calls, emails and follow ups they have refunded only AED 455 and the original rate of the ticket is 2054, yes you heard it right only 455, they have no reason also about this.

                              they have clearly no idea about customer service they arrange a outcall for the customer and nobody calls back just to avoid speaking to the customer.

                              Specially the supervisors Yash tumde and Rohan they are ignoring customers clearly thye dont call back even after agreeing to make a outcall.

                              People wake up dont book with Cleartrip, , they behave in a way treating customers as fools . wait for one year and this is what i get in return only 455 out of 2054 and they just ignore the customer .

                                      I made a ticket booking with cleartrip.com (for indigo airline) on Thursday, at 3:10 pm, at 3:37 pm I received a email from cleartrip and it says “
                                      Hi ameer,
                                      We are writing to let you know that the payment for the trip below was unsuccessful as we didn't get a confirmation from your bank.
                                      If your account was charged, it has been automatically refunded. Please note that it may take 3-12 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Some public sector banks may take longer than this to credit the refund.
                                      Your UPI Phonepe transaction failed while attempting to process a purchase of: “, I checked with the apps, the status shows same (screenshot are available ), by seeing the mail and Cleatrip status I made another booking with other agent,
                                      Later at 11:17 pm i received mail from cleartrip and it says the ticket is confirmed,

                                      When i sent a mail for regarding cancellation, I received a reply and says they will charge for Cleatrip + airline cancellation fee,

                                        I had booked a flight (Wizz Air) from Dubai to Budapest with cleartrip. I rescheduled the trip to a later date and cancelled the trip. The airlines had processed my refund. I spoke to cleartrip customer care on phone and they said the money will be refunded within a couple of days.

                                        Online support doesn't work and I cant reach customer care. It's been more than a year and there's no response from them.
