I had booked my flight ticket with Cleartrip on 6th Oct, 2020 for traveling on 30th Nov, 2020. I had paid extra money then for a scheme called "Flexify", according to which I would be charged very little for rescheduling.
I rescheduled the flight on 11th Nov, 2020, changing the traveling date to 23rd Nov, 2020. There was a note in the rescheduling page saying that I need to pay the full fare amount again, and they would refund me the previous ticket amount once the payment is done.
The payment was done and the rescheduled tickets were confirmed successfully. But there's no trace of a refund, not even a message from Cleartrip regarding the same. I got a fishy email from "digit" saying that I need to fill up a form with my bank details to get the refund. I tried to fill it up and send it, but it always throws an error, saying "something went wrong" and "someone will contact you", but nobody has contacted me yet.
The worst part is there's no way of reaching the Cleartrip customer support team. I am unable to submit any message to them, through their app support. It's broken.
It's like their entire app and plan is designed to rob the user. Having a very bad experience.
