Im Eileen Sigua, Filipino citizen and currently working in Dubai, UAE
I had booked for 6 tickets in Cleartrip on Jan 21, 2020 for me and my family.
total amount of the tickets are more than AED 11, 000. however due to covid, airlines itself cancelled our booking, email sent from cleartrip informing us that full refund can avail due to covid. Then another email received on May 2020 that changed are made from airlines that charges will be apply. And this made us upset, first of all refund are not yet process since the time we agree for the full refund, 2nd thing almost 8 months from the day we requested for refund and till now there are no status.
they keep are ticket open as I had check online. I already sent several email to them "CSFF Support "
and no response from their end.
we need very badly the refund as our employer deducted our monthly salary since Covid time.
please help us and do the needful.

Updated by Eileen Sigua They had replied to through email, stating below screenshot.
As per Cleartrip, both airlines don't provide the full refund. However one of mu friend who was fed up for following up to them and finally yesterday got her full refund, after all the complaints she made and posted all complaints to all social media.
This is unfair. Please help me to communicate with them.
