Dear,

Im Eileen Sigua, Filipino citizen and currently working in Dubai, UAE
I had booked for 6 tickets in Cleartrip on Jan 21, 2020 for me and my family.
total amount of the tickets are more than AED 11, 000. however due to covid, airlines itself cancelled our booking, email sent from cleartrip informing us that full refund can avail due to covid. Then another email received on May 2020 that changed are made from airlines that charges will be apply. And this made us upset, first of all refund are not yet process since the time we agree for the full refund, 2nd thing almost 8 months from the day we requested for refund and till now there are no status.
they keep are ticket open as I had check online. I already sent several email to them "CSFF Support "
and no response from their end.
we need very badly the refund as our employer deducted our monthly salary since Covid time.
please help us and do the needful.

They had replied to through email, stating below screenshot.
As per Cleartrip, both airlines don't provide the full refund. However one of mu friend who was fed up for following up to them and finally yesterday got her full refund, after all the complaints she made and posted all complaints to all social media.
This is unfair. Please help me to communicate with them.

    I have flight tickets booked for April 21st 2020 from Bangalore to Mumbai for spice jet flight with pnr number F7ULGS.The ticket was booked through the Clear trip.Because of covid, we were supposed to get a credit of this cancelled tickets but havent got any.I have deleted the cleartrip mail which had the cleartrip id.
    I want to book new tickets for same people for Dec 10th 2020.Spicejet staff says have to take this up with the cleartrip as ticket booked through them.But there is no valid contact number of clear trip that I can reach .SO I want clear trip to act and refund the amount for Me (Mandakini Patil) my Parents and my daughter .

      I do have booking from clear trip from Mct to cairo and return (607-[protected], 607-[protected])
      and in last June I use app of clear trip to open my ticket ( plz find the attachment screenshot from my mobile ).

      and I left without choose any date for new travel as Oman airport still closed, and now when I requested them for new ticket they asking me to call eithad call center, when I did call them they mentioned that my ticket is refunded to clear trip, and clear trip answer me again my ticket is zero refund and I shave to contact Eithad again to rebook my ticket

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I made a booking in Dec2019 for my parents through Cleartrip and was charged AED 2070 for to and fro flight. Due to Covid all flights go cancelled and Indigo confirmed 100% refund for our tickets. I was asked by Cleartrip that the refund will be made within 60 days from the date of cancellation. It's been almost 8 months since I have been contacting this company for the refund. After sending more than 20 emails, 7 calls to their call centre and almost 20 times asking refund through their website, I have received only partial refund of AED 1046 for my one way ticket and the return ticket fair AED 1024 is still pending.
        This has been very annoying and wastage of my time in sending multiple reminders and of no use, max I received was 1-2 calls to confirm the amount will be transferred within 72 hours which never happened was only partial amount that was transferred.
        I need your intervention in this case in order for me to get my complete refund.

          I have booked a Ticket for my family members from Bhubaneswar - Bangalore one-way (Trip ID:[protected] for 1st may but due to COVID-19 my flight got cancelled from airlines for which I suppose to get the full Refund but till today I have received Rupees 3026 to my credit card but remaining amount 12500 have not received yet to my credit cell nor to original mode of payment for which I am continuously following up over email but no replay from your side. Your customer care number also switched off and no one responding over email, when I check with IndiGo, they mentioned that they have already made the payment to the Agent which means to Cleartrip. Want to know how many more days I need to wait endlessly, or I need to file a consumer case against Cleartrip for not refunding my money?
          Please respond and return my money at the earliest.

            I booked my air tickets on May 23rd, 2020 from Cleartrip . My GOair flight got cancelled for which i requested the refund from airlines and it has been initiated by the airlines for which i received the email as well . i forwarded the email to Cleartirp customer care asking for my refund amount already been credited in their account by airlines. After number of follow ups, i am still not receiving any reply from them neither they are ready to credit my refund for the cancelled flight.

              but clear trip has refunded only 10655 out of 21447.
              the number given in their app is switched off since ages.
              there seems to be no way to contact them.
              Need a full refund and will never visit this website again.

                I cancelled my tickets due to corona and the Airlines refunded the tickets.
                But ClearTrip only refunded one way ticket.

                I have raised this complaint through their website and email from 10th of June with almost over 30 emails.

                Clertrip has been continuously diverting from the topic and saying my refund has been processed and not pending But Still i got only one way refund money. I got confirmation from the Airlines that they have refunded 100% amount to the merchant (Cleartrip)

                I request some guidelines on how to get my refund back.

                    I booked a hotel through Cleartrip. Trip ID[protected]. I have received multiple emails that refund has been processed and will be credited to my account within 14 days. Today I have received any email that refund would have been credited to my account. If not received, i need to call +[protected]. When i am calling this number (+[protected], it is asking me to select options hotels and then asking me provide trip Id. After entering correct trip ID, I am again asked to select hotel. After selecting hotel, there is no response in the call till along time (more than 5 minutes) and finally I had to disconnect the call.

                      My flight on 29th August 2020 from Delhi to Nagpur, was cancelled by airline themselves GoAir. I got Rs Zero amount as a refund. How is this possible?. I am eligible for full refund Rs 3610, as flight was cancelled by airline themselves. There is no satisfactory response from Cleartrip.

                          Hello, i have been trying to contact clear trip since a month to cancel my flight tickets to usa which were booked before corona virus outburst. I & my husband were going to travel on the 7th of april to & fro. Air india claims that they will not be deducting a single penny of the amount & they will refund the application in full and we will get it back from the application. I need a confirmation from clear trip without which i can’t apply for my cancellation. Need a contact number to speak to the customer care executive.

                            I had booked my air tickets vide trip id:[protected] for chennai - delhi (Date of travel : 7th august 2020 - pnr : lfd5ri) and delhi - chennai (Date of travel : 12th august 2020 - pnr : ccqj7l) with indigo airlines which were subsequently cancelled by the airlines. M/s indigo airlines have confirmed that they have processed my refund of rs. 2697/- against pnr : lfd5ri and rs. 2773/- against pnr : ccqj7l on 6th august 2020 itself. It is disappointing to note that even after almost two months, m/s cleartrip have not refunded the amount to me. You are requested to kindly take up suitably for the refund.

                                Hi,

                                I have booked a round trip from delhi to mumbai 24 jul.
                                But the delhi to mumbai flight was cancelled by the airline and they even have refunded the amount to cleartrip and i also cancelled my mumbai to delhi flight as well. But i didn't receive the refund yet. I tried to call them, but they are supporting through call centre. I then sent two or three emails as well. They are even bothering to reply or refund.

                                  Goair has refunded more than 45 days back. The money has not reached me, nor it's in cleartrip wallet.

                                  I am not sure where my hard earned money is from all these days.
                                  This is not acceptable to keep customer in dark for their own money.

                                  Moreover, number provided by you [protected] doesn't work.
                                  You don't reply to emails.
                                  You have a place in contact us your app, where we can put details and submit; tried 4 times, it doesn't work.

                                  Such a pathetic customer experience.

But till today 25 sep 2020 not yet received my money. I check with bank also they are saying money send to cleartrip. But i try to contact cleartrip they are no is switch off.
