Goair has refunded more than 45 days back. The money has not reached me, nor it's in cleartrip wallet.
I am not sure where my hard earned money is from all these days.
This is not acceptable to keep customer in dark for their own money.
Moreover, number provided by you [protected] doesn't work.
You don't reply to emails.
You have a place in contact us your app, where we can put details and submit; tried 4 times, it doesn't work.
Such a pathetic customer experience.
