I booked a hotel through Cleartrip. Trip ID[protected]. I have received multiple emails that refund has been processed and will be credited to my account within 14 days. Today I have received any email that refund would have been credited to my account. If not received, i need to call +[protected]. When i am calling this number (+[protected], it is asking me to select options hotels and then asking me provide trip Id. After entering correct trip ID, I am again asked to select hotel. After selecting hotel, there is no response in the call till along time (more than 5 minutes) and finally I had to disconnect the call.
ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
